Review 49er's Multicuisine Restaurant - Colva

Devendra Kankonkar
Had visited late night post 1 pm after a surprise visit from friends but was lucky to find it open so late. Also got main course food and we sat till 3 in the morning. Service was good and fast. Portions are average but being served so late itself is a boon.

This restaurant has a nice cozy feeling and is hardly 50 meters from the colva beach. If you are looking to eat food late night this is definitely a place for you to visit. The food options are really nice and the place can be visited along with kids and parents. Almost everyday they have either karaoke or live music night which uplifts your mood in the evening. The quality of food is very nice and they have a nice spread of multi cuisine options. The only thing they need to work on is service which is a bit lacking and at times you might have to wait for your food to come. All in all a decent place to hang out.
Paul Oliver
My favourite bar in Colva. Off the strip so no-one pestering you to buy an elephant or something. Good food but mostly really friendly and homely atmosphere.
Chitra Chakravarty
Prominently placed at the entrance.to.Colva beach. Good ambience. Very good service, good food. However, no vegan options at all.
Sapna Saxena
A very adjacent place to Colva beach and yeah one if the great experience of food... They have good variety but I was disappointed as we didn't get any Tandoori and continental items. But overall experience was great with well planned selection of drinks.
Aiswarya Sukumar
Great place to have food and drink at Colva beach. It’s open until 4 AM. The food was good especially the dragon chicken. Out of the places we tried out at Colva, liked this one the best. Needs to improve on hygiene though, especially bathroom. Had a good experience with food and drink. The number of options on drinks were less and most of the items were unavailable. Probably it happened because it’s off season.
Joash Pereira
Great place to hangout for match screening or karaoke night with friends. Wide variety of menu with seafood options and cocktails with reasonable rates. The service is really good and the staff is very friendly. Food 4/5, Service 5/5, Ambience 3/5 Overall 4/5

Amazing restaurant with cool interiors. Beach side view and above all delicious food. We stayed there around colva beach for 4 days and daily we had food from this place. Not much costly, healthy and clean place. And sometimes you can see live music too which soothe the environment.

The food was simply delightful, with the chicken kebab being a standout recommendation. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, accompanied by ample parking space, ensuring a stress-free visit. The service was top-notch, with attentive and knowledgeable staff. To top it off, the live music added an extra touch of charm to an already exceptional dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking delicious food, a pleasant ambiance, great service, and live entertainment.

Food is great over here. Had been there in the afternoon time around 1pm. Crowd was less though it was a weekend. Ambience is suitable for the club atmosphere. Service was nice. Quantity was good for 4 ppl for paneer masala and dal fry. Heard it's very happening at night due to karaoke. Do visit this place😁

They have moved from colva beach parking area to this new location. Smaller place but still has same high level of service. Good place for a few drinks and eats.

--We have visited this place twice in last two weeks. --First time for dinner and second time for lunch. --Both the times we were served by amicable and responsive staff. --All the range of food(from veg. to non veg.) we ordered was delicious. --During our first visit(which was on a Sunday), the good vibes of the place was amplified by the live soulful voice of Mr. Praveen. --If you are on or near Colva Beach, you could try this place.

When you are around Colva beach, then 49er's is a must visit place for food lovers. This restaurant offers a wide range of seafood dishes also has nice Mocktails. Every night we have awesome music played and one can enjoy his evening having good food, drinks while hearing to nice music. This place is open till late night till around 4 am. It is located on the left hand side when you are travelling towards the beach.

Very close to colva beach serving wide range of cuisines. Many options of sea food and other non-veg food along with veg items. quality and taste are excellent. One of the best restaurants in Colva.

On an October 14th we did not ask for rains, but it rained. Forget welcoming in, we were not even allowed to use the restroom. It seems there are strict instructions not to let wet customers in. It looks like they do not have a cleaning policy in place!! Disappointed, never coming again!!
Shanaya
this is the best  place in colva for late night dinner . i usually go there . taste ,presentation ,service ,staff everything is good . good for parties
Zubin
My go to place late nights. They have recently renovated the place. Their charges are exhorbitant but food is average and quantity is less. But thats the best you can get at 3am
Bipin Nath
Utter waste restaurant in whole of Goa. Worst customer service. No idea on how to talk to customers. Never experienced this kind of behaver in my entire life.
Rajat Halarnkar
Situated right next to the beach. Can expect to get IPL and football match screenings. The food is good but the drinks are expensive.Lunch hour extends to 5pm unlike other places.

