I went to this restaurant on my wedding anniversary for a buffet. The buffet is quite exhaustive and too many items to try it all . We had paneer achari tikka and crispy bhindi as starters. Pasta , paneer fry and fries at live Station. Italian and Korean menu was also there on the day. Main course we tried Dal Bukhara and Paneer kadai which was quite good. Breads were served at the table as per your liking . Desserts section had a lot of dishes and we tried few of them . Hard drinks are also available . The service was top notch. They were also kind enough to present a special anniversary dessert which made us really happy . Lookout for offers on Eazydiner. Truly recommend to visit to everyone .

As a mother of two, with one child wheelchair bound since birth, we have faced challenges across our experience of staying in hotels across India. But our stay in Crowne Plaza hotel at Greater Noida was surprisingly very very pleasant. Their staff not only understood our special needs but even at their restaurant Mr Anil the Head Chef took personal care. Thanks to Mr Sharad the GM of the Hotel for also personally ensuring all aspects of our stay were taken care of. Keep it up Team and stay blessed 🙏🤞🏼💝

Mosaic is the all day dining restaurant of Crowne Plaza Greater Noida. This is a big place with beautiful interiors and a very beautiful outdoor space, where you get options of both- a la carte as well as the buffet. This is a multi-cuisine restaurant where you will get delicacies not only from North Indian and South Indian cuisines, but also from Western to European cuisine and Asian flavours especially Korean and Japanese dishes. During my stay at the hotel, i had breakfast and lunch here. I also tried their Sunday brunch before leaving. All the three times, my experience here was damn good. Though i liked almost everything about this outlet, the following things i liked most: ▪︎the wide array of dishes available in their buffet spread. Asian, Continental, North Indian, South Indian, fresh fruits, salads..you name it, they have it. ▪︎the staff here is really attentive and courteous. ▪︎they have multiple live cooking counters where they prepare different dishes every day. ▪︎they serve tawa roti as well. Getting tawa roti at a good hotel is rarity in Delhi. Majority of the breads served in the all day dine-in restros are cooked in tandoor. I absolutely loved it that they serve tawa roti as well. ▪︎the taste of their North Indian curries was so authentic. All in all..this is a gem of a place. If you live in or around Greater Noida, you must give this place a try. You won't be disappointed.

My lunch scenes were sorted thanks to mosaic for delivering hot and safe meals at my doorstep in the safest way possible. Ordered a complete 3 course meal which included gosht dum biryani, scrumptious kafir lime mahi tikka , my favourite murgh makhani and walnut banana bread loaf ( must try ) Perfectly cooked with tender and juicy meat. Good quantity. Don’t forget to try their delicious pasta. One of the best and safest for food delivery in greater noida.

Crown Plaza's Independence Day brunch was a culinary journey, seamlessly blending Indian, Western, and Asian cuisines. The Chaat station evoked nostalgic street-side flavors, while the Pasta and Bao offerings added a touch of international finesse. And with a stunning array of 15 desserts, it was a sweet tribute to India's diverse palate. A feast fit for the occasion!"

Mosaic – Crowne Plaza (Greater Noida) Ambience – 5* (The ambience is GREAT. The setup and interiors are very appealing. Has both indoor and outdoor seating. Very well maintained.) Staff – Very courteous. A number of them from the north east part of India and seeing that we were locals spoke to us in fluent Hindi of their own accord. We had the Lunch Buffet on a Saturday. There was a lavish spread of mouthwatering food. There was a HUGE variety. It included – one veg and one non-veg soup; one veg and one non-veg starter, 15 to 20 main course preparations; varieties of salads, cheese spreads; a live station which was preparing Tempuras (Japanese “pakoras”) both veg and non-veg. Besides, there were cut fruits, dried fruits, salad dressings, variety of breads, humus, tartar spreads and around 10 odd desserts (a couple of Indian desserts like payasam and the rest western e.g. chocolate walnut pudding, tiramisu, blueberry cake etc.). On asking for ice-cream we were served flavors of our choice of ice-cream as part of the buffet. They also serve an unlimited non-alcoholic drink of the day. When we visited they were serving masala chaach. Their timings for buffet lunch are 12:30pm to 3:30pm

Enjoyed lip smacking multicuisine Sunday Brunch buffet with both indoor and outdoor seating .. the windy weather made it so romantic to sit outside and click pictures.. by the poolside.. inside we had some great live music and nice cocktails flowing along with a scrumptous multi cuisine buffet feast with a packed restaurant offering the best of hospitality and grandeur. Enjoyed the lamb (Rann) , malvani fish curry, butter chicken in indian cuisine, then they had crab and fish pauplettes in western cuisine and seafood in oriental. Due to a lot of korean guest coming here to stay, they also have few korean dishes in the menu for breakfast. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the great hospitality provided by the hotel. The buffet spread is huge with salads, soups and lot of dessert options too. A must try buffet for a weekend getaway in noida.

