I regret going to this place this time I used to visit this place when it was not this huge building it was small restaurant and old greeny good vibrant surroundings it was better now this one is good looking and ambience is good but management should know that the Food and service given here is not upto the mark and the simple etiquettes are not taught or trained staff. Food was also not upto the mark we get to those lovely good rated and known place for its hospitality and then what we see is everything is changed Apologies to the management but please do notice that everything works in a flow with standards and hygiene methods and preparations. Must train the staff how to do service that would be beneficial for you too and good for the guests too.

We went for picnic in narayani heights with team. Had lunch which was good but some staff people are rude not even know how to behave with guest. And lift are not working but staff just seeing us not help us or inform us that lift is out of service.

To be honest, Dum ka Zaika has a lots varieties of vegetarian dishes. As it was Father’s day, we gave our dad a surprise over here by tying a cloth piece around his eyes. He was just surprised by the place we decided. This is the best restaurant to celebrate your special occasion. We went for Picnic, indoor activities are very good and maintain, all staff are polite and very co-operative, and mostly it's lavish buffet are so delicious. More over<br/>There is a Discotheque also to enjoy different parties and weekend parties.

The Service was very slow . Food was ok. Had ordered a soup which had only turmeric taste in it. Bad experience with it. The kebab platter was good. Veg Jalfrezi , Paneer masala and Dal Tadka were like usual. Ambience is nice .

A lot of food on the menu was not available. We wanted a shashlik paneer sizzler but instead had to do with the available tandoori paneer sizzler which was more of a platter of kebabs. Taste wasn't anything great. Average and spicy. The jalapeno cigars werent available too so the cheese mutter kebabs were tried. Pretty average again. The schezwan noodles were made from some really thin noodles and again was average in taste. Live music was going on which was more of a nuisance and was catering to an almost empty restaurant. Service was also not upto the mark. For such a big hotel they really need to work on their restaurants.

Mosquitoes flying around, high-on-salt Punjabi curry gravy served as pav bhaji with under-cooked bread buns, outdated furniture , ill designed sofa seating makes sure you have a back-ache by the time you complete your meal. Expected better !

While coming back from a friend's home from Ahmadabad, we stopped at the Hotel to have our meal. <br/>The restaurant was full and we were asked to wait for 15 mins. As we were hungry, we thaught of moving to other place. But before we could decide where to move, we were offered welcome drink by a waiter.<br/>And before we could think of something else, the table was ready for us. <br/>Once seated, we ordered for kebab platter, pasta and. 2 sizzler. <br/>Kebab platter was good with options of 4 different varieties.Pasta was nice cheesy and saucy not dry which tasted nice, could have been better if there would have been little more veggies added to it. But finally the sizzler was served and it was the show stopper. <br/>The oriental sizzler loaded with noodles and rice was at it's best. The portion size served to us was huge. <br/>The best was that we got everything served on time even after the restaurant was packed. <br/>We never have to ask even for water refill. <br/>Overall a satisfactory experience. Would recommend people to try their oriental Sizzler for sure.<br/>

We went to celebrate our friend's birthday and opted for buffet dinner.<br/>Simple but elegant and wide spread and most important within a low budget.<br/>The taste was superb and we got a special service on the table on request although it generally doesn't happen.<br/>Thanks to the team for making the day the memorable.

So we went there for a half day picnic which cost us around 1000/ per person, includes<br/><br/>1) Lunch- They gave us Sprite as a welcome drink, had 4-5 types of salads, 2 indian vegetables, Chinese schezwan vegetables, Rice and Daal, ice cream, some continental dessert and may be some soup, but just 2 vegetables ???? And that too paneer and I don't know what was the other thing and I could just taste the Garam Masala, had to leave it and all hell breaks loose when a gang of Ladies came in for their Bingo game, I couldn't hear myself talking after that, <br/><br/>2) Access to the pool and indoor games including PlayStation in the kid room- there was no one attending us, we already came in before to get our passes so we directly went to the pool, zero privacy for an indoor pool, random people were passing not that frequently but still !! And I don't remember when was the last time anyone played chess at the hotel but still they keep a place for it, no access to the gym <br/><br/>3) High tea- worst high tea experience, they gave us the tea and there wasn't even a single waiter present after that, I actually went inside the kitchen to look for one,

