I have been here thrice, food will not disappoint you. Place is huge, you will be able to talk during dine. Buffet spread is good! It usually costs around 3200 per person. Staff and service are very good.

The never-ending selection of cosmopolitan cuisines left me speechless, and I am so grateful to Mr. Sahil, Ms. Ribha, and Ms. Rinky for their kind hospitality and attention to our needs. Despite not being a big fan of vegetarian food, I found myself eating second portions of dishes I normally wouldn't. There’s always be a multitude of cuisines to satisfy your cravings, from brick oven-baked pizzas to fresh sushi (shoutout to Chef Shashank and Chef Anshul!). A special mention should go to Chef Ritik, who makes the finest pancakes I've ever had! Even a 10/10 would be a lower rating for Latest Recipe's food quality🍱💫

I had dinner buffet here. They served us a large variety of food items and deserts. The chocolate mousse cake was out of the world. All the food tasted good. They had North Indian, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican etc items. They had a large variety of salads too. In total they had I think more than 20 items just in veg. Also, they had live counters for variety of stuff. All in all I loved my experience here. I would definitely visit this place again. The service was good too.

Went with my parents for dinner today and did pre-booking through their front office manager Rahul who very sweetly and with great courtesy took our details and all requirements and passed on to the respective team at the restaurant... Our seating experience was smooth and we were allocated the apt table as was requested, without me having to remind them. Food was very good, soup was brilliant, starters were good though my mom did not like one thing which we liked though but Nishakar took no time in acknowledging and getting another fresh starter for her to her taste, small gestures go miles in defining customer service attitude. Main course was pretty good too. Special thanks to the whole team for a wonderful evening and a special mention to Nishakar for making it a happy evening for us.. .... .... .... .... .... .... .... .... .... .... .... .... .... PS: I'm attaching some photos of the Indian, Asian & Italian buffets offered in a light-filled space with French windows & garden views

So I am going to review about the dinner and breakfast buffet today. As I was on staycation at Le meridian we enjoyed the stay and the food too. I mean what wasn't there in the dinner? Everything. They were having so many options is dinner and my fav sushi too. The dinner and breakfast was lavish and I'm impressed with their services too. Staff was quick and attentive. If you need anything to be changed in your food, they will do for you. They were having so many options and you can see that in the pictures I've uploaded. However I've not added all of them showcasing all the dishes we had. Overall the stay was nice and one must visit "Last recipe" if they really wanna enjoy the lunch/dinner buffet. 2nd visit : this time I was little disappointed with the dinner. Menu was vast but the taste quality was poor. They didn't have sushi too but they served it to us on our request which was a nice gesture.

The hospitality was amazing and food was yummy. We went for a team lunch and our experience was overall very nice. They have Indian and Japanese food. The staff was very professional and attentive. Desert section had limited choices but the taste was really good.

There is full of flavor & variety in every segments. They have a wide range of Healthy menus, Italians, Chinese, and Japanese. Also, they have good options in the main course like Methi Paneer, Corn Palak, Dal Makhni, Lauki, Mix Veg, and Bindi Fry, Mutton, Chicken, and Biryani. There is a Live counter and a Chaat counter. The best part is, that the taste was delicious, not even a single item could be rated below 10/10. Even the sweetness in the dessert was so balanced.

me and my family had dinner buffet here. The quality and quantity were so adequate and perfect They served us a large variety of food items and deserts. The chocolate mousse cake was out of the world. All the food tasted good..

Good food and ambiance, but they should work in their desserts. Not very happy with the taste and texture of most of the desserts.

If you're looking for a fantastic dining experience, I highly recommend checking out the Lastest Recipe restaurant. My recent experience there was simply exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious. The menu had a wide variety of options to choose from, and every dish we tried was expertly prepared and full of flavor. The ingredients were clearly fresh and of high quality, and the presentation of each dish was beautifully done. The service was also top-notch. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. He was able to provide great recommendations and made sure that our experience was nothing short of perfect.
Spardha Bisht
Beautiful and bright ambience Food was good, I would expect better taste from a 5-star. The buffet had many varieties with 4 to 5 different cuisines; Non veg starters had limited options. Staff was friendly but the service was a bit slow.
Zhe Liang Goh
Very spacious restaurant and beautifully decorated. The staff even memorized my usual order and my usual seat on the third day and asked if i wanted to try something else. The cooks also introduced the different north and south indian dishes with its ingredients.

Latest recipy really awesome They had North Indian, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican etc items. They had a large variety of salads too. In total they had I think more than 20 items just in veg. Also, they had live counters for variety of stuff. All in all I loved my experience here. I would definitely visit this place again. The service was good too.

Incredible Sunday brunch buffet - April 16. Took my elderly family who had some specific dietary restrictions and the very large buffet layout was overwhelming to select from. So they brought the chef out (Mr. Shekhar) who said to send the waiter to him after each course, and personally customized the buffet selection to suit my families needs. Very touched by all the personal care shown.

Sunday made HAPPY!!! After recommendations from Sachin n RajeevJi decided to try out "Latest Recipe" at Le Meridien for breakfast buffet. The coffee shop indeed has a pleasant ambience and seating is quite comfortable, however the same can't be said about the air conditioning which I might give a benefit of doubt owing to the fact that yesterday was the hottest day for the season so far The buffet spread was lavish and beautifully laid out in my favourite legendary world renowned French cookware Le Creuset The bakery section had a nice assortment of breads, croissants, danish, cakes but what was outstanding was the cinnamon rolls. From the Indian options there was live dosa n uttapams, paranthas- Broccoli, Paneer and mushroom, certainly exotic sounding, Broccoli tasted nice. Besides there was Poori bhaji, Pav bhaji, idli, vada, masala Upma(podi Upma) accompanied by usuals. The egg, waffle, pancake station churned out great stuff. One dish I would highly recommend was Steamed egg with asparagus loved it totally. Cheese section was disappointing so were the stir fry n noodles very very sad, brioche burger station was quite interesting. Rest the usual salads, yoghurts, sprouts, etc were available. Vanilla milkshake n cold coffee were quite good. Didn't try the juices and fruits but they looked fresh n nice. ₹950/- + taxes was all worth it! If you have Gourmet Passport app you get 1+1 deal Kids are good with ₹495/- +taxes

Visited this place to try out their buffet spread after the Lockdown. The place was very well sanitized and seating was arranged accordingly. Coming on to food everything from starter to main course was delicious and best part was their extensive menu with so many cuisines. They had pizza , pasta , sushi , dimsums. The staff was very courteous and everything was served on the table. Everything was freshly made be it waffles or pizza and pasta. Main course was also very delicous and desserts were mind blowing. Must visit if you look forward to eat a lot of variety in minimal pricing. <br/>

It was our first Family Dinner Post Lockdown. I was impressed by all the safety measures and precautions taken by the restaurant staff in view of Covid-19. They are following all the guidelines properly. <br/>The location of restaurant is easily accessible with GPS. You won't miss a turn or take a wrong route.<br/>The staff was Polite and Courteous.<br/>We ordered variety of cuisines. All were freshly prepared and were tasty.<br/><br/>Starters:<br/>1)The Kebab Platter was really good and a must order for anyone visiting First Time. <br/>2)Stir Fried Noodles were also Good.<br/>3) I didn't like the White Sauce Pasta. Although the Pasta was properly cooked, I didn't liked the sauce.<br/>4) The Pizza was really delicious and must try.<br/>5) The Dimsums were tasty too.<br/><br/>Main Course:<br/>1) We ordered Paneer Makhni which was Good.<br/>2) The Mixed Vegetable curry needs improvement. Peas were overloaded. The spices felt raw. Needed more cooking.<br/>3) The bread basket was good!<br/><br/>It was a good experience dining with Latest Recipe by Le Méridien Gurgaon. Kudos to Ranjith, Nitin and Team.<br/><br/>CONS :<br/>Your Service was a little Slow and needs prompt improvement! I had to come out for placing the order which shouldn't happen. I infact asked for my Table Number, so that I can order from App but it wasn't provided!
Smita Sabharwal
The quality and taste has gone down over the years. Ordered forscehzwan hot n sour soup and chicken fried rice. A small ordinary restaurant can do much good work than what a 5 star restaurant chef did. Service is poor, these people have this air of working in a big hotel. Quite disappointing :(
Anuraag Gill
Delicious south indian breakfast, all the cuisines served were good.

Food is amazing and the service is outstanding.<br/><br/>We went for their lunch buffet which was had good variety and the live counter was amazing but the highlight was really the dessert counter which had more than 25 desserts to choose from.<br/><br/>Food:- 4<br/>Service:- 4.5<br/>Ambience:-4.5<br/>Music:- 4 📷- @lemeridiengurgaon

Visited this place for Lunch.<br/><br/>The place is located on the ground floor of the hotel.<br/><br/>The ambience is really cool.<br/><br/>The restaurant seating is spacious and the bar looks amazing too.<br/><br/>Food is amazing and the service is outstanding.<br/><br/>We tried the hara bhara kebab, fish tikka, paneer tikka, namak para chaat, veg and non-veg sushi, Chicken and gerkin salad, fish salad, veg pizza, chicken pasta, lamb meat balls, chicken biryani, mutton roganjosh, butter chicken, paneer and the garlic naan (my all time favourite).<br/><br/>I loved the variety of cheese, sauces, raita, dahi, pickles, mayonnaise, accompaniments for the salads.<br/><br/>All the food was really good, namak para chaat was the star, even the muttton roganjosh was superb but honestly i didn't like the pasta at all, i think the sauce was weak.<br/><br/>In the end, we also tried the tiramisu, kheer, chocolate cake, red velvet pastry, black forest pastry, walnut cake.<br/><br/>All the desserts were nice but the chocolate cake was the best among all.<br/><br/>Food:- 4<br/>Service:- 4.5<br/>Ambience:-4.5<br/>Music:- 4<br/><br/>Thank you everyone for a wonderful time, will come back soon.

This is probably the only place you ll get fresh sea food in Delhi. Lobsters, crabs, oyester etc. I went for sunday brunch. The Chinese live counter guy does a great great job. the pasta too was one of the best ive had . But limited options for vegetarians. Good food. Good Ambience.

