Review Cross Avenue - Radisson Blu - Greater Noida

It was a good experience to celebrate our son's birthday with some sumptuous Chinese cuisine. Satin is like it's name- smooth and class appeal. To start off with the entrance and then ambiance and decor, gives you a good impression of a place you have come for dining. The food was very good- hardly any oil, less spicy and very healthy, full of green veggies. It has wide range of Chinese and Thai dishes to choose from. We ordered Thai crispy spring rolls with glass noodles "Poh Pia Je" in appetizers. These were air fried, devoid of any oil, crispy and very tastey. In the main course, we asked for stir fried chicken with tangerine sauce and vegetables, pan fried noodles with Chinese greens and Singapore rice thread noodles with Shitake mushrooms in xo sauce. We loved them all. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Had a chance to interact with the Restaurant Manager Manish Sharma and Chef Niranjan. They were kind enough to arrange for special birthday pastry at a short notice on learning it's my son's birthday dinner. This kind of evening out with family makes you feel great. Overall, a great experience which I would like to relive.

Had chicken spaghetti and pizza , pizza was crunchy and perfectly topped up with cheese, the spaghetti was creamy and smooth, rightly flavoured and yummy !! Restaurant Not very spacious, very less seating.

May be one of the best asian restaurant in greater Noida. Tries its best to provide authentic chinese, and succeeds to some level. Dim sums are succulent and juicy. Noodles yum as well. We had fried ice cream too which was really good. A good place to fine dine.

This review was never intended, but the hospitality and smile on the faces of the hotel staff made me think. I just had to write a review.<br/>So I came to the restaurant at Cross Avenue and Bhagwat and his entire team was there to make this event special for me. From making sure that the message was was written to billing everything was perfect. He also offered me a Tiramisu cake to try and got coffee served for me. As did not even realise when the billing happened and the message was printed. Also a great thanks to the chef for going beyond and making the beautiful heart shape on the cake. I did not think about it. But he did. I think it is because of these small things that make a big difference. All the very best to the entire team.

Hospitality they are giving is very good. Proper procedure is followed by this hotel

A perfect mixture of a multi cuisine restaurant with a great hot serving coffee shop. This amazing restaurant is located in the Radisson Blu which is in the city of Greator Noida. We had a great time here which included a pinch of coffee , snacks etc.

Beautiful Ambience, Rooms are cosy, like their buffet a lot. Been there for events also and team is very supportive. Food is as awesome as it can be in a 4 start category hotel.

A wonderful experience with excellent food n even superior service. The service was quite intuitive with a warm and welcoming smile. Do ask for recommendations based on your taste and you will love it. Keep it up.

We had a sunday buffet dinner here which costs 1800/- per person plus tax. It was too expensive compared to the experience. The food variety and taste were not at all at par with the price. Very few item for nonveg. Dessert quality was very poor except rabdi-malpua. They were very slow to fill up the finished items, sometimes had to request to bring that item. Ambience was ok, not that great. This is my second time at Radisson, similar experience both the times, so would rather avoid this place in future.

Beautiful ambience. Proper hygiene is maintained. The food served is good and of high quality. Best suited to celebrate birthdays and anniversary of loved ones. Perfect dinner destination in Greater Noida. Recommended.

Had a birthday party here and the place was average.<br/>We used a deal through little and hotel staff was expecting us to pay for children below 5 year. One of the kid was just 1 year old. Lack of professionalism is clearly visible.<br/>The place has lot of mosquitos.<br/>The service was slow and tardy. Need a lot of improvement for 5 star.<br/>The food taste was very good and that the best part. We tried buffet and it was worth it.<br/>

Hi peeps, for a conference I went to Radisson blu hotel of Greater Noida, it is situated on Kasna Road.<br/>Here, when I settled in the hall it was big enough for settling more than 200 people and a large stage is there for the judges or the speaker to face the audience while settling on the stage.<br/>.<br/>For the lunch when we moved to another hall there was a variety of food products such as Dal makhni, vegetable raita, salad, gulab jamun, naan, mix veg, chowmein, chicken pasta, etc. I tasted every thing because I am a food blogger.. lol.. But what I liked was there coffee, fruit custard, chicken pasta, shahi paneer and naan.. It's a lovely place for little get together, loved the ambiance, service is good, staff is courteous and nice.<br/>In case of any doubts of choosing items, feel free to take their advices.<br/>We have tried Subz Biryani, Regular Coffee, Croissants and Savoury.<br/>All tasted good and yum.<br/>The portion size of biryani could be little more, else it's great in taste.<br/>The menu is little high.<br/>Do check for deals if you are going to try buffet, sometimes restaurant do have live music going on, so ask first of you are going on date or wanna have a lovely luncheon.

