We visited this restaurant upon the recommendation of a native of Durgapur. Food was served after a thirty minute waiting time.
We had ordered the Veg Thali or Combo meal. The food was presented very neatly.
We were served fine and well done rice with shukto (appetizing stewed vegetables), mochar ghonto (Banana Blossom Curry), Postor bora ( A Huge Poppy Seed Fritter), Tok Daal (Tangy Lentils with Green Mango) and Posto Aloo Jinger Torkari (Ridge Gourd and Potato Curry)
All the items were lukewarm and delicious. The price was very reasonable with Rs. 250/- each plate.
The quantity served is very filling. The staff is courteous and helpful. The ambience of this air conditioned restaurant is very pleasing. Highly recommended.
Our hunger was at pick and we reached there. It was a wedding season, so we wanted to have plain rice, dal, posto, jhuri aloo vaja. And we ordered only those. We avoided any fish or mutton. They are not having any chicken option. The chatni was complementary. But the taste and quality of the food was great. And the quantity is also very good. We loved it.

The food was too good. We had the Maharaja Thali. The mutton and Basanti Pulao was the deadly combination. The Pomfret jhal was also too good.
We had booked the banquet for a program. Enough to accommodate 70-80 persons.Atmosphere was good.Staffs were cordial. One deficiency is that to access 2nd floor has one has to climb stairs and no elevator is available. Dedicated Parking is also not there for such gathering.
A bit costly still the food the portion and the quality of their food are always good. Ambience is also good.

I took Two Types of Thali , One was Maharaja Thali & Special Fish Thali. You will get three types of fish in Special Fish Thali. And in Maharaja Thali was a combination of Fish , Chicken , Mutton All.

Excellent service. Ambience is pretty good. Hygenic. Food quality is awesome mainly bengali thali. Mutton Kosha and Vetki paturi are top notch.
It is a great place to hang with your friends and family , although for me the foods are on the sweeter side for me . So ones who like their food bit sweet and less spice would really like their food . But overall they serve really good quality food .
