Review Petu Ki Biryani - Ghaziabad

It was my budday, so I planned to throw a party to my colleagues by giving Biryani treat. I searched google for Biryani in Ghaziabad and found Petu Ki Biryani. They were having reasonable price and different kinds of lavishing biryani. Thus, I ordered veg and non-veg biryani, the number of which was 7 and 9 respectively. As expected, the response was good from all my colleagues. The taste of #NizamiChicken and #NawabiChickenBiryani, #ShahiVegBiryani and #PaneerTikkaBiryani were outstandingly amazing. And the best part is, the biryani was served in handis. Being addicted to recycling, so thought to use the handis in a much useful way. So, used the handis for plantation as 🌻🌻"Nature Brings Me Closer to My Own Spirit." 🙂

This place is away from the busy streets and traffic packed road. If someone wants to talk over good food than this is the place to be. Food: order anything from the menu & you won't be disappointed in anywz. Quality & quantity both are good. Overall a must trying outlet if looking for good conversations. Very good food. I have ordered online, food was well packed, arrived really hot. And this restaurant knows how to make BIRYANI. Many others try to pass off fried rice as biryani. Veg biryani is awesome, a feat which many outlets fail to accomplish. Highly recommended.

Nice food, Just had Nawabi Chicken Biryani.. and, for me it is one of the best biryani I have ate till date.. nice flavour, taste, good amount of chicken in biryani and well marinated.. rayta along with biryani was also good.. it was feeling like rayta made of Dahi (not like Rayta made of Dahi flavoured water like may of other vendors makes it). Over all good biryani.. it was my first ever order to them.. and I believe they will be getting lots of more in future .. wishing them luck

Biryani served here is awesome. I had Nawabi Chicken Biryani and chickn lollipop and my friend had 1 panner biryani. The taste was awesome, chicken was properly cooked. it was soft and tender. It was worth the price.

I am not fond of biryani but after trying biryani from this place, I am addicted to Veg Biryani . Biryani is served in handmade handi which gives a very good taste. Also as it is served in handi it remains hot for a long time. The price and quantity both are good. Best place for biryani. Must try.

I have had good experiences with PKB. The varieties of biryani are equally good. Moreover the packaging, on time delivery is a huge plus.It would be really great if they can serve some gravy, it would be a double delight.

Petu is biryani is really a good joint to have biryani. Not so popular and sitting place is also not so good but the quality if food is really awsum. If you are residing in Indrapuram must try to order it atleast once so that you should not miss the taste.

Attention food lovers must order from PKB, as it is one of the best restaurant in Indirapuram offering variety if biryanis. And my personal favourite one is paneer tikka biryani.

My experience with staffs at PKB was good and the Nawabi chicken Biryani was amazingly tasty, only one thing which I didn't liked was the rice, otherwise everything the taste, aroma of Biryani was just fab.....

I ordered nizam chicken biryani. It came in earthen pot and raita. Biryani had only 1 spice and that was black pepper. It started to hurt after certain point. Not at all good.

I ordered nawabi chicken dum biryani and it was yummy in taste though exactly not Lucknowi taste but it was different and good in taste. The one who loves awadhi cuisine will surely love this biryani.

This place is a hidden gem for biryani lovers in indirapuram. They are situated at the back side and it is easy to travel by any vehicle.<br/>They have indoor sitting area with few tables. One can have some good time and food from that place.<br/>Food- I ordered Malamaal Gosht Biryani with Raita. The quantity was good with good quality of Rice.<br/>Though the chicken pieces were only two in total. Raita was fine.<br/>They took time in serving but it was worth the wait.<br/>Prices are bit high as compared to local vendors with their good quality as well but one can visit and try this outlet.

I liked the biryani of this place even the packaging of the biryani is nice in matki but the service and delivery of the restaurant is very poor I received the biryani in an hour time that too after repetitive calling and that too cold biryani.<br/>I am a foodie and a biryani lover they spoiled my day.<br/>But once I reheated it the taste was nice.<br/>Can order from the place but they need to improve on the delivery front.

