Review Dunkin' Donuts - Dehradun

Good place to have donuts. It's located inside the food court of the Pacific mall. Popular with kids. You get a variety of donuts here to suit your appetite. Parking is obviously at the basement of Pacific mall!

It's a cosy dine in place. The availability of multiple donuts is amazing. Coffee and burgers are okay too. Dunkin Don't, which was on the 1st floor of the mall has not been shifted to the Second floor near the Bata showroom. There are a few tables and chairs for you to sit. The donuts are always sweet and sugary. Some offer was going on so I ordered one coffee and another one was free, so I ordered a cafe latte cold. The cup wasn't sealed properly so while getting out of the mall, coffee spilled from both the cups. The staff also informed that burgers have been discontinued by the company.

A cozy place to dine in. The Donuts are the best among all the other franchises. Coffee is also amazing! The place has a relaxed vibe and you can opt to sit outside also.

The best part about Dunkin Donuts is their Authentic taste trust me you should try this by yourself.

I’ve been here with my family and ordered 1 cold coffee but unfortunately my kid kicked the table and coffee fell down and immediately a guy name SHASHIKANT JI working at dunkin donuts gave us one more cold coffee. I found this a very good gesture and he denied the tip also. Such a kind and professional a guy he was. Hats off. Respect to Dunkin’ donuts too

Dunkin Donuts has all of the above, and each done to perfection. 1. Location Ground Floor, Pacific Mall. 2. Seating and Ambiance They have an indoor seating space as well as an outdoor area - so it's totally your choice (and Dehradun's weather often needs the option between these two). The interiors have been done according to the guidelines given by DD and are pretty comfy to be in. 3. Service Self Service model with a very helpful and polite staff. 4. Food Our order : - 12+12 doughnuts - Spicy Grilled Chicken Burger While I can't remember the names of the grand assortment of doughnuts we tried (for obvious reasons), I assure you that each and every one of them was a little piece of heaven. Fresh. Soft. Crunchy when needed. Gooey when needed. Bliss. The burger was cut in half on our request and looked incredible. The first bite in and we wished we had ordered two. Such flavour ! Such juicy tender chicken ! I must point out that Dunkin doesn't get enough credit for its burgers - they really are some of the BEST out there. Conclusion Don't be fooled by the name - Dunkin Donuts is a one-stop fix for an entire meal with burgers, wraps, sandwiches, coffee, shakes, etc. And yes - AMAZING doughnuts. Had a 1 day stay at DEHRADUN ,ordered more than dozen donuts from this place and Yes that was my dinner for that day....Even saved few , in case I get hungry while driving back home. Always hungry for DUNKIN' DONUTS ,and every single one is my favourite coz I don't DISCRIMINATE.

After returning back to Dehradun, the first thing that I chose to do out of all is, reviewing an age-old brand that has a long legacy yet, less-talked-about. Yes, you got it right. It can be none other than our favourite "Dunkin Donuts". Pacific Mall boasts of an outlet of Dunkin' Donuts and it is quite spacious with well-lit interiors and informative yet, quirky posters. Their exterior seating arrangement is something I love, but tremendous heat prohibits me to acquire those seats. Hence, an air-conditioned interior seating proves to be the best. ❤<br/><br/>My recent experience at Dunkin' Donuts has been something that can be termed as a "Steal Deal". Why so? I tend to gaze at the menu card for several minutes (almost everywhere) and ordered a cold Spanish Iced Latte, two crispy potato burgers, tex mex potato wedges accompanied by a chilli mayo dip. The entire meal was priced at 410 INR only and above that, they mistakenly served us hot latte instead of the cold one. Ah!<br/><br/>But wait! Did they take back the drink? Of course, not! Rather, they served us another glass full of cold iced latte. Believe me, it's the best-iced latte I have had in recent times. Refreshing and delicious! Brownie points for this! ❤<br/><br/>Tex Mex Potato wedges are something that I would call "Ordinarily Extraordinary". Appearance does deceive and this one can be regarded as the perfect example for the same. So glad that the potatoes weren't fully crispy and the seasoning came out really perfect. It goes well with chilli mayo dip but I would recommend you to try out their exclusive Tex Mex sauce. 😊<br/><br/>On the other hand, the burger seemed to be a little boring for this greedy soul as, the menu read, "Crispy potato burgers" but the patty didn't seem crispy at all. Although the burger bun was fresh yet, I cannot stop cribbing about the patty. It could have been crispy enough, to do justice with the menu. ❤<br/><br/>Their Spanish Iced Latte (the hot version of it as well) happens to be my latest beverage-crush. I can literally have it multiple times without getting bored. To be honest, I genuinely recommend this to all my bhukkad friends. You'll love it too. 😊<br/><br/>The chocolate almond doughnut made me go head over heels in a literal sense. Dunkin' Donuts is the one-stop eatery for quality doughnuts and coffee in Dehradun and no doubt it has kept its tradition high, even up to this stage. Pathetic delivery.. happened two times ordered a pack of 9 donuts but received only 6 ..called them and they said it's zomato delivery boys mistake that they have picked wrong order for delivery

