Food quality is good but Bit expensive… Running from last few years but never seen much customers…

Food is good. Tasty, hot and well prepared. Serving could be better, Specially for the drinks. Atmosphere is awesome. You can watch the Rajpur road, moving vehicles within a soundproof environment. Mild music is perfect.

A definition of a great fine dining. Customer service, ambience and food was all impeccable. We tried Soup, Dahi Kebab, momos, corn chaat, dal, paneer, zeera aloo and Kulfi. Everything was beyond perfection!

We visited this place by chance being the closest to Silver City Mall. Had a Chinese lunch of Stir Fried Chicken in Ginger Soy, Hakka Noodle Chicken, Chilli Garlic Noodle Chicken,and Frey Drumsticks. All of these were delicious.

We order from here all the time. The food is tasty and they have never messed up our order! The price is good for the meal. A perfect restaurant to order from!

When it comes to fine dining Level One is one of the best restaurants in the town. It is located in rajpur road. The subtle ambience of the restaurant is like cherry on the cake with the delicious food. We ordered afghani chicken which was creamy from outside and tender from inside. The collection of Mocktails they offer is eye grabbing. We went for refreshing cool blue, tangy fruit punch and soothing cold coffee. Overall a good place to dine in.

Have visited this restaurant couple of times. First visit was not so good because of the rude behaviour of the server. We ordered for few beers, Shaami kebab and one or two more items from the menu. Except the beer nothing was good. We expected shaami kebab to be non-veg but it was vegetarian version. Never mind the vegetarian version but it tasted stale to us. Second this place is not at all pocket friendly. I don't mind paying good amount for the good food. It was complete disappointment for the first time but when we visited next time there for the beers thn server depender was very polite and smiling. Still food was not good and I think if they improve upon the food quality thn they can do it better as they are located in the centre of the city.

Very rude staff and bad experience. The waiter slammed a bottle on our table and appeared intoxicated. Food is also below average and less in quantity. On asking for the manager, they tried to Hush the whole thing up so that we may not be able to give our feedback.<br/>

I always reach out to this restaurant ‘cause I think it serves the best Malai Kofta.. just the way I like it! I have also tried the Chicken lollypop which is good.. and the Murg Lababdar was okay too!!

This is the 2nd time we had gone to Level-1 for dinner. Both times there were just about 3-4 tables occupied so they weren't rushed. <br/>At the outset, there is adequate parking available so that is well taken care of. The entry and ambience is good. They have a lift even though the restaurant is just one flight upstairs. The food is good and reasonable in quantity. <br/>The service does leave something to spare though. Nothing very glaring, just the small things that matter. Only one paper napkin per plate with no napkin holder having spare napkins on the table; that came much later. No regular topping up of water glass, it had to be asked for every time (we asked for regular water, not bottled). <br/>For repeat orders of Roti, there was no response from the server to acknowledge the order, just a slight nod of the head. All these things do add up.They were out of regular beer, had only strong beer. If I wanted strong beer, would have asked for that. Being out of regular beer of any brand is inexcusable.The cost is quite reasonable. The food is tasty and well served with suitable accompaniments.A good place to go to with immediate family or friends but I won't take my in-laws or any business contacts there.

I have been here only couple of times and its been a pleasant visit always. The terrace of this restaurant is mesmerizing- best place to visit during winters and relax. It is beautifully decorated with variety of flowers and has Greenery all around. Best efforts have been put in to impress the people. Food is great- tried dal makhani, paneer butter masala and garlic naan.

Level One is the great place for dining with family and friends.. sober interior and dedicated staff always at ur service. One can try Crispy Veg (though not in the menu)/Honey Chilli/Spring roll tastes great.. liquor available with reasonable rates.<br/>All total an awesome place to be with ur dear ones.

We ordered their special for that day Paneer Hyderabadi, Butter Naan, Vegetable Raita and Salad. The Paneer didn't taste good at all. Hair was there in one of the naan's, only the raita was fine that too not worth the price

Average restaurant. Neither disappointing nor exceptionally good. They offer a variety of cuisines right from continental to oriental to Indian (north Indian and some Konkani).<br/><br/>The ambience is very good and the servers were courteous. Though the portion sizes are very good, taste of food is okayish. Chicken sizzler and the accompanying sides were good. Risotto was nice, though could not eat more than half the portion due to personal overload of cheese. Browny with ice cream was also as expected.<br/><br/>Average cost is wrongly listed on zomato. It is around 800 per person.