Brilliant food and really good staff.. this restaurant serves amazing Punjabi food both ala carte and buffet. The buffet has really good number of lipsmacking dishes which would test your tastebuds. One of my favorites in the city... Cheers guys

I had one day picnic/outing with friends here.Its located in Gandhinagar and its very peaceful place.Charge for per person is around 950 INR<br/><br/>Day started with breakfast having idli, samabhar and poha. Quality was good for Idli but poha was below avg.I observed that lots of families also come here with their kids at swimming pool.Then we moved towards Game zone.There is Squash cort, Table tennis, Chess, Carrom, Pool, Snooker.Also GYM, SPA, Dance Club and Theater was there but we were not allowed to use in package.Guy sitting at games zone was more emotional for Snooker, according to him we should only play snooker if you know how to play it.<br/><br/>After that we had lunch.<br/>Tomato corn soup with butter - good quality<br/>Paneer sabji - avg quality as per price<br/>Roti - good quality<br/>No sweets<br/>Jira rice and daal - avg quality<br/><br/>Vanila Ice cream with 3 type of toppings<br/><br/>Then we again played games and some guys moved towards swimming pool.Swimming pool is indoor so no problem in summer. You can bring your swimming costume or you can get the same from there also with 50 INR including towel.<br/><br/>In high tea we had tea, coffee, biscuit.<br/><br/>Note: I don't think its worth to spend 950 INR only for this much.

The interior deco and the hospitality was top notch but the food was kinda bland. I ate at the buffet and as usual the variety of food was present there. Only strong suit was the soups and Indian cuisine. The pasta had no salt and the appetizers were okay. Mundane salads and okay-ish Asian cuisine. All in all the food was good.

Narayani Heights is one of the oldest restaurant on Gandhinagar Airport highway , No more needs to introduce for this restaurant . I was here last week with my college friends and we ordered punjabi dish, the restaurant staff is well discipline , service was too good , and taste , it was yummy , and the quality of food was too good , narayani has maintained this which it is known for,

Shifted from Lucknow to Gandhinagar, a couple of days back and were looking out for place to have a dine out. Got the recommendation from a neighbour. After looking at mix reviews, we went with finger crossed.<br/>The moment we entered, we were surprised to see such beautiful ambience with lovely background music.<br/>After gaining the confidence, we started looking in to the menu card, was amazed to see the variety available unfortunately only veg. Having decided to finally go ahead, we ordered few starters and one shorba. No camplains at all, perfect justification to the Vegetarian palate. After that we were sure for the main course. The server suggested us the specialty "Shaan e Nawabi" with Dal Makhani. We went with the same and we were happy with the suggestion. After a satisfied main course, the server suggested us to try some dessert from thier on going Mango festival. Never wanted to miss the opportunity, we ordered for Mango Rasmalai- The best I have ever tasted in recent days. <br/>In all these time, the server was quite attentive and we were quite impressed with the service and promptness. The Manager also informed us about thier facilities available which is generallly not observed. This is the restaurant of Narayani hotel located 4-5 kms from airport towards Gandhinagar. Went there on new year's eve.. It was beautifully decorated.. The Hotel Narayani itself is really impressive..<br/><br/>We ordered a soup, peanut salad, masala papad, mushroom vegetable and Indian breads.. These all cost around 800/-<br/><br/>Peanut salad was very bulky, 2 people can't finish it.. All other things were good.

This place is okayish ! Staff is not well trained . You will get the simple north indian menu . They have got few add ons from Chinese and Italian cuisine. Many a times they have live music evening . They also have different festivals at regular intervals ! Go n try !

Have great pictures of this beautiful hotel and restaurant in my handy and would be soon uploading it.<br/>Found the place on Trivago and finally decided to stay here for 6 days! The overall trip to gandhinagar and ahmedabad was carried out from here. Everyday, we had breakfast here as per our meal plan and it was always pleasing and a great one for the start up! Loved the chilled milk, they serve in the room every morning!<br/>Good quality taste and hygienic ambiance. It is even okay for the pockets!!! <br/>Tried almost all dishes here during the stay over my lunch; always satisfied and always happy with the staff!