Love, love, love this place. It has the perfect beachy vibe and amazing food accompanied by some great staff and interesting live music. Perfection in Colva!

Awesome Chicken Cordon blu<br/>Visited colva beach this summer but one cannot miss 49ers the temptation. We had propret rawa fry n chicken cordon blue steak was so delicious with rich aroma of butter and cheese sauce like melting hot chocolate. Service and entertainment was superb. Keep it up, we love you all. Cheers.

Visited the place on 13 Apr 19 and ordered basic stuff like Bloody Mary, soft drinks, Manchurian with gravy, Veg hakka noodles and Veg Sizzlers.<br/><br/>Ambience – The effort may have been to give a look that’s fusion of sports bar and a diner but the result actually is confusion. Big TV screens displaying IPL cricket matches and a classic bar stools and family type seating doesn’t really gel. However, the effort is noteworthy to inculcate the classy American flavour of original 49ers with its history.<br/><br/>Food – Very tasty n quantity you can gorge on. Actually deserves 4 star here. The cocktail was very well made and the Sizzlers was worth its price. The menu, surprisingly had fewer options for a sprawling place right next to the beach. But good food is what holds the place together.<br/><br/>Service – Despite the place being virtually empty, there was no effort whatsoever by either the manager of the chef to visit tables and interact. The stewards looked virtually disinterested. The menu booklet needs to be vacuum cleaned and so does the 49ers history-depicting table mats. Overall, a lot of efforts needs to make this place speckles n tidy. The food service, otherwise, was ok.<br/><br/>They have another outlet about 100 mtrs apart n closer to beach, with much larger expanse and exciting ambience. Probably visit to that would be worth its while.
Suvendu Kachap
One of the best Western style pub in colva beach with good live music, the staff was very friendly. The food also was very tasty. Go for their goan choice of cuisine. Looking forward to my next visit.<br/>
Harmik
We went to the place on the morning of 2nd January for some quick breakfast. We had the English breakfast if I recall correctly and an omelette. Everything was pretty much perfect : bacon, baked beans, crepe, fresh orange juice, tea and so on !<br/>The staff was warm and hospitable. Would definitely recommend a visit.
Sayan Nandy
Food is ok, portions not doing justice to price. The English breakfast I ordered was not filling. There were many items but quantity was too less. Rating: 2.5*

Situated right outside Colva beach, this outlet which earlier was decent but now it does nothing more than to waste your money . ordered for a Kaju curry which was average and some Kerela style chicken which was below average. I would rather head to Palolem or Varca and eat at the beach shacks.
Solomon Ranjith
Open from early hours to late, decent food and ambience. Loved the ambience , it's always better to take combos than just the dish. Because you get extra add on
Rebel
Nice place to hang out with ur friend's<br/>This place is Soo good . It's situated just near to the beach where you can finish ur meal and can go for a walk like 😁😁 but only one suggestion is that please provide ice tongs with the ice bucket. U guys give spoon common Yar... place is Soo good don't just give up on it
Travelet
A place near to the Colva beach, with a huge lit up board. Good food, excellent service and an awesome karaoke where you name the song, and you will get to sing the song of your choice.  Sometimes as night charges, they may apply GST as well as VAT on drinks.<br/>So if you are in Colva next time for a few days, then this is a place which you can surely check out.
Sushreeta Subudhi
Went on a Sunday lunch with my friends.<br/>Place is decent.<br/>Service is quick<br/>We ordered<br/>❌chicken lollipop(too small pieces)<br/>✔️french fries<br/>✔️egg fried rice<br/>✔️prawns Manchurian (the best)<br/>Food they can improve a little.<br/>Prices are reasonable and one can go here to catch up with friends.
Abinash Panda
Had rawa king fish fry,Paneer tikka masala and ghee rice. <br/>Ghee rice was not that good as it was supposed to be. Fish was the best among all. Getting a good eatery in south goa is little difficult that’s what my 2 day’s experience says. Colva beach has few more shacks but I found this attractive with karaoke music and well lit decorations. Service was a bit sluggish but yummy fish fry compensated that 😆

