Cafe Marigold is a charming, small, and cozy spot with a focus on great food and a pleasant green touch with plants. The intimate setting adds to its charm, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. The menu offers a delightful selection of dishes, and the presence of plants enhances the ambiance, creating a soothing and inviting atmosphere. It's a great choice for those looking for a serene dining experience in Dehradun.

This place is lovely , I have been going here for the last 10 years . The aloo paratha is awesome . If you are heading towards shikhar fall , have brunch here

5 star on efforts and service. 4 star on food. Soup was good. Hot n sour. Try asking for more paneer if it seems spicy. Fries were home made which made me deduct 1 star. As this is a professional place n not home. So frozen fries should have been used. Also honey was missing in honey chilli fries.. over all a goodnplace to hang out. Recomended

The cafe owner was very friendly and chatted with us prior to ordering. Then she assisted with our menu selections. It was evening and the place had fairy lights draped inside and out, creating a warm ambience on a cool evening. If you like paneer, I would recommend the chilli paneer in gravy sauce, it was delicious. The dishes were heavy with onion and garlic, so if you’re not a fan of these I would mention at the time of ordering. The serving portions are generous and the location is quiet in the evening.

Visited this cafe few days ago and charm of the cafe will get you the moment you enter inside. Plants are everywhere and decor is quite thoughtful. I had their Day's Special mocktail i.e. Chatpata Guava. Drink was topped with freshly chopped coriander and the flavour was perfectly balanced. It was a total chatpata blast to the taste buds. Later on, I had their Pan Fried Noodles which were cooked in coconut milk. There were so many fresh exotic vegetables inside. Taste was very soothing. I also had their Veg Saucy Momos and Penne Pasta. Both of them were freshly made and delectable. Owner of the cafe & staff were kind. I had a great time there with my friends and would surely visit again during my furure visit to Dehradun.

Was lucky to visit for the 10 year Anniversary celebration with family had the days special Potli Biryani, black forest dessert and lemon ice tea. The food was delicious and the Biryani is a must try as it is a rare treat to find. Plus the great weather and view is a cherry on top must visit if you visit Dehradun or are a local.

Such a pretty place with colorful seatings & beautiful plants all around. Indoor as well as outdoor seating both are available. I tried their saucy momos which were so juicy & delicious. You must try their Pan fried Noodles. They were amazing as Noodles were cooked in coconut milk served with veggies. I also loved their mix sauce pasta served with garlic bread. Everything was perfect with balanced spices. To quench your thirst, you can have Peach Iced tea & their special chatpapta Gauva mocktails. Service was fast & staffs were good. Must visit this pocket friendly place.

Peaceful environment, good music and tasty food.. what can a food lover wish for. We had 1. Coffee marigold (which is my favourite). 2. Cheesy garlic bread ( have it when it is hot and I am sure you will love it )

The cafe is so cute and colourful the vibe and the ambience is so good. Had masala tea and cold coffee which was so reasonable and taste was good too.

One of my favorites in Dehradun. The place feels like a small corner hidden across a street in the mountains. I love going to them for their pancakes & recommend everybody to try the place once for sure. The owners & service staff is sweet & most of their items in the menu are good with moderate pricing.

Cute cafe. If you love greenery and natural things then you should definitely visit this place.

A cozy place to plan a getaway with your closed ones to grab some light snacks, coffee and some chit chats.. And how can I miss those lovely pancakes.. The ambience is decent but the place has its own charm.

Must Visit if you want to experience a different flavor of both the menu as well as the nature around. The sitting area is very uniquely set up. Must visit on evenings.

I had heard a lot i mean literally a lot about this cafe but never been to. So one day I randomly decided to check out this. And this place just won my heart. It is very nice cute small cafe amidst mountains. Talking about food--- so I was very hungry and by that I wanted have food that just fills my tummy wholly.<br/>So ordered manchurian gravy and hakka noodles.<br/>Noodles were super amazing. Manchurian balls were super soft and tasty but the gravy was too thin.<br/>All in all i recommend this cafe because being small they still offer many varieties.

