Taste, variety, ambience and courtesy, all T an economical cost is all that you look for when you look for a good restaurants. While you get all the tjings in terms of great taste, good variety, amazing under the sea world ambience and polite courteous staff that is always ready to help you iz what you will gst at Icy n Spicy, but do not consider all this to be available at low cost and cheaper prices. Definitely an special occasion place. You. An visit with your friends/ family / lover.

Truly speaking, the ambiance of the restaurant is superb. No rush, no wait, no noise. Staffs are nice. Service is good. Restaurant is clean. Dim light & low volume music. What else we need ? That's y it's a perfect couple & family restaurant. The best thing I liked about it was, they offered a soft toy to every child. How sweet. That's why I recommend all of u having family, must go for dinner over here.

Well, my wife and I went to this place on her birthday. I told them it's her birthday today. They quickly arranged an ice cream cake, gathered the staff and sung b-day rhyme and played b-day song, also clicked pics with their camera. They made sure that we feel special on this special occasion. They provided us complementary paan shots as well. Taking about other things- ambience, staff behavior, food quality, music, everything was great. They were quite professional. Overall, it's an absolutely must visit place. Would love to go again with family and friends.

Decent place. Exterior might give you a cheapish look, a put off, but once inside you feel it was worth the effort. Didn't try much, fried rice was of basmati class and not the correct one. That is why a star less. Friendly staff and most importantly helps in suggesting what to eat as per your likes.

Place was nice and clean. Ambiance was good. Especially if you dining with your family. There is a childrens area too were kids can play. Though the toys inside are worn out already still a good place for kids to hang while parents eat. Food was average but a little expensive.

I visited this place on Tuesday 12th Dec 17. The ambience was very good and my 7 year old kiddo loved it. The service was quick and good. The food was tasty and cost is reasonable.

I immediately found a great deal at Nearbuy for luch for two people. #ambiance : 5/5 The restaurant is built on a underwater concept which is clearly visible on the entry with images of greek gods on the door steps. As you step in, you are greeted with bluish hues and a calm sound of water. There are small waterfalls along the walls in the chain There are even tables with water springs giving you a nice feeling while eating. The walls are decorated with sculptures and motifs of fishes and pirate boats. There is different kinds of seating area with sofas, group gathering spaces and generic tables. The restaurant is really a treat on your senses #service : 3.5/5 Standard for fine dining restaurants. You will find that only 2-3 waiters know about the menu and rest will be confused if you ask them on recommendations #food : 4.5/5 veg seekh kabab : Soft and well cooked. Good option to try #dahi kebab : the specialty of icy & spicy. They are super delicous topped with nice sauces and spicy stuffing. They really sit well with the theme of icy and spicy and you can't afford to give theme a miss if you are here #jeera aalo : well cooked potatoes in homely style #dal tadka : again home made style. We loved both the dishes in main course #mocktails : black monster & red queen punch : The mocktails were a weak point of the dining experience. They definitly need better recipes as they tasted more like sweet syrups instead of something refreshing #ice creams : normal ice creams #value for money : 4/5 The food cost us ~1000 for 2 persons with the nearbuy deal which is a good price for the awesome starters and well made main course. Celebrated my daughter's birthday....had a great time...loved the ambience...service was good ....enjoyed paan shots......but........ On my second visit staff was more interested in some other party going on....... I feel equal importance should be given to each and every customer every visit.......anyway food is quite good especially bhatti murgi....

Lots of aquarium, Beautiful decoration on the wall, big tortoise, glacier ice and many more....yes, this is Ice n Spicy at Indirapuram. A theme based resturant!!. Glacier ice coming out from the roof, red smoke, unique chairs are some of its special attractions. Now come to food quality which is simply fabulous. Staffs are equally cooperative and provide a good hospitality. The resturant also has customised music facility which can be played if u are celebrating your bday or it is your anniversary. With its beautiful and unique ambience along with its tasty food, although price little on higher side, ice and Spicy is definitely an awesome choice for family and corporate lunch & dinner.

It's really a great place...one of d best restaurants in indirapuram..great ambience...soothing environment..people over there are so polite...nice food...the way they serve is superb...I celebrated my husband's birthday over there last week and they simply made our day...

