Perfect for those who need to grab a quick bite without hassle. DOMINO'S Pizza offers a variety of pizza choices, among a few other foods. I visited few days back with my friends group. We ordered 3-4 Pizzas, chinckle fries, bottle of coke, chocolava cake, garlic bread with dip, veg white pasta.....Pizza was nice every time I ate here which was quite a few times. The wait time is fairly decent generally less than 10-15 minutes, and the pizza is great.

Good place to eat different variety of pizza like italian pizza at OMX mall, greater noida. You can enjoy the tase if you are pizza lover. Order online or visite the shop. Sometimes crowed there but not always.

Food was yummy but not good service

Normal dominos pizza outlet, with all the varieties present offered by dominos pan India. Parking available in plenty even inside mall and outside also

The pizza is far below quality. The other branches are far better and if one wants to have good pizza i would recommend to try other centres In the pizza they don't put cheese and the cheese doesn't taste good here. Moreover they don't treat the costomers properly and they don't deliver the pizza on time. So unless you really want to have a bad experience you can stay away from this place. If you want to have a worst taste of pizza you can happily try this place.Very bad experience. Don't order from here. They are very unprofessional. My order was late. According to their norm I should have gotten the order with a discount of 300 but I was willing to pay half the price of the order. But the delivery boy didn't agreed and he took the order back. Honestly very bad and rude behaviour. And I will never order from this branch again. This Dominos should close as they are good for nothing. I would like to raise a complaint against them and if someone can help me in this regard it will be highly appreciated.

I ordered 2 burger pizzas a few days back. <br/>1. They gave garlic bread instead of burger pizza without informing. Delivery boy said he can give burger pizza next day and I gave the garlic bread back to him.<br/>2. Since then I have neither received a refund or the burger pizza.

This particular Dominos restaurant has a habit of late delivery. We have always received our pizza cold and soggy every single time because of late delivery. I would not recommend for home delivery but you can surely visit the place and njoy their hot tasty pizzas.

Amazing food

The pizza was pathetic rather than adding extra cheese which I paid for it was neither a cheese burst pizza nor had any cheese in it.. it was white pasta sauce and tasted and looked like puke

Eating from dominos is like committing suicide for the soul.

One of the Oldest Domino's chain in town but still can't be compared to it's own restaurant chains in Noida or Delhi when it comes to the quality of pizzas served here.

I have used capcicum pizza it was delicious taste.

While ordering resturant it was not mention that they deliver only till main gate, I was out of station while ordering and they dont even care to give the parcel to tower security, told its Dominos COVID 19 policy, if new policies implemented it must be shared in your web or this zomato platform, I forced to call my neighbor to collect the order from main gate as it is far from tower

Food ok, but delivery is terrible. Almost never meets 30 minute delivery, half the time no one picks up when you try to call them, getting customer service or refund almost impossible.

Domino’s is the only option for my pizza cravings. The taste of pizza is great. The cheese burst base is best.

The pizza was extremely cold.. no proper cheese and toppings.. it took more than 60mins for delivery.. I have ordered the pizza from this outlet after almost 2yrs.. I was in a impression that they ppl might have changed in the long time span.. but this outlet, their service and staff is just pathetic.. they are not in a mood to improve.. worst experience with the outlet.. Domino’s should shut off this outlet.. this outlet is degrading the quality and brand of Domino’s..

Best pizza

I made an order on 15.12.19 but not received the order and got message of it's delivery.It seems Dominos started cheating people. I haven't got any resolution from them yet ,even though I have made complain multiple times.

Order not received even after one hour.. even will full address the delivery guy called after one hour to confirm address.. order still not received .. already one and half hour late.. I canceled prepaid order.. later another delivery guy called and confirming address.. so pathetic.. my house is 500 mtrs away from outlet..

I ordered two paneer parcel one was good but another one is too small in size and not having the paneer inside it it filled with the souce only, just a become a chezy bread.... Horrible experience.

Just another Domino's outlet with same variety of pizzas. They do have good seating capacity and can accommodate good crowd.<br/>Everyone knows how the taste of Domino's pizza.<br/>Staff is friendly. Good place to hangout if you are with friends and craving for a pizza

Delivery review: i ordered a samll farmhouse pizza and it was not hot. only 4 mushroom pieces. quality of pizza is not the same as delhi side.

The worst dominos to order from and always go for home delivery as you get free pizzas as the pizza is always a century late

I ordered pizza from dominos ( msx ),and everytime I order from them it comes late by an hour and more and everytime they take the order back and never came back to bring new pizza.I have complained lot many times on Zomato and dominos but no response.<br/>It is always worst experience ordering pizza from msx dominos.

I ordered onion and tomato pizzas, they were hot when delivered,had weird smelling cheese topping,selled like paint maybe it wasn't fresh..I didn't like the food from here,there are other pizza joints that have better pizzas..