I've travelled a long way to visit this cafe and honestly, it didn't disappoint. I think it was a refreshing change to have a small, quaint little cafe, one a quiet street with such a great, rustic vibe. The coffees that we tried were coffee marigold and icy hot coffee and I highly recommend trying both, really delicious coffee. The momos were really spicy but not bad, the herbed fries were crispy, delicious yet generic. The only downfall is the cleaniless, really dusty place, glasses on the table weren't clean enough. Overall, I'd definitely recommend<br/><br/>Food: 4/5<br/>Service: 4/5<br/>Ambience: 4.5/5<br/>Value for money: 4/5<br/><br/>

We landed up here for a cozy dinner after work. Delicious masala cheese toast, cute decor, refreshing fresh lime soda and yummy herb flavoured fries. I recommend this cafe and all this food. What a lovely time we had and it was reasonably priced too!

The food at marigold is okay not the best. The service is also not that great.<br/>Food-3/5<br/>Ambience-4/5<br/>Service-4/5<br/>Prices-4/5<br/>Overall it is a decent place.

This place is so beautiful and my kind of place .. away from noise and sound pollution . I like each and every thing about this cafe from food to ambience .<br/>I had ordered momos and fries .<br/>I like herb fries more this is something different here .<br/>Momos was also oky they taste same as other's one .<br/>.<br/>.<br/>Taste - 😍😍😍😍<br/>.<br/>.<br/>Visit for lovely experience

Overhyped as hell. The ambience is literally just cheap lights and nothing else, no view or else. Prices are through the roof for nothing......just because it's become famous probably but nothing special, the seating area is almost like you're sitting out on the road. Not worth the drive tbh!<br/>

I really love to go there again...nice place with luscious food...service was good...pretty much cool interior...it has open space also you can enjoy it with your friend's or family as it is economical...away from noise eco friendly environment....i will suggest my friends that they should try it once😍🤗 @foodies_of_dehradun #blogger

The cutest little cafe restaurant in Dehradun! Amazing service! Super friendly staff! Animal friendly as the sweetest neighbourhood dog sat peacefully nearby.
Prasanjeet Dutta Baruah
Strongly recommended and didn't disappoint. Great ambience with board games and card games that were fun as a family. The momos were nice (prefer the ones at Kalsang and Hot Bites though), the chicken in brown sauce was scrumptious. Good service. Recommended. Also has a place to park near.
Rohit Batra
Good cafe with unique Jalandhar french toast, really good to taste and masala chai is what you want. The ambience is good. The green chutney is same like home cooked.
Kritika Mehrotra
Found this cosy place near our hotel rajpur heights. We dined here twice. Loved their lemon honey ginger tea. Honey chilli potatoes are to die for ❤<br/>Must visit if u visit Rajpur 😇
Divya Goel
The aura and the environment of the place is so good that I can spent hours sitting there . The place is specially famous for its coffee which is worth appreciating and the tea . I tried their thukpa also which is a must try loaded with veggies.

The cosiest café in that area with a staff that really respects your privacy. Amazing for dates but not for a group of 6 or more. The food is good, I had : <br/>Mixed pakodas (5/5) <br/>French fries (5/5) <br/>Both of them were quite crisp and weren't too oily. The seasonings were apt. <br/>Noodles (3/5) could've been a bit more spicy. <br/>Honey chilli potatoes (2/5) they were soggy and sweet. <br/>Prices are a bit high, but overall love the place and the environment.
Ratik
My all time favourite place for their special hand beaten coffee. It's a cozy little place located on old mussoorrie road. The staff is friendly and the ambience is appealing. Cheers!!
Prisneh
Well this place is not as I expected it to be. Staff is not quick. The food is not upto the mark. On my way to musoorie i came across this small cafe their was no space inside so we had to sit outside. The food is overpriced as compared to the quality and the quantity of the food. Not looking forward to visit this place again ever for sure.<br/>What I ordered:<br/>Honey chilli fries- ₹130 <br/>Hot chocolate -₹130 (approx)?

This cafe - Cafe marigold is not just a small cozy beautiful cafe but also situated in an enchanting location of old rajput road. It requires the help of Google Maps to reach up there if visiting for the first time. Anyways the place and food makes it worth visiting. We ordered Hawaiian sandwiches and French fries. The sandwich tasted delicious having the foreign touch and French fries were perfect crisp. Looking forward to my next visit here.
Boozer Baba
Nice location cozy and casual setup which suits the place in a good way.. Tried burger and sandwich here.. Food was fine as per me.. Was expecting more..