After a break, had a great buffet Rajasthani dinner with amazing food cooked by Chef Heerdan Singh (sply kurkuri bhindi and cheesy potato) served by Sunil and Vishwajeet. As always great experience!!!

We are regulars at this restaurant and once again we're delighted by their excellent service and great food. Sunil, Shubham and Vishvajeet recognized us and gave a warm welcome. Yesterday night i have been there with one of my friend to spend a good time together. I was surprised to see a hair piece in my sweet potato veg salad, could not believe that after paying such a big price we are getting this kind of quality food. Even what surprised me that even after reporting none of the manager on the ground speak to me and have a word with me. They dont care for their customers. The whole mood of the evening was spoiled, we left the place without having dinner itself. Never imagined after paying this much as well, you wont get the right service and food. Would recommend everyone not to visit that place again.

One of the worst 5 star restaurant experience. Please refrain from going there. To start with they served charcoal black cold grilled meat. The chicken stew was the most spiciest stew I have ever tasted. Every now and then we could hear glasses were broken and housekeeping staff took ages to clean. Mind it we had 3 toddlers who had to be literally stopped from walking on the floor. For wine they took ages to take the order and serve. No water bottles. Everytime had to ask for water. Absolutely poor service and extremely low quality food. And to top it a huge bill to settle. Never ever try. If you have money to splurge please go to Westin or Trident. Their buffets are worth the money

So i went there on my birthday we had booked lunch there and must say this place was worth money and the staff and chefs were very nice to talk food quality is amazing and loved the food there specially mix sauce pasta was a must to give try and desserts i loved all of them .

Missi roti , kabab and the yellow dal was a great delight. Kabab so soft and succulent with the dal just as home made one .It was a stopover for lunch as I went to the city for work
Manish Rock
it is such a great place to actually dine In. I usually come her with my friends and we all love the atmosphere over here ,the standard environment . We usually order fitness breakfast being health concerned . The food is so hygienic and fresh to eat .

I have tried their Sunday Brunch, Regular Lunch and Dinner. I like their Sunday Brunch which is sufficiently lavish and delicious. Especially - Peking Duck & Sushi.

I visited this restaurant by the end of August this year on my visit to Delhi.I am from Kolkata and I am a food lover. As far as my view is concerned the restaurant's food matches exactly with the name of the restaurant.Food was delicious and so was the taste.. Restaurant's hygiene was strictly taken care of.All the staffs were very polite and co-operative towards their service.. The interior of the restaurant was Very pleasant..My overall experience was very tasty and appreciable. Will definitely like to taste food of LATEST RECIPE on my next future visit..

Sunday Brunches here are fantastic. Offering a variety of options for everyone. If i got tired of Indian food I’d switch to Asian or get something a little more American.<br/>Staff was very helpful in making our day memorable.Nice to have a reliable place away from home.
Simran
Visted the place on a Sunday for breakfast. The buffet had variety but the food was not fresh. The fresh watermelon juice didnot taste fresh, fruits were not of good quality. There were a few items which were finished and no one cared to refill it even after asking them to do so and there was still half an hour left for the buffet to get over. I personally liked the bread and butter pudding and their fruit cake. Desserts were nice but the breakfast items were disappointing.
Karan
Great for Sunday buffet. Very nice spread. Staff could be more attentive. Good value for money with Dineout deals. The hotel itself is off the main road so gives you resortish vibes.
Saloni Chopra
This place serves the best vegetarian mushroom galuti kebabs. I went for their dinner buffet and it was pretty good. They had almost everything to satiate everyone's palate. The ambience was soothing with a light live music on the side. There was comparatively more variety for non vegetarian in the main course. Overall a nice place to splurge a little for that five star feel.
Suraj Kapoor
Was there for Sunday breakfast as o wanted to celebrate a special day on a good note. I am afraid to pass on this platform that they spoiled the day. The food was pretty average. The worst part was Aloo parantha which was very thick. I had severe stomach ache after eating it and had to spend the entire day at home. They really spoiled my day.
The Hungry Surdie
Attended a corporate event there.<br/>A warm welcome with tea n coffee n a large variety of cookies.<br/>Then we attended our seminar n then it comes to food.<br/>Was in rush so didnt tried much food from them buffet<br/>But whatever i had was just scrumptious.<br/>N hatsoff to the chef.<br/>Who made this delicious food eye soothing also.<br/>The presentation was 100% fabulous.<br/>I wish to come back soon<br/>Some of the pics attached below.

Tried out the latest Sunday brunch buffet at Latest Recipe in Le Meridien. It was just too good. We were given fresh coconut water as welcome drinks and then we proceeded to the main counters. There was a chaat counter. I tried pani puri and palak patta chaat. Then there were counters for thai food, grill platters, seafood, salads, indian curries and desserts. Their paneer tikkas, chicken tikka, apricot kababs, lamb biryani, spinach and artichoke ratatouille needs special mention. Their dimsums were also amazing specially the mushroom and prawn dimsums. In desserts, we tried the strawberry puree, vanilla custard with white chocolate, raj bhog, ras malai. Chocolate pudding and icecream topped it all off. Overall an awesome experience. Also watched the semifinals of a match and there is also a kids area. The service is very prompt and the servers properly explain each dish and are very warm and hospitable. Overall an awesome experience.

Deserts were the best part of the buffet. 😊<br/>The white sauce chicken pasta was a good one.<br/>The butter milk fish cutlet shines among the starters<br/>Pleasant experience overall!!

Last week we went to this amazing place for sunday brunch. The place is huge.. one of the best buffets i have had. From live counters to sushi section to pan asian to salad counter to indian street food to desserts. Everything was top notch.<br/><br/>We paid around 1500 Rs per head which also includes unlimited mocktails.
Saurabh Tiwari
Not at all impressed with the food or service. We had dinner buffet on a Sunday and we are vegetarians. The taste was not deserving of a 5 star hotel. There was no warmth or hospitality in the staff. The spread was limited and the taste was also pretty average.Even the desserts section was short of options.Felt disappointed.<br/><br/>
Nikita Kapoor
I visited latest recipe for breakfast and I had a wonderful time. <br/><br/>The buffet spread is on point but the staff is even better. Everyone over there is so welcoming and warm which makes your experience even better! <br/><br/><br/>Started my meal with the red velvet pancake and oh my god, it was soooo good! <br/>Their prawn clear soup was very refreshing and tasty at the same time! There were a lot of options but obviously you can’t eat them all. <br/>In deserts <br/>, I tried the following - <br/>Chocolate and white chocolate donuts which again were delicious.<br/><br/>Fruit danish - aaahh, soooo goood!

Wanted to have a relaxed brunch and chose to reserve a table for us at latest recipe. Restaurant was jam packed and we had to wait 20 minutes despite holding a reservation. Looks like many people liked the idea of brunch at latest recipe. Place is very spacious and had reasonably lavish buffet. We went for buffet with mock-tails. Mock-tails were ok… I would have expected better from a 5 star hotel. Food was good as such and we enjoyed it. Everything from INDIAN, to Italian to Japanese and oriental dishes were delicious. Indian breads were not served fresh / hot from tandoor and I had to specifically ask for it. Staff probably had more guests than they can handle and resulted in not so efficient service.<br/>Overall decent experience. <br/>
Asim Behera
An excellent property and an amazing restaurant. This review is for their week day lunch buffet, which was delicious and the spread was decent. Sufficient yet plentiful. The chef made it a point to go round and chat with guests, which is always an excellent gesture. The ghar wala chicken curry, is one of the best I’ve had. An excellent choice.

Would like to share a special experience that I had at this restaurant- i was hosting a lunch for close friends (and their families) from overseas. I was quite worried, as all my guests were quite picky with their tastes. However, it went quite well with a special thanks to Nikhil - the restaurant manager as he ensured that everything was taken care of well, right from the hospitality to taste of food to choice of wine..<br/>Thanks nikhil and team..

The Latest Recipe - Le Meridien Gurgaon is one the best place to celebrate your precious moments and indulge into all the food they have to offer. <br/>The Restaurant Manager (Nikhil Verma) is very welcoming and polite and he has been very supportive thought the evening when I spent my anniversary date with my wife.<br/>We were served amazing Sushi and mouth melting mushroom Galouti kebab.<br/>My favourite was fish tikka which was infused with lemongrass flavour. <br/>On my request they server Olive oil and balsamic all the from there Italian specialty restaurant. <br/>Also the succulent jasmine rice and Thai Vegetable in yellow curry I cannot get off my taste buds.<br/>All together it was a well spent evening and I would love to visit again to experience the mesmerising hospitaliy by the staff of this restaurant.<br/>

Nice ambience, good view and great food. Loved the buffet lunch at this place. Fantastic spread starting from cold salads, chat, fruits, pizzas, pastas, asian food, sushi, north indian food and a big spread of deserts. Loved the place.

We went for buffet dinner yesterday (01.05.2019), 3 people in our group got bad stomach there itself. Puking, stomach pain, cramps. Had to take medicine. Something was off. And when we called the manager to inform them, he listened to us, called the chef to talk to us, who then said that they place fresh food every two hours and offered to make us Khichdi. Service also became a bit poor and chaotic....
Shruti Badoni
Went for a lunch buffet here & the experience was worthwhile!<br/><br/>From Mughlai chicken, delicious mutton, lip smacking biryanis, authentic Chinese, different types of salads, to varieties of momos, they served everything. The ambience was great and the servers were really humble and always coming back & forth to see if we needed anything.<br/><br/>They also had a live pancake and waffle counter which was quite a surprise. They had 3-4 varieties to choose from for each and tasted delicious. <br/><br/>Pizzas and pastas were served as a part of the buffet as well, choices being ours. <br/><br/>Unlimited mocktails were served and my personal favourite was ‘seduction’.<br/><br/>The dessert section was probably one of the best part as it served variety Indian sweets and other sweet dishes like chocolate moose, marshmallows dipped in chocolate (lust try), etc.<br/><br/>Overall experience at The Le Meridien was totally worth every single penny we spent and I look forward to visit them again!<br/><br/>Ratings:<br/>Food : 5/5<br/>Drinks : 5/5<br/>Ambience : 5/5<br/>Service : 5/5

Visited this place for the team lunch and it surely proved out to be an amazing experience.<br/><br/>The starters are truly amazing specially that Tandoori Chicken thingy and that Fish. The Kebabs (veg.) are there but not N.V. which was a bit disappointing.<br/><br/>From the live stations, I just loved the Pasta. Truly an authentic one with delicious texture and flavours were damn real.<br/><br/>For beverages, I think the place is not much prepared for it as they took almost 20 minutes or more to get simple juices. So yeah, just didn't like it that ways.<br/><br/>Though the team surely had fun but due to some hicks can't put it to full points.
Parul Gupta
Nice and courteous staff and great food ... the quality of food is very nice and fresh. They have alive counter of pizza and pasta. The chimes and Thai food is also well prepared. Really loved the desserts... will surely come here again

True to the name they have a wonderful spread and we truly enjoyed their buffet. If you are looking to try different cuisines in one meal , then this place is a must visit and each of them are so flavourful. I am sure we would be visiting again as we loved the meal, ambience as well as service.

