The ambience is the only thing why the place is running to the full capacity. The service is very slow and the food is overpriced. The desserts are good though. It is a nice place to go for a drive and grab a drink in the evening. They have a small souvenir shop too, which I really liked. If they work on the service, the place will be perfect overall.

The ambience and the food both are equally awesome, located very near the rohini road you can enjoy the serenity and calmness of the place. This location is quite famous amongst the tourist though the locals do not visit the place often as the price is on the higher side. But this place is a must visit for anyone visiting Darjeeling.
We made a pitstop here for lunch on our way to Kurseong. The location of the place is top notch. Food was good too. However, their bestseller nepali thali was so-so. They also have multiple touristy items which you can buy at reasonable prices. A must visit place for everyone living in Siliguri.
Good ambience but a little overpricred. Staff was helpful. Asked for bread and butter and they served cold bread, we aske the staff to reheat. We ate parathas, bread-butter and scrambled eggs. It's a good place to take pictures and an ideal breakfast point for people going to Darjeeling from Siliguru.

Very good ambience, very clean and tidy. I love their gardens and flowers. The warm lights all around give a very fantastic look.
Now about food. They serve boiled potato with Timboor chutney to all their guests, which is something very unique and highly appreciable. Starter ordered chicken sausages, which was ok ok. Then I ordered both chicken and mutton Nepali thali. I am highly impressed with the authentic taste I get in Nepali thali. The mutton tasted very good , all the items in the Thaali were well prepared.
Now about Service. I like the service . The female steward who took my order was very nice and had a good knowledge regarding menu. Her service was very nice and she know her work very well.
Only thing I was disappointed was that this restaurant is jus 1 min away from toll gate . So just to go to this restaurant you need to pay the toll (both side up & down)
Overall I'll visit this place again. The best time to visit is in the evening. The Hill view looks awesome. Very well maintained restaurant. Keep it up. I am very impressed and will recommend to others .
The best out of town, wayside eating joint close to Siliguri. The Nepali cuisine is authentic and the serving staff is very prompt. Just don't go there on a weekend.