Went there once with a few of my friends actually they recommended the place for it's Momo's . Ordered Momo's and grilled sandwich along with coffee. Found it alright over hyped sure but the food and quantity are ok.
Vaibhav Jethi
It's a small cafe in the quaint town of Rajpur.<br/>I ordered a pizza and masala omelette which was delicious.Unlike a typical restaurant or a cafe, food served was quite home cooked type-light and comforting. Overall definitely a must visit place for Italian and Chinese cuisine.
Abhinav Singh
Cool place to have chit chat in the corner,😉. Food is delicious service is good with polite staff. Open air seating should be changed to better tables and chairs. Few more lights outside will make it to 5 stars in zomato ratings.

I'm so in love with this place. Ambience of this cafe is like awesome..Far away from the city situated in rajpur, this cafe has it's own charm, beautiful location surrounded by greenery and so peaceful. When it comes to food, quality is also good. A must visit place when in doon..!!

Been here with friends ...Menu is OK but price is not all in harmony with dehradun expenses...Ambience is good they have board games... apart from peaceful space it is lacking views and taste of food is simple ...not much to discover in menu

If you need to sit and spend some quality time with your friends or family this a best place!<br/>What to have? MARIGOLD SPECIAL COFFEE<br/>The food is absolutely worth for the price! You also get Chef special everyday.<br/>Not such a great view but ambience is cute.<br/>Must try!<br/>Breakfast Menu my personal favourite!

A cafe in a very calm and serene location at rajpur road. Cafe Marigold is at foothills of mountains in the beginning of the old mussorie trekking route. The location is beautiful and so is the ambience inside. Tried their indian chicken platter and coffee. Chicken was tenderly cooked and delicious to the last bite. You can just sit and relax and chat all day at such a place. A must visit place for everyone in the city who want little peace of mind and just want to relax.

This place is really very nice, be it the location or the food. Its a must visit place for a get together. The noodles are just wow.<br/>Ambience- 3.5/5<br/>Food- 4/5

The cafe is in one of my favourites city and also when it is surrounded by beautiful mountains .<br/>These mountains summarised its all beauty and gives a soothing ambience. <br/>I hooped into this place by chance and believe it fills my soul with their amazing coffe and in such a amicable environment. <br/>It has indoor as well as outdoor sitting . <br/>Dehradun the city of love gives me a new love in a way of this cafe.
Abhishek George
Its one of the most visited cafe by me the food is just too good also try the lemon ginger honey tea in winters it just too good also the owners are very polite people
Anjali Nagpal
Not very fond of the interior though the location is good but need to be maintained for better clientage. Not enough fans which makes it very uncomfortable for sitting. Also the food had a stale smell along with a lot of cartilage bones in all chicken.
PICKYPLATES
A small cafe which gives some really cozy home vibes. This place is a feast to the eye when visited after sunset. The place has wide variety of food. This place has an indoor and outside sitting provision. The decor is amazing.Pickyplates stopped here just to hydrate and so we had theirs<br/>1. Marigold Special Coffee -₹85<br/>2.Cold drink-₹40<br/>This is an awesome place to hangout with your friends...

After hearing a lot abt this cafe I thought of visiting. I think they are the one who has started cafes trend in doon. It's is located near old mussoorie road. Location is nice but they have very less parking. Quite big challenge. I had veg momos which was really really good. Very homely feel cafe with checks print table clothes. Sittings are just fine. Let's get back to the food..also tried pan cakes which I heard that they are really good at that but honestly that was not even ok for me. I personally love pan cakes and there is no time for pan cakes. I can eat pan cakes anytime in a day or night. I feel that they can improve upon few above mention things and they are good to go. Will visit soon for momos for sure.

Awesome little place in the hills . Perfect for a romantic outing . Cosy and the drive there also sets the mood perfectly . Liked the food as well 👌🏽❤️

Cafe Marigold... Well this place is sure retro to look at, the colors, the walls, the paintings, the style they have put on the place. Have outdoor and indoor siting area. Visitng here at night time is amazing feeling, the stuff is fine, take cash and card. Visited here twice, had momos (veg and non-veg), lung fung soup, tea, coffee, sandwiches, honey chilly potatoes. But sorry to say, every time it lacked it's taste not one dish but all. Both the time I didn't like it.

You can never think of a cafe at a place where this one's situated. It's almost hidden somewhere on old mussorrie road parallel to the new mussorrie road. Anyway, this is the go to place for my girl gang. It has scrumptious shakes and noodles. The other food is average. The ambience is fine, the interior decor is impressive with tangerine walls and flower pots hanging. Cool place to visit!
Adrijaa
The food is 3.5/5 . But the coffees I had there was simply a delight! ❤<br/>Speacialy if you are a coffee lover, it's a must try! The interior and decor was pretty enough.

