It was the best chicken experience I had. Very great taste and the staff member Vikash mathur is one gem of a person, very humble gentle and did give us a great service, very polite and amazingly handed our orders and the taste was incredible👍👍😍

Overcrowded but qualities seems as per norms. A nice place to have a munch of the crunchy and juicy chicken anytime.

I had ordered from wednesday deal for takeaway. First of all i would like to mention that the server said that it would take 15 mins to prep the order but actually took around 30 mins. Secondly I paid extra for spicy mayo but was never given to me. Then comes the taste and quality of the food. The chicken was absolutely tasteless. It even had a weird raw taste to it, maybe it was undercooked. I am a huge fan of KFC but this experience was seriously disappointing.

This restaurant is a joke, they are online for ordering but no matter what you order they cancel the order saying the items are not available. Waste of time and energy. Never ordering again.

The chicken was smelling and that is not fresh and it's totally worst chicken i have ever had.

The chicken wings are one of my favourites.  The wings are seasoned with a spicy seasoning and done just right, with the skin a bit crispy and the meat juicy which makes for a heavenly delight.

KFC's veg burger 😋 i really like it. If you are a non-veg lover this is a perfect place for you. They should add some more vegetarian choices in their menu for people like me(veg😁) becoz i love to spend time here with my friends.

Today i have booked my kfc order ( Classic Zinger Combo Large ). Am so angry this type of service. we received incomplete combo i have attache photos, Ye chiz mere saath 3rd time hui hai koi bhi action nhi lete. aur jab call kro toh koi response nhi mil raha. ( I have pay totally 398rs. )

I have been a fan of the Zinger box for a very long time now but this time was extremely disappointing.  The food wasn't properly packed. The food reached me an hour late because the restaurant did not have it prepared on time. And the zinger burger was of extremely poor quality. The chicken was dry and stale. It felt like I was chewing bones. Extremely disappointed with the food and service.

Compared to other outlets the cost is a bit less...and the food is tastier................................rice bowl is good and vanilla soft cone is great

Food: burgers were good n the rest of the items were pretty okay. The ricebowl was not at all good...it was plain bland.<br/>Service: average service.<br/>Ambience: petite smelly eatery with no a.c.....its always pretty hot in the eatery.

These guys maintain a terrible hygiene level. My father got hospitalized for 2 days due to stomach infection after having food from this place. Pathetic. This place should better shut down than serving thrash as food.

For all the chicken lovers KFC is heaven. Firey gill and super charger burger are my favorite. You can also try crushers. And chicken popcorn is amazing as well.

The quality is horrible. Food preparation is very different from the other kfc at other locations. The hot and crispy chicken was dripping in oil also the chicken popcorn tasted bland. Being a big time lover of fried chicken never been this disappointed from this particular outlet of kfc.

The K5 meal chicken tasted old, potatoes was cold nd not proper coked . There was 1 cashier who was fixing and taking orders. I had a bad experience this time. Wanna chance in taste and service

KFC's fried chicken is very oily. Zinger burger is love and biryani is also good. Kfc is now decreasing its quality of food day by day . We dont get that taste in their food which we used to get earlier plus the chicken is also nt properly clean they should first clean the chicken properly and then cook .

This place is heaven for chicken lovers. I ordered fiery grill chicken and large chicken burger with chocolate crusher. Service was fast and like the ambience too.

The quality has been consistently going down. The decor/ambience is in shambles - AC under maintenance always, dull lighting, smelly place etc. Prices might be going up but the quality is going down under. Not taking any chances again with this place.

We had 5 pieces of hot wings, chicken snacker, non veg rice bowl, chicken popcorn. All the food was good at taste, but non veg rice bowl was the best on the whole. I must say that KFC has the best non veg rice.<br/><br/>Apart from the food, we had some drinks. We had some regular cold drinks and majito range of crushers. Drinks were also good. The outlet was clean and the service was also very good. I'll give 3.5 stars fo all.

Although it is one of initially opened outlets of KFC in A Delhi NCR and it was a the first KFC outlet where I had been.but on my recent visit i Didn't like this place at all. The ambience was highly distasteful. There was no sanitizer and the water tap wasn't working. The table- chairs seemed old and in pathetic condition. The staffs were not helpful. Served us something other than what we had ordered. I was happy to see that the service was prompt , but later on I realised that it was bad because the food was already kept prepared before hand and it was cold, therefore could not met th@e standards of KFC. Moreover they were not serving all the menu /combos /offers , which are served at all other outlets of KFC.<br/>So, overall it was a real disappointment.

Just a normal outlet with good KFC chicken but the service is a bit slow and the staff members also have very minimum knowledge about their own offers. If you love chicken and can wait for it, you should try this place.