Me and my family went there on 1/8/17 to celebrate my wife's birthday, superb , outstanding . The decor of the restaurant was awesome very heavy investment that's why the place is unique with beautiful theme. Staff was very friendly , food was delicious , service was excellent. Hats off to the staff n management the way treated us after knowing my wife's birthday . Best part was that all service staff came to our table and sang the birthday song, clapped with back ground music , very rare we can find this kind of personalized treatment in other restaurants. I visited this place yeaterday with my wife. The ambience, theme & cutlery is very different and food is also very good. We loved it and definately will visit again. The staff is also very courtesy and very good while explaining and good in giving advise for things to try.

I visited this place with my family yesterday as it was my first marriage anniversary. The theme was completely different nd the main thing which we want at every food place is its food and i really appreciate the chefs they were too good.. everything which they had served was quite tasty nd their service was too good and the way they people welcome every guest nd deal with them that was completely professional and mannerfull.. Little hard and burnt paneer Tikka, hard chicken kadhai, old smelly vinegar onions ----- ultimately much below my expectations and then I was requested to fill in the feedback form on which I mentioned all this plus that it was actually my birthday but all went unnoticed through the management which clearly shows customer feedback is gathered just as a formality and not analysed at all. Still felt the ambience and staff nice so not too bad to visit at least once.

Undoubtedly the interior was awesome, the theme was very beautiful, I felt very relaxed my all tiredness goes off. I loved the place. The food was also delicious we ordered murg handi, mutton korma, paneer lababdar in which murg handi was awesome, very tasty I loved it.. Bt yeah one thing which I don't lyk that was service. Very late service I can say. It was very time taken. We have to wait a long almost half n hour for have anything else� Prices were OK but the taxes were very high. We paid 700rs as a tax including service tax, vat n many more were there..

Tatti food, pathetic taste #stalefood #unfriendly staff, No customer service. Even when I called to tell that the food is stale, they said next time nahi hoga.. hahaha.. really!! Duffers on the counter. All the money wasted in interiors.

Visited the place quite a few times. It gives an aquatic theme. Food is good but the service is great. Staff is very polite and friendly. We ordered Dal makhni, Paneer Tawa masala and raita for the main course. Paneer was hard and so we complained about it, their manager came and immediately replaced it a new one. I really appreciate their service

Visited the place for a birthday party. The cafe is situated in Indirapuram near Cambridge school. As you will enter the place you won't understand their theme but if you will go towards the last section of the restaurant you will be water animals and aquatic life pictures on the wall. The lighting is also done accordingly (much more of blue). It is a fine dining family restaurant. They had given half of the section to us for our party and the other half was open for the normal customers. Though I could not spot more than 2-3 tables occupied. So seeing that I can say that the place is not the ones amongst the one where we find long waiting queue. <br/><br/><br/>The place was given us of buffet basis and the per plate cost was around ₹600. It included starters and the main course. There was also a magician there to perform for the kids but I am not sure whether it was provided by the restaurant people or his charges were different.<br/><br/>The starters that were served were paneer tikka, malai chaap, chilli potato, hara bhara kabab, fries, fried vegetable, soup and some other items. The service was pretty good the serving guys were coming at the table at regular interval so I was pretty happy with the service.<br/><br/>For the main course there was our regular daal makhni, kadhai paneer, along with some other dishes. For the desert they served us gulab jaamun along with kheer. <br/><br/>Overall it was a nice experience. The service as well as the food both were good. <br/><br/><br/>Food-3.5/5<br/>Service-4/5<br/>Ambiance-3.5/5

