Upgrading the rating to 5⭐. Review 1: Went with family for dinner and really loved the visit. We ordered veg chowmein and north Indian food which has mutter paneer and dal fry with tandoori roti. Taste - 4/5 Quantity - 4/5 Quality - 3/5 (Roti were really good but had maida) Value for money - 3.5/5 Service - 5/5 (very quick) Cleanliness - 3/5 (can be improved) Parking - Available Pro tip: There is a kulfi wala outside this dhaba, please try it, it's superb.

Have really decked up this place. I remember I used to visit them some 10 years back and then it was Raw as a highway Dhaba...has now turned into a highway hotel. Quality of food is still as good
Varun Jain
The experience was good I have visited many of the times but this experience it was a little ☹️ bad . Today it was 6/10 but usually it's 8.5/10 . The food 🍛was not as good as always. It was like ok - ok . But the best part is that we went there late night 🌃 almost around 11 pm and it was very crowded 👥👥.

Decent place to enjoy dhaba style north Indian vegetarian food. Chinese, Pizza etc are also available. Chaap dishes are also available. Open till 2AM at night. Quick service. Reasonably priced.
mehrotraankur3
5 star taste and 5 star in terms of quantity of food..Among the best in business among Mohan Nagar famous dhaba's..though parking is an issue during peak dinner time of 8-10 pm, specially on weekends

After random trip with school friends. It was time to have lunch in search of food, we search for nearby restaurant and try something new. And by time, we reach Mohan Nagar. Where we find four restaurant's which serve food 24*7 without break. Pure Veg make Raja Dhaba separate from other. It is divided into two part one is AC & other with Non-AC. And they are following all safety guidelines such as temperature 🌡️ check and sanitization. As we all friends are very hungry, therefore quickly order lunch. And order was Kadai Paneer, Dal Makni and Butter Naan. Taste was very delicious but order was little delayed due to rush. Raja Vaishno Dhaba, Mohan Nagar Ghaziabad is more than just a restaurant to me. It’s a part of my life. I have been eating here for over two decades. Their food is always amazing, especially their dal makhani, which is the best in town. Their jeera aloo, baigan bharta, and masala chaap are also scrumptious. Their butter naan and missi roti are warm and fluffy, and their kulfi is smooth and sweet. This dhaba is my go-to place for a satisfying meal and a cozy atmosphere.

Never try south Indian food there pathatic. Else 5 star for dal and paneer dishes A perfect place to eat dal and roti

This place offers wonderful variety of vegetarian food. Taste and quality is way better than any other top class restaurant. Recommend Garlic Naan of Raja Dhabha as you'll really feel what Garlic Naan means in real sense .The best part of this food junction is it's service. Your order reaches you in a very short time, which is their unmatchable talent and management. Must visit this place if you're in Ghaziabad (UP).
TUSHAR SHARMA
Must visit and try Makhani Daal. It’s very yummy and I bet u can’t get Makhani Daal as tasty as they have.
Must must must try
Mr Jai
One of the places to eat in Ghaziabad. It's more than 25 years old restaurant and has maintained it's taste and quality since that. They serve best north Indian food at affordable prices.
Whenever I go to Ghaziabad, I rarely miss having a meal there.
Janmejay
Wow kind of food taste can be checked there. shahi paneer and daal makhni are their best dishes. One can order one special thali having so much to taste specially rice and kheer which is yumm.. if you are in Ghaziabad and wanna taste something north indian. Must visit then. You will not be disappointed.

So I have been visiting this place since past few years for their amazing North Indian food, the quality has decreased over the time but the food and it's taste. The spices and flavours all are it's best. The ambiance did change a lot and now it looks even better.