Visited this hype place for a dinner date with my special. Just one tagline: Totally Worth it.<br/>The moment we entered, we got warm welcome and though we don't have reservation, still they gave us the exact table what we want. The whole ambience was 'latest'. The food we ordered took a little time to come from kitchen to our table, but it worth waiting. The food was deliciously tasty.<br/>Pasta was well cooked and rajma was well spiced. The best part when we received dessert as complementary.<br/>The staff was courteous. Anyone can think of this place for a perfect dine out.

It wasn’t a dine plan for me at Le Meridian but an invitation from a close friend. We opt not to take buffet and went for customised menu.<br/><br/>The veg and non-veg platers were best ones in their taste and services. We had two bottles of wine both La Grover, one red wine and another white, making perfect combo with platers. For the main course meal, we had Rogan Josh and few butter Nan.<br/><br/>Service was good. Ambience was awesome. Of course it is Le Meridian.<br/><br/>Service: 5.0<br/>Taste: 4.5<br/>Ambience: 5.0<br/>Value of Money:

One of the best restaurant experiences in Delhi NCR. I happen to stay really close to this hotel a d Latest Recipe is, hands down, the best restaurant they have. Their breakfast buffet (special mention) is unbelievably good and I can’t wait to now try their lunch and dinner buffet as well. <br/><br/>Along with the food (all cuisines) being so remarkably awesome, the staff is also extremely courteous. Special mentions again: Gaurav, Ranjeet, Sunil, etc are all very helpful and hard working. They were always on their toes to help me out and all the other guests present. <br/><br/>I am now going to be a frequent visitor here, for sure 🤩😊

Went for a family dinner, place is good with nice interiors, but it should definitely improve on its quality and variety of buffet! Food did not taste upto the mark. Improvements recommended! <br/>#Happyfooding

Been here twice, and i had the buffet which is a great spread from Indian to asian to continental live counters but stay away from the pizza, while the second time i opted for alacarte. Not they had all these dishes with fancy names like the apple and fennel salad but the salad had no fennel in it. Their Tiramisu is however the best.
Mukul Dhingra
This buffet in the place where you can spend your lazy languid Sunday.<br/>The buffet spread is  . . .well spread out over 3 restaurant areas in the hotel.<br/><br/>The antipasti and cheeses in the Bella Cucina are as good as they come. <br/>As equally the desserts lead by the trust outstanding creme brûlée you ever had.
Tandoormast#notapaidreview
Decent spread for the price. But the food quality and taste is average for a 5 star property. Seems like more focus is more on putting the spread than giving excellent taste to the customers. E.g. Indian mains, Thai curry, salads, continental were most disappointing. We somewhat enjoyed only some starters and desserts. No comments on service, which made us lose our patience. May only be good for business meetings over coffee due to the ambiance. Maybe the buffet is only keeping in mind the house guest who have packaged deals. A lot of improvement may be needed in terms of display, quality and taste for the buffet, especially when the competition is stiff. Even though it is one of the cheaper 5 star buffets in Gurugram - Value for money for buffet 2.5/5.

@lemeridien — I dined at LeMeridien Gurgaon on 30th November. Gave my new Toyota Fortuner at the valet only to get it retuned with a massive scratch right below the fuel tank. The staff seemed indifferent and on my demand to see cc tv footage, all I was shown were 3 unclear clippings of my car entering the hotel, being parked in a dark basement, and exiting the basement; clippings no more than 20 seconds while I stayed in the hotel for over 2 hours. <br/><br/>Very dissatisfied with your lack of footage, I was told by the management that they will reach out to the valet service and provide me an update. This was on Monday 3 dec. it is now 7 dec and I’m still waiting for an update.

I liked your dinner and the food was very good and delicious Thanks for the lovely dinner The ambience was superb. The place is very well in kept.

Ambience was great as expected from a 5 star hotel so does the food. Beside the great taste of the food items, the quality and freshness of ingredients used in making of the dish was the plus point for this hotel.<br/>

A breakfast place for everyone one<br/><br/>Love going for lazy breakfasts especially as winter sets in. There are many a la carte places for breakfast but as a family with different taste buds, wanted to go to a place which offered various cuisines and this is just the place. <br/><br/>There’s Asian with soups, fried rice, noodles etc, Continental - eggs, porridge, sausages, and Indian. Live counters for dosas, eggs, pancakes and waffles . There were different bars for salad, bread, fruits, juices & bakery items,. The breads and bakery items were outstanding although the waffles were a let down. The place was full even on a weekday and with the variety of food available , it’s value for money . I asked for ice cream and got it. Coffee was good too. Will be visiting more .

Pratik Singh
we have tried a la carte. Food taste was average. Customer service was good. Need a little bit improvement on quality side. Ambience is good.
Aalap.bansal
Cold food, sub standard service, bland in taste, flavourless and horrible food. Almost everything consumed was left after having a spoon. The entire buffet comprised of cold meals that should’ve ideally been served piping hot. Ignore this place at any cost!
Divakar Dubey
Excellent service from the Latest Recipe staff they were superb in terms of food and beverage up to the Mark with utmost qualitative service.
Vishal Arora
Went for a dinner buffet with family, very basic buffet. Pizza and Thai curry was ok. But rest all were very below average. Worst thing was most of food was cold and taste was very average
Harshit Gupta
The food was really amazing the spread of the food was really very big. A large variety to try things out from. And the desert section was really amazing

The restaurant is on the ground floor of the Le Meridien Hotel located on mg road.<br/>Parking - Free valet parking.<br/>Food -<br/>I went here for dinner buffet.<br/>The ambience is as expected out of a 5 star hotel.<br/>The food variety for buffet is good too.<br/>Their sevice is just too slow. They were not able to manage the dinner when the restaurant was even half occupied.<br/>The food is good and I liked the sweet section the most.<br/>Pav Bhaji is a must try.<br/>Lamb is not prepared well.<br/>The live kitchen has good options.<br/>Hot Coffee is also part of the buffet<br/>The water was bad in taste<br/>When I reported the concern to the staff, they actioned and replaced the entire restaurant water with mineral water bottles.<br/>The quality check failed as it should be examined by them before serving to their customers.<br/>With poor service, my overall experience was bad.<br/>Ambience- 4/5<br/>Service - 1/5<br/>Price- high

About the food-<br/>Dahi bhalla:<br/>It was good, tasted usual but nothing hatke<br/>Cheese toastizas:<br/>Amazing and lip smacking, a must try😍<br/>Spring rolls:<br/>They tasted rlly nice and were cooked as they should be. <br/>Red velvet pastry:<br/>Too soft and tasted so fresh<br/>Chocolate pastry( i cant remember the exact name)<br/>All i can say is, it was one of the best i’ve evr had!!!<br/><br/>We were hosted by Sumit and he is the best person to look out to for suggesting u the exact things which u r craving for! Great food and good quality. They have a wide array of buffet. Great ambience and courteous Staff. One of the best places for buffet in NCR. A go to place if you are looking for having quality time and good food.
Smridh Chopra
One of the better buffets in NCR! Excellent variety of cuisines and all of them made well. I mersonally loved the tempura counter, perfectly thin tempura batter over soft shrimp and chicken! Mouthwatering ! Sushi was super fresh and I really loved the pesto pasta as well. Desserts were a letdown - rock hard brownie and they even had a cold stone for the sake of it! The service was super attentive. I'd go again in a heartbeat !

Best Sunday luncheon:<br/><br/>The Latest Recipes restaurant in Le Meridian is definitely to be counted in the list of best Sunday buffets in Gurgaon...from spread ranging from continental to Mediterranean and including Italian, Thai and of-course North Indian cuisine and all of it so yum that my mouth is already watering just thinking of the food there.<br/><br/>It's a cool chilled out place with a nice garden view, lots of sunlight where u can spend few Sunday afternoon hours just lazing and eating the delicious food course by course taking breaks to enjoy the surroundings or just sipping the earthy wine!<br/><br/>And if this wasn't enough, the dessert here is to die for but one has to be prepared from the beginning to leave some space in the tummy to enjoy this gluttony<br/><br/>Tip: the restaurant is part of Gourmet Passport app where you can get one plus one offer on buffet lunch...!

Food For Soul
It was a wow experience In Latest recipe. The food buffet was excellently well spread. And they have a lots of variety as well. Recommend foods are - kebab platter, rajasthani thali, galouti kebab, Cham cham. They have different live station for ice cream, sushi, pizza and soup. Thanks to the entire culinary team and service team. I would like to mention the names of chef Rajesh chef Gaurav and chef halder , and manager mr lucky.
Nikhil
Average food. Nothing special. They had only 2 veg and noveg starters each in the buffet. The sushi section was the only saving grace. Pizza was bland and tasted weird. My homemade pizza is far better than it. Desserts were also very unsatisfactory. Far better buffet options available in the same price range.
Piyush Mathur
Having a good time at Sunday Brunch . Special thanks to Mr Nikhil Yadav for making the noon a memorable one . Nice celebration . All the best

One of my favourite places to have breakfast in Gurgaon. This place has a great blend of sight and sound with the ambience and music mixing together to provide you with the perfect start to the morning. <br/><br/>The variety of options is quite exquisite and will leave you well satisfied with the quality as the meals are freshly prepared. Staff is courteous and very helpful so you definitely should give this place a try, especially if you have an early morning breakfast in mind 😄

We went yesterday for dinner with my wife and daughter. And had a soup and salad buffet and my wife ordered chicken Kathi. Everything was excellent. Specially the green chutney with Kathi. Then chef Heerdan suggested to try their garlic chutney. Which was equally good. The food has improved dramatically. The soups and salad specially the service is excellent. And makes one want to come back for more. Must try and specially the Sunday brunch is to die for. Good food good service and great experience. Must visit to see for yourself.

