The rating is actually 3.5 Taste was decent, not supper amazing. Hygiene and service looked good. Ambience is good for family, not so good for a group of friends. May be the restaurant could make a separate room for young people's group by extending their area or in a different floor.

One of the best family restaurants in dehradun. Good ambience and reasonable price. Free Parking space available. Their Kadhai chicken and Dal Makhani is very tasty. Their afghani roasted chicken is also yummy.

One of the best restaurants for dining and lunch. I went there with my wife, nice cosy atmosphere, staff was very quick in service, The food was great and the ambience was great too. Had kadhai paneer and butter roti with a cup of coffee

tasty food. best butter naan/ garlic naan/ chilli naan. Not take care of vegetarian customer found bone pieces in egg curry.. will not recommend to the vegetarian customers.

Very delicious food, hygienic preparation, reasonable pricing and very cordial staff. Totally impressed by this place! The service is quite fast and if you are a typical North Indian Paneer and Naan person you will love this place too.

Well You can't use the same curry in everything. Mutton Rara is Mutton Rara. You used the same Chicken peshawari curry for this which you use for chicken rara and many other stuff. Worthless. Never gonna order again from you. <br/>

Today I visited this wonderful place with my best buddies. We started with tomato soup and chicken hot and sour along with mashroom kabana... Really fantasitic cuisine. Afterwards we ordered dal makhni, chicken rarra and butter roti... The chicken smells delicious really mouth watering... Dal makhni is amazingly good. Gulab Jamun in dessert is really delicious

This is one of the nicest place for a family dinner.<br/>Waiters are good and the owner is also nice (MR. JAIPAL SINGH). Ambience quality of food as well as the place was also cosy.

Ordered Mutton rogan josh and kadhai paneer from here. Quantity was less according to the price. Mutton was just okay in taste but kadhai paneer was delicious. Overall it's good.

This place has a nice ambience with very good table service, i ordered sweet corn soup which was too sweet ,it was like they had put a lot of sugar in it , the paneer labab dar was absolutely delicious along with the garlic naan , the dal makhani was a pass for me( may vary with people)<br/>Drinks are good .

This place is amazing if you're planning to go out with friends as well as family. Perfect place for North Indian food. Service is a little slow. It's easy to locate with plenty of parking space ( Astley hall, besides orient cinema, first floor). Must try paneer lababdar, chicken Malai tikaa and butter chicken.

I personally dont like the wooden seating because it might get uncomfortable after a while. However, I would definitely consider this place when I get those Hunger pangs which only lots and lots of food can satisfy. The best thing about this place is the quantity of food they keep in 1 serving. There is a huge difference when compared to other restaurants of similar rating. Tip: Try out the less number of dishes than you usually order first, know the quantity and then order other dishes as you might end up wasting food. Starters here are better than the main course.

Messy is the word !! Everything is so clustered from the seating to the ambience !! Its just not right wouldn't recommend it to anyone . Food is a big disaster They really need to pull their socks up !!

Not a very friendly and plush ambience..but the quality of food and beverages is too good to cover it...one must visit place for fine dining with friends and family...tried the crispy vegetables and dahi ke kabab for starters...along with some alcohol...both were delicious...especially the dahi kabab is a must when you visit here....for main course had paneer lababdar and vegetables in hot garlic sauce...paneer was on a sweeter side...not my liking but the hot garlic sauce was a complete winner...<br/>For non alcoholics:try Aangan Special Mocktail...a showstopper..<br/>And the best part for students...additional 20% discount on food and 10% on beverages...so quiet ppcket friendly...a highly recommended budget place..

This place near Ashley Hall, is not crowded at all. It serves really good food though. I went there with my family and we'd ordered soup and chowmein, both of which, turned out to be extremely good and reasonable.

One of those rare places where I've yet to have anything that doesn't taste really good. Always a delight, excellently priced and you always go home feeling extremely good. Do try the Paneer Lababdar and the Mutton Biryani. You will be surprised. I used to be a fan of Black Pepper until I chanced upon Aangan.

Situated on the lane of Orient movie hall, this restaurant is on the first floor and is quite easy to locate. I don’t know how, but it seems like my sister and I get drenched every time we are out of home these days, and yes, you guessed it right! We both were soaked again in Dehradun’s rain by the time we reached Aangan late in the evening. The restaurant is a great option for family dining out and has cuisines like Indian, Chinese, Continental in their menu. There is a bar and a separate sitting area to the left side. We preferred to sit there because it gives you much privacy. I liked their food. Their Cheese Corn Roll, Crispy Fried Veggies, Paneer Peshawari were good. The ambience was clean, the lights were perfect and the service was fine. As such, there was nothing new to experience, but then there was nothing bad experienced either. We left the place satiated!