Please don't vsit this place, abundance of shitty things put together. They are bloody cheaters about the food they serve and what they commit to serve. Staffs are utter nonsensical specially one waitress, she is just the worst you could expect in the hospitality industry. The manager doesn't agree about the worst quality of food that they are serving. Ratings also suggests this should not be visited at any cost. No manners, food pathetic ambience not recommended. I wasted my entire money. P:S - Please refrain from visiting this place and this is my genuine advice.
Ashwin
Worst response and service!! Pls never ever visit this place .<br/><br/>They take more than 35 mins to serve for the starters and if questioned they answer in a rude way!
Sameer Saraf
Its too good a place for the prices they charge. Don't expect fancy preparation. Service is fast. They have live music in the evening and its great. I guess its open till late too
Santanu Sannigrahi
This is the worst restaurant in Colva. We went there for dinner. The manager was so rude in behavior, not in position to listen. There was many seats available but the manager was saying that all are reserved, as were only two members and they were looking for at least 4 members because each individual table is having a capacity of 4 members. After a lot of arguments, they allowed us to seat, but surprisingly no one came to take the order. After awaiting for 20 minutes, we left the place. So, please be careful from restaurant.

"Don't judge the book by its cover"<br/>Exactly don't judge the food by its looks. I tried their special chicken biryani, looks good but I guess the chef forgot to put salt. So nothing left to say.<br/>The cheese chilli naan was soft but again tastelessness as the chef forgot to put salt again. Thought of complaining but looking at the atmosphere of the restaurant i gave up.<br/>Its not a place to dine in with family or friends but its a typical shady place with drunk ppl.
Sumit Agrawal
I am rating this a 1 Star as Zomato does not have a 0 star option. The service is pathetic & the waiters don't seem trained at all. Very rough way of talking.<br/><br/>The only reason that I ate here was because I was very hungry. The food was very poor. I wouldn't even come here again for free!
Rachel Requel
A nice decent place located in the heart of Colva with decent Bar.<br/>Live Music adds a star for this place which is good and value for Money.<br/><br/>The food is good but service can be better.<br/><br/>Seafood are little expensive so not a pocket friendly restaurant for Seafood Lovers.<br/><br/>Like the bar concept with their theme of lightings on the wall.<br/>Will visit again.
Nely Fernandes
Good place to have drinks and family dining. Food is okay. Located in the Colva Beach in South Goa.<br/>The bar is well designed with the glittering bottles and brand symbols.<br/>Nice to be here.

I had been to this place last night with my wife by the bay to have some good food, wine & time. And we enter this place due to flashy lights n funky decor.....but the place turned out to be a complete dissapoinemt. To begin with the Hotel Staff needs soft skills training as they are kinda rude.....i wanted to order some fish fries to which he suggested that dont order as it wud take atleast 30 mins, i ordered Prawn curry rice...they charged me ₹400 + ₹100 for rice....this was the most disgusting prawn curry rice I ever had in my life....the prawns were hard due to being over cooked, the gravy could not hold up together and we could see the water being seperated from the gravy......I also tried Goan Sausage Chilly fry and too my surprise they actually had 5-6 small pieces of Goan Sausage.....they should probably rename it to Onioin & Capsicum Chilly fry. Overall disgustin service n pathetic food. I m rating them 1 as Zomato is kind enough and doesnt give me an option of giving 0 or negative.....

The most amazing place to eat near Colva beach is 49ners. This place served us for 4 days and the food was the home to perfect Goan food.<br/><br/>1. English breakfast - This typical breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, potato & tomato, baked beans, bread toast, pancakes with honey and orange juice. A nice start to your day with this stomach filling morning meal.<br/><br/>2. Grilled prawns - Lobster prawns grilled with the seasonal spices and served with salad and green chutney .<br/><br/>3. Balchao prawns curry with rice - This was a pungent and spicy curry with prawns and recommended to be eaten with rice.<br/><br/>4. Stuffed crabs - One of the best dish was the stuffed crabs. The stuffing included cheese mixture with vegetables served with boiled cauliflower, beans and carrot along with French fries.<br/><br/>5. Pineapple chicken twist - Chicken served with baked pineapple french fries and boiled veggies. It was a sweet yet spicy dish and the flavours were something different .<br/><br/>Some of the other dishes we tried were chicken vindaloo which is tangy curry eaten with rice and one of Goa's famous dish, beef steak, chicken sashlik sizzler along with drinks and some feni which is Goa's staple drink made up of cashew juice.<br/><br/>The ambience was great with the service pin perfect. The hosts were really friendly and we complimented the chef for the amazing delicious food. Also there are karaoke nights, live music happening at this place.