Average nothing five star about it <br/>Food at starters was kind of cold <br/>Hardly any new idea just simple old style food <br/>Ordered pizza which came after 25 minutes had to cancel . No attempt to know why cancel order was done . Drinks menu wast not available??? <br/>Just fine didn’t get a five star experience no comparison of other well known brands<br/><br/>Update- Restaurant manager called to check the concerns which is appreciated. Hopefully he will look into the issues to avoid any further negative ratings .<br/>

Dusshera Night ♡Family Dinner - 7 of us😍♡<br/><br/>Latest Recipe | Le Meridien | Gurgaon<br/><br/>Standing tall at the Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road, the Le Meridien hotel's restaurant - LATEST RECIPE serving lavish buffet through out the day is surely a foodies paradise.<br/><br/>You can tell a lot about a character of a restaurant by the spread of its various cuisines. In Latest Recipe, the counters at every corner is buzzing with exquisite delicacies ranging from tapas (hot&cold), muglai, Italian, asian and plethora of ice creams / desserts.<br/><br/>My personal favorite from this restaurant is the tapas food along with succulent fish tikkas, chicken tikka masala and Lamb chop prepared in soya chilly sauce; ♡Lamb Chop was the showstopper♡. Other food items such as fresh fruits & vegetable grilled/barbequed with olive oil are some of the other experimentation that comes out brilliant to my tastebuds.<br/><br/>Likewise the asian savories are well prepared with an appropriate tinch of every sauce and condiment required.<br/><br/>With all these beauties around it is quite peremptory to have few beasts stick around as well and for me it was the main course Indian curry items. By the looks of it, the fish curry (don't remember the dish name) item was not pleasing to my eyes so I decided to hop on with chicken and mutton gravies and trust me they are not at par with what I consumed before reaching to main course level. But nevertheless, I was tad full when I plated myself with main course. Then right about this time, a message flashed on my whatsapp group and it was from dear Madhup Bhutani Bhai and it goes like this "Ashish coffee is also included in the Buffett" and then what, I ordered by strikingly beautiful Black Coffee☕ and call it a night🤗🤗<br/><br/>Latest Recipe definitely offers something good for everyone.
From Her, With Love
We happened to pay our visit to latest recipe for a sunday brunch. As the offer says, for Sunday’s they combine the there respective three restaurants menu and include them in your brunch. This attracted us. <br/>They do have a good variety to try on starting from starters- gol gappa’s and chats and kulche chole with live counter for them. For raan and non vegetarian raan they were making them live on the counter right away. However, for the vegetarians the food was already made and kept, which made that soggy and cold. The beg dimsums and noonles was cold and difficult to eat because of that. A little suggestion, that please make a live counter for vegetarians too.<br/>There pancakes were excellent and a perfect to end up the brunch. <br/>One must pay a visit to them especially on Sunday. Totally worth a visit.

Beautiful ambience, beautiful view, extremely delightful staff and imperessive variety of cuisines. The buffet was indeed a buffet. I couldn't decide what to have and what not to have. Me being a vegetarian, few things that are must try- samosa, uttapam, waffles, stir fried noodles and cappuccino. My husband loved the smoked salmon and chicken.

Last Sunday we got chance to visit Latest Recipe, a fine dining restaurant. Ambiance is beautiful they have huge space and huge varity of food which includes Chinese, sea food,Indian, continental and what not. They have huge counter or sweets as well. The only negative about this place is their service, that is huge let down. For drinks we have to remind them twice then they brought.

During the wedding of VJ YUDI ,I got a chance to experience one of the best brunch of this coffee shop . The food is spectacular ,wide ranges of Indian , Chinese , pan Asian and other cuisines to offer . The live sections for tandoor serving the best of breads . And yes the continental food was crazy . I had penne in red sauce . Also the Indian food ie dal makhani and laccha parantha and yes it was truly a five star dish to deliver . And the best things of all are my favourite dessert . I had many of them . From cheese cakes to tarts , mousse and eclair I tried it all . The service was exceptionally well and the the staff was absolutely groomed and very kind .

A nice place to enjoy at a really nice location but they left behind when it comes to their service quality and their offering in term of similar kind of restaurants.<br/><br/>I visited here along with my office buddies for the lunch, initially, this place looks really nice even We had to wait for our turn as this place was full but got our turn bit early.<br/><br/>Initially, this place looks spacious but soon you lost the interest when it comes to the feeling and environment that they maintain.<br/><br/>Coming to the food, they have an average offering and the placement of the food seems poorly done as you have to struggle to find the food which is also average when it comes to the taste but their mutton and the Chinese food are also good.<br/><br/>Their service was below normal as we observe that even they were ignoring their guest, which is quite surprising at this kind of place.

Latest Recipe at the Le Meridian, Gurgaon, boasts of an impressive buffet spread. The amount of food I ate last evening was equivalent to dinners of three nights! Haha! I pecked on food ranging from the classy Japanese nibbles to the robust flavours of North India. Every item in the buffet had a distinvtive taste, authentic to be precise. The vegetarian sushis had a great summer touch of stuffed mango bursting into your mouth. Great! The item of the night for me was the Soya Kebabs! I ate 4 of those kebabs mistaking them to be Galouti (Non veg) Kebabs...and had the fifth one knowing it was a vegetarian version. It simply melted into my mouth and poof...vanished! The live counters are good too...tried a pizza and a pasta...made using fresh veggies and freshly grated cheese! Please note, please try their cheese platter...the camembert is awesome! The India dishes were the usual ones with Dal Makhani and the usuals and all tasted well. The dessert section was elaborate too, crispy malpuas to cold stone ice creams...what I missed was the Choco Lava muffin cake that it was famous for...maybe they should get that back in the menu. Now, after such good comments on the food, I still give them a 3/5. Why? Because the service is very very slow! It took them half an hour to get 2 glasses of fresh lime soda and an ice tea. Also, the lighting at the entrance of the restaurant is very poor...looks very shady! In fact, the hotel should light up not only the entrance of this restaurant but the entire road leading up to the hotel. Being a five star hotel, such details should be taken utmost care of.
Arushi Agarwal
Had the dinner buffet here. To be honest, the spread was huge with varieties of North Indian, Continental, Italian, Japanese. But the food lacked the taste. There were also a lot of live counters which were decent enough. Overall, it can be tried once.
Piyush Gouchwal
Bright white and well spread buffet looks really amazing. Staff was very lively and outgoing. Food was just fine else everything was superb.
Saurabh Rajeeva
Easily one of the most lavish brunch experiences in Gurgaon with food that is spread across 3 restaurants (the one only for desserts is a sight to behold!). Went here with family and we tried everything from pani puri, chaat, tandoori items to noodles and pastries. While almost everything was flawless, the egg benedict, chocolate truffle, sugarcane juice, daal stood out amongst the rest. The staff was very responsive but overloaded due to huge rush so finding one was usually a 5 min wait. Couple this with Zomato or Easydiner 1+1 offers and you'll have an experience you won't forget anytime soon.
Gaurav Mahindra
Courteous staff. Reasonably priced restaurant. Room to raise their standard and pleasantly surprise guests. Would suggest introducing theme based menus - regional/ community/ international cuisines. <br/>Overall, a good happy experience. Go for it.<br/><br/>Unfortunately my experience on 1/10/18 was disappointing. Senior Managers were not to be seen. Rest of the staff couldn’t manage the guests. Food was below par as well. Buffet spread had minimal variety while the taste was not upto mark. <br/><br/>The birthday party and the noise made it worse. People didn’t have the remotest sense and courtesy. Eating while moving on from one counter to the other. Instead of a buffet, made it look like a typical indian wedding scene, eat on the run......One must organise such parties in banquet and not inside the restaurant. It disturbs the peace and quiet needed for dinner. <br/>Something the hotel must reconsider as a policy decision.
Swati
The food is excellent but the service is pathetic. I stayed here for 2 weeks, and the service is really very poor, let alone for a 5 star. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere.

I and a friend stayed at Le Meridien,Gurgaon for some days last Month. So LATEST RECIPE is one of the restaurants in the hotel. Even I won a free buffet dinner at the Latest Recipe as complimentary after a lottery. Had lunch buffet. <br/>Please improve your service - very bad clearance. Nobody bothers to ask for Indian bread. Nobody bothers to serve water. <br/>Please improve your Air Conditioning - Supposedly a star property and we were sweating while eating our food. And this is not yet peak summers. <br/>Please improve your desserts - very ordinary both indian and western desserts. They have tried to be fancy by having a cold stone counter where the trainee chef mixes 2 flavours of AMUL ice cream on a cold stone<br/>The good part - the Oriental food is nice. The standout was kung pao chicken and Thai curry. <br/>The kebabs both chicken tikka and fish tikka were very well made <br/>Khada masala gosht was soft and was falling off the bone<br/>Biryani was aromatic<br/>The meen moilee was superb. <br/>The pizza chef was amazing and his pizzas were were more than amazing. Wood fired and Thin crust and was crisp even after 7-8 min of serving<br/>Salads looked mediocre. <br/>At 1450 plus taxes it's definitely value for money though they have to sort out a few things <br/><br/>

Went to this place for dinner buffet with family. The location is little tricky and one has to clear about the route, but the ambience of the place is really good. The interiors are classic and it is quiet a peaceful place for family dinner.<br/><br/>The buffet spread was lavish and had quiet a few veg and non-veg dishes and I really liked their preparation of chicken biryani, butter chicken and dal.<br/><br/>The staff is well trained and so courteous. Had a great time there.