We happened to be walking on the dehradun and saw the cafe and decided to enter inside as hunger was having the better of us. <br/><br/>And I am so thankful about our sudden plan Of going to the cafe.<br/><br/>The ambience is very warm and cozy . The hospitality makes it warmer .<br/><br/>Thanks food is decent and of you are fighting the winters as we we're you will enjoy the food and your cup of coffee even more.<br/><br/>Needless to say I will recommend this place to the foodies out there. <br/><br/>

Atul Sharma Ghani Rahman <br/><br/>I had visited this place many times in last 2 Years , when their prices where cheap and quantity was sufficient to today’s time when they had reduced quantity and increased the prices same time. That’s their way of working. Talking about my last visit, I went their for breakfast. We ordered Aloo parathas , tea and coffee.<br/>Parathas came after 30 minuets (as we were busy in our talks we didn’t complained about it). We asked for butter and it came when we had finished our paratha. In my friends plate we found hair in paratha, we called staff to check this and should be careful while preparing food. We had no intention to return this paratha neither we wanted free food. To our surprise staff took out hair from paratha and ran away in kitchen. This is the way for them to deal with such kind of complaint. Once can see hair in paratha in pic shared here. <br/>It not only shows how unhygienic was food preparation but it also shows how unprofessional and immature staff they have. This was my last visit to this cafe and neither will recommend this to anyone the way I was doing earlier.

Cafe custom in doon is now quite popular, but I clearly remember when a few years back there were few places to sit or hangout. You could just count them on your fingers. Some of the places were not even a proper cafe. They were not a road side eatery nor a restaurant or cafe. They were somewhere in between. This place has it's existence since then. Started by three house wifes craving for some good food with reasonable prices brought them here.<br/>This place is situated in a quite place serving one of the best pastas in town.<br/>Also, I think the only cafe that serves authentic Kashmiri dishes. 😊👌
Dr. Vickram Sahai
Interesting location on the old Mussoorie road. Ambience is casual with indoor and outdoor seating. I am to believe it is popular with students and old timers who come for the sake of nostalgia. We ordered the momos and biryani. Momos were had a good stuffing although not as juicy as Kalsangs. I found the veg momos a tad better than chicken.<br/>The veg biryani came with an interesting presentation. It was in a large puri. It was nice but found it a bit too oily for biryani. <br/>Nice place to hangout with friends in a secluded place away from humdrum of the town and food that is good but a bit over priced.
Rishi Prateem Dash
Nice place to hangout with friends...raw decor with nice Italian food...maybe food isn’t that tasty but the ambience does make it tasty...we ordered masala omelette which really awesome and mouth watering...white sauce pasta was good..not rich..thick sauce and preparation was good...hot chocolate was also nice..service quick and good gesture from staffs...overall taste 7/10...ambience 9/10..service 8/10..value for money 8/10.

I recently went here on a date. The place is hidden away on the old Mussorrie road and doesn't offer a very good ambience. We ordered strawberry pancakes, coffee and tea. <br/>The pancakes were good though avoid ordering strawberry, i must say. The tea was awful so we asked to change it which they did oh so happily. The coffee was pretty good as well. <br/>The staff is prompt and helpful. Service is a bit slow. <br/>P.S I found there music a bit loud

Fall in love with this place.. Nice food.. They don't serve mutton momos however the chicken momos are not less competitive.. Fod quality is too high. 4.5 star to food and 5 * to ambience... Come once and experience peace.. And pls do carry your own smoke..

I was once a fan of this place.. but to be honest this place is becoming boring now.. there is no new addition in the cafe.. food is boring.. music has no sense.. menu is hell boring... garhwali local boys are making food the way they like.. owner has no participation or interest in the cafe.. maam just try ur masala tea, noodles and bruschetta by urself its pathetic.. other items are also so so.. this wont work for you people.. sorry to say.. extremely disappointed

It's a nice small peaceful place. Pretty ambience with soothing music. Good weather would complement your visit. I liked pancakes the most( Nutella banana). You can also go for omlette and cheese chicken momos. Overall it's worth a visit once. You won't leave disappointed.