I had been here from past many year whenever i had towards mohan nagar area i definitely go there and had a meal there, food is delicious and i liked their lachha parantha or kadhai paneer
Sunidhi
If you are moving via mohan nagar I would definitely suggest to fill your appetite here, they serve best food at reasonable price and as they had renovated their interior now it's more appealing. Best form of modern dhaba with AC availability.
We are fond of their kadhai paneer. It's family friendly. Service is also good.
From my side it's 5/5 👍
Sanjana Chauhan
Worst experience not recommend to anyone to visit this place
Service was on time
But food quality was not worth as money
Totally disappointed
Ankit
A dhaba with a modern touch. Very approachable location and easy access. Interiors are just fine. Come sit, dine and go. That's their Moto. Service is quick and reminds me of the old world busy dhaba. Kinda nice in its own way. Food is amazing. I mean really amazing. Reasonable pricing and be done with dinner in a jiffy. It's a place that has to be on your list for its own unique experience. Would highly recommend to stop over if you are passing by. Would love to hear your side of observations. Enjoy!
Himanshu Singh
This place is best for budget friendly food with family or friends and this restaurant food is best we can enjoy food with family or friends
Harsh
This place has been revamped. Orange chairs look nice. Looks like a decent restaurant now, not a cheap dhaba. Menu has also been changed, prices have been hiked.

This is a small joint in Mohan Nagar. They serve good food. I've ordered Sahi paneer and stuffed naan.
Sahi paneer was really awesome in taste and having good amount of paneer cubes.
Now talk about bread quality, really so soft and having lots of butter on it , I just luv it.
Overall good experience......
Sachin Chauhan
One of the best place to dine out if you are near by Mohan Nagar. The food was luscious and well cooked.
I've ordered for

# paneer do pyaza : very well marinated and spicy

# chana masala : perfectly boiled and awesome in taste

# Dal makhani : have the proper traditional taste with lots of butter on it

# stuffed Naan : aaloo and paneer naan from which aaloo naan is more better

I have never been disappointed either with the taste or quantity of food.
Would definitely recommend to try it once.
Govind Bisht
One of the best dhaba of mohan Nagar gajiyabaad behind ITS collage. Good vegetarian food. Friendly staff good ambiance and cleaning. Comfortable budget dhaba. Must try paneer butter masala and dal tarka. And out side jain kulfee
Lipi Gupta
This is a normal outlet where you can go if you don't want to cook and changes the taste. Not really very tasty, the food is okayish.
You can try a few things including chaap gravy, paneer lababdaar, paneer parantha, mixed veg, dal makhni etc
The food isn't too pricey so that's good for pocket.

Don’t go on the name (I just meant ‘new’) because this is quite an old restaurant on The highway. New Raja Vaishno Bhojnalya or NRVB is just beside ITS Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, one of the four Highway Dhabas on GT Road. The restaurant has been in the place for about 30 years and has been changed the time to time. It started as a simple (but huge) highway stoppages and it’s been 3 months that it has renovated into what it looks now.
Plenty of parking is available, given that it’s on the highway, and parking assistants are on the place too so you won’t feel stuck too long.
While you enter it you’ll have a feel of an awesome restaurant given to the awesome and cozy decor they have made with all the soft on eyes lighting. The restaurant has 2 halves, one equipped with AC while other not so much. But if you visit these days, as the renovation is new, they are still working on their AC.
Not very much into onion-less, garlic-less appetizers (on fast), I delved right into the main course. Let me assure you though the restaurant serves proper onion and garlic food and salads, it wasn’t just my day.
So we started with Paneer Lababdar and Dum Aloo and Paneer Parantha (Yes, I am weird like that).
Paneer Lababdar, as opposed to the traditional recipe, was prepared in rich Kaju (cashew) gravy. The paneer was soft and tender and pretty nicely done. The spices were soft and well blended and it was topped with fresh cream. It was pretty rich a dish. This is a recommended dish, as I loved it.
Dum Aloo was just the opposite of Paneer Lababdar, pretty tasteless and bland..
Paneer Parantha was tasty, given that I didn’t even take butter, but a little more filling would have been more fulfilling.
Next, we ordered Malai Kofta, Mixed Veg, and Tandoori Roti.
Malai Kofta gravy was bland and a bit weird looking. But give it up to kofta which was really so soft and nice, it just melted in my mouth. A bit more spices to the gravy and a little texture can actually improve this dish a lot.
Mixed Veg was less oily (plus point)”and had vegetables (not just cauliflower and potato like many restaurants), but I felt it could have used a little more of salt. The vegetables were crunchy and nicely done.
Rotis were soft and beautiful and actually good.
In Desert, I took a Tilla Kulfi, the slight-summer-evening special. Kesar Pista flavor was nice and the Kulfi was really good. They have a smallish Kulfi Corner just outside the restaurant who work in collab with them and that is where it is served. You can either go out and buy yourself or let the waiter get it and get it added to the bill (that's up to you).
The service needs a little more work. Our server was cheerful and info-giving types, but they have a little more quality work done on serving. The ambiance is pretty good.
All in all, it’s a good place for a soft and impromptu family outing or an intimate family dinner. For more, they need to improve.
Foodie’s Ratings:
Ambiance: 4.5/5
Service: 4/5
Food: 3.2/5
If you decided to give a visit, then let us know in comments about your experience.

