Ordered Alphonso mango smoothie via Zomato. Delivery was on time. Product was handed over in a small glass bottle with no seal & wasn't taped. Bottle wasn't even full. Consistently was runny like d ones u get from mixing some syrup with milk. Taste was okay. One doesn't expect this for a ₹225 smoothie & ₹10.50 packaging charge! No traces of whipped cream seen as advertised & definitely no close resemblance to the advertised picture of a smoothie. Big time disapointment!

One of the worst staffs at Ccd sector 15 located in main market . It was simply pathetic experience. I ordered classic lemonade and I asked them without ice and I got response "sir quantity Kam hojayegi" I was like what the hell is this.. if I don't need ice so is it mandatory to have ice and they took 10 minutes sir cash dedo, sir change nii h , sir paytm kardo, oh sir hamara server ni chal Raha.. was that a joke or what.. simply awful experience.. You don't expect such kind of experiences from reputed brand like CCD

I am a regular Vistor to this place however in last few days the quality and customer service is deteriorating day by day. Yesterday evening example around 8:00 am , the person at billing counter took my and billed it for take away without even asking to me . When I asked him that I want to have it here at your outlet in crockery , he refused by saying we don’t have enough <br/>crockery to service . He cancelled my bill when I got angry on his statement , the washroom was also out of order .

This outlet is run on cheap business tactics , I reached here around 1:55 pm me and my friend ordered a chill shake each as per there offer chill shakes are buy one and get one the offer is upto 2 pm. I was told that there was no chill shake available due to some freezer issue and I was ok with it but after 2 pm this waiter came and told me that I can order chill shake now and it is available as soon I went to order I was told the offer is unavailable as it's past 2 . I realised what could be the issue for just those 5 mins.

I ordered - Veg cheese Burger , veg crispy wrap , tandoori paneer multigrain sandwich.<br/><br/>I think that CCD should be more focused on quality of food than quality of it's packaging - let me describe each item briefly :-<br/><br/>1) sandwich - this is CCD trying to be make sandwiches like subway but failing very badly as the bread was not soft and the filling was dry and the paneer had no tandoori flavor - you can make a better sandwich at home.<br/><br/>2) wrap - the driest wrap I have ever tasted - the Vegetables we're giving vinegary taste - I think they don't use fresh vegetables instead the preserve already chopped vegetables in vinegar very bad taste.<br/><br/>3) burger - when a person eats a burger he hopes he will get flavor of burger Patty or toppings but not in this case - you will only able to taste big fat bun which is not soft at all - just to show the burger is big they are using big buns- there were very less sauses - the only thing which made the burger edible was Patty - it had decent taste.<br/><br/>CCD please focus on food and you can do wonders.<br/><br/>

Comparable to other CCDs the quality is not atpar.though it is a nice outlet to hang out with your group of friends. <br/>The shakes that i ordered were overly sugered. Overall its an okay place plus it opens up comparatively earlier than rest of the food outlets in sec 15.

It is the favourite hangout place for Faridabad teenagers. Sitting in any table you have a wonderful view of the workshop-like kitchen where you can see the chefs working. For those who do not book a table and are waiting, there is a cosy lounge with aged leather armchairs and pictures of polo players displayed on the walls.

Cafe coffee day is located at sector 15 market, Faridabad. This place is a refreshing change for someone who is ambling in sector 15 market and want to grab some quick bite. It has a nice interior and ambience but the place is small. With their enhanced menu there is lot to offer, I tried Twilight dessert and Belgian choco shot, nothing new or great. <br/><br/>Good place for coffee lovers !!

Have been at CCD many a times but yesterday's was a very bad experience, I had gone there with my friends our order was very simple an iced pomegranate lemon, a cappuccino and a shot of espresso.The pomegranate drink was not good. <br/>The cappuccino which the company relies its sole brand image was just about average... But the shot of espresso was the smack to the face as it was served in a regular coffee mug! Not in a shot Glass! on my asking the guy serving informed Me that they were out of shot glasses!!! They could have informed me beforehand and @this sole incident along with poor service and declining level of quality in preparation has disturbed my coffee experience at CCD which I have always enjoyed

Cafe Coffee Day was once the only place to hangout in sector-15 market and we'd hover around this place to find a good spot to meet up. With competition coming up, they're still doing well with courteous staff and upto the mark coffee. I love their Cafe Latte which is my go-to coffee!

I have had choco hola, belgian choco shot and vanilla twilight dessert in this outlet. The taste was like any other CCD outlet. This outlet is a refreshing change for someone who is strolling in sector 15 market and wants to have a quick bite. The service and ambience are okay like a usual CCD outlet. Nothing new or great. Taking into consideration the brand name, the place itself doesn't justify it. Sitting arrangement is too shabby. Tables and chairs are in pretty messed up. No ambient lighting. As far as the coffee is concerned, its almost similar to what you will have from any of the CCD joint. But its the place that makes it a class apart. Hope to see some changes in the new year.

One of worst outlet of CCD in NCR..had been to outlet a few times..but experience never was good <br/>We had one of summer coolers (rabri shake) which were introduced shortly back...it was very bad in taste, too low in quantity ..raw materials used specially milk doesn't seemed to be fresh<br/>We also had veg wrap which was quite hard and taste was pathetic<br/>Outlet is spacious and ambiance is decent

This is the coffee shop located nearest to the place i live. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I usually go with the Mocha and the Egg Wrap. But lately i have started ordering the Chocolate Cookies they are very good and the Chilly Cheese Toast. Whenever i am having craving for some sweet i usually go with the Sizzle Dizzle Brownie they are good and you can go for the extra Chocolate syrup if you are not much worried about the obesity.

Visit d cafe if nothing strikes your mind. I mean if you want to hang out wid frnds, need to spend som tym, along wid some snax and coffee, the place just suits d situation.<br/>Advantage is dat CCD is located widely so one need not to travel much and Wifi is complimentary .<br/>The variety of Coffee offered is obvsly enough to choose from. So one choose as per the descriptions. Apart a good range of deserts is available.<br/>My personal favorite Choco Hola, Sizzle Dazzle Brownie, Belgian Choco Shot, Kaapi Nirvana, Devil's Own and regular Cappuccino. Well I believe a lot is left to try yet :)

Since this outlet of Cafe Coffee Day started not more than a year ago, the furniture and the decor is still in-tact :)<br/>Unlike Barista's garish orange,the color coordination of the furniture with the surroundings is subtle and easy on your eyes.<br/>Coffee they brew is not outstanding, however their staff is polite, courteous and friendly. Another thing, is that their staff will not pester or mill around you asking you what you need every few hours. I must say, this place is alright if you need to catch up with your old friends over a cup of coffee, though you may want to try savory, palatable and mouth watering street food outside than CCD's usual spinach corn or roasted chicken sandwiches.
