Went there for a quick lunch. Limited seating space even when half of the restaurant was empty. No music in the restaurant made it boring. We ordered chilli garlic noodles and Korean spicy chicken Bao. Bao was new thing we tried and will recommend it.

Very tasty food. Proper hygiene is also maintained, tables are sanitized after each guest. The soups are amazing. Serving portions are enough for 2 people to eat. The food is very fresh. Chinese is always delicious at bercos. This is the first time I visited at this location and it just as expected, nice. Do not miss the darsan as the dessert. Alcohol is not available at this location so it's a 4 star from me.. I'm a fan of options

Interesting delicate and mild sour sweet flavors of dishes like soup, Hakka noodles etc. The servers are really busy here and ours forgot to serve the dish ordered for over 20 minutes, might be a good idea to track orders and tables using a tab or notepad. Interesting fact: Berco's has been delivering delectable dishes since 1982, maybe.

Today ordered meal but a person called up and said bluntly that they don't deliver in our area and it will take 1 1/2 hrs to deliver from sec.6 Dwarka to near sec. 7 Dwarka...don't recommend at all. Never ever order from Bercos Dwarka. If you want to spoil your mood, then only opt for it. Their packaging is of the lowest quality, with food spilling all over the place. And, for delivery time, whatever is the delivery time shown on the app, simply multiply it by 2.

I ordered chilly paneer meal bowl from Berco's for my wife who is a pure vegetarian but instead chicken meal bowl was delivered. On complaining to them they were unwilling to admit their mistake and didn't even give me the restaurant feedback/complaint book when asked for. They are spoiling the image of BERCO'S and I would suggest everyone to think twice before ordering any meal from them especially those who are vegetarians.

I ordered chicken dimsum and lemon coriander soup from this outlet. The soup was very mediocre without much taste in it, while the dimsum were good. However coming to the service experience and delivery the restaurant did not manage it at all. My deliver was very late (much beyond the committed time) and in delivering also they missed red dipping sauce along with the dimsum so I had wait further, which was quite irritating. Regarding delivery, I would recommend not to order form this restaurant unless you have lot of time to wait. However regarding food, you can certainly try their chicken dimsum but please avoid the soup.

I dined in at Bercos, and I will have to say this experience broke all my expectations from a brand such as Bercos. We ordered Chicken dimsums, honey chilli chicken fry, chicken thukpa, noodles, rice, black pepper chicken, and creamy garlic chicken. About 80% of the food was stale, dried out rice, stale chicken and smelly vegetables, I will have to say this was my worst experience with Bercos in a span of 5+ years of being a regular customer. Understanding the current scenario, I could definetly let go of reduced quantities or delayed service due to less staff. But stale food which was worse than a street side chinese van. On top of it, the dining ambience made me feel like I was sitting in a dhaba, with a meagre functioning AC, we were forced to have our food while sweating profusely. I'd rather have street side chinese than to have my food here and pay 5 times the price for such bad quality.

My worst experience at Bercos. I have been a loyal of the franchise for almost 12 years but till date this place has not been so disappointing. We ordered schezwan chicken and Hakka noddles in which all veggies were uncooked. Then we ordered a sizzler which was suggested by the waiter something with sliced chicken (only other option besides chilli chicken) and it was full of salt when we told that it was too salty the waiter told us that it is like this only and this is how Chinese food tastes and even the uncooked veggies were ok. He kept on arguing and when finally he agreed to bring us veg choupsey Instead, he still billed us for the sizzler which was double the price of which we didn’t have even have more than a bite. Never visiting the place again. Sorry bercos you have lost a longtime customer over a shrewd waiter and his chef.

Absolutely pathetic food. No taste at all, I am surprised how much quality of famous bercos has degraded. Quantity of two dish chilli garlic noodle (1/5 in taste) plus prawns in schsuan sauce (1/5 in taste) worth 800 rupees is not enough for two people. Common guys these two dish will cost you 300 to make rest any way we are paying. This outlet this was my last try of many, never again.

One of the best Chinese and Thai restaurants I've ever been to. They have never disappointed me when it comes to presentation and the authentic taste of food. They got comfortable seating, nice and well lit ambience, service is quick and the staff is courteous and well behaved and I would recommend everyone to try KHOW SUEY for once and if not that then RED THAI CURRY with STEAMED RICE. DELICIOUSLY PREPARED using authentic ingredients and the coconut milk based ingredients is too extravagant and too appealing which makes oneself crave for it.

My experience at this place has never been disappointing or I should say it has always been above expectations.. The place is nice and coay and should be visited if you l9ve having authentic Chinese food..the momos melt in the mouth and are mouth watering.. the Corns are made to order so that children can have it ..less spicy.. the soups are amazing and the seating is ample.. have a lift for all especially senior citizen to reach the dining area.. The pricing is equally competitive.. we have celebrated our special days at this place and have always found to be best in-service.. the staff is courteous.. From decor to food to service, this place has it all. I have seen people not really suggesting or recommending Berco's when it comes to dining out or ordering Chinese cuisine, but it was and remains my favourite to-date. There spread is really good, even non-vegetarians have a vast choice. ( I can make that out by the number of leaflets in the menu card, coz I'm a vegetarian. :) I usually always tend to eat my all -time fave and evergreen and most basic Chinese food choice- Veg manchurian with gravy and hakka noodles and it is fantastic. Their starters, honey chilly potatoes and dim-sums are awesomeeee!! I have tried out all other gravies too here and those are really good, fine-tasting and soul satiating.

