Quality food at affordable price is available. South Indian food and sweets is a must try. Ofcourse north Indain food items are also good but south Indian ones are somehow better here. Some chinese and other fast food items are served here.

Nice pure veg restaurant in dehradun. We tried makke ki roti, sarso ka saag, lacha tokri chaat, veg steam momos, khandvi, dry Manchurian, gur rasgulla.
Everything except momos was very tasty. Momos were a big disappointment.

Anandam is one of the oldest sweet shop in Dehradun, they serve quality food/sweets,little expensive, need to improve in Chinese platter quality, to much salty,but overall good .
