Review Cafe Cibo - Dehradun

The cafe is on the main road side. The ambience is very good with both open area and inside seating spaces are available. The seating space is very good and the place is not very crowded. Prior booking is not mandatory and also not required. The food tastes great. Both vegetarian and non-vegtarian options are available in ample varieties. We visited twice in last 4 months. It's always a great experience and also a nice place to have light moments with friends or family. The food quality is always very good as it is very much regulated by the cafe owner herself as compared to the the usual restaurants where the taste depends on the chef. The staff is polite and well behaved. The palce is good for all ages. The parking space is a little crunched up but the cafe is usually not very crowded so parking never becomes an issue.

A perfect place for some evening Italian. The menu has mostly Italian food itself and it's very good. The place isn't usually crowded given the location and the prices are reasonable. The staff is great as well. Evening time is the best time to visit. The sandwiches here are a must have.

I visited the place on June 24 with friends. I must say the taste was super awesome. The owner was herself involved in cooking. We ordered cold coffee, peach lemon ice, pineapple shake, hot coffee, chicken strips dipped in barbecue sauce, boiled chicken breast with veggies and mash potatoes, pizza, veggiliciois roll and exotic vegetables baked with white sauce and cheeze. Taste, quality and quantity was super rich and fingerlicious good. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

Loved this place for their delicious cheesecake and cold brew! The pasta was yumm! The ambiance and service was wonderful. I had a wonderful conversation with the person at the front desk! A little late to write this review but once you leave the city, you realize how many places you promised to write (because they were so good)!

A small cafe and restaurant is a good place for hangout. It has both cafe and restaurant menu.When I visited this place for the first time and tried waffles it was pathetic but recently when I visited this place it was good.I really liked their manchow soup and tandoori chicken. Food is undoubtedly very delicious. My perception changed about the cafe. Cost for 2 people Rs 500 approx

It has the best lasagne I have ever tasted. You'll feel like home when you will visit this place and that is the best part. Service is quite good and fast. Decor is classy not too flashy everything is on point. Menu is not too mainstream you will find dishes that are rare to find in other cafes.

I really love this place and one of my favorite place to sit and relax, meet up with friends for a cup of coffee. Its very much on the main road and car parking is available depending upon the rush. Can have breakfast, lunch or people can do brunch. Food quality is also awesome cheese grill sandwich is my favourite. Masala fries is always a combo with coffee. Can try pizza too. Owner is very calm and gentle and will help u is you want anything perticular.

This is a complete glass walled cafe of dehradun located in the posh area of EC road. The place is well maintained with minimal man made artefacts but maximal greenery. This cafe is well suited for photogenic people also. Well talking about the food I would say the taste was fine not much mind boggling because I think they concentrated more on the ambience and less on food side. So alot has to be done to make it a complete package.

One of the best cafes dehradun have, there comes cafe cibo which is cafe cum restaurant.they are a bit upscale place but their food is mind blowing. I have been there a multiple of times and tasted burgers, pastas, cappuccino amd sandwiches each and everything there is tasty and fully satisfactory. Shakes are worthy items available here. They do have large variety of dessert and cheese cakes. Interior of the place is amazing and a bit westernized.

Cafe Cibo is Hidden Gem, located at E.C Road Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful cafe and it's calming atmosphere is like cheery on cake, best for quick meetings and dates. I tried: Mint Apple drink: 5/5 (It is best, Must try) Java chocolate: 4/5 (was really good) Barbeque Chicken wings was amazing, I'm surely going back for this. I also tried Nutella Pancakes, although I'm not a fan of pancake's but it doesn't disappoint you with taste. Overall café Cibo is a "Paisa Wasool" deal.! My go-to place when I want to chill alone or with my friend with a cup of tea and something light to eat. They've nice shakes as well. The ambience is very good and the staff is very helpful as well. Should surely give it a try. :)

I had Lasagna, green apple in the cooler and hammerhead coffee. The later I not for masses, I would recommend it for those who are coffeenerd or those who dig strong coffee. It is quite in hear and this is what I loved about it.

