A great CCD outlet with great service! The coffee is amazing as usual and the ambience is great too!

This outlet is just a small teeny outlet in Pacific mall. Don't expect being served as any other of their outlets that are way better than this one. The service is a bit slow for café chain like this one...maybe coz they hardly get customers. And yaa the taste differs outlet to outlet.

I always wondered why i never saw too many people around at this CCD outlet. Well, got all my questions answered the day I decided to give it a try. We ordered Chicken Calzone, Multigrain Chicken Sandwich, Cappuccino and Devils own. <br/><br/>Famished, We have never repented placing an order this bad like we did the moment we tasted the food. They took about 20 mins to prepare our order yet neither the sandwich or calzone was hot. We literally had to swallow it down the throat. <br/><br/>The guy deceitfully added cheese and whipped cream to our order and thus to the bill. Devils own too was no good. It looked absolutely Unappetising and even tasted the same. Run of the mill appropriately defines their signature cappuccino.

Today, I went to CCD in pacific it was a always a nice experience in CCD .<br/>The location was not soo good but the taste was OK.<br/>Service was good .<br/>Waiting time was 5 min .<br/>Value for money- 4.5/5<br/>Hygiene -4.5/5

It's your standard mall/airport type CCD which means they don't have/ won't use glassware. The papercups are sort of ugly and short but I can't say if they have a smaller capacity than the glassware. It definitely feels like it though.<br/>I always order the Gourmet hot chocolate at CCD. Its tradition, so no breaking it. Not the best hot chocolate ever but it will serve.<br/>Last time there was this offer on a custard danish so I took the chance to try it out. The danish looks cute but it is tiny. It was warm outside but the custard inside was pretty cold. The texture of the pastry however was surprisingly light and not leathery like you would expect from a reheated puff pastry. It would have been a pleasant expereince had the temperatures of the filling and the pastry been more uniform but as such it wasn't a bad experience.

I visited this place on last Sunday with my friends.<br/>Location # it is in lower gf of Pacific mall. <br/>Environment # it is in open area with more than 15 sitting. You can easily watch passers while enjoying your time.<br/>Food# I think it is not required any recognition. It is famous for coffee and I ordered same. <br/>Opinion # good to have a conversation over coffee just like coffee with Karan.

Visited this place by mistake,i am sure wont repeat it again, customer service wasn't good at all, i ordered rasmalai smoothie and a cafe frappe, smoothie was tooo tooo bad, i had a sip and returned it back to the cashier,he didn't even bothered to gimme some replacement...finally i ended up waiting for my drink..thankx CCD wont come back.

It's a good place n nice with family ???? to enjoy fully...