I've been there many times for lunch and breakfast. It's always a feast there. In the breakfast menu, I really liked the dosa. It was made in a very different way unlike other places serving dosas. I can't really pick out one food item which was tasty. Everything has always been best here.

This is a very fantastic place to have every meal whether it's breakfast, lunch & dinner. The menu & the presentation of the dishes is nicely curated by the chef.

This was the first time I visited with my family for a special occasion of ours. Good decent place to be in Greater Noida. The staff service and ambience was good polite friendly and welcoming. We had gone there for dinner and ordered from the menu rather than going ahead with the buffet. We order Indian curry rice and dessert. Food was ok but as soon as we returned I had strange symptoms and started throwing up.. on the other hand my husband had stomach cramping n indigestion. this was not all my 4 year kid vomited middle of the night... Is this the kind of service we expect from a brand like Radisson? Highly disappointing and not at all expected.

One of the finest restaurant in Greater Noida. Its located inside Radisson Hotel. The ambience is quite impressive. We had coffee, snacks, tea etc here. Cross Avenue is the all day dining outlet for the Radisson Blu in Greater NOIDA. This is where any similarity you may expect with other five star properties (read, properties not in Greater NOIDA) ends.<br/><br/>The service staff are pleasant to interact with, are effective and represent one of this establishment's strengths. Those in the kitchen however, appear largely incompetent or have not had sufficient motivation/reason to utilise their skills to the fullest extent they're capable.<br/><br/>I've always visited the breakfast buffet, which was, until now, the only acceptable product I'd experienced. Every restaurant in this property only manages to churn out barely acceptable food and Cross Avenue is no exception. Here's how breakfast usually goes:<br/><br/>- old bread/bakery products<br/>- old cold cuts<br/>- old/limp/stale salads in the salad section<br/>- laughable attempt at making a Japanese section<br/>- frozen bacon thrown into a fryer without thawing and served the same way<br/>- cooks do not know how to cook eggs in an acceptable fashion<br/>- cooks do not how to make sambhar in an acceptable fashion<br/>- cooks do not know how to make stuffed parathas in an acceptable fashion<br/>(which makes all the live counters without utility)<br/>- laughable attempts at making/naming 'exotic' dishes<br/><br/>However, I usually visit to work, and as long as I have a few protein and vegetable options I'm fine, and the coffee, a part of the buffet, is always good. This arrangement worked for a while - I ignored everything (passed on feedback, and left it there) else and focused on what worked.<br/><br/>Then, the last time I visited, I only ate two or three dishes, of which one was a rather strong smelling fish dish (apparently, something called 'Mexican Fish'), the texture of which was somewhat suspicious too, which I ignored and went ahead and ate. Big mistake. Not having eaten anything else, from anyplace else, all day, in a few hours, I had the most fantastic symptoms of full blown food poisoning and spent the next few days in bed. <br/><br/>Unfortunately, this means visiting again is out of the question and I suggest sticking to deep fried or vegetarian food when you visit, to minimise the chances of food poisoning etc.

Cross Avenue is what you'd call a "coffee-shop" type restaurant in a hotel. It's fairly open, near the lobby, slightly laid back, and the place where you get your breakfast the next morning. <br/><br/>I had the chance to have lunch and breakfast at the restaurant and it came across as fairly nice. There wasn't any wow factor, but everything seemed to fit in place. However, considering that hotel restaurants are usually more expensive, it doesn't hurt to have something extra for that money, but alas that was not the case. <br/><br/>The Chicken Tikka Pizza was pretty nice, thin crusted, and glad to say that it was loaded with succulent pieces of chicken. Unfortunately, for my daughter, who had ordered it in the first place, it also came with quite a few vegetables on it. <br/><br/>The Vegetarian Burger was pretty average and while the plating was semi-fancy, the taste left a lot to be desired. <br/><br/>The most popular dish on our table, and also the one that lasted only a couple of minutes, was the Creme Custard that, even though had a very eggy taste to it, went well with the fresh fruits accompanying it, making it quite desirable -or maybe we were just too hungry to notice anything else. <br/><br/>The breakfast buffet next morning was quite diverse and since it had my staple favourites in cold-cuts and cheese along with croissant and eggs, I was satisfied. <br/><br/>I would stick to having breakfast at Cross Avenue and that too if it is included in your stay, but since their only other restaurant opens for dinner only, there isn't much you can do unless you venture outside.