Ambience is great and even the staff is also polite and good. The place remains silent so you can focus on your meals and have a conversation with each other. According to the prices the quantity is not appropriate and the taste itself is not that much good. I can't say that the taste is bad but was not that great. Going here would not be a bad decision.

We thought that this place would have a lot to offer as the ambience seem to be pretty good.Howeever, it was not as pleasing as we thought it could be. The table that was offered was not clean and their was all dirt below the table.<br/>The food was also very average and lacked the presentation. Not good at all. I waited there for atleast 15 mins for someone to take my order and finally after so many calls some waiter came. I ordered a gaon wala chicken and butter naaan but the quality came out to be awful. Chicken was something like you cant even cook this worse at home. Please try to avoid cause they dnt serve what they charge.

This place will always be special to me because its where I fell for my husband. So 5 stars for it. <br/>Its a quite place in the hsh hush area of the city. The ambiance is peaceful and soothing. It gives you the calm to relish your food. You can opt to sit near the big class windows on the corber that gives you a view of the busy city of dehradun. The staff is coordial and serve you well. Food is usual as you expect in a good restaurent. Nothing big on menu but whatever it is, it brings out the best culinary skills of the trained staff. Its nothing short of filling and gourment. It has parking. So rush there and enjoy a quite meal with family .

Amazing starters. Paneer tikka malai was specifically divine . When it comes to the main course , it was super tasty. Penne Alfredo was really cheesy so a pasta lover will find it a wonderland. Kadai paneer and dal makhni is a standard order that one orders and if you want to experiment with food then paneer tikka masala is where you must dig your spoons in. Vegetarians will have a good time here . Non vegetarians have a great deal of variety when it comes to Indian , continental and so much more. So even my non vegetarian friends will have a good time here. Service was extremely humble but a bit slow. I'll give a big thumbs up to this place.

No level at all! service was appalling, the waiters did not know the menu. Food is nothing worth writing about. We had to send some dishes back because the taste was horrible, and they even billed us for that. Avoid it like the plague!

Rigid cold service attitude. Fake discount scheme mentioned on Zomato about 15% discount on Axis bank debit card. The hotel never wanted to honor the discount mentioned. We had taken Zomato a bit seriously and headed for Level One with a special guest. The staff attitude completely spoiled the mood. They never gave us time to tell that we shall be willing to pay by Axis debit card. Also they were adamant that their billing system is like a nuclear chain reaction that cannot go backwards come what may.<br/>Horrible Wooden Careless

A very elegant place to dine in. They have a roof level 1 seating with the road view. I tried the grilled baby chicken, fish fingers and dry manchurian. Baby chicken was good, fish fingers were very ok (served with a dip), even the manchurian was good.

Classy and elegant interiors with seating in shades of lavender purple and lime green. This place is spacious and is done beautifully with an entire glass wall overlooking the neighbouring road which is a sight during night and lovely during monsoons! I had dry Manchurian, Paneer Butter, Veg Raita and butter naan. Food was good in taste and sufficient in quantity for two. Service is a bit slow and prices are on the higher side.

What I liked the most about this place was the very elegant decor and lighting, enlivened with a light comforting music. Perfect setup for fine dine.<br/>Food was good. Soups were light and nice. Tandoori kumbh was good for starter. Fish finger was just ok, but was accompanied with a good dip. Makai palak was good too, while murg do-pyaza was a bit salty.<br/>Service was good. I would have appreciated a smile on the face of the waiters. However, the price is a little on the higher side. It costed us 1800 for this meal of 4.

I went to this place yesterday for a mother's day dinner with my family. The staff was courteous enough to quickly arrange a window side seating for us,  and our order was served quick within few moments. <br/>Luckily i chanced upon their deal at Nearbuy.com and we got amazing offers on a 4 course meal which made every penny worth spent. <br/>Overall my experience was gr8, thumbs up to their food, ambience and not to forget the courteous staff.

