Briosca has a great, well lit outlet in sector-15 market. Has amazing cakes and you can find many options in eggless ones as well. I specifically love its white forest cake. ₹430 for 1/2kg cake but totally worth it. Has white chocolate layer spread all over and has blueberry filling inside.

Cake quality was not good, you could get similar cake from nearby 2 star bakery. Basic pineapple cake had only few canned pineapples on top, cake was not moist at all. It was dry covered with basic white cream. Overall not expected such bad quality of a simple pineapple cake from brioscaa

I bought a plum cake from Briosca sector 15, Faridabad for my fathers birthday. By mistake, my mother flipped the cake and saw that there is fungus all over the cake. The entire cake looks absolutely normal from above and we got saved just because of an accident. This is ridiculous. Do not expect such stale products from such a brand. And after calling them, all they are saying is we can replace the cake. They do not care about quality. They just care about their sales.

I heard they have amazing cakes so thought to order a cake for an occasion from here. I ordered the tropical pineapple cake. It was delivered on time but the Zomato rider was yelling at me that Briosca didn't gave him a carry bag and that he had to ask another bakery for the carry bag. How do you expect him to drive and handle the cake without it? Coming to the cake, it wasn't that good. First of all the decoration was very basic and not at all appealing. The taste was fine but nothing great. The pineapples were a little sour too. Bad experience. I hope they improve.

This is an awesome bakery in Sector 15 which has amazing cakes. I ordered a mud cake which was very good, it's chocolate frosting was too good. But the size of the cake could have been bigger. I liked the cake very much so thought to try other items. I tried their tandoori pasta, mix sauce pasta, chilli garlic noodles, hakka noodles, Dutch truffle pastry and mud pastry. All the things were delicious. The sad thing is they removed these from the online ordering menu☹️. It would be great if they added the dishes again.

Visited this place just yesterday while looking for a new place to visit. Its basically a confectionary turned into a café. The seating is okay. We wished to order a Mocha and a hot Chocolate but somehow there was problem in communicating, so, we had to settle for two Mocha's only. The good part was that the Mocha was served with Cookies. The Mocha was average though. We had a Red Velvet Chocolate pastry which was okay too. Our experience was just okay only.

Briosca, a bit of sweet and a bit of fancy, good combinations of a variety of pastries. Death by chocolate was so dark and chocolaty, that i ended up eating mlre than my friend whose birthday it was.

We wanted to try something new so visited this place. It has a small seating area to enjoy coffee along with cakes and quick meals. We ordered cafe mocha with red velvet cake. Our mocha didn't taste like mocha at all . We were severed cuppucino instead. The red velvet was nice and sweet but we had higher expectations. Music was bad as they were playing honey Singh really loud. I hope they do something about it. Also , while paying our bill , we figured out that they had added a vegetables puff in the bill by mistake so we had to get it rectified .

Loving the tasty things from here! Ordered via Zomato twice, Apple pie, brownies and cookies. Apple pie was very tasty and the sweetness level was perfect. Brownie was chocolaty and filling. It was like an ordinary pastry and the name was misleading! Total cost after discount was around 116! I've gone through all the items Briosca offers ranging from their cookies, pastries, sandwiches,bagels, burgers,cakes,donuts,shakes,coffee,pasta,rolls. In cookies one must try the rose naan khatai. For pastries the taste differs for individuals but I won't recommend the red velvet. The sandwiches, bagels and subs are the things one can opt who doesn't like the pastries. Apart from that the staff is friendly although there's not much of a sitting space.

One of the best bakeries in town ,and last year ,I gave a very interesting yet challenging task to these guys. My father was getting retired from his job at NHPC. So I needed something appropriate for the occasion ,I went to the guys at Briosca and they outdone themselves . Amazing cake ,Fabulous artistry and very reasonable Price . Thanks a lot for making the day guys !!! The cake they made was in the shape of a Hydroelectric dam. Along with a worker hat .....NHPC written on it. Difficult to imagine something like this can be brought on a cake .

I keep going to Faridabad for work. I am now so happy with this store opening up. The prices are very much reasonable and taste very good too. I have so far tried a few items such as the grilled mushroom chicken sandwich and the chicken bagel. The latter was good, but the former so good, that I now repeat it on each trip to the city. Also had their freshly brewed cafe latte which is worth as an accompaniment.

One of the worst snacks available here. I am Lokesh and I am a Food Blogger . I was at Briosca on friday evening and ordered one Veg Mexican Sub , one Paneer Puff and one Burger . As I started eating Paneer Puff , its tasted like shit. And smelt like it was two days old. The mexican sub was full of Mayo and less on veggies. Burger was also full of unkown mayo and readymade unwanted flavors. I just left the food as it was. I recommend just do not eat.

One of the best bakeries in faridabad which serves both veg and non veg dishes. I love their multi grain chicken bagel as well as the tandoori chicken sandwich. (The only drawback that I have told them also is that their bagel is bit stiff) Recently ordered a white forest cake and to my surprise they have delivered super fresh cake which melts in mouth as soon as it enters. They give unique options for cakes especially for those people who are ready to try something new and delicious. Definitely recommend this to people....must try 👍👍👍👍

Good bakery shop with some good stuff to eat. We had Mushroom Puff, Veg Puff and a Tandoori Paneer Sandwich. All the three stuffs were good in taste and were fresh. The other items on display were very tempting. There will be another visit for sure next time.