My favourite restaurant in Dwarka is slowly inching towards delivering me the worst experiences. Last three visits have been with super poor quality of service. The food still stands out as the best in Dwarka Hence two stars but the service has really gone down to a level that one feel offended while eating here. Bercos certainly provides a better dine-in experience, compared to ordering. I ordered a Kung Pao chicken, Fried rice and Pad thai. The pad tha was a bit bland and lacked veggies. The King pao, however was a WIN. Really good but the amount of chilli oil can be reduced- just take a look and you'll realise the unnecessary overload of oil. The fried rice was nice too. Will certainly order again as Bercos is a safe option when it comes to Chinese and Thai food

The food is OK but qty is too little considering that the price for Chilli Paneer was nearly 40% more than the competitor's. If it is home delivery, the overhead expense is minimized & this should be passed kn to customer by way of reasonable qty. However , Bervos qty. is really very little. Not going to order again. I ordered from them several times and this time the Chicken was stale. Everything tasted awful, it seems they kept it for days and have sent old stuff to us. If you want food poisoning and want to punish your stomach then go ahead and order from Bercos. If not then there are several other Chinese outlets available which at least serve fresh food.

Just visited this place. The restaurant was empty with just couple of guest. We were just two of us. When we were about to be seated in a four chaired table, the staff insisted to go to a smaller table meant for two. It was just 7:00 PM with no rush. We left the restaurant with a resolution not to visit this restaurant in future because the staff has no courtesy how to deal with the guests.

Horrible food Please do not visit as the staff don't know how to talk . The service was disgusting , I ordered litchi mojito pitcher which was not even L of litchi. Hate this place last time it was better (less bad) but this type of service just disappointed me . When we asked the captain about the litchi flavour he told us in a rude manner " Arey koi nahi aur daal dunga" . Honey chilli potato were burned and soggy better name should be soggy chilli potato . Super bad experience!! There was a time when we loved Berco's.. when we thought of having Chinese food first restaurant that came to our mind was Berco's. But Dwarka's outlet has blown it out of the good list. Bad food, bad ambience, bad service. Never will I ever go back. Sorry for the harsh review but I need to save you all from going here. Food felt like it was pre-cooked and not freshly made. This outlet is ruining the brand name.

Always went to have Chinese here in my days in dwarka from 2011 to 2014. Unlike other Bercos that offer a bit of opulence in their ambience..this one has a more psychedelic discotheque type look on the third floor. Always loved to have egg fried rice with manchurian or hot pot or rice cooked in five spice powder.Tom yum soup @bercos is unbeatable and so are the golden button fried mushrooms..iresistible!

Ordered shredded lamb in hot garlic sauce. It's evident that the method of food preparation has gone down by leaps and bounds. The dish's gravy was all oil and was not even close with the taste and texture of the dish which it used to be some years back. Staff is courteous and friendly. Please try to improve the quality of the food served. Also ordered chicken dimsum pan fried. But it seemed more like pan baked than fried. This dish has also degraded in the recent past. Little disappointed.

Berco's serves probably the best Chinese dishes in dwarka. Whether it's their honey chilli potatoes or their noodles, all of it is just amazing. The ambience is really nice. Well set up and beautifully designed. The staff is very polite and the service is really good. The honey chilli potatoes are really crispy and have a rich taste and amazing texture. Mix veg in hot garlic sauce is another amazing dish with juicy Vegetables and a gravy which is just perfect on flavour and consistency. Veg Manchurian was equally good but the Manchurian balls were a little extra stiff than required. The taste of the gravy was again perfect. The noodles were perfectly cooked and well suited our taste. Amazing place to visit if you love Chinese food. Highly recommended.

Dear Bercos, I have ordered for Vegetable stir fried Asian greens with black bean sauce and Hakka Noodles. What we have received mixed vegetables in white sauce. Hakka noodles was too oily and insufficient vegetables. We have experienced your food in CP, Janakpuri and Dwarka. I must say Janakpuri was best experience. This is my and my family personal experience. When we talk about Chinese food in Delhi, so first name come to our mind is “Bercos” but seems it is fading now. The quality of food is not as good as, when we use to visit in CP outlet in nineties. It’s looks pricy also while comparing the quality of food. I suggest management needs to sit up and pay attention to retain their goodwill. Attached is the picture of stir fried Asian greens. Greens are countable in the dish.

The veg fried rice seemed stale and the honey crispy chicken wasn’t good. Overall, not worth the money spent.

So I went to Berco’s an year ago. I went there on a dinner with my father and since it was pretty crowded we had to wait for a couple of minutes to get the table. Once we got to our seats we ordered- 1. Chili chicken gravy- same old chili chicken but with an authentic kick to it. 2.chicken fried rice-I really don’t think I need to explain this. 3.Chicken dim sum- Damn they were amazing. 4. Vegetable noodles-plain old noodles. Since it’s a pretty old outlet, they have their own clientele and a pretty good ambience. Would definitely visit again. Food-4/5 Service-4/5 Overall-4/5