What I like most about fast food chains like KFC and McD is that no matter which outlet you go to, you can expect more or less the same experience. If you like KFC somewhere it's probable that you will like KFC somewhere else. If you don't, a different outlet is not going to change your opinion. Of course, there are always outliers...but for KFC, its been few and far between.<br/>The outlet is not particularly big and it doesn't feature any booths but it isn't cramped. The service is not far from standard and the food is also good if you like the standard KFC fare. I'm quite partial to the smoky grilled chicken pieces. I think the Chizza is an utter flop and the rice is boring but burgers are ok once in a while if they keep the mayo to a minimum. Surprisingly, i liked the Double down which is a burger without buns...its not a concept that has historically caught on much...but I liked it.<br/>Anyway, its KFC. Not much else to say.

The KFC as we all know nice cozy ambience, but this KFC especially has stopped serving fresh food, I have been there many times thinking that maybe this time it will be good but yet always there food doesn't taste up to the mark. Sometimes it is too oily, sometimes not that juicy. Hence finally will never this place again

Was So hungry, and my love for chicken took me to KFC but, ended up cursing myself on going there. the meat was so bad, seemed  to be old stock, no wonder most of the ratings are so bad. these platforms are to make them understand that they should deliver better but rather they are getting worse.. such a bad place.. What a waste of money..

I know that KFC is famous for its chicken items but they serve burgers too. I had a chicken burger there and I really regret buying that. It was the worst chicken burger I ever had in my life. The chicken tikki seemed only a flat cut piece of chicken which was just fried with a coating on it. It was completely tasteless.

The burgers were really cold.Initially i thought the souses were making it chilly but eventually you can't expect anything good from a fast food chain. <br/>The only 2.5 stars are for the virgin mojito sparkling krusher(black mojito). <br/>

I like kfc, but ambiance at this place does not match the standard of other kfc. I am a vegetarian so I had potato krisper, and literally this burger is not at all good compared to mcds mc aloo tikki. I have tried other veg burgers at kfc , those are good but not this one.

They used to have a large seating area however that has got halved now. Finding a seat here has been a challenge for last 2-3 visits. They have lip smacking crunchy chicken to treat your taste buds. I also had the opportunity to visit their kitchen and guys they have a hygienic set up clearly demarcating veg and non veg items. I, if be honest, never say yes to KFC at first. Since, I was with my brother and he is lover of Non-Veg and prefers to go KFC only, I had to comply. <br/>We ordered one 5-in-1 Chicken Longer Meal that contained<br/>1 Chicken Longer,<br/>1 Hash Brown Potat,<br/>1 COB- HC<br/>1 Lotte Choco Pie,<br/>1 Large Pepsi.<br/>Along, with that I ordered One cold Coffee for me.<br/><br/>I didn't like the coffee that much. It was okay. Chicken Longer was good and COB-HC and Potat were fine. The service was fast and apt. Music was good.<br/>

I love kfc and their hot and crispy chicken. But this outlet does not stands up to the standards comparing to other kfc outlets. The chicken feels way more heavy and oily on the pallet. Sometimes the seasoning is not spread properly on the inside which makes some bites too spicy and some bland. Plus i tried Thier smoky grilled chicken and it is not worth the effort and money, the basic hot and crispy chicken is the best.<br/>I hope that this outlet notches up its game and solves its problems so that we can enjoy the actual top quality that can be offered by kfc here too.

Not good and not too bad. A decent KFC outlet, i have only been here and the chicken was fine. The staff here was helpful tho as they helped me out with something.

I have always enjoyed being at KFC. This particular outlet is always crowded and that leads to slow delivery. Their zinger Burger seems small but tastes good. The rice in bowl is bland and quantity is also less. The krushers are good. I like chocopeanut bolt which they didn't have today. The chocolate lash has Oreo and is also very good. Large chicken pieces don't taste good but strips are better.

Simply disgusting. Water is flooding half the floor. Smells of a drainage. Never been to a more dirty and smelly restaurant. This outlet is bringing shame to KFC. The conditions have been like this for last 2 weeks at least

Nothing much to talk about of this American so called food chain. We already know about the taste and the menu. Now a days they are giving 1+1 on selected items between selective time slot.  We visited this place on Sunday and as it was weekend it was supposed to be crowded but the Service of  team member was very poor. She was not clear with her order description and added 3 dips unnecessary without our approval.  Moreover when I ask one of their team member to provide me a paper bag he was totally lost and just ignore my request, then I went to the counter to fetch a take away back.   These fast food chains have nothing new or much to offer us , so at least a good Customer Service can mark a difference from the rest. This outlet should take care of this factor. Out of so many outlets of KFC I really like CP and Preet Vihar ones as the staffs over there are really sweet and welcoming.

First of fall this review is for all the kfc's. I am eating kfc products since 5 years. Products like burgers twisters strips&wings rice bowls are good in both veg&non veg. Crispy and fiery grilled chickens are very delicious. Krushers like virgin mojito chocopeanut bolt mango burst were very good refreshes especially in summer. And I like to prefer kfc in future if they maintain quality and introducing new variety of products.

One another outlet in the city. Visited just once but found it almost same . Food is equally tasty and fresh like every other outlet. Rice bowl is a must try.....it will surely delight you...

Horrible experience at this kfc. Order counter was so messed up. Everything was haphazard. Before taking orders they boy has to check inside if that particular dish is available and can they take orders. Almost like a road side dhabba. Will never come back to you guys.
