The Dosa Plaza at Gandhi Chowk is a chain outlet of the same name in Dalhousie.
They make all kinds of fusion dosas with varied Indian Chinese and continental fillings and their names accordingly.
Some of the fusion dosas are really good, but some don't leave the originality of the dosa itsef.

Dosa and Sambhar was good. Decent prices and nice location.
Nice location, good service, very close to south India taste and flavour, but prices are high. Do not accept cards.
Absolutely Amazing Food, Great service with utmost courtesy and warmth. A must visit place in Himachal Pradesh. Will definitely visit again and again and again.