Authentic place for meeting. Couple friendly. Large variety of options to have some perfect drink, cappuccino, espressos. Good and fast service. Ambience is good but needs little improvement. Staff is helpful and friendly. This place is little bit overpriced.

What I liked about this place is just the ambience. There's this beautiful lawn with an outdoor seating. This place is very overrated.<br/>I ordered Red sauce pasta and Veg cheese Sandwiches. The taste of food was okay. But the hygiene is under question because when I picked a slice of sandwich, a nymph ran over it.<br/>It was an unsatisfactory experience visiting this place.

I had been craving for a decent french toast and was wonderfully surprised to find a nearby cafe serving the same. When I received one from Cibo's I was extremely dissapointed. A classic French toast encompasses dense bread, cinnamon, vanilla extract, eggs, milk. I could taste none of the main elements.<br/>It tasted like a plain soggy white bread. The only saving Grace was maple syrup.

This is what extra cheese on chilli garlic fries means here. Came here after I saw a good rating. Very disappointed! Their fries don't have any veggies or sauces. And the red velvet doesn't have a taste of red velevet at all

The place is small but serene outdoor seating with gerden and modern interior design. The lighting they have set up looks amazing at night hours.<br/><br/>Food - 4/5. Their beverages are one of the best in town. Whether it's tea or coffee they have a lot of variety. Visited this place as a part of business trip. Amazing cafe serving amazing food. Located just in The heart of city. It has outdoor sitting as well as indoor sitting. Everything on the menu is just amazing. You won’t be able to find much people over here in evening as the price is a bit high but still is a wonderful cafe. Had a lovely evening with friends here. I was surprised to find such a green serene place in the heart of the city. The staff was courteous and friendly. What I liked most was how the owner himself explained the different kinds of cappuccinos. Such small touches matter a lot. This place is like a fresh breeze, a relief from city hustle. Quite a cozy place with indoor seating as well as outdoor seating under greenery. I saw this cafe several times while going towards Dalanwala, and when I saw the pictures, I was very excited to try it out. Went there for a Sunday brunch and loved the ambience, food and the staff. I went there with a friend. The ambience is really cute. The price is a bit high according to the quantity they provide. But overall I'll say it's a nice place for pictures. And if you want to enjoy once in a while I'm sure spending some extra bucks won't matter.

Worst cafe ever. The staff was unprofessional and the food sucked. Wouldn't even think about recommending it to anyone. Don't go or even thi k about it.

So I reached out to cafe cibo a day before reaching Dehradun. I had to surprise a friend who was supposed to be at the cafe next day. I was at the cafe before the opening hours and the owners were so hospitable. They not even allowed me in but also helped me surprise my friend by lending me the cafe jacket and cap so I could disguise myself as a waiter.<br/><br/>They have nice coffee . I am not so sure about other food items as I did not try them because of my really short trip to doon but the hospitality and the help from the owners definitely won a 5 star review.

A very bad experience at Cafe Cibo . There were houseflies all over the food . Worst smoothies and food was not great . You can visit IDA hotel just beside this worst Cafe .....

Right in the midst of the city is this gorgeous Italian cafe. It gives you a good easy laid back experience with some really good food.<br/>It’s a nice place to spend the evening with your loved ones.<br/>They have some amazing beverages and baked pasta you just can’t miss on that one it’s just so beautiful done it’s been our favourite since the very first visit.

The cafe has always been on my wishlist for its beautiful seating. Located on the E. C. Road, the cafe has a very spacious indoor seating with comfortable sofas to lounge. The outdoor area is lush green with beautiful garden furniture. Finally managed to visit here kne evening. I ordered a red velvet shake and a ham and cheese sandwich. The sandwich platter was a tempting one but ouch!!it only managed to look good. The ham was chewy.just managed to finish it because i was hungry. The red velvet shake was a put off. The quantity was good but the shake was a very basic one. Tasted of essence added to lots of milk and highly sweet. I don't like leaving leftovers, but here i could not help much.<br/>Rating the place just for its ambience.<br/>

Posting just the café because this café is the perfect example on how looks can be deceptive big time , the place is just contradictory to what it looks like and promises to serve bleh ! I tried quite a lot of things anticipating at least something might be good , sadly nothing could make it up rather was bizzare .     i ordered shakes which were next to pathetic , i mean at a point i felt i make better shakes at home .   spaghetti Bolognese pasta was all bland with the sauce floating around which the waiter told me i was to mix it myself , talking of the quantity i would finish in it just three full spoons . Great place for food with a nice serene garden view , the food is pretty good , well prepared and the shakes are also pretty good . The ambiance is especially enhanced by all the landscaping they have done here .

