Always delicious. Their chocolate ice creams are next to heaven. We love this small joint and our goto place for icecream cravings. You can order in cup or cone (for kids) but last time we went they were out of chocolate layered cones. Overall nice place for icecream delicacieswith lot of flavors available

I ordered Nutty Professor Sundae Rs199 through Zomato, the Baskin Robbins sent this.. where are Nuts? Where is the topping? From which angle it is Sundae?

I don't know why people are complaining about quantity...quantity is fine

I have ordered two ice cream flavours & one ice cream Roll from this outlet.<br/>1-RED VELVET ICE CREAM ROLL :This is so delicious and tasty ! All of my family members loved it .it has a top layer with white chocolate coating ,inner layers have rolled vanilla icecream by the yummy red velvet cake, which is topped by sprinkled white chocolate pieces!<br/>Ummmm yummylicious!<br/><br/>2- GOLD MEDAL RIBBON :This one looks like butter scotch but the flavours are entirely different!<br/>The Golden icecream has gooey almonds which are roasted yet melts in the mouth .The ribbon shaped caramel surprises us in between with the mouthwatering flavour!<br/>I loved it.<br/>3-FRUIT ICECREAM: This was a complete package full of surprises! At times gives an orangy zest in the pool of pineapples other times chocolate chips deeply pleases the core of my mouth.<br/><br/>4-SERVICE: They have a very cooperative & gentle staff .their home delivery is prompt with all the flavours intact .They bring you the thick and solid icecream as good as buying at the shop.<br/><br/>I LOVE BASKIN ROBBINS BUT THEIR “QUANTITY IS LESS THAN GIANI’s” FOR THE SAME AMOUNT OF ICE CREAM !!

Customer service was completely lacking. Placed the order through Foodpanda. 53 MINUTES after accepting the order, the store called up to inform me, that one of the flavors was not available.<br/>When I inquired, WHY it took them 53 min to realise that a flavor was not available, they kept giving me lame excuses.<br/>They told me, either I change my order (WHY SHOULD I CHANGE MY ORDER, ONCE THEY HAVE ACCEPTED MY ORDER), or cooly mentioned to cancel the order (Clearly showing a complete lack of Customer Service).<br/>Very poor service and it shall be escalated further.

Had tried many flavours aid ice creams from black current to chocolate and many others. All are amazing and delicious. <br/>Overall experience: good

I once had an ice cream at Baskin Robbins and never had it again. They have overwhelming sweetness so I was not able to finish even a single portion. It was sugar of which I got the taste and not of the ice cream flavour.

The outlet is very well set up and the staff is very corteous too. The ice creams are delicious but the best thing was the Rolled Ice Cream cake which they aay is their speciality.

Spic-n-Span, coolly done outlet...cool enuf to bring down the scorching heat by a few notches. The offerings are way too cooler than the decor. Pralines and cream and Honey Nut crunch have been old favorites. Nutty Professor and Brownie a la mode are the best ones in their sundae list. A portion suffices 2. As far as quality goes, these guys are the best ones around.