I am at latest recipe as I write this review. The decor is good, like the ambience. however would not recommend the place, the food is not good. The place needs a chef who would probably do justice to the decor/ambience and associated brand (Le Meridien).<br/>

We had gone for an early dinner to Latest Recipe, the place has a beautiful decor. It looked very vibrant and inviting. We had ordered for mixed veg pakoras, fish and chips with tarter sauce,Chicken breast cooked twice with chive potatoes and mushroom fricassee,Ala pesto which was spaghetti in pesto sauce,Cold coffee with ice cream and tiramisu. My favourite was the fish and chips.

One of the best Sunday brunches I have ever had ! The combined menu from three of their restaurants makes the spread a very large selection to choose from. Mocktails were very soothing and were part of the buffet. Special thanks to Manish for patiently bringing us all the items we were asking for from the other restaurants and a special mention to Lucky for being a wonderful host! Best in class service!<br/>
Vasudevan. Viswanath
Went to Le Meridian for Sunday breakfast buffet. The place was packed despite the large seating capacity and had to wait before we were seated. A good sign of the popularity of the restaurant. Ambience gives a certain warmth and openness so sets the mood to eat well. The buffet spread was large covering everything from waffles to dosas. Had fresh squeezed juices in small bottles which was a nice touch. There were two three live counters. Despite the crowd, the service was stretched but efficient. All in all a good experience

One of the amazing restaurants I have been to. The food is mouth watering and you have good Varieties to choose from. The highlight is the staff over there. Very courteous and friendly. Need to specifically mention about this Lucky. We started calling him 24x7 as he was available round the clock and takes care of you very well. Also need to mention about Gaurav one of the Chef's, the buffet varieties that he brings and the options that he gives are amazing.

The food at Latest Recipe restaurant is amazing. It is true value for money , with wide options of cuisine. I dined at the restaurant for more than 10 times now. Since I loved the food here, this time I decided to organise family dinner. It is one of the best and memorable dinners we ever had. The food, options , staff, ambience - all were just perfect. Mr Vikram, Mr Mukul, Ms Alka and Mr Lucky, they all took care of us and reflects true hospitality.

Recently visited this place, the food was good especially the soups, salads and pizzas..the only thing annoying was the ambience (too much light) and the spread of buffet..dishes were tasty but less variety if compared to other such buffets..can give it a try👍

Visited the Latest Recipe recently to celebrate a family occasion. Had a most memorable experience. Right from making a reservation to having the meal, everything was perfect! I was offered a private dining area while making the reservation, which was very thoughtful. We arrived at the restaurant on time and I requested to meet with the manager. He was extremely courteous and helpful and made some good suggestions. After settling down in our private dining area we decided to go for the buffet dinner. The choice and range of food is one of the best and largest among restaurants of similar class. From salads to cold cuts, starters to pan Asian and Indian food to desserts, everything was amazing! I would highly recommend the pan Asian food as the flavors were authentic. The chefs are really good and I saw them often walking to the guest tables, which is a sign of a good restaurant. The ambience of the place is very inviting. Although, the restaurant is usually full, because of its large size, it's never very noisy. If you happen to get a table next to the windows, you'll enjoy the view specially in the evening. A word for the people serving the food - they're not just doing their job but ensuring the guests are happy. Would love to keep coming back to this wonderful restaurant.

Went for a lunch buffet here. Very polite and humble staff. Great variety in salads, starters, desserts, snacks , main course . Ambience was really good. A1 in taste and presentation. Worth the cost.

We had opted for dinner buffet. The spread was huge and had a lot of variety (the layout was bit confusing though).<br/><br/>Coming to the food, it was above average. The buffet had four broad sections : oriental, Italian, Indian and dessert. The dessert spread was the best. The Indian tandoor section was a big letdown (paneer/fish/chicken tikka). However, I had to push my rating up as the restaurant's staff were ever attentive and extremely courteous.
Harshmeet Kaur
Wow !! <br/><br/>I can just say this word. Amazing presentation, amazing taste, amazing service, amazing staff. <br/><br/>I have been to many breakfast buffets but this has something extremely good. <br/><br/>The variety is huge and you will find all indian and continental cuisine at one place. I would definitely recommend this place for a special occasion. <br/><br/>Look over some pictures and judge yourself.
Girish Jaggi
Visited latest recipe for dinner buffet. Amazing ambience and great hospitality.<br/>Food was great and the spread was lavish. Staff is well behaved and would definitely visit the place again.
Devikaa Nanda
The poor rating of 2.5 has been given on the basis of the food that was served. We ordered French fries, mutton barra, amritsari chhole, chicken chettinad and laccha paratha (there was no form of any South Indian accompaniment such as Malabar Paratha, Appam or Dosa). While the bread served to us in the beginning and the papdi chaat was very good, the rest of the food was terrible. The mutton barra had gelatinous pieces only, the chettinad was okay at best and the chhole had a base of tomato purée that was most definitely not 'Amritsari'. The kulchas served with the chhole were decent but the taste of fenugreek seeds (which were sprinkled a little too liberally over the kulchas) overpowered everything else. <br/>The chefs however came to our table and took the criticism well and were receptive. They did offer to redo the dishes but at this point unfortunately are appetite had been killed. We were given complementary desserts after which were very good, especially the espresso chocolate. <br/>Since the chefs and management were extremely apologetic and the desserts were truly delicious, we will definitely return to see if the food has improved which has in the past been very good.
NAVIN DEV
Good spread of lunch buffet. Nice ambiance & tasty food. Warm & friendly employees including manager (Mr. Lucky). Creamy pasta was yummy. Desserts were also tasty specially Gajar halwa.<br/>Don't try pizzas though.
Chaitanya Nagpal
The service was great during the breakfast time too considering the fact that the inflow of the guests was stagnant. The buffet spread was good enough for a vegan to have ample choices and cherry on the top, it tasted great. <br/>The buffet dinner was great as well. Would love it more if some more vegan curries could be added to the TBH menu.
Yogesh Yadav
Enjoyed a good time with great hospitality. Went for a breakfast and being a vegan I felt a little less options were there still good enough. Food was really good and I loved the selection of cereal they have along with fresh cut fruits. You expect good hospitality from them and this is what I got. Overall I enjoyed my food over there .

What an amazing experience.. I was staying at Le Meridian for couple of days and got a chance to explore the food here.. And I am so glad my decision was correct. One of the best butter chicken and Lal Maas I had here. To top it up, Chef Gauravs hospitality and service made the dinner worth remembering. So if you ever visit here do try butter chicken and Lal Maas made by chef gaurav. Overall rating - 5/5<br/>Food Quality - 5/5<br/>Food Quantity - 4/5<br/>Ambience - 4/5<br/>Service - 5/5<br/><br/>Buffet too has a good spread but I would still vouch for alacart.

Not very regular but I do visit this restaurant on and off but this was by far my worst coffee shop experience not just of Le Meridian but any where in the NCR. And service was the key factor, the food in most coffee shop's is never so great. The server at our table was being helpful but HE WAS THE ONLY ONE. We arrived at 10 pm which is late but hello, its a hotel not a friend's house. Two others made fleeting appearances. The place was empty not sure if everyone was still hungover from New Year or they were just not interested in attending a table of 8!

It was the occasion of my parents' 30th wedding anniversary, and we had booked a table at Latest Recipe. We ordered Lehsooni murgh tikka, Tandoor chicken and Hyderabadi Tala Gosht as appetisers. All the dishes were well prepared. Their Tandoor chicken is among the best I have had in a long time.<br/>For main course, we ordered Dal Makhani, Dum ka Murgh and Mutton Rara Gosht, along with assorted breads. To our delight, even these dishes were delectable. The Dal Makhani especially was outstanding. <br/>The ambience of this place was like a cherry on the cake, which added immense value to our entire dining experience. <br/>We thoroughly relished our lunch here, and would love to visit this restaurant again! Thanks for such a great service and food.

The BEST Dinner Buffet in Delhi NCR. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you very very much. Best Best Wishes. Big Big Smiles. Great Service. Fabulous Fabulous Food. Thank you very much again.

Great food with amazing ambience. Perfect place for a good stay and some delicious food. Their servers are attentive and the chefs are also cooperative. They try and make the live counter stuff as per your choice. <br/>Must compliment their sushi🍣, even the veg ones were great to taste. Their Indian snacks especially chicken Tikka is amazing and fresh. <br/>I loved the marshmallows, they were soft and fresh along with a wonderful lemon tart and red velvet cake🍰... Yummilicious food along with great ambience.

We went with a group of around 20 people, mostly vegetarians.<br/>We went with some expectations, but food was worse.<br/><br/>Starters: There were 2 starters: baby corn, and paneer tikka.<br/>Paneer tikka was nowehere near to tikka, and paneer didn't seem to be fresh.<br/><br/>Salads: Nothing good, except for cucumber salad and raw onions, tomato, etc.<br/><br/>They had pasta and pizzas. Pizza were good, but on the other hand, their red sauce pasta was worse.<br/>White sauce pasta was average.<br/><br/>Main course: Just 3-4 options, rated below to average.<br/>Their thai food was still good, but their Jasmine rice was nowhere close to Jasmine rice.<br/><br/>Desserts: They had good variety of desserts. I would rate desserts good.<br/><br/>My ratings:<br/>Starters: 1/5<br/>Salad: 1/5<br/>Italian: 3/5<br/>Main Course (Indian) : 2/5<br/>Thai : 3.5/5<br/>Desserts : 4/5<br/><br/>Overall: Not worth of money. You can get better deals lot other places apart from here.

Just go for their Sunday brunch!!! Crazy variety of dishes and desserts. Had their been more options in the vegetarian menu, it would have been a cherry on the cake.
Abhishek
Went on dinner buffet at latest recipe. The restaurant is located at hotel lobby. My first impression wasn’t as expected. Place was noisy and crowded. Its not place where you can enjoy your buffet. Service is really poor. Drinks took lot of time. Even the starters and bread which were ordered on counter were placed on table after at-least 3 followups. Just 2 starters options in veg and non veg. Main course in regular but without dal makhni. Taste was not the best and even quality of food was not good as I had bit stomach upset later. The only thing i like was dessert variety especially cheese cake..