49ers<br/><br/>While the beach is stunning, the shacks and restaurant options around Colva seem pretty run of mill. 49ers though is one place, which seems permantently open and is a proper restaurant setting.<br/><br/>The bar area is brightly lit and very attractive and the entertainment that night was this lady and gentleman, who were crooning tunes on a karaoke machine. They tried their best to sing<br/>english and hindi numbers and the ungrateful diners, didnt even clap initially, but later warmed up during the night.<br/><br/>We ordered a bunch of drinks and to eat garlic butter prawns, steamed fish, prawn stuffed papad etc<br/><br/>The garlic butter sauce was a tad thick and salty, but went well with the prawns, the papad rolls were decent, but the star of the steamed fish, which really took us by surprise! yumm<br/><br/>We returned for breakfast the next day and I'd recommend the French omlette from the ala carte selection. My pal ordered the english breakfast, but found the eggs a little too dry for his liking, but the rest was good<br/><br/>Service was decent if functional. Good for families
Shazia
The worst dinner (mutton Biryani) ever I had in my life . Ambiance is good and the location is near to the beach . Live music was nice ,both the performars were Good.
Moulika Ponnaganti
Good food and ambience, especially the white sauce pasta, continental and native style foods. Live music is an add on. Place that can get bookmarked.

One of the best Restaurant I came across in South Goa. Here in Colva and near by area's, I was searching for a Restaurent which have different kitchens for veg and non veg as I am Non-vegetarian and my wife is Vegetarian, luckily I came across this and with live music even. Thank you for the hospitality, the food was great and I would recommend this place for sure.
Sayoni Dalai
Good ambience, worst singer on the bar that day. We literally had the run out of the place. But the match was a saviour. Don't know how management allows such untunned singers on the house. The food was ok not that great. Overpriced in off season as well in goa.near the colva beach.
Bharat Sharma
Been in goa and drink or food that what goa trip be like, Visited this place it was overall average dinner experience, Food taste was average and ambience was good. Best part about this restaurant it's just near to colva beach. That lollipop was great, naan was average and rice item was okie dokie. Overall it was good with pocket friendly rate i would compare to so many restaurant near to beach. Only problem i found was the food preparation time. Happy eating, Peace ✌️

Good food. Excellent service. Mr. Gopal is very helpful. . Their menu got food from different parts of the world. we enjoyed our dinner........<br/>

A wide variety of great food and drinks and an amazing ambience. The beach is pretty close and the service is quick. A must try if you're in Colva!

It has always beem wonderful going to 49ers. They food is really good and they have a great variety of food as well. 49ers always has a chill vibe and prompt service. Must visit !

Great new and improved restaurant n pub located in goa serving a huge variety of drinks, vines etc. Great finger foods, goan cuisine and delicious seafood as can be seen below.<br/>
Devanathan Ramamurthy
Ambience: Good. The evenings are better.<br/>Location: Good. It is close to the Colva beach though many wouldn't notice it as it is on the inner lane.<br/>Food: Okayish<br/>Drinks: Slightly above average<br/>VFM factor: OK-OK. It will not burn your wallet if its only for drinks. For food, well I can't guarantee that as the ones I tasted were not to that level. Be very selective.
Christabelle Araujo
I have been coming here last 8 years n it's a amazing place ...i wud love to sneak out n come here in my teen days with my frnds late nights ...its also open 24 hours n d food is awesum so a big thumbs up....<br/>

