Review Canvas Restaurant & Pizzeria - Fort Kochi

I had an incredible dining experience here. Their wood-fired pizza was the most authentic and delicious I've had in the city. The pasta was also quite good. What stood out was the friendly staff who genuinely cared about our experience. They repeatedly sought feedback, but it was never annoying. The owner's personal involvement in collecting feedback added a special touch to the visit. Highly recommended!

Very calm and pleasant ambience. Service was sooo good and very polite and friendly staffs. This cafe is Mainly focused on tourists and foreigners. Food is very much good but on the pricey side when comes to main courses and cousins. Felt authentic and flavourful.

We don't usually spend a lot on food but the ratings and reviews intrigued us. The value for money will not disappoint you. This was the best squid we've ever had. Pizza and desserts were great as well. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Well it took me 4 nights in Fort Kochi but, thanks to other Google reviewers, I finally had a dinner that lived up to the expectations. I started with the squid pan grilled in lemon butter & garlic and served with French fries. The squid was absolutely perfectly prepared. I enjoyed every bite of this simple but delicious dish. The fries were fresh and crispy and soaked up the extra lemon butter sauce very nicely. I followed with a green salad, also well prepared and very refreshing. (A few shavings of Parmesan cheese on top would have made it even better.) I decided to try for 3 for 3 and ordered the chocolate mousse. It was light, smooth & delicious. The chef told me he had worked in Switzerland for 7 years learning the art of Italian cooking. Time very well spent I would say. Thanks to the chef and the wonderful servers for a great final meal in Fort Kochi!

The servers were very attentive, all the food was quickly delivered and fresh and you can watch them make the pizza in the stone pizza oven! The pizza was way too greasy and didn't taste of anything, but the Bruschetta and Mouse au Chocolate were great.

Such a lively experience! I loved the food just as much as I loved the dog💕.. it is very highly recommended indeed!!!!Very friendly and caring staff as they were constantly making sure that we had the best time!!!

Pleasantly surprised by the food, had ordered steak which was tasty and buttery would recommend to order the wedges instead of the mashed potatoes. Would have loved a few more veggies and an acidic element to the dish. The Semi Freddo was awesome!!

Everything was nice ! Food, Ambience, People, parking availability, washroom. . Food 4/5 Service 5/5 Price 4/5 Ambience 5/5 Hospitality 5/5 Hygeine 5/5 . We ordered pizza, pasta and cold coffee. All tasted different and good, won't say delicious but I recommend going there maybe your taste buds like it more. . I shall have a go there once again when I'll be in kochi next time. . Thanks.

Wonderful meal for two at Canvas! Excellent wood fired pizza and great choice of other dishes too. Really good sized portions too. Quick and friendly service and staff couldn't do enough or be more attentive! Special thanks to Sam for going the extra mile too! Restrooms were very clean too.

Absolutely excellent service and tasty food. Really nothing to complain about, went with a friend and we enjoyed it a lot. The vegetarian risotto and the semi Freddy I got for dessert were great