I had orderd an indi chicken tikka pizza and it's the best pizza I have had so far. I simply love it. pls do try this beauty. nothing new when I say that the garlic breadsticks were fabulous

I haven't experienced such a bad service, it was not expected from dominos. You have cancelled my order without any information provided. I don't know how you people coordinate among yourselves. I have called regarding the information about my alternate number, one lady assured me that she would be arranging a call back from the restaurant on my alternate number, but I haven't received any call. And when I again called after some time to know the order status, to my utter shock I came to know that my order has been cancelled. PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

Dominos....I think name is enough............All range of pizzas is fabulous.... just don't try Burger pizza and paneer zingy....Thats really terrible !Cheeze bursts range is my favourite from Dominos

Quite Bad for Domino&#039;s standards.<br/>We wanted to get something fast. Other deliveries don&#039;t have guarantees, so opted to get from Domino&#039;s. Did not know this would be worse. The delivery took more than 1 hour 10 mins. Several follow ups didn&#039;t help. The customer care kept me holding for over 10 mins. &amp; had only apologies to offer. Finally when Pizza reached it was cold. It had to be, because as told to me, the delivery boy had left the store long back. This person also was quite arrogant. When I asked him to offer discount, he didn&#039;t allow me to talk to the store manager &amp; said, Manager leaves by evening &amp; I must only complain to customer care. It is a nightmare ordering from this place! They are ALWAYS late! I have received my orders as late as 1:30-2 hrs late from this place! Even after multiple complains about the late delivery issue with this outlet, Dominos does not do anything to improve their services! They should explicitly mention their late delivery timings if they are unable to fulfill orders on time! If u place order online, be sure to have your refund stuck for 7-8 days. Pathetic!

I know very few people who don't like pizza. They must try the new world cup flavours at Domino's. A hundred percent sure you will love them. I had tried the Jamaican jerk and English cheddar pizza. Just loved them

This is literally the worst experience I have ever faced and the worst outlet to order in from Domino's.<br/><br/>I ordered a farmhouse on 14th June on 9:38pm, and after continuously trying the phone of customer care and them trying this outlet's number, there was so information available to me for 2 long hours whereas the pizza should have been delivered to me in 30 minutes.<br/><br/>After 2 hours, a Sonu, their delivery executive calls me and asks for directions in such an arrogant tone and when the directions were not told as per his satisfaction, he threatened ME that he will cancel the order and take back the pizza. The sheer nerve!<br/><br/>Arjun, another employee was just as arrogant and just did not want to help and was not even apologetic for being MIA for 2 hours. Since, my cancellation, I have been trying to chase them for the status and refund of my order but it seems that nobody, not even their own customer care can reach me. After talking to multiple executives and continuously being fed lies, this is officially the worst encounter I have had with Domino's.<br/><br/>

I reccomend this place because their thin crust pepperoni pizza is absolutely divine ! Not too heavy or too light, it fills the stomach just right. When you go to order at the restaurant the cooks are not selfish with the toppings! Infact they load on so many that sometimes the pizza bread slice gives up underneath haha 🖤💫 I love it

The pizza was delicious. Full of cheese tough i ordered onion pizz but it was value for money. But on the negative side the veg parcel which i ordered was small. So expecting from dominos to get it fixed asap and yeah at last msx mall dominos is the best in greater Noida

This was my first order from Zomato and the time of delivery was 9:10 pm but I got my pizzas by 9:25 pm . Although the pizzas was yummy. Just pull up your socks guys and work little more hard on punctuality. All the best

This is one of the worst Dominos outlet.<br/>They will not even listen your concerns.<br/>I have ordered through zomato and they didn’t send the complete order and 1 Taco Maxicana was missing.<br/><br/>Moreover, neither zomato nor Dominos was ready to listen my concern for an already paid order.

Delivery was very much delayed. The order was promised to be delivered by 30 mins. by sms from dominos. After 40 mins. delivery status showed that the pizza is delivered even though we have not received the food. After another 10 mins food was delivered. The pizza had very less amount of cheese.<br/>

We recieved our order 2 1/2 hrs later ... n help line numbers were not able to contact with the restaurant.. this is cheating with the clients .. wen they r waiting for food ... n at midnight we have no clue about our order

Worst experience this was. Domino's has always been my go-to place for Pizza. But, yesterday I ordered pizza at 7:23 and received not sooner than 9:30. We were all dying of hunger after returning from a tiring day and Domino's does this. Moreover, My order and bill said capsicum pizza where they sent onion pizza which took extra cost. The list doesn't end here. We received pizzas in the worst condition possible and cheese literally swept off pizza and we were so disgusted that we couldn't even eat. I would appreciate if Domino's compensates for this.

Updating my review from 4 stars to 1 star. This particular outlet is totally ruined in terms of service and pizza quality.<br/>Last two orders which I placed from here were a big disappointment. Recieved the pizzas in nearly TWO HOURS after I placed the order and the worst part is you cannot get in touch with the restaurant as their number is always unreachable or busy. If you call at the centralised customer care all they do is apologize and they even say we are unable to connect with the outlet.<br/>And guess what if you report this to Zomato Customer Care they simply say that Dominos orders are not managed by us.<br/>After all this what you will recieve is a total piece of crap in the name of pizza. The picture attached to this review is of the crust of the CHEESE BURST PIZZA which I ordered which apparantly had NO CHEESE. You be the judge here.