Awesome biryani and tasty. Clay pot packaging and aroma and ensure the rich taste and aroma. I ordered it multiple times and everytime it ensures that the taste is awesome. Though the name is different than usual i feel they should give little more details biryani.

But I found out that all the items were stale. Me and my family members fell ill. The restaurant is far from my place. Two stars just for packaging and delivery, the biryani came in an earthen pot. Ordered the Nizami biryani and it was no where close to what Hyderabadi Biryani is, no masala rice and no masala in the inside. It was full of plain and some coloured rice , the inside was marinated with curd something totally unheard in Hyderabadi Biryani.<br/><br/>It came with raita , which was frankly tasteless and no salan was given, something which is quintessential to Hyderabadi Biryani.<br/><br/>The problem is with their concept of Hyderabadi Biryani, people looking for authentic Hyderabadi Biryani may easily skip.<br/><br/>Really disappointed!<br/>

I ordered petoo ki awadhi dum biryani on recommendation of a friend. I was amazed by the quantity first of all! It served me two meals😂. Good job there guys! The taste was just okay though. May be I shouldn't have expected spice in awadhi biryani but it could have been better.

I ordered online from their app last night and even though I love their biryani the food received was disappointing.First the food was cold & to add to it the mutton Keema naan was the worst I have had in recent times.The filling was without any flavour or taste..Not even salt & rubbery in taste. The chicken Afghani tikka was ok but cold as mentioned above.I think it's a case of a brand expanding & compromising on quality.this was unexpected from petu biryani as I am a regular there with my orders. Last meal was total waste of money

We ordered the Full chicken Biryani last night and guess what ... Only 2 chicken pieces were there, It was really unexpected from you guys. It's not worth of 400+ bucks for rice and 2 pieces.

Order food on 31st Dec 18 evening. The veg Briyani had house fly cooked in it. They don't maintain hygiene. They even do cheap marketing by forming a group on WhatsApp and post their offer. They don't respect people's privacy.

Nice ambience with affordable yummy food. You can enjoy versatile foods extracted from through out of India. The mughlai items are very tasty with nice aroma. Mutton korma is must try item along with butter naan.

Bad! Curry and dry vegetable had one inch of oil floating over them. Naans were thick, butter/oil literally dripping from them and one of the worst experiences I had was - I orderd a tomato chutney from them. They sent me a green chutney (pic attached) when I asked if they have sent it by mistake so they said that this green chutney is their tomato chutney because it contains tomato in it. Can't believe this.I would also suggest zomato to introduce a feature where we can filter out worst restaurants from our list so that we don't order from them by mistake in future.

Delicious Nizami chicken biryani in mitti ki handi. Quantity is sufficient. Dileri paneer is also yummy. My parents luv their Dal makhani and butter paneer masala. Special Thanks to delivery boy for delivering on time.

i am goto Petu Ki Biriyani is a great combination to survive the test of good Biriyani some time. I visit first time these restaurants and never minds to diligence Biriyan menus available in these restaurants & Good staff provided to the services good delivery services.

I have been using Petu Ki Biryani  from quite some time now. I usually order an Egg Biryani from PKB. first timeTo my surprise, it didn't come in the regular plastic boxes typically used by eateries for home deliveries. It came in a sealed earthen vessel, which was quite nice to look at. On opening the lid, the aroma that wafted out was stupendous. The biryani itself had quite a nice colour combination - there was some white rice, there was some rice mixed with a dried curry mixture and then, there was the usual coloured rice. Together, the three varieties of rice looked incredible and, I must add, tasted superb too. Highly recommended to all!

From a fabulous first experience, it came down to lousy last experience yesterday. Paneer tikka chef special biryani worth RS 350+taxes+delivery had raw paneer and coloured rice. No raw spices flavor, no saffron, no brown onions, veggies, dry fruits. No salad/onion/mirch salan served. A small bowl of curd-cum-water was served instead of a rich raita to accompany a full biryani. Total waste of money.