Look at this beauty 🥞 <br/>Head to Cross Avenue by @radissongreaternoida if you wanna have a fluffy hot pancake topped with Nutella (or syrup) or if you just wanna have a leisurely breakfast, after all nothing is like a massive breakfast to start the day off right. Also I loved how they handed me the whole jar of Nutella with it. <br/><br/>I wasn’t that impressed with the bacon and the choice of cheese but it was a good experience overall.

Radisson is a big brand but this Greater Noida Radisson was not much good as expected. The ambience and décor of this place was good. We had dinner buffet there.<br/>Coming to the food, starters and noodles were not fresh. There were fewer options for starters. In main course we tried Dal Makhni, Butter paneer Masala and Aloo Gobhi Hara Pyaza, all three vegetables were delicious. Service was good but staff members are not at all very attentive. Also there was very less varieties in desserts also no ice-cream was there in desserts.<br/>Valet parking is available.

Had a a four day at this place in June. Worst food ever in terms of freshness. Stale food is served in lunch n dinner, coz of which me and my mom had severe stomach upset. My has still not recovered fully and is in great pain after staying there. Its a namesake 5* hotel. Please dine at your own risk

Big big big disappointment. <br/><br/>The decor is pretty. The live music was great. A bit loud to have a conversation. <br/><br/>Coming to the food. It was very bad. <br/>We ordered:<br/>1. Tomato soup - which was very average.<br/>2. The lemon ice tea and lime soda were amazing. Good sugar content.<br/>3. Dal makhni - very watery. Didn't taste good. Not at all thick. <br/>4. Methi paneer was also very average.<br/>5. Grilled chicken with mash potatoes were amazing.<br/><br/>This place is not at all value for price.

Went to the Grand Venetian mall and then located Radisson blu hotel near by. We were hungry and went to Cross Avenue restaurant. <br/>Ordered thin crust pizza and pasta. I have been staying in Greater Noida for 6 months and was looking out for a great place to eat and finally found Cross Avenue restaurant of Radisson blu. Fantastic food specially contunental dishes and service is prompt, quite couteous staff. <br/>I would recommend this restaurant to Greater Noida residents.

A great value buffet and was offered a corporate discount also. <br/>Well we had buffet brunch on Sunday and it was all yummy from appetisers to soup to mains to desserts. <br/>Food 5 out of 5 <br/>Service was personalised <br/>Ambience was perfect and the loved the live band playing.<br/>Thoroughly enjoyed the time.<br/>Thanks to the management.

Truly keeps up their standard. Though the buffet spread was very limited for starters and entree but the dessert spread was very elaborate. Their salad and cold cuts section was the best. Ambience was also quite good.

What a place for family get together out of Noida on a off day. Went on a family outing for Lunch at Cross Avenue of Radisson blu Greater Noida. <br/>Enjoy the every bit of it. Food was awesome and the service was unobtrusive. Can't forget to mention about the variety, buffet had variety of veg n non veg salads, appetisers, continental, indian and asian main courses and superb desserts. Disgusting food and service in Sunday brunch taken so far. Not a pleasure eating at all. Non vegetarian food was a big mood off. Chicken biryani saved the day a bit. <br/>

The expectations from international chain Radisson Blu is high but surprisingly the food and service did not meet the desired expectations. The food was not steaming hot and a large variety of chicken should have been added in the buffet. The hot bread would take too long  that the appetite would be lost by the time it reached you. The ambiance and decor was quite impressive with a helpful and smiling staff. Unfortunately the food could not make the kill.

Radisson is a great brand but some venues definitely disappoint. Food is delicious and well presented but the staff members are not at all attentive. Their casual nature just kills the mood, my waiter took 15 minutes just to refill my glass of water. And his excuse was that a Wedding is going in so staff has to manage from one place to another.