1) Nice crisp in french fries, good hot coffee, excellent veg noodles.<br/>2) Casual service.<br/>3) Decoration and Interior-exterior layout suits the place.<br/>4) Not much loss in your wallet weight.<br/>5) No parking space especially for 4 wheelers.

I went for breakfast over there and ordered chicken grilled sandwich and cold coffee. Sandwich was fine but mustard sauce was a bit more and cold coffee tasted really nice 👍🏼

I liked the food, The location although a small cafe, and slow service but yes food and location gives it an edge and let you forget the cons. I liked the freshness over here

Nice tiny place with good vibes. This cafe was in my 'must visit' list. <br/><br/>We stopped at this place for momos and masala chai. Momos were average, masala chai was nice. Though my wife did not drink it, she felt it had too much milk - but I loved the chai. :-)<br/><br/>We also ordered fruit curd and pan fried noodles. The curd was for my 8 months old daughter and pan fried noodles were sides with the chai. However, the pan fired order took too long so we requested the staff to pack it.<br/><br/>Overall, this place is a good place to hangout with friends. Got a cool breeze and a nice open sitting space.<br/><br/>We met the owners, they were warm and greeted us well. Definitely going to visit this place again to try out more from their menu. I've heard their pasta is a must try.

At the lap of hills, this small place can make you feel poetic. No less than pictures of tea stalls we see in calendars, this place is visually highly comforting. With the brilliant choice of music and delicious chai, this place has won my heart. Their garlic bread, sautéed veggies and chai, all of these are awesome and stomach winning, hot chocolate cake is again lip smacking. I seriously believe some people have taken good decisions by letting their boring office works go. Kudos to the owner!

Nothing wrong with this plc it's a very nice and a cozy place. Being a cafe they lack in coffee variety which i found was wired i think they don't have a Espresso machine. I ordered a icy hot coffee which was absolutely worth dying for and could not help my self from ordering it again and ordered a pasta which was recommended by a friend which was also nice..But the only downside to me about this plc is that their menu is lacking in variety but all in all it's a good plc......

On the narrow, pleasant roads of Rajpur is this lovely place "Marigold". This cafe is really one of its own kind! This cafe is almost every doonite favourite. I have visited this place a number of times. Everytime I enjoy it's amazing ambiance. It's a completely different feeling but I must say everytime food is not that fine. Location is itself a big charm and the cosy ambiance adds on to it. Variety is large and hospitality is also good but I believe there is a big scope in enhancement in case of food. There is both indoor as well as outdoor seating there. I enjoy visiting this place. And overall I'll surely recommend this cafe!!

It is a tiny cafe located uphills in rajpur. They are good at food but apart from this they are bit expensive and will burn your pocket if you are here for a full meal. Suitable for fast snacks and some lemonade. I liked the white sause pasta much there. Sitting space are both interior and exterior. They serves a hazel of crowd in evening as being a small place noise pollution also come up with some extinct.

The foothills of Shiwaliks and the valley of Dehradun is blessed by such an awesome - blossom cafe. A nice quite surrounding with a colourful interior; you certainly can not ask for something more. And the icing on the cake is definitely the food.<br/><br/>A mouth watering bowl of saucy momos🍥 and delicious white sauce pasta🍝 with crunchy breads is something which can make your day. The exotic taste of these two delicacies truly touch your soul and let's you take a fine trip of heaven, that too by being alive.(lol)😁😁<br/><br/>If this is not enough, go get yourself a refreshing glass of cold coffee🍷 which can turn your energy on, in just one sip.<br/><br/>Overall a@ very nice place👌 to go with your friends👧👨, family 👪 and loved ones💑.<br/><br/>Awesome food, nice location and a good service. Dehradun is known for its cafes among the youth. There is actually isn't much worth exploring in Dehradun except for the cafes. We searched for a few cafes in Dehradun and found Cafe Marigold. This was our first visit to Dehradun, hence, we didn't know much about the location of this cafe. It is a small, nice place away from the rush; you can spend a comfortable time here. Though looking simple from outside, the interior was decorated with a variety of colours and adorned with the photographs of marigold. The cafe offers around ten tables. In food, we had chicken steak and white sauce chicken pasta. Chicken steak portion was large, juicy and tender, and served with sauteed vegetables, which were perfectly cooked, and crispy garlic bread. Pasta was a reasonable dish having chicken and variety of vegetables. However, the white sauce was overpowering the overall taste. In beverages, we had cold coffee and chocolate which were fine. The staff was courteous and service was quick. The painful thing about this cafe, which I must mention, is that there was no power backup. We went for lunch, and imagine how would be the condition without a fan. This place is located far exterior of the city and also at a height. Given the conveyance in Dehradun is not very best, one should either hire a taxi for the entire day or rent a bike. If one is in Dehradun and is interested in exploring cafes, Marigold should be on his/her list.<br/><br/>Detail review - https://goo.gl/KgEh6L<br/>