Gone to multiple other restaurants in colva but the food here is just remarkable. The menu has a wide range of options and every single item tastes really good and the presentation is just beautiful. The staff is very accommodating. So overall I would just like to say amazing food and very professional staff. Would definitely visit again!<br/><br/>
Atreyi Dutta
The place has a loud live music centre. Service needs improvement. Food however was nice.<br/>We had the chicken biryani. One plate was more than sufficient for two. The kerala chicken was spicy and nice to taste. Other dishes were also up to the mark. Price is ver reasonable
Jayant Sidana
49ers Pub is situated near the Colva Beach & is one of the best places in the area to have some amazing snacks & drinks at economical prize. The other thing is this place is open for 24*7. Even this place is opened 24*7 it manages a decent crowd & even you can visit with your family. We visited this place after midnight & have some amazing Prawns & Chettinad Chicken followed with multiple round of drinks & shot.
Francis Kevin Fernandes
Handsdown the worst place to visit. Entered thinking of a great experience, was left with a bad dungee on stage who sang Hindi songs in Konkani ( If you know what I mean!). The food was undercooked and tasteless. Had to fill the food down with the drinks. Dont know about veg food, but the non veg food was so! Staff was courteous and the singers sang Konkani songs quite well.
Vicky Gonsalves
Loved live music here on Friday evening, good food and cocktails.<br/>The service is poor as waiters are busy judging the guests and then serve accordingly. Though the manager is helpful and prompt but the waiters certainly need to change their poor attitude.
Pratik Waghmare
if you are at colva beach visit this without any hesitation, you will not disappoint with your food. great ambience. good service. must try cheese pakoda.

Decent food. <br/>Quite economical. <br/>Nice location.<br/>Some of the staff was quite polite and courteous.<br/><br/>This review pertains to the 49ers associated with GTDC's Colva Residency. (There is another 49ers restaurant nearby, which we never experienced)<br/><br/>The food is decent. We ordered Goan Chicken Soup, which was decent. For main course, we ordered the King Fish Curry Rice. It contained a single thin but wide slice of fish. But it was fresh. And the curry was good. The quantity was standard (what one might get almost anywhere in Goa, enough for a single person).<br/><br/>Located within the GTDC's Colva Residency, it offers a nice view of the beach. There is indoor seating, but one can always choose to sit outside and enjoy the sea view while eating. At night, they offer candle-light dinner in the open garden opposite it's entrance. There is DJ, colourful lights, the works - I found it unnecessary.<br/><br/>I found the prices quite economical compared to the other nearby restaurants, and even the shacks. The shacks are costlier. And sometimes the fish they offer may not always be that fresh. In Colva, the shacks charge you 10% extra for delivery. In Calangute, we were politely asked to either place an order above 1000 Rs or kindly leave the shack - horrible experience. Compared to all of that, I found this restaurant more affordable.<br/><br/>Like most other joints in Goa, it obviously has a menu that caters to foreign tourists too.<br/><br/>We found some of the staff to be a bit arrogant. But of couple of them were very courteous and helpful. One of them was Bonny I think. He always server us on time. Once we forgot to tell them to server the soup one-by-two. He quickly went back and got it in two separate bowls for us.<br/><br/>We stayed in the Colva Residency, so we were offered the complementary breakfast. The complementary breakfast they offer here is not up to the mark. But there are other options one can order a-la-carte, provided you don't mind paying for the same.<br/><br/>Over all, this one is a decent and economical choice.
Hijam Saranjit Singha
Visited this restaurant during my stay in Goa as it looked pretty decent from outside as compared to restaurants around the small market area. I must say that the food was far better as compared to what i had at other south Goa restaurants. We ordered hara bhara kabab, crispy chicken, chicken deep fry, biryani, beer and wine. All in all i paid approx 1000 including tax for everything. Great value for money with good ambience near the colva beach.
Shreya Tiwari
This place has been amazing food and ambience and the service provided here is also good .<br/>It's also got a really nice location, situated next to the beach.
Royce Charles Fernandes
This place definitely takes a spot in one of my top 3 restaurants in Colva.<br/>The seafood and the Goan food here is purely authentic and extremely delicious.<br/>Food 5/5 -Authentic and delicious(veg & non-veg)<br/>Ambience 5/5 -spot on<br/>Service 5/5 -quick and friendly<br/><br/>I highly suggest anyone who wants to try the Goan cuisine to check out this place.
Naman Katyal
Went to the restaurant after a long tiring day on return journey back to colva from calangute. It had live singer, TV and great ambiance to sit and relax. Great menu to choose from. Good taste of food and quick service.
Aditi Gulaskar
This is good restaurant not sure why rated this low. To share my experience, we had stayed 2 days in Colva and we ate food twice or thrice in this restaurant. We ordered chicken mughlai and butter chicken and it was quite tasty and fulfilling for 2 ppl. They also serve good breakfast. Good experience. Can't complain much ☺️👍

One of the worst restaurant ive ever been..hopeless service..................................................................................

