Review Authentic Biryani - Ghaziabad

Pretty cosy place for a biryani craving. The seating is compact, dimly lit and nicely maintained. The food, however is full of dum. The quality they give out at such prices is unbelievable. And their packages are Party perfect. The starters are definitely my favorite part, naming a few: Chicken 65 and lollipops. the staff is always ready to help you find the place and have a great meal.

The Biryani Smoke House is at Windsor street market Indirapuram. This is a good outlet and specialized in Hyderabadi dum biryani. Best thing is that it has AC seating space upstairs.

Really very nice preparation.I could never imagine in Indirapuram I can get authentic Taste of Hyderabad Biryani i am saying this because I regularly go to Hyderabad.Good work guys n Nice Ambience too.

Although it's a small outlet located at Windsor food street but the taste and quality is unmatched in the entire region of indirapuram the prices of the biriyanis are also very reasonable I love this outlet and I encourage other people to try out happy eating.

First experience with Biryani Smoke house and that is very horrible and worst experience as I have ordered them their premium chicken dum Biryani worth 600 plus tax costing me around bugs when the food has arrived on opening the package the smell of Biryani is like an rotten eggs as it was not fresh and was old so Biryani rice has given smell like rotten eggs and is having very disturbing smell even Animals will not have this type of foods. The hotel mobile number is not working and an complaint to Zomato but of no use as the money is not refunded . These all peoples are cheating to customers giving rotten foods and taking payments in advance so that you can’t do anything with. I ordered to chiken dum biryani from here and trust me it was worst biryani I ever had in my life. It was just spicy without any taste. They have 2 extra bold not properly marinated leg pcs (in full Qty.) Which was enough to make your mood off. I had to eat just small protion of rice (coz I didn't had any option) and threw remaining.<br/><br/>Beware while you order anything from here.

Ok of the worst restaurant. I have ordered egg biryani from this restaurant and i have found many chicken pieces in the rice. It's not hygiene. I believe they serve the same rice in all the biryani. So if you are vegetarian or eats inky egg in non veg then I would suggest you to not order from this restaurant.

Pathetic biryani , the salan was watery and the biryani had two bony leg pieces - the rice had no flavor at all ! This place used to be good , but now it has lost its worth. Cold water was added to the salan and served. Go for Biryani blues or Behrouz , dont waste your time ordering here.

Though the taste of chicken biryani and salan is good however their full chicken biryani contains only 2 pieces which is not something you call full. Rather they should mention 2 pieces in their menu so that customer is well informed before order and don't get surprises after receiving order and should order accordingly.

I ordered 2 set of Briyani from this restaurant through Zomato. I got only 1 Briyani that too was very bad taste and poor quality.<br/><br/>I informed to the restaurant’s delivery boy about missing item and he assured that he will be back with the missing item soon. But he never came back.<br/><br/>Later I raised the complaint to Zomato and asked for refund. But Zomato said that Restaurant sent 2 Briyani and tried to falsify my claim about missing item. But thankfully I had the details of conversation what I had with delivery boy and that I shared with Zomato.<br/><br/>Finally Zomato guy said sorry after discussion with restaurants delivery boy. The summary of the incident is that this Restaurant is not trustworthy and making false statements! Beware guys!!

Ordered biryani from here and must say the aroma and taste were too good with correct mixture of spices and very good quality of rice used... Quantity was such that 4 people can easily eat in their 2-3 serves biryani... Must try for biryani lovers

After reading mixed reviews and a reading of 3.9 i decided to order biryani from here. I ordered veg dum biryani and paneer dum biryani. And both were really disappointing. There was too much salt in both the gravies. So much that had to separate the rice from gravy and eat only the rice. Plus whatever gravy there was, there was hardly any flavor. Apart from salt, it appeared there wasn't any spice/flavor as per biryani standards. Highly disappointed.

When it comes to biryani I think the smoke house biryani is best. They comes in my office on Wednesday's and that is how I came to eat their biryani. Once I ordered as well and it got delivered to Sector-75 Noida. But after that there was no delivery... But to eat this biryani I try all possible means.. I order it from office receive the order and then eat it at home... That's how crazy I am when it comes to smoke house biryani... Every thing is great about their biryani from their rice to the veggies and chicken... The prices are cherry on the cake... They are very affordable...

Dum Biryani. The quantity was ample and is sufficient for two-three people easily. The biryani actually had all the Hyderabad flavours in it. It had various layers and unlike the Biryani’s in Delhi it was not all mixed. To enjoy it thoroughly one should serve all the layers. The Biryani was served with raita and a rasam. All the vegetables in it were properly grilled, my personal favourite was mushroom in it. Every bite had different flavours infused in it and was cooked to perfection. I found it to be a little spicy as I have a less spice tolerance level. <br/>So what we loved about the this place was presentation and service. This restaurant is not good. Its disappointing really, if you look at the pricing. The mutton & chicken biryani delivered was undercooked. It was dry, raw and not at all eatable. When i called them, they were apologetic and told me that they will deliver me a curry, did not mention which one whereas i wanted them to refund me my money. They should understand that such thing should not happen in any way. the chicken curry was also not good. It was oily and i had to throw it all out. A rating of 3.9 is not all justified.

The biryani is ample is quantity. The chicken pieces were tender and generously interspersed in between the biryani. The masala of biryani is delicious in its own kind but tbh this is no where close to authentic hyderabadi biryani. If this claims to be a chain of paradise Hyderabad then definitely they should compare notes with the hyderabad cooks!! I had been here first with my friends about 6 months ago which was my first good biryani experience in this city, they just gave us a biryani that opened our senses, except for the slow service we liked the place and the biryani. But recently when we ordered for delivery we just were disappointed, it looked like a box meal and didn't give the proper taste, its just a request to correct this to not loose the impression..

This outlet in Indirapuram, Windsor Market offers one of the best biryani in Delhi-NCR. The place has a compact seating area, but the flavours & quality are on-point. They even customize the spices, etc as per your palette if you inform them in advance. Biryani is served with salan, raita & salad.  I would like to mention their team member Ajay specifically, due to his customer service skills. I order from this restaurant once every week, and I have never been dissatisfied with their food or service.

Ordered veg biryani from this place as it’s near to my office. Packaging was good and biryani came with Raita, Salan and cut onions. Biryani had lot of flavors and was really mouth watering but raita as given was very less as compared to full biryani quantity. Only thing they need to improve upon is Raita quality as it had lot of water in it.

Ordered Hyderabadi Mutton Dum Biryani the other day..totally disappointing.. It was just rice cooked with a lot of garam masala that's it...couldn't eat at all.Perhaps they cook their mutton pieces separately due to which the taste was missing in the rice.I doubt I would ever be ordering again from this place...considering the amount of options available in the market.

It was way too spicy and you get the presence of cardamom with every bite. <br/>It should be called Masala Rice instead of Biryani.