Petu ki Biryani , is perfect place for finger licking biryani and lip smacking appetizers.<br/><br/>I ordered paneer Tikka biryani : it was simply over the top and quantity enough for two people and peice of paneer is too soft.<br/><br/>Soya chaap biryani : it's taste was tingling and a twist to drooling flavours.<br/><br/>The best thing is that even with such great taste and quantity price is so reasonable.<br/><br/>Overall, Biryani was amazing 😘 do give it a try to make your day.......

I am a big Biriyani lover, i can even eat biriyani in all three course of meal. I ordered a Chicken dum biriyani. It totally met my expectation. Big chicken pieces and i liked the garnishing at top with cashew nuts and raisins with raita at its best. Highly recommended to all the hungry people out here 🤓

I am writing this review actually while eating their biryani or I should say so called biryani. Basically its flavoured rice delivered cold. Very badly packed with a raita bowl with an open lid. Delivered in 15-17 mins. Yes all of us expect a fast delivery, but also expect warm food. Previously I’ve tried to avoid this place and I already feel terrible for my adventure. AVOID this place.

Ordered Nawabi Dum Chicken Biryani from here. They just mixed rice with 2 pieces of chicken and gravy. I felt like i was eating rice with chicken curry that too tasteless. Raita was also not up to the mark. I feel like i just wasted my 260 rupees in this shit. I cant even eat the whole portion.

Have been ordering chicken nizami biryani for quiet few weeks now and it was flavoursome tasty and delicious and had no comparison . But the biryani delivered yesterday was terrible and disgusting. The chef seems to be changed because preparation was completely different. Get back the old recipe and taste.

Biriyani in Delhi NCR is nothing to talk about. Biriyani has to have delicate flavors even if it is hot and spicy. Delhi does not understand delicate flavors. One can get Biriyani on the street in places like Lucknow, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata and everywhere in Kerala but not in Delhi. This makes Delhi a bit out of the picture from the Biryani map. Though, there are places which serves some good Biryani but they are not actually Biryanis.<br/>Now, if I talk about PKB, they managed to serve good Biryani, in a good package and believe me for the first time, I had one of the sumptuous Biryani with the juiciest chicken pieces in Delhi NCR. Their chicken pieces were cooked with the Biryani but i must say that this is not Hyderabadi Biryani. Then i had their chicken korma which did not have the taste of korma but a good chicken curry. Overall, a good place for Biryani lovers in Ghaziabad.

I had heard about Petu Ki Biryani (PKB) quite some time back. But, when I checked online, I didn't really find good stuff written about their offerings. In fact, at the time, they had a rating of 2.5 or thereabouts. So, I decided that I would put it on hold for later. I must say though that I do not usually agree with the average rating of a place. This is because most review writers, in my view, dine at a place and rate their overall experience there. In contrast, I always order online - I just cannot bring myself to eat at any place other than home. So, my ratings will always be about the food only, unless the eatery takes inordinately long to deliver the order.<br/><br/>I ordered an Egg Biryani from PKB. I note that that they offer (for a voluntary vegetarian like me) an egg curry, a paneer butter masala and a mix of vegetables, but to not offer even one dal, doesn't seem quite right. I must mention here that if I ate four meals a day, I could have rice and dal in each one. So, I gave PKB a 4.5, which is still very good - just like their biryani.

No doubt that biryani was tasteful but delivery boy was unable fullfill the request as he forgot cold drink and went back for it which took him 1hr to get back and we didn't enjoyed our meal as drink was missing and we completed our meal without it.

It was an amazing experience..petu ki briyani is actually meant for petu people..amazing taste with eye popping quantity..Biriyani lovers must try once.

Well honestly i ordered from this place because of their interesting name. But apart from the name nothing else was up to the mark. Food was little bit oily and loss of flavour was disappointing.

I ordered Shahi veg Biryani. Biryani was tasty. Quality and quantity both were good enough. I enjoyed my meal. Order was delivered on time. And the best part is it's authentic packaging, I loved it being delivered in Earthenware.