Loved the live music, beautiful place that's open 24x7 for a drink with an amazing bar counter and a lot of premium drinks. Really wonderful place to grab a drink with ur friends at the bar anytime.
Big Chef
The food is good compared to most restaurants in colva, nice live music, amazing decor and ambience. It's has a nice western feel to it. Loved the place.
Sudipa Ray
Stayed at Colva Residency where this restaurant is located. There is another restautant named 49ers in Colva but my review is for the one in Colva Residency.<br/><br/>Food was disappointing and expensive, live music at night was just ok, decoration with lights was good, enjoyed only Vinicola port wine here, food very ordinary. Bebinca was good. Service arrogant and not welcoming.
Yashodhan Goenka
Tried the dal dry and egg curry. <br/><br/>Dal fry tasted poor at best. The garnishing seemed to taste rotten. <br/><br/>The curry was like a rotten tomato purée. Not much of any particular kind of taste. <br/><br/>2 stars because all that and 3 rotis cost us 300 and very close to the beach.
Vagisha Sharma
Very very bad experience <br/>Bad food<br/>Bad live music - too loud and not good singing<br/>Pathetic service - 30 minutes for a disaster of a coffee<br/>Bad customer service - nobody listens
Soan M
If you can't get basic chicken wings right then it's a waste. The only thing good about the place is the live music. The place may seem good however in the evenings the bar is reserved for people who can't hold their drinks.<br/><br/>Disappointed is a small word to describe what we felt.
Derwyn Dias
I have just dined at 49ers by the sea and loved my experience. the food was great along with the service and the ambience. Dining there made my sunday. I would recommend the crispy chicken n beef chilly fry along withe steaks are to die for.
Rh Ea
The only good thing about this restaurant is it's ambience. The location is awesome. Service was quite fast but the food was worst i mean below average level but the staffs were co-operative. <br/>It's best to go there and grab a drink that's it.
Utkarsh K
This is a great place for tourist enroute to South Goa. Within the vicinity of Colva beach in Margao , 49er’s has the very homely and welcoming feel that true Goan hospitality has often shown. <br/><br/>They have a great collection of wines, sea-food and alcholic beverage<br/><br/>It has a great piano bar setting the mood right for all guests. Have a dazzling and ravishing experience at 49er’s.
Mrunal Talwadkar (The Hungry Rider)
The only thing good about this place is ambience and music.<br/><br/>This is an open restaurant with bar top and live music .<br/> Which makes it a great place for hangout .<br/><br/>Coming to food, the food is strictly below average.<br/>We ordered -<br/>Chicken crispy<br/>Tomato soup<br/>Butter chicken <br/>Naan <br/>And a sandwich<br/><br/>Service was quick ... But this places looses points for taste of the food..<br/><br/>Good place to grab a drink with your <br/>Friends
Shantanu Choudhari
The only positive is that this place is open all time, staff is very rude and don't bother to ask and serve you well also the food is way below average and better try to find another place kentchukke beside is any day a better option in this area
Sankalp Sanghi
Service is really slow over in this restraunt. This is pathetic as staff is rude and not responsive. On asking for type of fish served staff suggested to look into menu rather than telling himself. Also local street dogs sat inside the restraunt which is very astonishing to me. Moreover no complementary salad with meals and water is served with our food. INMAO there are better places in the area.