Had heard lot of negative reviews about this place so when I finally visited, I ordered carefully keeping reviews in mind. Well offcourse this place is spacious and elegant. The service is slow. Chicken tikka was tasty. Lasagne was too costly for the bitter and awful taste and meagre amount. Main course chicken gravy was not thick and spicy so lacked taste however pieces were tasty. But again we ordered full chicken and only few pieces. Overall nothing much to expect

Interior and decor was good, especially the waste wood chips inside pillars. I get your need to give fancy names to simple dishes to impress customers but please make sure the dish is also at par when going all fancy. The poorly seasoned bell pepper+tomato combination served with paneer slice (sorry "Grilled cheese piccata") cannot be called ratatouille sauce I'm sorry. <br/><br/>As for the keema naan, I might as well have just ordered tandoori roti. <br/><br/>That was the item by item review of my dinner last night. <br/>Will I dine there again? Very bad experience in terms of food, i ordered around 3 different continental dishes and not 1 of them is worthy of having again. I have not tried their Chinese or indian dishes but with my experience with continental food i am not up for the challenge. The only noteworthy thing is their excellent location in Rajpur road and the nice tidy interiors.Thumbs down for the service as well as it took around 30 min for the first dish to arrive at the table even the water glass were poured only when we asked for it, definitely not going back anyone going there i would suggest to avoid ordering continental and stick with indian or Chinese and you may have a better experience then me.

Visited for lunch and ordered for tandoori chicken tandoori Khumb and chilli paneer for snacks. Find every item excell the class and main course of murgh Kali mirch was great. Keep it up.

The restaurant has a great location and a great look during evenings while a person is driving past it. But, that's it! They need to seriously work on the menu and the quality of food. Please get hotel management graduates as stewards, they will bring professionalism in the place. Holds tremendous potential if quality standards are maintained. Go check for yourself, if you go second time... Well, good for them they have improved!

Most of the things on menu not available. Less than average taste!<br/><br/>We ordered garlic chilli potato expecting small potatoes with some garlic and chilli seasoning. What we got was tasteless potato fries with chilli! Even basic item like cheese chilli toast was not available. It really made me pissed off !

If I would have been able give it 0 rating I would have done it. We ordered salad and lasagne, both were equally bad, both had too much salt in it. When I asked to replace the salad and ordered a different one. It was not fresh and veggies were very stale. Not coming to this place again.

But the maim course was better than that. We order malai kofta and mixed veg. The vegetarian Lasagna is very good, but the sizzler was a dampener.. It just didn't have the feel of a nice sizzling dish, rather was very bland. The ambience is very good but the taste isn't upto the mark. Veg Manchuria too wasn't great.

Level one is an awesome family restaurant with amazingly minimalist interiors as well as a great delicacy. The food preperation and presention is awesome. The staff customer interaction was also great. Its really a great experience being at level one.

An absolute disappointment for me. Went here last week after reading all the amazing reviews on zomato. But the service was really poor. The glasses n plates served were dirty. And the food was average. Probably it was not very good day to visit this place.

This one is a new one, however the ambience is good, furniture r quite esthetic, table at the road side gives amazing view in the night, quantity of food is good, taste pretty nice. Service is okay type, lot of scope for improvement. I visited the restaurant on 30th April for the first time and found it quite impressive. Over all a nice place to dine with ur family.

For a lunch with my friends, Level One served us pretty well. The ambience of the restaurant is captivating. It’s spacious and neat. The use of colors in their comfortable chairs and sofas is something that caught my eyes. There were many staff members present. So, as such, there was no problem with the service and we were being attended to quite quickly. Coming to the most important part, while there was nothing very wow about their food, I must say that it was good. Of late, I have fallen in love with continental cuisine and so we ordered Bruchetta, Lasagne and French fries. However, the choices of desserts were very limited and most of them were unavailable too. So, a little disappointment on that part, otherwise a decent experience.

Average: none of the dish stood out to make an impression (neither negative nor positive). If you are not expecting anything special, just a run of the mill restaurant with "ok" food and fairly courteous staff, this is the place.

We were a group of 6 looking for a fine dining experience in Dehradun. We were really hungry and the service was quick! We ordered dal makhni, paneer and chicken. They were tasted decent but nothing exceptional. The fesh lime soda however was a little too full of lime! The ambiance is moderate. Overall, a nice place to visit<br/>

I visited level one yesterday with my family. The food was ok but nothing special about it, ambience was better than expected. The only let down was poor service. You expect a better service at a fine dine. The restaurant has all the pluses except prompt service.

I must have been among the first few customers who visited this newly opened restaurant. The interiors are beautiful and the seating is comfortable. The menu had a lot of varieties with India, Chinese and continental dishes. We tried to order a few dishes but most of them were not available. I think it was because the restaurant was still under development. We had almost decided to leave but the head chef was courteous enough to visit us and cook something as per our taste. Next time if we can find everything in the menu available I'll definitely consider a better rating.
