Review Cafe Coffee Day - Greater Noida

Contrary to what it says, I found this CCD open at 9:50 AM. Fixed me right up on a rainy morning when I was longing for a good cup of coffee. It's clean, well maintained and provide everything on the menu. The staff was polite and helpful.

That complex is not so great and look like a old and not properly managed place but this cafe ambiance was good, little small but cozy and staff behaviour was good. I ordered two hot coffee and a garlic bread which was great in taste.

Located in middle of a commercial hub. Hangout for the young & office staff. Great Coffee. Visible from the main road. Ample Parking.

Wonderful setting, warm ambiance, nice view and good food. Recommended for coffee with friends.

It is sole CCD Cafe in whole Greater Noida. I visited this place twice or thrice and had nice experience. Although, space is less but they serve best coffee experiences. Must try.

If you are looking for a small retreat of cappuccino or a hot coffee in winter chill , knock in the doors of CCD Alpha 1. Good selection of music and decor that will indulge you into the extravaganza of coffee and it"s unavoidable madness . Preferably to go with friends and beloved. Cafe coffee day, as the name says, is the best place to hang out, have meetings and just relax. Services like wifi, charging ports keeps the visitors stuck to the chairs of Cafe. CCD's coffee is second to none, the best combination I tried at Aplha branch was a Americano with 2 espresso shots. Boosts your whole body to run like Usain bolt.

A lot can happen over a coffee and it's true, I love the coffee from this place and also their quick bites. Though the place disappoints me as the food didn't tasted fresh, but it was good.<br/>I had different types of coffees and frappes from here but the latte and express shot are my absolute favorite.<br/>I like the cheese garlic bread as well as the cakes from here.<br/>You must give a try to the coffee here once..

Great place for coffee and seating with no noisy place . Worth for money and cookies was also good .

I'm not a big fan of CCD, but recently tried Sizzle Dazzle Brownie over there and madly loved it. Simple awesome.

The only branded coffee shop in Alpha-1 Commercial Belt Greater Noida. the ambience is good but seating space/capacity is less. Service is good.<br/><br/>I ordered 'Nutty Fudge Brownie' i will give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐., taste was quite good, but the crunchiness was quite less.<br/><br/>overall it was awesome.

Good CCD joint in commercial alpha location. I ordered some sandwiches and frappe. Service was quick and sandwiches tasted great but frappe was too watery. Hope they improve it next time

Wanted a cake for my wife's Manali Gupta birthday so went to this outlet in search of a chocolate cake. <br/>They had frozen cakes which had an expiry of 6 months and were offering 30% discount on same. Bought a half kg chocolate truffle cake and paid 460.<br/>It was awesome and above my expectations in terms of taste.

Just an average outlet. Plus point - Quick service, sandwiches. Negative-AC non working(yesterday), desserts are either not available or if available, avoidable. Cafe frappe nice but was extra sugary.

Visited yesterday with Mom for coffee. It's located in commercial belt of Alpha 1 Sector. It's not big area wise and 15-20 ppl can sit maximum at a time. We ordered two cappuccino regular along with garlic bread. I am a coffee lover and CCD is one of my favorite place. It's good place to hang out with friends and family.

Same old other CCD kind of place just that it was located near the college. The place is good as well the ambience but a little overpriced.  I would not recommend it over barista!!

I am writing this review after my 2nd visit the famous Cafe Coffee Day. Earlier also had a visit but that was just a take away. <br/><br/>Talking about the place, is quite a small one as compared to other CCD's I have visited so far. The ambience is nice and decent.<br/><br/>As far as their food item is concerned, they have maintain their standards. I went along with my cousin. We ordered 1 Devil's Own with Vanilla Ice Cream and 1 Cocoa Fudge. Within 5 minutes we got our order. As usual the Devil's Own was at it's best. Cocoa Fudge was also good. This time just tried the drinks, will try eatables next time.<br/><br/>The service is good & so was the staff. Overall a nice experience.

This place is located in Alpha commercial belt and easy to locate. Ambience and seating are just ok. Crowd was average. As compare to other CCD outlets this outlet is below average. Overall experience was below average. Some items like ice cream etc are not available. Not Liked by me.

The place is very nice with good ambience but there are various area of improvements like the shakes are very well...but if you are here then you must definitely try the garlic bread. It was the best i ever had

A very cosy CCD with chic interiors and great staff. Mainly our spot to have our personal favs that is the mango and belgian chocolate shots!

Nice Service.<br/>And Tasty cold coffee's. But they delivered us both the same coffee but we didn't complained. Staff was nice. Enjoyed India-Pak mauka mauka match.

It’s quite unlike other CCD joints but me & my collegues are in love with this place. The staff over are friendly and polite. It’s a quick breather space for us from the worries of office. Find a sofa couch, demand your fav song and just chill with cold coffee. Usually, certain food items are available but that’s ok as per the Greater Noida standards. The only thing we love about that this place is that it gives us the freedom to feel like the King & Queen of this place :D

We recently visited this CCD joint in Greater Noida. And little did I know that this innocuous visit to the nearby coffee shop will ruin the whole day for us. They treated us differently and on top of that when questioned they had this smirk on their face as if we are visiting the last coffee shop on the planet!When asked if there is a feedback book, they first huddled and then, with a haughty fashion, said we don't have one and you can visit the website for your feedback!Well we chose to not argue and never to visit again this sad CCD joint. Also I totaly agree with the other reviewer here on the state of this joint. I do not know if quality assessment of this joint is regularly done by CCD but the store falls miserably short of CCD standards. The red wall had two shades of red with electrical connections breathing the fresh air!  They have very limited space, although it can vary from store to store. All in all in totaly tarnished the CCD brand in our mind. I would really need to push myself to visit a CCD again. But, yes, we will never visit this tatty joint.

I was relieved to find a coffee shop since there's a serious dearth of food joints & cafes in Greater Noida. So, one evening I decided to quench my thirst for coffee at this CCD. Moments after we settled down, a couple came in and naturally one of the waiters went to take their order. When we were ready to place the order, that same waiter asked us to place order at the counter.  Now, had I not witnessed this selective treatment, I would have placed it at the counter only. But, such behavior just disappoints one especially if you have been served well at other CCDs. Unfortunately, some outlets tarnish reputation of the whole brand!On asking about it, the counter guy said its semi-self service. So, I asked again "Is there a special service for few customers?...To that, he didn't respond. <br/><br/>And at that moment I decided to never step inside that particular CCD. Someone needs to tell these people that service does matter!

The only place for coffee in Greater Noida. Good taste and ambience.

Well for the first time in Indian History a cafe coffee day that ends abruptly before starting. As you enter this place there are four tables arranged in a horizontal pattern and that's it.<br/><br/>There is no Wi-Fi as it usually is in other cafe's and the service is also not very impressive.<br/><br/>besides the place lacks the CCD feel and I really have no words to describe how unfit the place is. Besides this I you go there as a couple the staff just keeps staring at you and makes you feel uncomfortable.<br/><br/>AN ULTIMATE BUMMER.
