Placed order from Zomato and waited for the order for more than 2 hours and same was not delivered and status changed to rejected. On calling the merchant same informed that order is with delivery boy and on calling delivery boy same informed order is with merchant. Too bad customer experience.

Good place to have delicious and awesome range of ice-creams.<br/>Tried their Belgium chocolate fudge. Its one of my favourite and its really awesome.<br/><br/>Tried their Chocolate ice-cream soda as well but it was a big disappointment because they added hot chocolate syrup in soda which totally ruined the soda and made it warm which ended up in warm ice-cream soda.<br/><br/>Although not judging gianis because of this single bad experience because it happens sometimes and manager also accepted this fault and added extra scoop as well for compensating this bad experience.<br/><br/>Overall good place to go for those who have sweet tooth and are true lovers of ice-creams.

last night we ordered 6 kulfis and one of the rose kulfi was melted completely.we complained to the owner asked for replacement . he did not send anybody with replacement instead he argued with me on the phone . very rude of the owner. not acceptable. this is not the way you handle your regular customers . degrading the brand . not recommending to anybody in future.<br/><br/>

Very good and delicious ice cream with amazing place for a quiet get together or catch up with friends or family. Choice of ice creams gets you into a spot where you keep asking for more. Well I had the worst experience at Giani's sector 31! M a big fan of their ice cream nd have been to many outlets. The best part about them is their customisations for their regular customers. But sec 31 Giani's is a shame to the brand. I had ordered caramel mocha sundae , nd ask them to use cafe mocha instead of coffee ,at all other outlets they have done this customisation without any hassle, but here at sec 31 guy was very rude nd asking for unnecessary price for the addition. I told him instead of coffee m asking cafe mocha nd at all other outlets nobody has any issue with it. I even agreed to pay the extra price but then to my surprise the guy asked for a price which is much more than the original cafe mocha price. Worst experience. Never go there , insufficient staff, rude , arrogant .

My home being close to this parlour, I am a huge fan of their icecreams. What stole my heart is their Icecream of the day section. Every day they have some selected flavours as the Special dishes for the day. My personal favourite has always been The Muddy Chocolate Cold Stone Sundae. They never run of variety and the best part is that their flavours are extraordinarily appealing. The Chocolate Nutty Cone, Chocolate Brownie Icecream, Kuch Nahi Sundae are the perfect delicious partners for a scorching day. Just drop into this parlour and make your favourite dessert wish some true.