I recently visited Latest Recipe in Le Meridien, Gurgaon to try out their new Korean food menu. It was a good experience, some dishes really got my taste buds moving while a few were quite disappointing, like the Japchae (glass noodles). I had their wood fired chicken pizza which I really liked. Their Indian food was just like any other place’s regular Indian, not too great. They served a good variety of salads and some very yummy desserts!
Reema Batra
What an amazing place. I had visited this place for lunch. The staff is courteous. They have a huge variety in their buffet lunch. One can get tired of tasting the food but it will not end. From head to toe from their soups to starters to main course to sweet dish everything is just too good. As it's a saying k - pet bhar gaya par mann nhi bhara... That was our case. Food is simply too good. One must try everything. Superb place.. Awesome food.

Absolutely enjoyed ourselves! The food is amazing, the service is great. It's a must visit for everyone who is a foodie! It's a lovely place for an evening out to spend some quality time with friends and family.

Great ambience, wonderful service and courteous staff that I liked the most about this place. I had a lunch buffet and they serve a really large spread. Food was usual and good. Tasted good, everything was fresh and nicely cooked. You have western and indian all options available. Salads, breads, starters, chinese, italian, indian main course, desserts, drinks etc etc. Is all that was available so it was a nice choice of place for my lunch with family.
Pankaj Tripathi
Been there for quick lunch with my friend who has recently visited India from France. We ordered for Pasta in white Sauce and vegetable noodles. To be honest the food was outstanding and so as service. I would definitely like to come back to savor their offerings . Thanks and keep it up.<br/><br/>Regards<br/>Pankaj

Besides living upto brand reputation this resturant stands apart in staff and service. Very courteous and caring. Food quality is good and ambience is classy. Worth spending special time
Sachet Duggal
<br/>Typical give star restaurant with a menu that keeps incorporating seasonal elements to provide a memorable experience. <br/>I like their buffets which are lavish and multi cuisine. <br/>The recent Monsoon Menu here was quite delicious and authentic with a taste of the streets and rustic flavours. Prices are decent, not very high.

the serving was good but still they have to work on their menu some of the dishes are not mansion but still they are getting served , else food was so amazing .

it has a Beautiful ambiance and food was just average, nothing special, tried the Paneer tikkas which were good. loved the Indian food. service was overall average :)

Went there at night for a snack and coffee. Good service and very good black coffee. I tad bit expensive though. Of course, a premium hotel like that is giving you the ambience and has it's inherent running costs but still I thought it was more expensive than it could be. Great location.

Ambience n decor is good ..been to " latest recipe" service is slow n nobody is really concerned abt the guest even though it was Tuesday dinner .. regarding food if chef misses out basic ingredients of the dish then dish is no more authentic ,eat at home why put hole in pocket , if chef puts overly loaded salt in dish n he doesn't taste it before serving then it is good for trash thts wot exactly has been done ..<br/> it was our wedding aniversary even after asking the occasion nobody really was courteous . Either dont ask or if u reserve booking by occasion then show some courtesy.<br/><br/>-  beetroot tikki is good for veg option n <br/>-- hydrabadi tala mutton for non vegetarian,<br/>  - khau sey is big disappointment ,<br/>- wok fried fish overly salted,<br/>-  prawn n egg fried rice was good ..<br/><br/>tall glass of beer is very satisfying. .<br/><br/> Dessert menu has nothing to pull u for sweet after meal.<br/>experience n service not too impressed.<br/><br/>Food 3.5/5<br/>Service 3.5/5<br/>Ambience 4/5<br/>

Sunday made HAPPY!!! <br/><br/>After recommendations from Sachin n RajeevJi decided to try out "Latest Recipe" at Le Meridien for breakfast buffet. <br/>The coffee shop indeed has a pleasant ambience and seating is quite comfortable, however the same can't be said about the air conditioning which I might give a benefit of doubt owing to the fact that yesterday was the hottest day for the season so far😉 <br/><br/>The buffet spread was lavish and beautifully laid out in my favourite legendary world renowned French cookware Le Creuset❤️<br/>The bakery section had a nice assortment of breads, croissants, danish, cakes but what was outstanding was the cinnamon rolls. <br/>From the Indian options there was live dosa n uttapams, paranthas- Broccoli, Paneer and mushroom, certainly exotic sounding, Broccoli tasted nice. Besides there was Poori bhaji, Pav bhaji, idli, vada, masala Upma(podi Upma) accompanied by usuals. <br/>The egg, waffle, pancake station churned out great stuff. One dish I would highly recommend was Steamed egg with asparagus❤️ loved it totally. <br/>Cheese section was disappointing so were the stir fry n noodles very very sad, brioche burger station was quite interesting. <br/>Rest the usual salads, yoghurts, sprouts, etc were available. <br/>Vanilla milkshake n cold coffee were quite good. Didn't try the juices and fruits but they looked fresh n nice. <br/><br/>₹950/- + taxes was all worth it! <br/>If you have Gourmet Passport app you get 1+1 deal<br/>Kids are good with ₹495/- +taxes

If you are looking for a place which has good food and radiant ambiance, then this is the place. This restaurant gets all natural light and it makes the ambiance more bright and beautiful. It was my friend’s Birthday, so I decided to make it more special for her and took her to Latest Recipe. The staff is courteous and service was good.<br/><br/>Now coming to the food, we had fresh fruit juice, Murgh tikka, Bater e Khaas and Pepperoni Pizza. The food was really good and you won’t find Bater easily on a restaurant menu, so we decided to give it a try. It was cooked to perfection, but it’s a full bird so you won’t be able to eat it with fork and knife.. As it was just 2 of us, so I asked for a pastry instead of a cake to celebrate the birthday. The pastry was amazing, just perfect combination of coffee and chocolate, which she wanted. But I am highly disappointed with one thing, that is they even charged me for the pastry (which most restaurant give complimentary, when you are celebrating someone Birthday) and this is the reason for deducting 1 point from the rating (I would have given them 4.5).. And now I know for sure that this is not the place to celebrate someone birthday, as they don’t put any efforts to make your day special. . :(

Everything I've tried there is yummy. For lunch I especially like the chicken pot pie, the wraps, homemade soups always hit the spot, and this delicious chicken Asian salad. Of course you can't walk out without something sweet. This is the part that's hard to decide!

The Latest Recipe in Gurugram is true to its global reputation for killer food and service, Le Meridien does know how to select and train its staff; at The Latest Recipe, the hotel chain has done it very well again with a relaxed but highly attentive waitstaff . I asked the chef to pleasantly surprise me with spaghetti, arugula, and baked salmon--and he did. The salad bar is worth visiting over and over again. For a city that loves to dine out, The Latest Recipe is a delicious diversion.

While most of my long weekends have been spent on some hill station in Uttarakhand, I somehow couldnt get an opportunity to taste the authentic delicacies of this region. Probably because the places that I have visited in Uttarakhand, have become so commercialised, that the regional cuisine has taken a back seat and North Indian and Italian food has happily replaced it.
Karan Marwah
The lamb dish in the following picture is called Bhutwa (an assortment of Lamb organs like Stomach, liver, etc. in a slow cooked simmering gravy) and it comes all the way from the mountains of Uttarakhand in India. Chef Manoj Rawat (the Executive Sous Chef) hosted (a few weeks back) the Uttarakhand Food Festival at his restaurant, Latest Recipe in Le Meridien Gurgaon.
Gaurav Wasan
I am blessed to be born in a country with so much diverse culture where people from different regions speak different languages, share different religions, architecture and of course different food. I love travelling and exploring food of different regions across India. I have tasted food from major parts of the country and Uttarakhand seems to be one of my favourites till now. It's because the food is prepared with simple ingredients and is still very flavourful. Like Chef Manoj Rawat from Le Meriden says you can count the spices that are used in major dishes of Uttarakhand food. The one thing that is unique about this cuisine is the fact that they are mostly cooked over burning wood or charcoal, which bestows them with additional nutritional qualities. This is one characteristic that clearly demarcates the food item of Uttarakhand from the rest of the country.<br/><br/>So on a very hot afternoon I planned to gorge on of my favourite cuisines after hearing that Uttarakhand festival was being hosted at Le Meriden, Gurgaon and that they have got all the ingredients from the Dev bhoomi as it is called. We were welcomed by one of my favourite drinks and a very popular drink amongst the locals in Uttarakhand, Buransh drink which is made from Rhodedendron flower and is super sweet. The best part about this is that it cools you down and you can go on and on drinking this.<br/><br/>Starters:<br/><br/>The starters included Dal pakoda which is a split black gram fritter, Daud- A horse gram lentil pooris and Macchon Ka pakwada which is a fried river cat fish and all these are served with some mouth watering chutneys which goes really well with these. The chutneys included Bhangulu which as the name suggest is made with grounded hemp seeds and is mixed with chilli, lemon and cumin, Til chutney was made using sesame seeds, garlic, green chillies and mint and then there was tamatar and dhaniye ki chutney too. The starters and chutneys complimented each other really well and was a treat for the taste buds.<br/><br/>Mains:<br/><br/>Moving on to try the main course, we were served Shikar which is a roasted lamb curry, Bhutwa-This recipe is very common in Uttrakhand and the meat lovers love this one, Kukadda shurra-Village chicken curry, Kandali bhujji-Kandali is also called nettle leaves and the moment you touch the itching won't stop but the chef with all his experience created a dish out of this and I have to admit this I absolutely loved this, Jakhiya paneer-wild mustard tempered cottage cheese, Phaanu-minced gahat lentil simmered with onion tomato, Jhungaru-plain barnyard boiled millet, bhaddu dal-this is one of my favourite dals in the world and my colleague keeps treating me with this once a week and I loved the way chef prepared this, mandua roti-another very favourite bread amongst the locals, this is made with buckwheat flour and yes don't forget to add lots of ghee when you dig into this and last dish on the menu was Mungari roti which is a maize bread which is made using juicy corns, maize flour, onions, salt and chillies.<br/><br/>Sweets:<br/><br/>I have to admit this fact that this not being my favourite section made me fall in love with it. I always pull myself away from sweets but Chef Rawat is truly a master in this. And trust the mear mention of Bal Mithai (khoya fudge coated with sugar balls) and Singori (khoya with coconut and cardamom wrapped in malu leaves) leaves my mouth watered. The rest of the sweets on the menu were Til Laddoo-gram flour, jaggery and til and Mithu bhath which is a combination of jaggery and rice pudding. <br/><br/>Don't go here with an expectation of a fancy meal but a meal which will make you feel at home and you can relish this all at just Rs 1999/- + taxes. The festival is on from 19th April 2017 to 30th April 2017 and this meal is only available from 7 pm to midnight.<br/><br/>Happy eating :)

We have never been to a place like this where we couldn't find a single dish worth appreciating in the buffets. All the dishes totally lacked flavors. And the variety was already less and not tempting enough. Most of the dishes were being served absolutely cold. Level of service was just not upto mark. These guys need a lesson in cooking for sure.