Dear sir/madam<br/>I have been constantly placing order to dominos via zomato to the msx mall outlet in greater noida.<br/>Being the shareholder of the company i am worried about the services this outlet has been providing to the customers. Out of 10 times 5 times the ordered reaches after 30 minutes.<br/>I placed an order on 14th february at the msx mall outlet . After placing the order i got a call from the outlet that the order will be delivered after 1 hour. So i told the callboy to give me the managers contact number . But the manager was not available at the outlet and also the emoloyee was resistant in giving me the contact number of the mangager.<br/>Also on calling back at the number from where i got the call the person did not pick. <br/>Kindly look into this matter as this is simply fooling and cheating the customers .<br/>Looking forward to get a callback from the manager of the outlet else i ll raise this question in the shareholders meet. I think the worse experience that i had with dominos was yesterday.We do understand the fasad caused over by the rain but eventually the manager did not take the call. Many a times the calls were rejected. Finally when he picked up he had no idea over where his delivery boy was 1hr after the odering.Later we went out to search for the delivery boy and later when he came his phone was discharged and when we called over to the dominos there was no one to recieve the call.Later on when we open up for those pizza's were kinda wet and more of a cold serve. My order was 358. please clarify upon as its really disgusting to have experience such behaviour from Dominos.

So we just ordered the pizza and it was so not worth it!!!! The pizza was cold and dry! I ordered cheese burst pizza we had literally no cheese in it!!! Topping weren't there and it was all tasteless! I would like you to look into this matter!!!!

It's always delivered fresh and hot. The cheese burst doubles the taste of whatever one orders. The offers and discounts are very attractive to entice us and re order...

Delivery was delayed and nobody was taking call. Secondly pizza was not worth eating.. so not recommended for home delivery ... plz avoid dominoz.

Never expect the delivery to be hot and the quality of food is worser day-by-day.<br/><br/>The waiting time for delivery is always anywhere between 90-120 min.<br/><br/>It is the poorest service so far experienced by me.

This is my second bad experience with them, delivered an unbaked pizza after keeping me waiting for over an hour. Last time also faced a similar issue with garlic bread, wrote to customer care as well but never heard from them.

Deliveries are delayed, getting pizza after 80 minutes leaves the customer in a disappointment and when it comes to the taste, we all know that a cold pizza doesn't fulfill our cravings. I want compensation.

I had ordered for taco mexicana veg ,instead i received stuffed garlic bread.<br/>Secondly i received my order after 2 hours, though the promising 30 minute delivery is the essence why we loved to order from dominos apart from its other factors.<br/>Really disappointed by this particular branch.

Ordered over an hour ago..still waiting for my food. They told me 30 minutes ago that it’s dispatched and I only live 2km away. They never told me that it will take longer than 30 minutes as they are busy. Moreover I got a text saying that your food will be delivered within 30 minutes. This is the 2nd time dominos has really disappointed me. Never ordering from them again.! If the guy left 30 mins ago then it can’t take that long unless he is making multiple deliveries. That clearly means the food is not fresh n pipping hot as they claim it to be!!

Its pointless to pre pay for the order as it never reaches before an hour. Also, when I ordered yesterday the pizza looked stale and didnt taste like the usual.

I have been eating pizzas from years now.. first time I had experience such bad things. The pizza boy came and tried to hand over the pizza to me. At that very moment the pizza fell down upside down. There was no correct packaging of the pizza box. Hence the pizza box danced in his hand and fell down. I had to throw away the pizza because it fell upside down on the topping side.

Don't know about the outlet but the pizza they deliver shows they don't value our money. Either it will be cold, or bad crust and dry. They deliver the same pizza of much better quality after we complain. How do you do it then? You should make it better the first time itself.

This particular branch is a cheapskate. I ordered a veg extravaganza with cheese burst. They gave me one without any cheese, put paneer and paparika in it and also took out the onions and mushrooms. The delivery guy wasn’t carrying any change and all the toppings and even the base tasted stale. I’ve had pizza from this outlet before, but this experience was pathetic. They basically took money, and gave no value for it

Worst service ever!! It takes a lot for me to criticise someone’s efforts but this outlet is terrible. They kept us waiting for more than 20 minutes for a dine in order. We wanted seasonings and ketchup so had to ask for it about 5-6 times before they heard us. I wish we had option to cancel the order. Never coming back here. Also as visible, there is so much cheese on the pizzas that it has vanished.

Worst pizza by far,never experienced this bad pizza. There was no cheese in the pizza it was not even hot, only garlic bread was good.

Bad taste was too bad margarita was very cold. And didn't even taste good

So my friend ordered us 3 choco lava cakes to finish our day. The choco lava cake is one of the best thing that Domino's has to offer and to this day I stand by it. The cake is hot and the chocolate drops out like lava(pun intended). The cake is so soft and yummy and the best part is that it isn't even that costly.

Me and My Friend ordered Hot Choco Lava Cake to vanquish our midnight hunger and fill our tummies with chocolatey goodness. The order was delivered a little late than expected but still the cakes were hot. It was very tasty and chocolaty. The Domino's Experience never fails.
