Review Mcdonald's - Ernakulam

This McDonald's branch was extremely clean, and the staff was helpful throughout. The food tasted amazing, and I would 100% come again. There is plenty of parking available, and they even have a drive-through to make it convenient for others. I think they should have a few more self-service machines as only having 3 during peak times can cause a lot of delays.

This was the best outlet in cochin which have drive through option, they will take order and deliver in car, they have good parking area , the location is also good , they have dine option also , my Favourate burger spot, the cheese veg nuggets are very tasty which is my favorite 😍. I definitely recommend this. They have both pos helpers and pos persons also, we can take order with their pos by ourselves also if needed they also help us

I totally agree with you! The McDonald's Holiday Inn restaurant is amazing. I love the food there, especially the burgers and fries. I always get the Big Mac, and it never fails to satisfy my hunger. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. They always make me feel at home when I visit. The restaurant is always clean and well-maintained, which is very important to me. I also appreciate the fact that the prices are reasonable and affordable. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious meal in a comfortable and welcoming environment. It's definitely one of my favorite places to eat!

McDonald’s is probably one of my favourite fast food chains. This branch is easily accessible, plenty of parking space, sitting space plus a drive through! They made the necessity of having drive throughs into a new exclusive luxury thing in Kochi. Mind you, the burgers look cheap but they aren’t cheap with pricing.

Everything is good here as it’s new and clean. Drive through option is available there as well. Had a nice experience and parking is also good. Attached pics will say more.

Like any other McDonald’s outlet this place is well equipped . It has 3 self servicing counters and 2 manned ones. This place also has a drive through counter. The best thing about the place is the size , they have a decently big dining as well as parking area. The service is also fairly quick . We tasted the Piri piri fried chicken and it was delicious.

Great ambience! perfect place to eat and relax in the middle of hectic day.

Visited this McDonald’s for the first time yesterday and encountered a minor issue during the order redemption process. I had selected cold coffee, but due to a technical glitch, it was billed as iced coffee. The staff, after a brief hesitation, efficiently resolved the matter and exchanged it for the correct order. Appreciate their quick response and customer-focused approach. Overall, a good experience, deserving of a 4-star rating.

This is a drive through McDonalds opened till midnight. They have good response time. The staffs are courteous. The food here is of good standard and i would recommend everyone in Kochi or in the vicinity to try this. Only one thing i felt missing was at the point of order there is a display showing different options but it doesnt cover everything.

MCD Vytilla is one of the best spots you can hit on any day... You wanna work in a peaceful environment you go there, you want a great bite you go there..Also I personally recommend everyone to use the mcd app,it saves you alot of money.

the burger was filling and yeah messy ofcourse.... Spicy jalapeños like they said but tomatoes were missing.... I don't know if they stopped including it or was it my bad day... Anyways in their pack box ingredients, tomatoes are mentioned... Personally I didn't like the sauce much... And the mix of the flavours... Been to the restaurant a few times and other times got food from the Drive-Thru. The staff are really pleasing and polite. They are super quick too.

Honestly the food is not good. And now they're making it worse because they're stopping the mc grill and replacing it with kabab burger. Which is honestly the worst thing I've ever had in my life because it tastes like a bakery cutlet filled with mollagu. <br/><br/>They're also stopping the fish fillet. With this their menu will become even more limited!<br/><br/>The ambience is one of the best and the only drive through in Kerala. It's really surprising they don't have much customers. <br/><br/>Giving it a high rating just because of the Manager Stebin. One day when my car was being serviced my wife and I came here on my dad's scooter. Unexpected of course we ran out of Petrol and it was 11pm. We were distraught. <br/><br/>Stebin selflessly offered to drive his personal vehicle upto a nearby gas station. And he brought back a bottle of Petrol just for me. I didn't have change and he even said don't worry about the amount, and offered to buy it with his money. <br/><br/>I have been in close to 30 different McDonald's outlets all over the world right from New York, Dubai, across India etc..<br/><br/>Never have I seen such a heroic and dedicated staff person go out of his way to ensure customer comfort anywhere! Was travelling to Coimbatore from Varkala when I came across this place on the Service Road in Chillakutam Area. We were a group of 5 hungry as hell. It was 6 in the evening when we had reached there. The place is huge and well maintained for a McDonalds standpoint. We had ordered Maharaja Mac Veg and Chicken, Pizza McPuff, Cold Coffee, Big Spicy Paneer Burger. <br/><br/>Maharaja Mac 3/5<br/>Served warm . Lacked the sufficient seasoning and sauces. Was a bit dry and could not swallow. Could use some more sauce and veg toppings.<br/><br/>Big Spicy Paneer Burger 3.5/5<br/>Was spicy. Lacked the veggies and seasoning. <br/><br/>Cold coffee 1/5<br/>Very bad. Neither sweet nor punchy. <br/><br/>Pizza Mcpuff 4/5<br/>Served extremely hot. Good taste.