We ushered in this spring with the Sunday Brunch at Latest Recipe by Le Meridien, Gurgaon. The wonderful live singing and the sunlight swept interiors made for a very relaxed setting. Salads – cold cuts – sushi to popular main course choices and big dessert counter, the lunch had it all. Read on for detailed review...

Pullman converted into Lee Meridian feels much better.<br/><br/>There soup is amazing and must try. It was a clear soup with vegetables, which they prepare for you live, i had never had such a great soup before.<br/><br/>Limited on appetizer, and buffet did not include drink. However food was really tasty. They have north indian, continental, and asian in buffet. Desserts were nice and special mention of cold stone ice cream, reminded me of Bangalore/Hyderabad.<br/><br/>One feedback- when we entered, someone escorted us to out table and then they just left us. Usually it is a nice gesture and then someone guide us towards the buffet and explain what is there and all. We were wondering in our own. Attendants were not really attentive.
Ruchir Mehndiratta
Beautiful ambience with soft music in the background. Very polite staff and great service. The dinner buffet was decently priced and had huge variety. Highly recommended in their marble live ice cream!

I have visited Latest Recipe twice now and both times the experience has been great! We tried both buffet and a la carte and while my personal preference is always a la carte ( portion control!), my family thoroughly enjoyed the buffet too! In a la carte I tried the artichoke ravioli and the Mediterranean pinchos on couscous - both were light, flavorful and excellent meals in themselves.<br/>My only reason for not giving them a 5 is service. It's painfully slow and occasionally sloppy. We ordered a no spice dal for our toddler which came after a lot of delay and loaded with spices. We asked for it to be cancelled since it was getting late by then but it was still charged to us and we asked for it to be removed. They normally have large groups for dinner and get quite busy , we noticed that no-one was topping up drinking water in a timely manner and again we had to ask for this to be done. I hope they hire more staff to help out as on all other counts this is a great spot and definitely on our list of return visits.<br/>

Great place. Spacious and the buffets offer you a lot of choice. The staff is very courteous, and the service is quick if you order ala carte. <br/><br/>Enough parking space if you want to park on your own; else the valet is quick and reliable. <br/><br/>Must go if you want to a place to become one of your regular meeting places. <br/><br/>PS - Sunday brunch buffet is a must try.

Visited with family while I was staying at the property. The manager and staff was courteous as it's expected from a 5⭐️ property. The spread - Japanese, continental, Italian, Indian was grand and amazing. Deserts were also fresh and delectable. <br/>Apart from issues with table bookings and using membership coupans, the experience was really great.

I had gone there for lunch buffet through dineout booking and it costed approximately 1300 per head. The buffet was a good spread of Japanese, Chinese, Italian and Indian. There were live counters which gave us the food of our taste. There were a variety of desert options too. The ambience and service was decent too. It was worth it.

This is the best place in town to have a fantastic dinner buffet with family or your partner. The spread is huge and so are the flavors. The ambiance is awesome and they have got a really great variety of dishes every night. Do check with the Chef for some awesome Mutton Nihari!

Buffet spread is good<br/>Food is okay<br/>Service is very good<br/>The desserts are yum<br/>Somehow u feel that the spread and flavours can go up and definitely need to add more live stations

Went here for the Sunday brunch. The buffet had a lot of variety spanning multiple cuisines. The sushi was a standout as were the variety of the salads which were accompanied by an excellent selection of cheese. The wood oven pizzas were good but could do with a bit more selection of toppings. The continental fair had a decent selection. The Indian section though lacked in taste. We tried the Paneer tikkas and the hara bhara kababs both of which were quite bland and dry.  The desserts were okay nothing spectacular. All in all a decent option for a Sunday brunch.

I had dinner and breakfast buffet here and every single item was deliciousThe buffet spread had a lot of variety.Staff was very good and all the dishes was presented well.Good starters with tasty main course and delicious deserts.Live counters or say action counters was the USP of both the buffets.

Great value if using the Gourmet Passport App! Loved the Indian while the Italian was average. Nice touch of fruit infused water & overall good experience:)<br/>Service was a bit slower than one would expect!

Been there many times but never got chance to review them..i went with my family to dine in there coffee shop and had buffet, i loved there starters specially fried crumb fish with tarter sauce and there labenese sallad with pitta bread..in main course i loved there rogan josh which was not spicy and was not mild too..perfectly blended with all spices..loved there dal makhani which i had with assorted breads and finished with there lovely desserts gulab jamun along with icecream..#perfectfamilydinner

Personally i am a big fan of Sunday brunches, but wasnt too excited about this one because i always associate Le meridien with the tiny 24X7 outlet at the delhi one, so imagine my excitement when we entered the gurgaon property which is airy and spacious and very different from its delhi counterpart. the restaurant itself was bustling, a clear indication of the amazing job there Chefs and F&B personnel are doing.<br/>Their Sunday brunch is huge... the offering vary from japanese to dimsum to thai, then there are lovely salads and cheeses, pizza and pasta section, continental offerings, south indian and then indian... thats a lot for one poor stomach.... A good assortment of dishes in each cuisine paired with nice live counters.<br/>Everything that we had was really good... personally it was the best buffet sushi ive had, it was fresh and laden with tuna and crab and salmon. <br/>Special mention for the mutton stew and appams... i think only ITC does better appams than them....<br/>A meal at this restaurant was an absolute delight and a true indulgence and looking  forward to coming again to try their A la carte menu next time.

Core perfection is what can describe the place best..your taste buds are gonna have a gala time here..say it dinner or breakfast..the vast spread and taste is mesmerizing...just in the dinner buffet the service at the live counters were lacking..a -0.5 for that..and again it adds in the list of places which rocked ma world😀

When you walk into a cult like Le Meridien, you naturally expect nothing below perfection and penache for it is an industry name to reckon with in terms of hospitality, food and service.<br/>Latest Recipe is no exception with grand connotations attached to its name.<br/>Sprawled across a huge space with separate dining sections, live kitchen and a humongous bar, the restaurant is pretty much your regular five star property space with chic interiors and an over all sophisticated vibe.<br/>I happened to visit during dinner hours and tried their buffet which was rather elaborate and surprisingly delicious. I say surprisingly because i am usually disappointed by the buffet spreads in most five star hotels!<br/><br/>A large variety of asian, japanese, italian, Indian and continental spread with live grills and live dessert section greeted me as i feasted my eyes on the royal treat that was laid ahead of me.<br/>The Prawn Tempura Sushi was certainly the highlight of my meal with most refined assembly and crunch balanced with the right amount of creaminess and bite! Delicious to the core.<br/>I personally loved the Asian spread more than anything because it happens to be my favourite cuisine and a one that was executed and prepared well with some great choices to pick from.<br/><br/>The live Grill section satisfied the carnivore in me with some beautiful grilled chicken and fish made in light seasoning and served with light summer salad that translated to the perfect protein meal for my fellow diner.<br/><br/>Global cuisine is well incorporated into the buffet to ensure there is something to cater to every palate!<br/>Desserts weren't the best element of the buffet but in a way i was glad because i was thoroughly stuffed with the overflow of savouries that i greedily devoured earlier!

