Review Pizza Hut - Ghaziabad

Pizza hut in edm is great taste. It is available on ground floor. You can find lot of seat there. Background songs is good. Nice clean and good space. You get all type of pizza here. Staff behaviour is also good. For two people 600 is enough. Overall it's good.

Good service. Excellent staff. Must try their combo offers. It's situated just opposite of McDonald's. Vegi supreme lovers is best with max cheese.

Good work pizza hut, my opinion is i am going yesterday in edm east delhi mall nice mall and i have visited this food shop there are good service, good test of food really that’s very nice. Ya that’s some slow according to other but not compare freshness, quality’s and healthy food. There are staff is very good for take orders and good behaviour to all staff people. And there are a bell that’s very good for thnks Good work.

If you love Pizza or eat Pizza than you must be know this name for great taste.

Great food with the perfect staff. I usually prefer this outlet since 2008. 4 stars for the Staff and for the food but one thing that doesn't count is the mall EDM. Usually the crowd isn't good. But because of the great staff here I prefer this outlet anytime.

The place is neat and clean. It is located inside the EDM mall in Ghaziabad. Went at dinner time. Service was poor despite the fact that there were only one more guest apart from us. Had to ask for water 4 times before it arrived. Otherwise, it is a good space for hosting small parties like kids birthdays etc.

The pizza was really good and great comfortable sitting place to enjoy various type of Pizza. Only that it was costly than Domino's. But they serve and treat you personally which is good.

Have been going to this outlet for more than a decade. Wonderful food and courtesy plus good ambience. There is one staff Javed who is very polite and caring towards customers. He is also one of the reason we go to this place.

I went to edm pizza hut for dinner with my friend. Did not like the pizza. Totally irritated with the service. Pizza was not cheesy at all. Garlic bread was stretching like a rubber band. Cheese not melted properly. Will not recomment at all. Waste of money.

Pizza was cold i ordered first time at home from pizza hut.. dominos is much much better than pizza hut they serves at home jst be like serves restaurants very hot n yummy pizzas.. i like pizza hut very much but i am very disappointed for my pizza very cold.. i totally waste my money on pizza hut 😫😭

I tried paneer makhani pizza and it was very cheesy and good but the prices are quite expensive also the quantity was very less of the deserts and the prices were very high.

I ordered 2 pizza with garlic bread. Taste was good abd the crust of pizza was also soft and nice. Seating area is good with a good crowd . It is in EDM mall . If you go there try pizza hut.

I technically went to Pizza Hut to treat my taste buds with something different which is not Dominos.<br/><br/>Ordered A stuffed crust Chicken Sausage, Stuffed Crust Soya Masala, Creamy Garlic Bread Stix, Mirinda Masala and Masala Lemonade.<br/><br/>Food :<br/><br/>1) Soya Masala Pizza : it's their new offering on the menu. But it will rather leave you with a disappointing taste and an unwanting flavour in your mouth. I ordered a regular size and the worst part about it is they had topped it with one single soya (nutrela) and capsicum one each of the slices. WOW!<br/>That's a presentation where they should definitely take a learning from Dominos.<br/><br/>2) Chicken Sausage Pizza : same story as Soya Masala. No different.<br/><br/>3) Creamy Garlic Bread Stix : For ₹129, it's pretty flat. I had a great time in Pizza Hut . Very good staff behavior and outlet was also Hygienic. Pizza hut always offers great deals and i also took one which had choice of pizza with garlic bread. Not at all good for food. Prices are too high. Staff is not cooperative. No vouchers no magic pan pizzas. I didn't liked the ambience. I hate it.

And we went to Pizza hut. We planned a family birthday party. We booked in advance to avoid the last minute hiccup & we got dedicated space. The overall experience was Superb. We ordered Pizza. Pasta & Mock tails. The Masala lemonade pitcher was loved by all.The chicken wings need to be improved. THE  chicken sausage Pizza was ultimate delight. The staff is courteous & ready to Serve whenever called. The baby chair & complimentary balloons are a plus.

The restaurant is neat n clean. The decor is gud. The menu is elaborate with plenty new options. Really loved the service n hospitality was amazing.the taste was also very good of the pizza chicken sausage. A feedback the chicken wings can be more spicy. Overall good experience. Coming back soon.

I ordered cheese burst two pizza..one was corn n cheese and another was one veggies one.i ordered on new year and the pizza was not so hot enough..and I could not see any cheese melting in cheese burst pizza...but the veggies on the base was properly cooked and in good quantity...still I would rate 3 because it was new year..and the pizza hurt never disappointed me much.

The base of Pizza hut has deprived. But the cheese pizza and garlic bread is amazing. They give amazing offers and meal for 3 box is really worth

Yesterday evening I am visiting in this restaurant. Ambiance was ok but not a wao fact. I order one pizza combos and one chicken wings bbq . Pizza was ok but chicken wings was too bad. Because no test and too small pieces chicken wings. I can't visit again,.

Recently visited this place after a long time. Interiors has been changed and looking very interesting. Taste is always good in any of Pizza Hut outlet. Only one thing which bother me this time is that they don't have regular pizza option. In the menu they have however when I want to order they simply says that they have only medium and large. Rest a very nice place for lunch and dinner in EDM mall.

This outlet is a much a spacious one than it’s counter part at Pacific Mall. They have dine in and take away. The menu is limited to few choices so I choose to have the menu combos for 2. I fell in absolute love with their super cheesy pizza and the meat overload. The garlic bread was nothing unusual and the masala lemonade was refreshing. The staff is courteous and the service may take a while since they don’t have much staff. Cheers 🍻

The place is mostly under staffed. We went for dine in however looking at how the other customers were being attended we decided to take our food home. I told the staff to make the pizzas a little crusty but as expected the pizzas were kind of under cooked. May be this place is okay during a weekday. For weekends it’s a NO.