They offer the variety of dishes from intercontinental and south Indian cuisine. Rates are reasonable. Food is good as well. don't expect too fancy food or food with great ambiance. Go there to satisfy your hunger pangs and finally kulfi.Daal Makhani and mixed naan is must try

I keep visiting this dhaba cum restaurant with my family for our late night cravings...

Food is too good and affordable.

Service is fast with a lot of sitting capacity..

They have expertise in punjabi spicy food...

I love the food every time i visit their..

Breads and lachha paranthas are the best in breads....

As it is on the main national highway 58 you can expect vast crowd..
Want to wish for a great food but dont want to spend more !
Than raja dhabha is best suited ! With lots of mouthwatering food and that too at very minimal prices!
And that one thing which makes it different from any other dhabas is their service.
Their services is really really quick
Me and my friends had gone their for lunch and we had
Dal makhni
Panner butter masala
And in breads we had aloo naan
And we found it really amazing and we thought it too be expensive !
But we are shocked when we found that the bill is of 300 only
But theirs one drawback
They dont have ac so if you want to sit in ac then their is problem
Thats why i give it 4.5 ratings
Gastronomical Utkarsh
This is the worst place I have ever been to. WILL NOT RECOMMEND. The food is not worth the price. And they serve stale breads most of the time.

This is as good as a dhaba gets!
Stopped here on my way back from the hills and a rather tiring search for a roadside dhaba because well, I was craving some seriously desi dhaba food. After much wait and not finding any decent place to dine in on our way, this massively lit dhaba caught our attention as we entered Delhi boundary.
Ambience is simple, humble and the sitting is spread across a huge area which is well lit, has a long array of tables and enough servers to keep the food coming in quick and delicious.
The food was such a beauty and maybe because I was dying of hunger but the meal here was one I will remember for a while for being lipsmackingly delicious and satisfying with truck loads of flavour and spice.
Aloo Gobhi was fried to an utter finger licking decadence with the right amount of spice and richness, one of the best I have eaten. Teamed it with some Aloo Kulcha which was even better. Crispy stuffed Kulcha cooked superbly well with a buttery sheen on top. Such a heavenly combination.
Rajma Chawal were really good too! Bang on taste and richness.
•••
Needles to say, the pricing was minimal and the food was hearty, which proves the point that you don't need to splurge to have good quality food that tastes better than some renowned five star restaurants.
•••
Next time you're on the highway or close to it, just craving a hearty Indian meal prepared well and served in food hygiene, visit here.
Cost/person: Rs 150-200

Explored this place on the way to raj nagar today morning. Aloo pyaz tandoori parantha and gobhi parantha is delicious here with enough stuffing.. chowmein is also a popular item here so tried that as well.. everything was yummy including tea which was perfect. Having breakfast here made our day :)

Raja Dhabha is best among all the dhabha around mohan nagar. This place not only attract tourist going /coming back from Uttrakhand/ Meerut but also residents of Ghaziabad. The place is open till late night unlike other restaurant which usually close around 10 in ghaziabad.
When we dont feel like cooking at home, this is the place for dinner - Economical with never disappointing taste
Must try dishes - butter masala paneer, chaap, stuffed nan and noodles
Bhushan
When I travel back from meerut I always stop here for dinner.quite a big restaurant.food is always fresh and tasty.hygeine is not so good specially the toilets. But good variety of veg dishes. Daal is the best although shahi paneer is also very good. Worth stopping on the way.
Umang Bansal
cheap and best food available here
best to have naan and dal makhani and paneer butter masala
its so yummy that ur tounge cant control to drop saliva
Amit Kulshrestha
if you are a foodie and fond of north indian dishes, you must go there. It's kind of Dhaba style without AC restaurant but the food and service are really awesome. Since it is at NH24 , some parking issue may be there.
Rahul Bhasin
Been there several times. It is best from among all dhaba situated there. From parking staff you will know how good there staff gesture will be.
1. Food taste awesome. Not only traditional dhaba food even there dosa taste very good.
2. Staff very polite with smiling face.
3. Service very good.
4. Prices are very economical.
5.Must have kulfi and kheer in end.