From mixed pasta, spring rolls (my favourite), fries, chilli cheese toast and delicious mocktails (orange blossom, two three tango and blue lagoon) to great hospitality, lovely ambience and gorgeous view - Mosaic, Crowne Plaza Greater Noida proved to be more than what we'd hoped for! I think my only wish would be to see some more dishes on the veg menu, otherwise the experience as a whole was quite good! You can also watch my day on Snapchat - Aroxx7777

Chef Anil here is a superstar. Mr. Ajay Kumar served us well!! A good number of selections here to choose from and a comfortable ambience. Apart from being too far from the city no other complaints.

A well known place in Crowne plaza, greater Noida which is known for their lovely buffers and Sunday lunch spread. Here every single dish has its own and unique taste and is great for family lunch and for parties. Here, I had stuffed chicken tangri, chicken in chilli sauce, fish mangolian, chicken Hunan style and burnt garlic fried rice. Chicken tangri had a great taste. It was a little spicy and had a great keema stuffing inside. Chilli chicken was crispy and had a great taste. Fish mangolian was not spicy at all. It was crispy and had sweet taste. Hunan chicken was going great with burnt garlic fried rice. The gravy was thick and was a little spicy. Chicken pieces were soft from inside and crispy from outside. So my experience at this place went extremely well. Apart from Chinese and Thai cusine dishes, they also have Indian, continental and Mexican cusine dishes as well!!!!! Delhi Foodler's foodie points:5/5 A long life to Mosaic-Crown Plaza, Greater Noida :)

I have gone there to celebrate my anniversary and was initially reluctant to book this place however decided to give it a try to experience it. Life changed upside down after visiting the place. Booked the seats in advance. Ambience is amazing and staff was friendly. Dinner buffet had loads of options for vegetarians and non vegetarians. Variety of salad, soups, cakes, brownies, sweets and good amount of starters were present there. Mosaic is a 24*7 restaurant. I paid 7300 ₹ including taxes for 3 persons which for me is ok,could be subjectives for others.once in 3 months you can go there for lunch or dinner.

I had the opportunity to dine at Mosaic Restaurant & Bar, and it turned out to be a pleasant experience overall. Located in a convenient location, the restaurant offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance at Mosaic is relaxed and comfortable, making it suitable for various occasions. The interior is tastefully decorated with a modern touch, creating a warm and inviting space. The seating arrangements were well-spaced, providing a sense of privacy and comfort. The menu at Mosaic offers a diverse range of cuisines, including Indian and international dishes. There was a good selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, catering to different preferences. The menu featured both traditional favorites and innovative creations, providing something for everyone. To start, I ordered the "Mosaic Special Nachos," which were loaded with toppings like melted cheese, fresh salsa, and guacamole. The nachos were crispy, and the combination of flavors was enjoyable. For the main course, I opted for the "Chicken Tikka Masala" and the "Paneer Butter Masala." Both dishes were well-prepared, with tender chicken pieces and flavorful paneer in rich and aromatic gravies. The portion sizes were decent and accompanied by fluffy naan bread. The service at Mosaic was attentive and friendly. The staff members were courteous and prompt in taking orders and serving the food. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered suggestions when requested. However, the waiting time for the food to be served was slightly longer than expected, which could be improved. Mosaic Restaurant & Bar also offers a good selection of beverages, including a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and spirits. I tried their signature cocktail, the "Mosaic Mojito," which was refreshing and well-balanced. Overall, my experience at Mosaic Restaurant & Bar in Pune was pleasant. The combination of a welcoming ambiance, a diverse menu, and friendly service made for an enjoyable dining experience. While the waiting time for food could be improved, the flavors and presentation of the dishes were commendable. Mosaic is a suitable choice for casual outings and gatherings with friends or family.