I’m feeling very guilty that I got my friends to icy spicy. It is tasteless as if they are not in practice of severing good food. Green chutneey will get you food poisoning. Icy N Spicy is one of the over hyped restaurant in Indirapuram.... Located at the other end of the area, thanks to Zomato that people have little idea of the name what they've got.<br/>We went there for a small family get together and thats where we have decided to try something new.<br/>When you will enter in, you will get some low vibes all around inside n outside.<br/>Interiors: They tried to make something very interesting but couldn't make out. May be the people they have chosen to built the idea was wrong or inexperienced....<br/>Now comes to Crockey n cutlery, for my surprise all plates n bowls were literally cracked or chipped.... while asking for changing the plates n bowls waiters were clueless and came with the answer <br/>" SIR ALL PLATES ARE LIKEWISE " 🤤<br/>Now for food I'll only say they don't know what they are serving and why?<br/>All the items we had ordered were tasteless and there is no need to remember names of the dishes.<br/>Very ordinary food at the price you are paying.<br/>All the very best Icy N Spicy....<br/>

Excellent service, with a very courteous staff. The food was average, or probably slightly better, but the service and ambiance compensated for it. Would certainly go again!

I have been twice to this place with my friends and family. Firstly they are one of its kind in Indirapuram. Kids will love the ambiance. They also have special arrangements for anniversary and birthdays.

Enjoyed @Icy n spicy once again . Food was delightful and experience blissful. What topped the list was that the manager (Mr. Dhyani ) on a crm check, asked if our visit was due to any occasion or a regular visit.  On revealing that it was due to our mother's bday, he wished her with due respect and calmly left the table. and in next few minutes, bday song played and complete staff wished her / clapped for her and made our experience worthwhile. A glass filled with ice-cream and candle followed. Thanks @Icy n Spicy. I have been a regular customer of yours and everytime there's something new to the experience plate. Even though i forget this experience somewhere down the lane, my mother would never !! Thanks for making her feel great !!

Ins Pnr Food ...I went there few weeks back on saturday night where it was totally full and there was not even a single table was free. We got one table free in 10 min. Nice ambience and much more to see more than a restro. You can experience the ambience, effects, fish aquariums, ice shaped roof and walls, lighting and much more while having food. Food was good but presentation could have been better. Cooling was bit low and was not icy at all. we ordered dal makhni and kadhai paneer which was tasty but portion was less and not as much as we expected. i really like the playway area they have for kids which is a basic equirement these days 😀

Been here once... The soup and starter was really good.. We ordered veg hot n sour soup and for starters hariyali kebab. That had really put up a bar of standard. But the mains.. Just spoiled everything. Bland.. No taste. The good mood that was created was all gone and we left the restaurant unhappy...

I would rate it as excellent. We arranged our daughter's birthday at this place. Arrangements were very good. Decor was v nice liked by all our guest. Food was also upto the mark and tasty. All children enjoyed in the play area. Highly recommend for small gp parties.

Icy N Spicy is all about two things- Food and Ambiance. Exactly what one looks out for when heading towards a place to relax and have their meals. I have not only visited this restaurant thrice but I have referred over a dozen people to visit them once and check out the quality and services that they provide. A theme restaurant that exists somewhere in the middle of Indirapuram and undoubtedly serves excellent food. The best part is that I can vouch for the fact that I made you guys popular between some family oriented groups too :) Yes- I loved the food, services and most importantly THE hospitality. The only concern is the car parking which too shouldn't be an issue if you can just hit the spot right on time or else a little struggle is what you might have to face. <br/>

Visited with guests for dinner on my daughter's birthday...We had to wait for almost 45 minutes for juices and starters and foods came after 1 hours. Staffs are not ready to listens our requests, no services were offered to fill plates and very pathetic services, tastes of foods are below average quality. I strictly recommend not to visit this restaurant when you are really hungry.

I organized my wedding anniversary party at Icy n Spicy last month for my family members and it was a great experience. Entire staff was very cooperative. Food and ambience was perfect. Complementary balloon decoration was provided for the area reserved for my guests. Everyone loved the arrangements. Worth place for small gatherings. I would love to visit the place again.

As the name suggested the ambience of Icy n Spicy eye catching. Food was good. The staff is helpful and co-operative. I organized a small surprise for my fiancee for his birthday eve, they guys made it superb. Love that part. Much more better what i expected. I order today Butter Naan, Garlic Naan, Paneer Lababdaar and Dal Makhni. Both naan were very rubbery and not freshly made like leftover from last night. It was my last order and I finally made a decision no to order anything from this restaurant again they don't really know how to even prepare paneer lababdar. Paneer was a bit hard and not soft as it should be. Dal makhni was okay not too bad not too good aswell.