Enjoy your food

This is THE place to go if you want to have excellent North Indian food at pocket friendly prices. But what stands out is their super fast service. The quality of breads is also very good as you would expect at a dhaba. Cant comment much on the ambience .
Sarthak Agrawal
I am a regular customer of this restaurant, I use to visit at least once in a week. The food is delicious and service is also very fast. The service is so fast that Eminem also can't beat it!! :P

I am deducting 1 point only because of two reasons that it lacks a car parking and no a/c. If the management manages to improve the parking facility then it would be great!

My favourite is aloo dum, kadhai panneer, aloo pyaz naan and green chutney along with vinegar onions and plain onion which are complimentary.

I would strongly recommended this restaurant if you don't mind about a/c and could move your car in the middle of your lunch/dinner and please believe me aloo dum is best in whole menu!

Please note that if you are going to visit this restaurant then don't order kadhai panner along with aloo dum because of them have similar gravy and rest upto you
Rahul Garg
I have been to this place a lot of time, because they are open till late night and this is only place you can eat at that time near that area. I generally order kadai paneer, dal makhni and naans because of limited variety of food items in their menu, however the taste is great. I was amazed to see how they handle so many customers at the same time, great service guys.
Ronak Singh Ahuja
So this is a dhaba just on the Mohan Nagar Road. You can see two big dhabas - Ahuja and Raja. This place is very shady and unsafe for females at late night.. Though the get regular police patrolling here but you know how Ghaziabad is. You can alsways order in your car. So its not a big deal.

So, for ambience I would like to give it a 0. and ofcourse, it is a dhaba we should not even consider this.
Service is very good and for a little tip these guys work a lot.

We ordered:

Butter Naan: Awesome, crisp amd the way the should be...Think and crisp...and A LOT of butter;
Daal Makhni: Nice too... Thick and taste wise it is good. Non-spicy but not bland.
Paneer Butter Masal: A little spicy and nice too.
Papad: Amritsari papad and nicely done.
Salad: They serve it anyways. The carrot served with it was made with vinegar and I loved it.

This place is good for late night eats. I am not aware about the timings but I have seen this place open till 2:00 many times. On an overall score, this place is good to have low budget dinner and when you do not have any options left.

Now the cons: Unsafe, Low-profile place... But who would not compromise if one gets good food at those late hours??
Abhishek Prajapati
Great taste with grear service. North indian food of raja is awesome. Specially the tandoori roti, dum aloo, all panner vegs and dals. They serve food very fast and staff is also very helpful. Decent price with good quantity and qualtiy of food.

Super quick service, tandoori rotis are real delight. Not sure how do they manage to turn it around so fast. Although the food can be done with little less oil.

Great value for money. Place worth visiting.
Shubhi Agarwal
Super awesome and very cheap place to have a hearty rustic meal. Ample seating space and quick service. It was a monthly ritual to visit his place and have its delectable Dum Aloo and Daal Fry with crisp Tandoori Rotis.
Much much better than other contemporaries in the neighborhood.
Nikhil Awasthi
Cheap and best is what I will use for this Dhaba! Huge space, lots of tables so you need not to worry even their peak hours. The service is very fast, great food and no worries about parking!
Sanjay Gulati Musafir
If you have been to their location you know that there are three restaurants in a row. Everyone has its own choices. But I personally prefer this one. For few simple reasons -
Normally when you visit them either you reach there after a long journey or you are about to set for the one. So you prefer simple and tasty Food that keeps you comfortable. And they just serve the taste. It's a no frill Dhaba set up but neat even during peak working hours. Service is quick and Food is tasty. That is all required from such joints.
Ravinder Singh
Awesome Veg food available here with reasonable rates. Food is really tasty and the service is too good. I liked its Paneer Butter masala and Mix raita which I use to take every time whenever I use to go to this place. Food quality is good , service is also good and they have variety for after food things as well.