It's a small cafe situated in old Rajpur. Limited seatings but the food is quite awesome. If you are looking for a peaceful place away from the city's brawl then this place is perfect for you.

Overrated and also found rotten tomatoes in burger . Small place don't expect much from surroundings and this place was full of flies . Staff is still okay but not worth to go specifically crossing whole of dehradun.

I've been visiting this place for almost 5 years now. It's just commendable how the place has evolved, be it the taste of the food, quality, or the decor. The best part is the location of this cafe. It lies almost outside the city buzz and is peaceful and serene. The place is great to have a nice chit chat with friends. The food is good and the prices are very affordable. The staff is very polite. They have both indoors and outdoors seating facility. All in all, it's a beautiful place to hang out in.

A cute little cafe with really tasty treats. Has the much needed homely feel where you can just sit and enjoy your meal with your friend or loved one. <br/>Must try their pancakes. !!

My heart belongs to this place. Everytime i visit Dehradun, i make sure that i stop by Cafe Marigold to enjoy a meal. There are endless reasons for a person to visit this place. The location is utterly serene and the cafe is a beautiful little place with extremely warm and friendly hosts. The place has ludo and cards and chess so you can cut time by playing UNO cards while the food is being prepared. Each dish that they have on their menu tastes amazing. Dim sums are dilicious and chicken steak is to kill for. I also liked their pasta and chicken grilled sandwiches. It is a place that you will definitely reminisce over whenever nostalgia for Dehradun hits you.

Located in the serene settings of Rajpur, this cafe is one such stop where you can do all your chit-chats, enjoy the ambience with some soothing music. <br/>This place is suitable for all, to have some quality time. Food is also fine. A must try cafe in Doon.

Located at a very serene corner up a steep road in Dehradun. It offers a lovely view and great weather to savour some lovely Italian delicacies like pizzas, pastas and whatnot.<br/>The interiors are quite simple, more like a living room of someone's house, so we preferred sitting outside in the lap of nature.<br/>We ordered their cheesy pasta that was just out of this world and I savoured every last bite of it.<br/>Pizza is great too and so are the tit bit snacks we order along with the delicious shakes.

One of our favourites owing to variety of reasons- food undeniably great, view awesome, location terrific as it is nestled uphill from Rajpur. Owner is terrific.

Who would not like a place that feels so homely...?? The most appreciable thing about dis place is - the freshness of the ingredients and d personal touch of owners.<br/><br/>Service:<br/>It was prompt. Some food items take time to come cuz they make everything frm starting<br/><br/>Ambiance:<br/>They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Interiors are designed my owners themselves and if u seat outside u love the view of d tree laden mountains.<br/><br/>Food:<br/>As winters are on, we started with soups:<br/>manchow veg and lung fung chicken. Chicken soup has a half boiled egg which gave soup a texture.<br/><br/>We then had snacks:<br/>Chinese bhel(veg), masala cheese toast(veg), veg hawainan sandwich and chicken grilled sandwich. Bhel is worth a try especially in winters and other snacks were a decent one.<br/><br/>To compliment our food we ordered beverages:<br/>Cold coffee, lime sode, hot chocolate all were good. I would especially recommend to try smoothies and hot coffe with ice cream.<br/><br/>The visit would be incomplete without pasta, momos and noodles.<br/>We ordered white sauce veg and red sauce chicken pasta. Red one was remarkbly osum.<br/>MoMos are love of this cafe. Saucy momos(veg) were OUT of dis WORLD. Cheese momos(veg) ans steamed chicken momos were different and flavoursome.<br/>Then came the turn of hong kong style noodles(chicken) which were laudable. Chopsuey(veg) was were a decent one.<br/><br/>After giving tummy a break we indluged in platter:<br/>Chicken and paneer curry platter lived upto d expectations. Platter consisted of parantha, curry and salad. Curries were full of taste and were well complinented by paranthas.<br/><br/>Then finally came the chance of desserts:<br/>Pancakes with 2 syrup: maple and chocolate:<br/>They were light and not very sweet which made them taste good.<br/>Tutti fruity: A pure treat as it had ice cream, syrup, fresh and dry fruits. Omg its love...:)<br/><br/>Once u visit the cafe u will surely fall in love with each and everything of this place.<br/>So must visit before its late ;)Eatsalott Anubhuti<br/><br/>