Nice Ambience. Staff is very polite and they know how to handle the customers. Paneer Tikka was really good and is worth ordering. Best part about the service is that they were quick. Wait time between ordering and getting the food on the table is very less, which further enhances customer experience

The restaurant's dine in is good, but the home delivery was disappointing. I tried the veg cuisine at their dine in which was quite good. The service was good. But the home delivery disappointed us with quantity and taste. Needs to improve.

It has always been a home delivery for me from Icy N Spicy and I must say that their main course really taste good.<br/><br/>Ordered french fries and dahi kabab for starters and both of them were disappointing. May be starters would taste better while dine-in.<br/><br/>Their dal tadka, dal makhani, paneer lababdar and another panner dish were awesome on all occasions we tried. The breads - roti and naan were ki has been 2 times that despite of the instructions and a call from Zomato support, they have delivered the dishes with garlic. First time I ignored it but a repeat of the same mistake is definitely not acceptable. <br/><br/>Upgrading the rating again to 4 as the recent experience was great again. They followed the instructions and Honey Chilli Potato was divine apart from the main course which has always been good.

Really tacky decor. Good and exciting for kids. Ideal for small parties. Service is fine. Food is above average. The menu book weighs around 2 kgs. It's like they are trying too hard. The Pan shots they gave after the meal was quite nice.

I had a party here and it was absolute fun!<br/>The good -<br/>1) the staff is helpful and co-operative<br/>2) the ambience is diffrent ..the lighting is very interesting<br/>3) the food and drinks are also great in tatse<br/>What needs improvement ?<br/>1) The only part that needs improvement is the music and they need to put more deserts in their menu <br/>#for a small and sweet gathering it is a good place ..

The raita was made in water instead of curd. The delivery was very late. <br/>Totally avoid home delivery from this place.<br/>Even after saying less spicy food was very spicy.

Ambience is different and nice. Right on the theme. Food quality was good. I specifically liked the vegetarian varieties. Service needs big improvements though. Overall a decent place for a relaxed family outing.

Absolutely loved the decor and the food. The services were on point. It is unique restaurant in Indirapuram.. i wonder why I havent been there before... Definitely would recommend everyone to visit this restaurant

The chicken biryani is out of this world. It can easily be shared between 2-3 people. And the raita is oh so good! <br/><br/>Must recommend for all people who can get this on delivery

This aquarium themed restaurant is a break away from traditional wining and dining kind of restaurants. The food we ordered was equally sumptuous and tasty. One of the best theme based restaurants in Indirapuram. Located a bit away from the hustle bustle. <br/>Has got a separate kids play area. Pathetic service...ordered a huge order with special mention of 3 portions of Boondi Raita. Delivery guy took the full amount without telling that order is not complete. Big time nooo !!

Been here for Valentine's day Dinner, Ambiance was great, they helped me out with cake and Bouquet as requested. Food was good, They was courteous enough to click our pics and share. Overall Experience was good, But as later more people started coming in, It was a little messy, Though service people are polite. <br/><br/>Can be more lively in terms of live music and other activities can be added up.

I went for dinner to this place with my family. Ambience great, food excellent and so was the service.  Appreciate the the attention and service provided by the staff. Have suggested it to many of my friends and colleagues. The place is very nice to enjoy the evening. Keep us the good work guyz.

Starters were awesome but main course was not up to the mark. The service was average. They billed for the food item which was not taken. When asked to remove it, they deducted from the bill but charged the same during card swipe.

We went for a friend's birthday party . <br/>It has lovely aquatic ambience . Staff is quite courteous . They served us on every serving without saying . <br/>Coming to food , we took dahi kabab and planner tikka . Both were good and filling . Quantity was good for 3 people. We took 3 drinks along with food, all three were good , we liked island affair "the best " .

Ambience Good, Food ok but service is very bad. <br/>Only 1 people is to entertain 13 guests. <br/><br/>It took almost us to 3 hours to complete our lunch buffet. Didn't expected this from icy n spicy.