It was my anniversary party here and they decorated it awesome and had created it memorable. Food quality is extremely good and same adorable since many years. Paneer is their real speciality, sweets enhance the taste, starters really gives essence and flavors. Their quality of food speaks more than our words. Must visit place.

We celebrated my husband surprise birthday party with Narayani Heights. Their services and maintence was at. Food was lips making and my taste buds just loved it. Everything was good or right from the starters to dessert.<br/><br/> I would visit again. My husband memorable party in Narayani Heights. Specially thanks to Mr. Ashish and team member are all arrange decorate table and food. And his services are very good. My all family member said to me this restaurant all food superb.

Service was slow, paneer veg. was very spicy, crispy bhindi was great,food is yummy..lemon coriander soup was amazing..d staff forgot to serve 1-2 dishes.. Need to work on service..nice ambiance..good for family dining..

It was such a great experience to enjoy in a great hotel, it was a great sunday brunch package includes swimming pool and superb food i'll give 5 out of 5 stars to narayani food quality and 5 out of 5 stars to their services and facilities like pool and kids zone and many more no place to cut half of a review point

Good taste. The quantity of dishes is lesser compared to other restaurants and this is the better one. The gulab jamuns are delicious! Can't just stop at one. Strongly recommend the management to get table mats or table cloth.

We visited Coffee Shop of Narayani Heights for Sunday Brunch. Food was really good. Hospitality was also good. Specially Mr. Jai Singh provided us a very good service. They should include more varieties in main course and starters. Overall good experience.

great ambience and courteous service staff are the strong positives n of this place. we first ordered dum ka zaika special tandoori sizzler, which infact i feel was not a sizzler. i strongly suggest that it should be under the heading of starter with the name "assorted kebabs". after having that hasty platter we couldn't try any other speciality of this restaurant as quantity was too much . from this starter we directly jumped to dessert. .... e.g. "jalebi". Jalebi was just more than excellent. a must try item if you are here. we had slightly less than excellent experience with the food, as we couldn't try mughlai dishes due to those heavy kebabs. Their head Jai Sinh was taking special care of or our meal. his "mehmaan nawazi" is memorable. only thing is he forces too much to write a review on zomato.

This review is for Dam ka zaika coffee shop brunch experience.<br/><br/>I choose Narayani heights for my brother's birthday celebration. It was really a nice Brunch deal. The food quality and taste was really very nice.Service was really world class.<br/><br/>My family is fond of food and this is the place where we would like to visit again and again..  A guy named Jai Singh was really help ful to us.. Thanks to  him and your staff for making our day very special. we like the Pool maintenance and the ambience of the hotel. I will definitely going to this place again with my friends. <br/><br/>I would recommend others as well for this place.

I came here for a half day picnic with me and my wife on her birthday , it was superb experience with the hospitality and food special from Mr Jay singh and kamal who not only served superb food, but made our day by making my wife birthday memorable.when they come to know that today is my wife 's birthday they arranged nice candle light dinner with pastry and balloons. Thanks to Jay Singh for making our day beautiful.

It was really a great day at Narayani Heights with family. We enjoyed swimming at the pool and the brunch at the coffee shop. The food was very tasty and yummy, the services provided by the people was very good under the leadership of Mr. Jai Singh. The live counter service for south Indian dish was wonderful.  I would recommend my friends and relatives to go for it and would like to visit again..

Today I visited Narayani Heights for 1 day picnic. The restaurant Dam ka Zaika was awesome. Their hospitality was good. Taste was also good. Mr Hitesh the restaurant manager was excellent in his work.

I stay for two nights at narayani heights. I really appreciate for their hospitality. It's outstanding hotel and resort. About food is awesome taste. Thanks Mr biswah for food arrangements. Overall excellent. I am giving 5 out of 5.

We enjoyed a lot and celebrated friendship day with my friends and dessert was best ... You can see the stag of cup of dessert... Great place to be around with family and friends...