Rains in dehradun are synonymous with momos for me, and may be so for every Doonite. No wonder every corner of Doon has a momo stall. My love for momos takes me to various joints and i came accross this little gem on one such quest for my favourite food. Cafe Marigold, is a small cafe located at Rajpur village in Dehradun among beautiful and serene surroundings.

This Christmas was a supercool experience for me and my friends for we had a foodie blast at cafe marigold.<br/>It was real fun. We met the owners , talked about the cafe to them and eventually where nailed by their politeness. <br/>The ambience was amazing and it felt quite homely being there.<br/><br/>So we started with the soups which consisted machow veg and lung fung chicken. Both of them were simply amazing, the texture as well as the taste.<br/><br/>Snacks were up next for us.<br/>We ordered Chinese bhel (veg), masala cheese toast and the veg Hawaiian sandwich of which the best was the masala cheese toast. The sandwiches were average and the Chinese bhel was good too.<br/><br/>Up next was pasta... White sauce pasta and red sauce chicken pasta. I had the white sauce pasta which was good not much special.<br/><br/>Momos was what we all were waiting for😁 <br/>We ordered saucy momos veg , cheese momos veg and steamed chicken momos. I loved the saucy momos and cheese momos. Saucy momos is a must try.<br/><br/>We had chopsuey veg noodles next which i felt was the best i had in there.<br/><br/>I ordered the strawberry smoothie which was good. <br/><br/>We had paneer curry platter up next which is average.<br/><br/>We couldn't resist ourselves from ordering the dessert so we ordered pancakes and tutti fruity. <br/>We had chocolate and maple syrup pancakes which were good.<br/>Tutti fruity was the best of all and the presentation added to the taste.<br/><br/>Overall it was an amazing experience and i would love to visit this place soon.<br/>Thanks Eatsalott Rashmi Rashh Kanti Deeksha Singh Aritro Chattopadhyay (@foodicted.fellow) Nishtha Bhatia Anupriya Singh for being such an amazing company☺