I visited this place quite a time ago. The first bummer was that the AC was not working. Tho we had nowhere else to go we had our lunch there.<br/>We ordered garlic breads and chicken pizza. The garlic breads were undoubtedly fresh and delicious. But the pizza was lacking with chicken pieces. There were hardly any pieces of chicken on my pizza. They should work on their toppings.

This place sucks I have ordered one pizza I don't remember that pizzas name but the taste was really bad.. The word used can be pathetic even the mustard sauce they have used in that pizza was horrible in taste.. I never expected this from pizza hut..<br/>Thank you..:)

Took my family to Pizza Hut EDM after ages on 8th April 2017. I say ages as the last time we had visited maybe a year ago the AC was not working. This time also the restaurant was very warm and the manager did put on the AC after we complained a couple of times. We wanted chicken wings but were told they are not available. We ordered 2 pizzas of the same time and they were served 10 minutes apart. The lemonade came in dirty glasses which we had to ask to be changed. Definitely not the experience one would expect from a multinational chain.

I went today for lunch at this Pizza Hut with my family. Unfortunately, for the first time ever, we got a stone in our pizza which came into my father's slice of pizza. As soon as we were about to report the same, the staff came up front and asked us about the same. The manager on duty was JAGAT. I am highly impressed with him. He instantly replaced our pizza right away and handled the situation very well. I don't remember the names of other staff. But they all were really awesome. I want Pizza Hut to hire more people like them. Cheers (Y)

One of the best dining restaurants in east Delhi especially if u r a pizza lover. I was really delighted to have my cheese max pizza the way I wanted. Well done guys.

The pizzas were good, but the service was not so nice. it was hot in there. They said that they can't adjust the air conditioner. The general ambience is not up to the mark of other Pizza Huts. Seats were sort of dirty.

Less oily, more tasty and a lot of bang for my buck is my experience at Pizza Hut this time around. With a revamped menu and some fantastic deals on the pizzas I had a tastylicious time this evening as I sampled two different types of pizzas - namely a pepperoni and double trouble.<br/><br/>Nice outlet although empty for most parts with a very pleasant staff who explained all details to me with great patience. Ever tried removing Pizza from Pizza hut ?<br/><br/>It's the sheer reason why they still are a super competitive alternative to the cheeze loaded Domino's.<br/><br/>We went to Pizza hut only to not have pizza. And yeah, their chicken soup and garden fresh salad truly complimented our decision, for it was so fresh and filling and served hot.<br/><br/>The chefs have done a splendid job on focussing on the side menu other than pizzas.<br/>The service and ambience was decent here.<br/><br/>Hats off Pizza Hut !<br/>

I dont know what has happened to pizza hit. Apart from their soups/coolers, nothing seems to be worth try. Pizzas are not enough hot at times.

For my cousin's birthday we went to Pizza Hut with all her friends. We made a deal to not order the same thing! We tried new shakes and drinks and food! And guess what? Pizza Hut has something nice for the non-vegetarians. Their chicken skewers is good and it's dip is amazing. We ordered Cheese pockets for the vegetarians, it was okayish. People who love cheese in excess would like it. We tried their green apple Mojito, Blueverry shake and Carribean Choco Shake ( it was disgusting because it had coconut flavour in it). Exotica was good! So I would suggest you guys to try something new every time you go to your favourite restaurant!

I have been to this place  many times and I think this is one of the finest Pizza Hut outlet I have visited. I am very much impressed with the Staff Behaviour with the Customers, the way they speak and address. <br/>The taste at all the Pizza Hut outlet is more or less same but the point matters is the service and I am really impressed with the same.<br/>Its bit far from my place therefore I would avoid but if i will get a chance, then I would surely visit this place again.<br/><br/>Overall, you can definitely try the outlet.

The lack of professionalism at this joint is unparalleled across fast food joints in Delhi. Since the place does not get many visitors the staff simply roams around in a playful manner completely ignoring the fact that they are supposed to serve the customers. I was served a glass of water a full 15 minutes after I placed my order. <br/><br/>The staff seems poorly trained and inexperienced. When asked if the dish he brought was personal or regular he first went to check the order then went to the kitchen only to tell me that it was indeed the size I had ordered. Preparation was no way near that seen in other Pizza Hut outlets. <br/><br/>Extremely disappointed by the staff and work culture.

Worst service compared to any pizza hut outlet.

Very bad service specially on weekends. <br/>We have waited for about 30 minutes and found later that there were more than 4 tables empty and waiting to be prepared.<br/>We ordered a pizza and it was not backed properly. When I have complained the excuse was given that due to recent eventuality staff is stuck at utrakhand.

Apart from the service, rest everything is awesome

We went to Pizza Hut in Kuhsmabi EDM mall basis the inputs from Zomato and the Citibank 20% discount. Other than small irritants like a slow service the worst was that the restauratn manager refused to offer any such disocunt as is blatantly diaplyes in your website. On confronting the guy checked with the Senior manager and he also conveyed and confirmed his inability about any such promotion.<br/><br/>This is utterly disgusting on part of Zomato and Pizzahut where they con customers by such activities. My first visit to this part of NCR. Not the best place to be stuck in for hours for work. Fortunately we found a familiar name, Pizza Hut, in quite an unfamiliar place. The mall where this outlet is located isn't very appealing either. <br/><br/>Anyways, we ordered a pitcher of Masala Lemonade, which was refreshing. We had a Pesto Pepporoni Pizza on a this crust. It was delicious. We also had a Spicy Chicken Pizza, with a fancy looking cheese stuffed crust, which wasn't very nice.
