They serve the homeliest South Indian food in the most affordable prize. We wanted to try South Indian homemade food in Gokarna. I must say this was the best decision. The food was absolutely great and the service was fast too. The highlight of this establishment is undoubtedly its open kitchen, which adds a sense of theater to the dining experience. Being able to witness the culinary magic unfold before my eyes was a treat in itself. The chefs were skilled and passionate, preparing the food with utmost care and attention to detail. I recently had the pleasure of dining at a unique and enchanting restaurant called Dattaprasad, housed within a remarkable 200-year-old building. From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the rustic charm and historical ambiance that permeated the space. Must visit when in Gokarna !!! Prices are very reasonable, they are very cordial and generous natives who can speak, Telugu, English, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, Hindi.

Full meal (limited) at 100 bucks. Steal deal. Food was pretty good, wouldn’t say the tastiest but definitely home felt food. If you are a person who is into cleanliness, you will have to compromise. Otherwise, very easy ro locate which is at the main road.

A small tiffin center at the heart of Gokarna that offers homely food at reasonable rates. We had the masala dosa, Poori, and something like banana pancake ( can't recollect the name). The banana pancake was really good and was kind of special. The rest were good. It's almost self service as the place is a bit full during the breakfast hours. As for atmosphere, the place is very small and a batch of 15 can make the place seem a bit cramped. Overall a very good experience.

We discovered this place on our first day of trip to Gokarana, when it was almost 9-9:30 and everything seemed to be closer. Next thing we know , we went to this place everyday for next 4 days for dinner . We also had lunch and breakfast. First thing first , food is great . Home cooked , no adulteration and tasty food. We were full everyday, but the bill was light on our pockets. Secondly, honest and loving people. Place is run by married couple at their home. They served us whatever we asked for . They even gave us kashaya (herbal drink) all 4 days. Lastly I want to tell , ease visit this place atleast once , you won't regret at all