I would like to Request everyone not to waste there value time here.<br/>1.They are not at all intrested to welcome quests and offer seats to them or arrange a one for them.<br/>2.You need to find a one for yourself, still after then no body will come to you for talking orders or Offer a glass of water.<br/>3.comming to the food i would Request if you csn cook your own food and have the kitchen options in hotels especially it is required for South goa here you wont find any good food.<br/>4.finally the worst part after getting your orders after 2hours of the struggles like pulling out a chair for you, going yourself to give order, asking the waiters on a repeated basis for food. For the billing also they won't give it to you i myself went to the Counter and asked for the bill. After leaving the place a fat employee comes chasing behind you as if you have just eat and left the place and ask where are you going if the bill is paid or not. Road side dhaba walla have the minimum hospitality with them. <br/>5.They don't bother to offer or arrange a seat for tje guest even when the place is vacant, you will observe many people are leaving just because they are not welcomed by any one.<br/>6.If still after reading the review you are planning to visit the place then make sure you are going to reuin your hunger and doing some charity my paying stupidest stafss and there behavior<br/>
Neesha Rathod
As you start heading towards the Colva beach you will find this place on your left. No one can miss noticing this place with its big entrance which is well lit with huge board. <br/><br/>Before I share about food, a huge plus about this place is they have clean restrooms (The Beer lovers will get the importance of this 😛).<br/><br/>Food is pretty average. No matter what you eat everything almost tastes the same. Spicy masala food. <br/><br/>The fun part was the Karaoke. You name it and you will get the song you want to sing. <br/><br/>The service was okay ! You have to shout out to get someone to help you. Otherwise they take their own sweet time.<br/><br/>Karaoke made up for everything. If you are just Colva for many days then a visit to this place would do.
For The Love Of Good Food
The ambience is quite lit up and lively. Karaoke was awesome as a good mix of 90s bollywood, 90s international pop like Daniel Bedingfield as well as present charts like shape of you and Adele were played by many! The food portions as small as seen in the pictures so consider while ordering. In terms of taste no complaints it was pretty good, not amazing though. It's right at Colva Beach. I know where I will be if I am at Colva again.

Well me and my friend were actually on our way to 'Kentuckee  Seafood Restaurant' located opposite to Colva, Beach, but we changed our mind as we recollected we've been to 'Kentuckee Seafood Restaurant' year back too, and our experience with the restaurant was pretty substandard.  Hence we saw 49er's pretty close to the beach and decided to try a this restro-bar instead. Our whole experience with this restaurant was pretty amazing. We loved the food, we enjoyed the ambience in the restaurant and the staff were very welcoming and polite as well.  The person who served us the food even told us in advance that the meal which we had ordered would take at-least 30 minutes for preparation. Hence my rating for the restaurant are as follows:<br/><br/>1. Food - 4.5/5<br/>2. Ambience - 4/5<br/>3. Service - 4/5<br/>4. Value for Money - 4/5.

Fit for alcohol drinking only, as it doesn't have to be cooked! Most of the food was bad in taste, except for Kerala Chicken. It was noway Kerala chicken but tasted good. Poor service. Peanut ordered never came. One of us asked for a knife and was shocked to receive a vegetable cutting knife. Send these guys to learn about cutlery. One of us got a steelwool piece in pasta, another got a fly, another got a piece of hair - speaks on poor kitchen cleanliness. It is better that they rebrand themselves into a bar and leave serving food to better people. Note: Steelwool sinks in beer, so no worries. Drink merrily.

Very Bad service.<br/>Took more than 45 mins to server food after multiple reminders.<br/>Manager is rude and least brothered about customers.<br/>Tandoori chicken served was raw.<br/>Water was not served.<br/>
Nilay Puntambekar
Ambience is decent, right outside Colva beach. Unfortunately that's about it. Terrible service. Seated us for half an hour before telling us they couldn't serve us.
Shreyansh Chordia
Disgusting behaviour and service, with an indifferent and highly inconsiderate staff. Please avoid this restaurant at all costs. The manager literally walked away from a conversation on asking about the time it would take for food to be served. I would give it negative stars of I had the option

Slow service. Bad quality. Worst place to eat around here. To top all this, they had to charge me 100rs for peanuts. Peanuts!! What a waste and mind you that's worst quality peanuts I ever lay my hands on.

Great place to hangout for match screening or karaoke night with friends. Wide variety of menu with seafood options and cocktails with reasonable rates. The service is really good and the staff is very friendly. <br/>Food 4/5, Service 5/5, Ambience 3/5 <br/>Overall 4/5

For us lads, it's one of the few places open late at night. Post 12am..apart from these ones right here. <br/>1. Feedmores, Varca.<br/>2. Fishlands, Colva.<br/>3. Vincents, Benaulim.<br/><br/>They specialise in north Indian and goan cuisine. I don't hesitate to order their Tandoori items and their biryanis. Good stuff. The location also is nice. I advice families to come before 10pm (especially goan families) as this place gets a bit too lively cause of the tourists.. They more often than not, start dancing and singing. Lol. It's a good vibe but all families may not like it. Honest opinion. Give this place a go and when in Goa. Please try and have good time. Locals are very patient (including myself). Drink responsibly ; Shout out to all the tourists coming to Goa. Happy eating guys. 😊

We enjoyed the karaoke and live music here. 49 ers fried chicken was good. Go here if you are looking for a relaxed evening with music and drinks.