Food is average. Service is below standard. They don't even bother to ask water. They served water on dirty table after asking many times but forgot to wipe the table. Visit this place if you have all the time in world.

Ambience was the only good part in the whole experience. Food was totally average and service was so slow that they took 20 mins to prepare a single main course dish.

As the name suggested the ambience of Icy n Spicy was pretty cool and eye catching. The food lived up to the mark especially the juicy Paneer 65 and the spring rolls! Give it a go you won't be disappointed.

Gkt to know about this place from Zomato, not very sure initially but then decided to give it a try, Ambience- was simply amazing. The Food taste was also very good. <br/>Additionally, the staff was very courteous and the service was also very good. Additionally, as soon as they came to know that it was my birthday they planned for additional ice-cream cake at the end. <br/>So it was overall an amazing experience.

Dahi kebab awesome. Hospitality superb. Best ambience in affordable budget for organizing party. Party menu is too good with all the variety which on open mkt would easily cost 40% more.

Drums of heaven - Decent. But, if you are looking for sweetness, they are all salty. <br/>3. Chicken biryani - Absolute disaster. There were no whole rice in it. No flavour. No 'dum' masala in dum biryani. Chicken pieces had no flesh in them at all. <br/><br/>On top of the spectacular food, the staff kept asking about the taste every 5 mins. The ambience of this restaurant is good, the service  is very poor. and the most important thing is food which is really worst..By reading the reviews i went there but after seeing the food  am totally dissapointed. and the price is also very high. They are using the same gravy  for all the items . I ill not give even 1 rating to this hotel..

I have been to icy n spicy a few days back. It has been an awesome experience. We had ordered tomato soup for starters and it was not up to the mark but staff were generous enough to replace that for us without any issue. The second time was okaish, could improve a lot.<br/><br/>Then, in the main course, we had taken butter chicken and malai kofta with a bread basket. The food was freshly cooked and the taste was delicious. Specially, the gravies were totally awesome. <br/><br/>Finally, ordered a brownie with ice cream and choclate sauce and it was a treat for the taste buds. <br/><br/>All in all this place is a must try in indirapuram if you really want to spend some quality time with family and friends.

It provides good ambiance with aquarium on the walls. The staff service is good. They also provide good quality food with reasonable prices.

Food??...we didn't got a chance to taste after waiting for 1.5+ hours on a pre-booked seat!<br/><br/>Whosoever is managing this place need to learn his/her basics of hotel management. We visited this place on 14th Feb, lured by their valentine day's special package. Nice ambiance, I must admit. But, other than that, nothing to offer.<br/><br/>This place was overbooked (They shouldn't have taken that many reservations at the first place). They terribly failed to serve at every single table occupied (I noticed everybody cribbing and loosing their patience).<br/><br/>I made an advance booking for 9:30 P.M, we got a table at 10:15 P.M., yet we waited patiently for other arrangements. Past 11:00, they were yet to arrange a cake, and other decor on the table, and dinner became a distant dream for us!<br/><br/>Finally we stepped out, like we saw others doing, with a big disappointment on a special date!<br/><br/>ahhh...a different experience, but a good lesson for not to try new place on special occassion ;)<br/><br/>Kudos to them for nearly spoiling valentine dinner of several couples....

Ordered Biriyani , mutton obviously and was immensely happy with the overall quality of the mutton, packaging and raita !! Superb food and super quick delivery too !! Deducted .5 for the rice as I think it can be better considering the amount that is being charged ,400 for a biriyani .but that said , the food was top notch !!

Had a pathetic time over there. I did not find even a single dish worth of the tagged price. They were not even fresh.  Initially We ordered tomato soup, mohito, cold coffee , dahi k kabab and matar ki shammi. After placing the order, all these items were there on our table within 10 mins. Tomato soup was tasting like a cough syrup and preparation was also not fresh and I really doubt if it was having any tomato. Dahi k kabab was tasting damn sweet as we were getting  feeling like we were having desserts rather than starters. This was my first time I really had this much bad dahi k kabab. Matar ki shammi was also not that good but better than kabab's.  After experiencing so bad, we left the place without giving any further orders. Although ambiance was ok but in terms of food, it needs a lot of improvement.