This cafe is not as bad as the ratings show. The place is easily accessible and is located at the east canal road. <br/>It has a very comfortable sitting arrangement in interior as well as exterior. The cafe looks really beautiful with those glasses, greenery and lighting.<br/>The service is quick and the workers are very polite.<br/>Talking about the food, the coffee was perfectly blended, I tried 2 varieties of coffee and both of them were just amazing. The food is also really good. <br/>This cafe is a bit over priced with respect to the quantity. But if money is not an issue then you must go and visit this cool place. :) <br/>

If you are in Doon and want to experience the laid back café culture then this is the place to go. The food is by far the best food I have had in this city and reasonably priced. Order, relax and enjoy. Do try the chicken wrap, garlic bread and lasagna. For those with a sweet tooth, the nutella pancakes are to die for-so fluffy and so much nutella.

Very good interior, very delicious food at reasonable price. All in all a very good experience, staff was polite. Timings are also good, ie 10 - 10 on each day including Sunday.

It has been growing popular among the school and college students lately I guess because of its accessible location. It offers options both for indoors and outdoors seating. The staff is polite. The food is average. The variety of snacks is limited. Beverages are above average. People usually enjoy sitting outside and enjoy puffing their cigarettes because the cafe allows smoking. I have only been to this place twice and experience was just fine. I feel this place gets its customers mainly because of the location.

The flavours offered are divergent though but you should never order drinks here . They are disastrous sorry to say. Rather it be green apple or any shakes , they won't satisfy what you need. The woodburn pizza on the other hand is heavenly. Thin crust , perfect toppings , great taste , just amazing . Lasagna is average , not so exotic to eat . So to sum up , the best think to order here is the thin crust pizza and just that .

Average ambiance, lost staff, bad food and high price. I can’t spot a single reason to visit this place again. My order was Cold coffee with veg sizzler. I was delivered an Oreo shake with dry patty (sans vegetables) in the name of sizzler! The server exchanged the drink but sizzler was a punishment and not at all worth the price. Desserts looked appealing but I had no patience by that time. My advice: Avoid this place!

This is one place that no one should go to. The attitude of the owner is worse than the pathetic and overpriced food. They sell 6 inch pizzas for 8 and when you point out the owner gets mad and brings out a ruler to measure. When the measurement proves us right, he shows gets even more pissed and walks off before slamming the door. Why would anyone want to visit such a place??

I have been to this place twice recently with my friends. The place is beautiful. It is wonderful that in spite of being in the middle of the city it offers coffee in the lap of nature. This cafe has beautiful garden, you can opt to sit out in the garden or indoor. You have to visit this place just to breathe pure oxygen, thanks to all the greenery and their Iced vanilla coffee, it's just perfect.<br/>They have brilliant food and that too at reasonable prices. There cold coffees are really good. Try their coffee smoothies if you are experimental(My experience had been bitter sweet on that front). We had ham&cheese sandwich and veg burger too. They both were great. I will give full marks for consistency. <br/>The place is hygienic and well maintained. It's great place to hangout with friends. It can become your adda. <br/>Btw they also run a guest house and a tattoo parlor!<br/>

Slightly surprised to see the low reviews for this place. The ambience is good, there's free WiFi, it's located centrally, and isn't very expensive. The food and drinks can be a mixed bag, but I always go here for the pizza (which is surprisingly good!) and cream of chicken soup.

So disappointed by this place. The food, interiors, staff everything was deplorable. The mint cooler was so awful, it tasted like centrefresh was forced to become a drink. Would never recommend a visit to this place.

It's one of the top rated restaurant in TripAdvisor so i thought to give it a try..Ambience is lively but food is tasteless...Pasta was underwhelming and coffee left a bad taste..