Definitely not for vegetarians. We ordered paneer tikka and Veg. Lasagna (the only available veg items on their seemingly elaborate menu). The paneer was rubbery and soaked in some weird masala. The veg lasagna had carrots cooked in sweet tomato ketchup within the layers, and tasted like it was microwaved after being cooked atleast a day before (disgusting!). They didn't even have oregano seasoning. Overtly priced too.<br/><br/>On asking the waiter why was the food not fresh, he said that since we were from Bombay we were bound to not like the food!

Interesting staff. A very less range of fish are available here. Great place to watch matches and for karaoke lovers. Service is fast here compared to other local restaurants

Situated right on Colva beach, yet this place is not easy to locate. You have to get to Colva Residency to check this one out. The ambience is good. The restaurant is a non AC one and frankly it does not need an AC cause its so windy and breezy, even on the inside. They have a lot of variety in their menu and the food is good. Service is good. I liked the laid back feel at this place.... so so much like Goa. Good enough for a revisit.

We a family of 9 settled for 49ers at the well lit open air restaurant, the Jazzy looks from outside was encouraging us choose this place. The food spread was North Indian for the most part, wasn't an encouraging place for our appetite. The mocktails and cocktails were less than ordinary, Fish with masala overloaded. The people were courteous, heard us and took the feedback.

A lovely outdoor place by the beach with a good range of finger food, drinks and food for main course. It's a good place to chill with a couple of friends, have a beer by the beach while snacking on something. The staff is very kind and approachable.
Harjas Malhan
Tried north indian food, tasted like home cooked food. Nothing great about the rest of the menu. Location was easily accessible. Not a happening place for summer afternoon.

Started of my Goa trip with this pathetic restaurant. Location is great but the waiter was not concerned at all. A soup and starter wait was for 90 mins , we ordered main course which after 1 hour he said was still in process, When we cancelled, he still was not concerned and just prepared a bill.<br/><br/>Evenings they have live singer performing, just for the sake of that we gave it a second chance. placed an order for Gulab Jamun and requested a song simultaneously.. Maybe waiter didnt like we placed a small order and our song was never played
The Foodgasmic Moody
One of my favourite joints back home. This is afterparty place. No matter where you are in South Goa if you need to sober down with some beer and a biryani after a long night, this is the place. Absolutely love it.
Noopur Adhaulia
The food is too spicy and oily... Most of the desserts from the menu were unavailable... they had only two options in ice cream... The taste wasn't great too...

Totally had a ball at this place<br/>Very well decorated place with wacky stuff and attractive bar.<br/>Food served is really good, taste and quantity are really good.<br/>Going pop music is being played along with karaoke at night.<br/>Chicken cafrial is a must try along with Kfc chicken.<br/>These both are my hot favorite.<br/>Chicken biryani isnt that good, they need to work on it.<br/>Over all a good experience and would definitely visit again when I come to colva.
Ananya
Food is too spicy. Ambience is very good as it is next to the beach and has karaoke in the night. The Indian breads they serve are dry and hard to chew.
Ian Savio
Food was good. Ambience could have been better. Service was very slow. <br/>Do make it a point to carry mosquito repellents..<br/>Overall it's ok to visit.
Mittal Patel
We have ordered veg food. Taste was awesome n panjabi sabji was delicious. Service is also very nice. A must visit place in colva for vegetarians.
Nidhi Srivastava
A place where we landed in the middle of the night, that served authentic Goan cuisine. The place was a bit more of male dominate, but yes who cares when in Goa. The food and booze was very cheap. Just that, there was some mangola Vodka or something which was ridiculous. Overall the place was fun to hangout with friends.
Нирупам Чаттерд&
We have ordered fish fingers. But the actually preparation has arrived was disappointing. I have uploaded picture of the same. Please check the same
Vinod