Average place . Loved the coffee in mug. 🍩 were average. Overall a decent place . The burgers were lousy, even buffet has better burgers and they were priced so high. Would have loved some more options in the menu, place is not crowded that's a plus point . The ambience of the place is nice.  Should add high chairs . Many of the donut flavor were missing. Decent place to visit.

Dunkin Donuts is just another regular outlet for coffee and snacks. What they have is combos with donuts and also combos with chai.<br/><br/>The ambience of this place was good as it has both outdoor as well as indoor seating.<br/><br/>The card machine was not working and that definitely made the order processing slow.<br/>The folks at the counter looked very flustered and were taking orders randomly without looking at the queue. I was with my parents and thus, this annoyed me the most!<br/><br/>The food and beverages were as usual but they did not have some beverages available.<br/><br/>I would rather try another outlet if my servers and cashiers are flustered. I do not wish to go to a place that instead of destressing me adds to my stress.

I was quite excited that Dehradun had a Dunkin Donuts as well. Had some great quality donuts (love the alive by chocolate) and crispy hashbrowns from here and they also had good, friendly service. Overall, stays true to the brand.

Just located next to Dominos on first floor, this is one of the few joints in the mall that offers outdoor seating. The only outlet of this frenchize is in Pacific mall. Donuts which is the main attraction of this outlet are delicious and it also serves many more different fast food items like burgers, wraps, hash brown potatoes, shakes and coffee.

A bliss to dehradun.They serve the best donuts in town.They have  an indoor as well as outdoor seating provision.The on desk service is very good and they also deliver at a minimal additional charge .They do add new doughnuts to their collection but center filled doughnuts are super delectable.Dunkin offers a wide variety of veg/nonveg burgers and fries(potato wedges must try on) which do taste good.The coffee is really good.Its a heaven for donut lovers (do try out eclair,alive/death by choco,mango glazed donut)

Dunkin Donuts is the only place where I eat donut and I found it in Dehradun... And it gets difficult coz you can never eat one donut and that means adding to your calorie counter...<br/><br/>1. The ambience of the place is super cool... They have seating inside and outside the shop... The inside of the shop is very spacious and has been lit very well... The outside area has barricades which is a good thing as it stops interference...<br/>2. The walls are covered with stories and history of donuts and pictures of donuts... Who can ever get enough donut...<br/>3. We ordered the donut box with 6 of them... death by chocolate donut, caramel donut, mangodonut, rainbow pop donut, blueberry donut... It was yummy and so good and all so reasonable...<br/>4. I also ate the spicy grilled chicken burger... It was good in taste and fresh... The burgers they serve you are handmade...<br/>5. The staff are very polite and responsive... <br/> <br/>This all I ate after my dinner... So one can imagine how good they are... And how much one can eat without having dinner...