The worst MCd outlet in kochi. Being such a huge franchise, the food is just as good as any other MCd. But the attitude of the staff here makes us not want to enjoy our meal and just take off from here. It's dark inside after sundown as the lights are all placed in a stupid manner , totally not at all worth the money you are going to be spending. If you really want to hit MCd I suggest you run for any other outlet other than the vennala outlet.

While the food is just as other mcD outlets, the cold attitude of staff towards customers is very bad. The tables were shaky. The ambience is big zero as there was no proper lighting. This outlet brings shame to the brand value of mcD. Shame.

Just like all other McDonald's eateries around India. Huge facility and many staff so it's convenient. I couldn't blame the restaurant but McDonald's need to start things on the menu like outside India. I crave the burgers from Dubai McDonald's whilst I was there.<br/>I'd really badly hope they bring the REAL BIGMAC HERE. Undoubtedly it'd be the biggest success.

Another one of the fast food chains to have surfaced in kochi. Don't get me wrong , I actually like their burgers but I'm really tired of these places. <br/>But in the end , when you are in a hurry , you just rush to MacD for a nice crispy burger and fries. And happy meal comes with a toy , so that's that. :D

This place situates in a good point where one can easily reach and sufficient parking space is available in front of the outlet. Drive thru is so cool, which I go for often. My fav was double spicy chicken burger which seems not available now a days...French fries are good but not better than other outlets if Mc D. Overall it's a good fast food joint

It has the same quality as that of the other outlets I have visited. The only drawback seen in this outlet is that the time taken for food. It took about 20-30mins for my order. Food has the same standard as that of the rest as well as the service<br/>

Mcdonald's is the most visited place in my life.I have no regrets saying it.Whether it be delhi ,bangalore or kochi.I have tried everything which they have to offer and my all time favourite is mc chicken meal.But at this particular outlet of mcd i found the taste to be a bit different .May be an off day for this outlet of mcd.Usually i end up always having a mcdchicken meal and a mcchicken but not this time.Recommended any day 😊

The best part about this McDonalds is the set up and space of the restaurant. The food is like any other McDonalds. The servicing provided is great and the inside is clean and tidy. Ambiance is pretty calm as there isn't much crowd in this place. They have a drive through facility which is a good thing for people who wants to grab a bite and are in a hurry! It would be great if they brought some change in the food and its presentation. Otherwise on a whole a pretty calm place.

When you are on a run on the highway and want to have a quick meal, McDonald's is probably the place that catches your eye. It's the same menu and has quite a big place for dine in as well as for parking. And for all those lazy bums who doesn't want to get out of there vehicles for a take away can use the drive thru! Yes! This is one of the biggest McDonalds outlet in Cochin. It is spacious and the service is also pretty good.the only complaint to have is the menu, I mean whatever is there is good but I wish they had some more choices like the menu they have abroad...the food right now becomes boring after 2/3 visits .

Just came back from McDonalds with a friend. I loved the spacious car parking at first sight. Service and ambience inside was good. We went there around 6pm so it wasnt crowded. We ordered McBurger each, medium french fries, a coke and a coffee. Everything tastes good. Will definitely go back for a bite there..

We had experienced the most terrible customer service from this shop. <br/>When we enter there were only few guests (less than 10) and the sight was they used the pamphlets as fan as it was super hot inside, <br/>We have asked the manager dressed guy to switch on the AC if possible and the response was it is ON already. That was such a ridiculous response as even a little child know it was never switched on unless they fix a microwave oven on AC to make the surroundings hot. <br/>Since we ordered the food already we just kept quiet as we wanted to grab it and get out as soon as the food is served, Service was terrible enough and I'm limiting my words here as no point in pouring too much of negativeness here, <br/>The place is good so as the food. Went to this place today with my brother after watching a film at Cinemax Oberon mall. This place is located at the right side of the road when u travel from Vyttla to palarivatom it's really hard to miss, I think it's the biggest outlet in kerala with a drive through facility.<br/><br/>As I was very hungry we right away went inside and ordered two chicken maharaja meal. It's was 10.30 pm and this place was almost full. So we had to wait for sometime to get our order. The quality and the taste of the burger was really good.