Café Marigold…The place really blossoms like a Marigold..,with its location at the hill top, cool & natural scenario, homely interiors with soothing music & ofcourse their delicious food!!<br/><br/>Got a chance to visit this place with my foodie friends. Here are my précised description & ratings for the full course food I had at Café Marigold-<br/><br/>Soups: The restro is expertise in making delicious soups that’ll surely satisfy your foodie craving. And that’s what I felt about my ordered Chicken Lung Fung Soup! The quantity was enough, lots of veggies & diced chicken pieces with a full egg topping. Since the cold waves have already started, Chicken Lung Fung Soup is a good start for your meal course & Café Marigold is totally worth it! My ratings 4.7/5 ;)<br/><br/>Snacks: We had Chinese Bhel, Masala Cheese Toast, Veg Hawaiian Sandwich & Chicken Grilled Sandwich. Both mentioned sandwiches were deliciously cheesy. What I really liked is- they have included crispy French fries with them, very rare to find in any other restros. And now I can’t resist appreciating those tremendously scrumptious Masala Cheese Toast & Chinese Bhel. For me they are the winners indeed! Don’t believe me? Give a try & you would surely agree upon this! My ratings-<br/><br/>Chinese Bhel- 5/5 (crispy, tangy, nutty- explode your taste buds), Masala Cheese Toast- 5/5 (generous cheesy toppings above the crunchy butter-garlic toast, Sandwiches- 4/5<br/><br/>Beverages: Cold Coffee with Ice-cream- Each one of my friends ordered a different drink. I was disappointed opting Cold Coffee since it failed to my expectations drastically. As normal as available in many other shops/restros/or at home! Ratings- 2.5/5<br/><br/>Pasta: We had White & Red Sauce Pasta. Where the White Pasta was creamy with broccoli & mushrooms, the Red Pasta was tangy with chicken pieces into it. To be frank enough, I just not liked any of them. May be my taste buds still in a dilemma of choosing the best between Cheese Toast or Chinese Bhel? LOL. Ratings for both Pasta- 2.5/5<br/><br/>Momos: Had three different typo momos -Saucy Veg, Cheese Veg & Steamed Chicken Momos. Liked the last one. Saucy Veg were normal (They are better at Kalsang in my view). Generous filling in every piece of momo is the thing I would really appreciate. Ratings- Veg Saucy Momos- 2.5/5, Chicken Momos- 4/5, Veg Cheese Momos- 3/5.<br/><br/>Noodles: Hong Kong Style (chicken) Noodles- 3/5 (Did not liked) & Veg Choupsey- 4.5/5 (Awesome)<br/><br/>Platter: Chicken/Paneer Curry Platter- It was an Indian platter that included chicken/paneer curry, fried potatoes with layered paranthas & a lot of onions as a salad. Ratings- 4/5<br/><br/>The last (not the least ofcourse) part…Desserts!<br/><br/>We ordered their specialized dessert- Pancakes- one Chocolate & one Maple Syrup. I am confused if pancakes really taste like that! Onto my taste buds, they went in vain! Seriously, did not like them. Don’t know if they’ll taste better when served hot. Ours got cold since all of us were busy showcasing our photographic skills that time :D<br/><br/>And the last thing that stole our hearts leaving us to feel of having received a perfect gift for this Christmas eve- The Tutti Fruity!! Lots of fresh fruits topped with two scoops of vanilla ice-cream & crunchy nuts. Nothing could be the better finish like this! Ratings- 5/5<br/><br/>Overall ratings including service, ambiance- 4/5. Well extra 1 point for the owners- the pretty ladies, very humble, polite & friendly taking care of each customer.<br/><br/>Pros- The homely touch, natural beauty, hills & some very delicious or you can say the USP of this restro. Chinese Bhel, Cheese Toast, Choupsey, Tutty Fruity to name a few.<br/><br/>Cons- The distant location with no parking space :(<br/><br/>Would I Go again? Definitely!! <br/><br/>Christmas Brunch could never be as tastier & fruitful as it was with you all! Love you all my foodie friends.

Quaint little place serving finger licking comfort food. The synergy between the kitchen and servers lends to the hospitable service provided by the cafe. MUST VISIT!!!

Extremely dissatisfied with service and food<br/><br/>We were asked shift tables just to help them accommodate a larger group.<br/>Would have pulled through if the food was as satisfying. To our dismay it was just about average <br/><br/>Not again

I used to love this place for their chocolate cake and shakes , sit on a hill and enjoy the meal but while I visited this place with cousins recently the quality has really gone bad .there is not even a view to enjoy anymore. The chocolate shake was watery like water mixed with choco powder, ita not a nice thick creamy shake .And the cake was dry and dougy. While so many new lovely places have opened up in doon this place needs to really rework on their food in my opinion.

Nice ambience. Open sitting was awesome during this time of the year. Heard lot about this cafe fro online reviews. Cafe is located somewhere outside of dehradun, but has a cosy feeling. But the food was not that great. As a vegetarian we ordered veg pasta, child fries and cheese garlic bread. Fries were good, pasta was ok and garlic bread was pathetic. So much cheese over not properly baked bread and no taste was really a put off. Dim lights and slow music were the only things that made us sit there for a time .

It looks starry during evening hours, their specialty is saucy dimsum. I specially enjoy it with icy hot coffee. Best for brunch on a sunny winter afternoon.

Cafe Marigold is at a place that only a localite could easily find. The Ambience is Average.. Nothing Fancy. The Menu is Short...But the Food is Amazing. I tried to stick to the basics and ordered A Chicken PIZZA, chicken Noodles, Veg Pasta and Grilled Sandwiches. <br/>The Pizza Was AMAZING for the cost. Lots of topping and cheese. Pasta was Good but overpriced. Sandwiches were above average with nice filling. Noodles were good at the price. Later i tries the pancakes. They were good. The weather is perfect at the location. Try to sit outside at the evening. The service is good and the quality is ensured here.<br/>You would not regret spending a few bucks here. Shakes are also amazing. If you havent tried this cafe....u've missed a lot of delicious food. MUST TRY..!!<br/>Overall...<br/><br/>Taste - 4/5<br/>Ambience. - 3/5<br/>Service. - 3.5/5<br/>Value for money- 4/5