The place is not the as it was before below expectations experience , I believe it's due to the callous attitude of the staff and poor training and insensitivity towards customer institutions , I ordered for big joy combo n big joy burger with instructions of no iceberg and still I got my food with it. Still food was amazing as usual. Burger was hot n crisp. I m a big fan of Dunkin burgers as found them better than the other burger joints . Secondly the staff verbally told me 400 /- plus instead my actual bill was 257/- I do not understand inspite of working on POS how this error was possible , still my honest feedback is the organisation needs big time overhauling of getting right people train them right <br/>Thanks

Hit the store two weekends back on the way to dhanaulti! Since I was the one who instrumented in the store branding of this particular store, I was feeling pretty awesome to be there for breakfast. Simply love their donuts with newly launched shaken iced coffee!!! Burgers were fine almost at par with the Delhi stores. Service was quick and store was slick and span!!!

Well Dunkin!! The legacy of Dunkin international is well continued by Doon branch. The staff is so friendly and donuts are very yummy! I purchased 3 donuts Death by Chocolate, Alive by Chocolate, truty fruity and one veg burger. I believe other items except donuts and some coffee were a bit expensive otherwise experience was good. I liked death by chocolate donut the most and I'll recommend it to all. Ambiance is well maintained and I liked the place. Outdoor as well as indoor sitting facility is there. The stuff was amazing will surely visit again!!

I had chicken burger here in bogo offer. But, the patty inside the burger was not good. It tasted like hell. Dunkin is good for donuts only. My donut experience was always good here.

Donuts are delicious. Burgers and other eatables are overpriced. The schemes should be displayed near the counter too rather than just at the entrance. It feels like being looted when you spend your money and later see the board with the scheme. Makes you not want to go back. Or at least the people taking the order should inform the customers about the schemes.

They have good seating area and outside seating is also availabel there, They having lots of space for parking<br/><br/>I had been there with my friends ,we ordered wicked wrap,chicken wrap,chicken burger. All of them i like the chicken wrap alot,that was really good in tast .<br/>chicken burger and wicked wrap are so so in taste<br/><br/>Good place for hangout with friends and family<br/><br/>

Located on the ground floor of the Pacific mall and being the only DD in dehradun, this place is quite far away from the population. They have limited seating area and also have an outdoor option but it's no good. However the donuts make you forget all of this. It's flat out tasty. Their strawberry smoothie with added colorful sugar balls is my favorite. <br/>A nice experience but not an exceptional one.

Dunkin Donuts is located in pacific mall, Jakhan, Rajpur road.<br/><br/>Really loved those shells. Rings are also good but the chocolate filling in those shells are so yummy.

Who needs to be hungry for a donut ! It's an anytime anywhere thing to eat. I love the death by chocolate donut. It's chocolatey and yummy. The donuts are soft and fresh. The consistency is lovely.

It's one of the favourite place...I have DD a lot of in Delhi..but first time in Dehradun..staff were cordial..service is very nice...I ordered naughty Lucy burger and wicked wrap which was nice but the preparation was not that good..bit disappointing as per DD standard...overall taste 7/10..service 9/10..value for money 7/10..ambience 8/10...I think DD should open a branch in Vasant Vihar..it is required..hopefully DD would consider my concern.

When in doubt…. grab a donut! One combination that can never go wrong is Bangalore start up coffee with alive by chocolate donut. This outlet of Dunkin stands up to the expectation the brand has created for itself. Welcoming staff, lovely n colorful interiors and foot tapping music....full marks for ambiance and service! My fav burger here is Chef special veg burger and I recommend the same….you might find the price bit on the higher side but according to me it is totally worth it.

You won’t hesitate to French-kiss this doughnut  , filled with vanilla crème and coated in a brûléed sugar crust !! wide variety of #doughnut that you'll probably get in doon anywhere !

Nice place for small bites! It' keeps up its name of being one of the top franchises in the world.. It has an Indianised Menu which is the best part..

Absolutely love the new range of burgers they offer, my favourite is the hot chocolate and choco cream donut. A must visit place for sweet toothed people.

This is the place that redefined burgers for me. Mc Donald's & Burger King should reformulate burger recipes with help from this place. Original tough guy & heaven can wait are my all time favourites. Earlier they used to serve cinnamon/ caramel coffee which were heavenly. I think they have discontinued those now. Hope they bring those back on the menu. Do visit to chose from a range of exquisite burgers!!