Welcome to Le Meridien. :) This property was renamed to Le Meridien. Earlier this property belonged to Pullman. I heard a lot of the lavish buffet at Pullman & how foodies from Gurgaon loved it. One fine day I was here to see the property & found it absolutely serene & beautiful. What's works for me is the location which is away from hustle bustle of the city.<br/><br/>Latest Recipe is their Coffee Shop & the only place in the property specializing in Multi Cuisines. Their buffet spread is decent. The variety ranges from Indian to Italian. The ambiance is perfect for quiet family dinner or having conversations.<br/><br/>FIRST IMPRESSION<br/><br/>The place is well laid out with comfortable seating. Grab a table by the window to enjoy a nice view during the day time. Plus, their a private dining area for 15-20 people available to accommodate larger groups or families. The staff greets you at the entrance of the place. They have recently started with the display of desserts right at the entrance offering sinful chocolate eclairs, yummy pastries & more. As you move on, there's the entire buffet layout. The spacious layout of the place makes it look less congested. Air-conditioning is apt for a comfortable evening.<br/><br/>FOOD<br/><br/>You may find dinner buffet offering limited variety of dishes. There's a SALAD SECTION. SUSHI COUNTER, FRESH CLAY OVEN BAKED PIZZA & PASTA COUNTER, SOUP SECTION, PAN ASIAN STARTERS SECTION & MAIN COURSE layout at the other end of the place.<br/><br/>You can begin your culinary journey by having some refreshing fruit infused water which comes in 2 flavours - Apple & Lime and Musk Melon. Just adjacent to that is the BREAD SECTION. After indulging in some refreshing sips of fruit infused water I moved onto SOUP.<br/><br/>There's a choice of VEG/NON-VEG where they offer a great variety of veggies, shitake mushrooms, fungus, your choice of meat including chicken & prawn & noodles. Once you select the combination of veggies, meat & noodles (optional), they mix it in steaming of vegetable or non-veg broth. Once done, you can add additional toppings like spring onions, friend onions, burnt garlic & more. The overall preparation is simply fantastic. The flavours were subtle & soothing. The shitake mushrooms & fungus took the taste of the soup to another level. <br/><br/>BREAD section the small buns that were served were absolutely soft & warm. This is extremely rare even at a 5 Star property. Kudos to the team.<br/> <br/>SALAD section turned out to be slightly boring considering the limited no. of options. I enjoyed my hummus & pita. :)<br/><br/>PIZZA & PASTA section offered freshly made in-house pasta in sauce of your choice & thin crust pizza made in clay oven. I tried the hall and half pizza with assorted veggies & chicken toppings. The pizza was well cooked. The crust was enjoyable. The topping of chicken & cheese was delectable. On the other hand, the veggie side of the pizza had an overload of zucchini slices which could be reduced.<br/><br/>STARTERS section keeps changing from day to day. I tried the FISH TIKKA, PANEER TIKKA & TANDOORI CHICKEN LEGS. FISH TIKKA was cooked to perfection. The fish was nice & flaky. The marination was not overpowering & complemented the overall recipe. PANEER TIKKA was soft & succulent though the marination was slightly bland for my palate. TANDOORI CHICKEN LEGS were again a highlight here. The chicken was cooked really well & had an enjoyable smoky flavour.  Full marks for the proper marination as well.<br/><br/>MAIN COURSE is mainly an assortment of dishes mainly focusing on North Indian & other regional cuisines. The complementing breads including the Roomali roti was nice & fresh. <br/><br/>DESSERTS section offers a great variety from assorted ice-creams to hot gulab jamuns. There's a lot of mouuse, pastries & pudding. My personal favourite was the PHIRNI, TRIO OF CHOCOLATE & heavenly TIRAMISU.<br/><br/>SERVICE<br/>Lucky, the assistant manager & his team at Latest Recipe takes good care to give you a personalized service.<br/><br/>SCOPE FOR IMPROVEMENT<br/>The serving round dishes which they use in MAIN COURSE section looks dated & the lid is heavy too.  It was quite a task to carefully open the lid as I feared that it might fall off. Being a 5 Star property, I expect them to maintain the same standards in serving dishes as they've kept in their food. <br/><br/>Overall, it's a serene property offering delicious food & warm service. I'll be back soon!

Le Meridian is the name to reckon with. It is one of the first few names that pop up in my head when I have fine dining in my mind. So, when I had an opportunity to break bread (literally) one fine morning for breakfast, I promptly ended up in Latest Recipe. My earlier experiences with the restaurant was nothing less than a delight and so the expectations were sky high. And I wasn't disappointed. If you are looking for a fine breakfast at leisure and getting pampered, most certainly give Latest Recipe a shot. But mind you ... this is a 5-star and it has its own quirks to go with. Right then, I will get to the point. The spread is lovely and huge. It covers standard nort Indian, which includes parathas, poori sabzi and the likes; south Indian - dosas, vada, idli, upma, utthapam; chinese - noodles, dumplings, and the likes; continental - all that you can think about; live counters for eggs; cold cut counters; desserts; bread counter; and what not. I don't think that there is anything that you will like for breakfast that you will not find in the buffet spread. Point is options are plenty. Right! So what about the taste? Yep, that too is good. But one thing that I found slightly off the mark was the bacon and hash browns. They were cold and kind of hard to chew. But it could be becuase of the fact that we ended up 30 minutes to spare before breakfast was closed for thge day and the stuff may not have being replaced. That was a bummer. And finally, food set aside ... ambience - awesome; staff - awesome; cost - holy crap!!! Two PAX for breakfast = 2500 bucks all inclusive. But then, you are in Le Meridian and it will be heavy. So no complaints.

Saturday lunch, with a toddler led us to eat here! It's bright with lovely views of the metro trains and lush greenery! Very child friendly!<br/><br/>The buffet spread was decent, surprisingly better than what we expected. The staff and service was spot on!<br/><br/>Special mention: Dal halwa, peach tart! I visited Latest recipe yesterday to try their Sunday brunch with high hopes since I loved the buffet lunch which I once had when this hotel was Pullman<br/><br/>We were impressed by the spread, they had a live sushi counter, dimsums, live pasta and pizza, stone ice cream, indian, chinese, a bit of coastal including appams, lebanese, breads and danish station <br/><br/>I will first start with what I liked, I loved their lebanese counter especially the hummus, baba ganoush and lebneh. Their Lebanese mains including the spinach soup, tagine and bata hara were delicious! <br/><br/>The Italian section was decent, not too good not too bad<br/><br/>The Chinese section included a live noodles and rice counter, the chef made delicious rice! But my complain here was that he did not agree to put all veggies in my fried rice :-\ which i just did not understand, he said it won't taste nice. But being a chef and a foodie myself I failed to understand what the big deal was in putting 5 types of vegetables in fried rice. <br/>Other than that I was very disappointed to see no tofu in any dish in the Chinese and thai section. <br/><br/>The sushi needed alot of improvement infact I think this was the worst sushi I have ever eaten, the rice tasted odd and old, the crunchy part on top was very soggy and tasted stale too. <br/><br/>The dimsum filling was nice but they were over done to the point that they were gooey<br/><br/>The Indian section was decent, the veg stew was delicious! The appam tasted ok, but looked like it was made by some one who dsnt know how to cook, very shapeless, not round, not katori shaped<br/><br/>The paratha section was surprisingly nice, well filled tasty parathas. <br/><br/>The breads, muffins and dessert section was delightful!<br/><br/>Overall the sunday brunch failed to impress me, since at the same price I have had sunday brunches which are much better in terms of taste and variety! I was also a bit off knowing just now (reading another review) that non alcoholic drinks/mocktails were included in the buffet, no one informed us about that.

Nice ambience, obviously. The food was also good though service was slow but staff was courteous and polite. We tried Indian, Asian along with kids menu, tasty food. There is small drawing area to keep the kids busy, which by the way was very helpful. Nice place to visit, not very expensive, should try once.

This is my first review for this place though I have been here several times in last 2 years . I am a member of this property and have availed certain vouchers for buffet and a-la-carte at this property. This place has very good staff and amazing spread of the buffet . I personally love their fresh clay oven pizzas and sushi. Belgian dark chocolate ice cream is a must after the delicious buffet. Not to forget the always smiling staff and their great service.

Being almost the first building in Gurgaon, while coming from Delhi on the MG Road, the Latest Recipe at the Le Meridien, has become my favorite place to hold business meeting, over coffee and snacks, with clients in Gurgaon. The parking is not an issue and it takes at least half an hour less to get there - compared to food hubs like the Sector 29 and Cyber Hub.<br/><br/>And now with them using the world famous 'Illy' coffee, it has become even better. On occasions when I've had to have lunch meetings, I've been surprised by the sheer variety their buffet lunch has - both in cuisines and in the number of dishes.

Went their to celebrate my wife's birthday. Want to order al- carte but chose the buffet as it looked great! The food was vide spread! Really nice ambience with courteous staff. Since i m a vegetarian so options were a bit less as compared to the non veg section! The clear soup was great. Snacks were also nice! The grilled fish which my wife had stole the show! Also the lamb chops looked tempting. Good variety with chinese, a bit of japanese, continental, mughlai. Will definately visit again.

Amazingly Good Food ,we asked Chef Bhawnish and Gaurav to prepare some nice fruits salad with all Western cheese mix with Orange juice and then a Tofu dish which my wife told to them and it was very nice.<br/><br/>Chef listened to our requirements and prepared accordingly very tastefully.

After a long due work, i went wiyh my friends to take a dip at the scrumptious breakfast buffet on a sunday morning and boy it was heavenly. The magnificent entrance with the glass walls and the coozy-welcoming ambience with the gateway of gasmic food is sure a ride to be taken. Thhere is a plethora of palate savoury items that it makes you drool even more. From the cold cuts- perfectly seasoned, to the bacon and the lamb sausages pie, the crab omelette, the sushi everything was just outstanding. While writing these, my mouth churns with water, thats how delicious it was. <br/>The muffins and the morning bakery was at the point but To my point of critique were the waffles. Very average or rather saying not worth trying. <br/><br/>Apart from this, everything is worth a shot for a gala time in the morning. Thumbs up👍🏻

Located right at the border of Delhi and Gurgaon on MG Road is this lovely place. Earlier it used to be hotel Pullam but few years back changed to Le Meridian. Quite honestly no major change that I have seen be it quality or service. So we went for a breakfast feast and came back more than impressed. Over last few years one thing that has gone down with most of the old hotels in Gurgaon is their food quality but not in here. They had everything you I mean almost you would think of and it was delicious. Service was prompt and happily willing to customise food basis your need. A must visit place, I'll visit you again soon.

Review: Latest Recipe, Le Meridien, Gurgaon<br/>I wanted my team to have a good food experience and so I decided to arrange the team dinner at the Latest Recipe restaurant in Le Meridien. I have read many praises about the restaurant and it lived every bit up to its quality and service.<br/>We were a group of 5 with different palate and taste buds. While some loved continental, others liked either Thai or Indian. The restaurant catered to all our tastebuds.<br/>We started with appetisers like Kaffir Jhinga, Tandoori murg, Lahsooni murg tikka, lamb burra and methi machhi tikka. The jhinga at first had too much salt and when I told the server, he immediately changed the dish. The other starters were sumptuous. As main course, I ordered Pan fried fish of the day while my team mates ordered gosht nihari, fried rice, panir lababdar, dal makhni, sticky rice and thai yellow curry and naan. All of them lived up to our expectations, esp the gosht nihari. Though I felt that the panir was a bit ordinary in taste and nothing much to rave about. After so much food we didn't have the heart(or the stomach!) to order desserts but just to have a taste of the sweet dish we ordered creme brulee that was delicious- a nicely caramelized top with oodles of soft creamy texture beneath.<br/>To wash all these down, we chose cocktails like Geisha highball, champagne cobbler and mocktails like LLB, OJ sunshine and Pineapple Seduction. I must say I was highly impressed with the Geisha highball which is a concoction of lemon vodka, green tea, sugar syrup and a twist of lime.<br/>In short, the food experience was a good one. Nice ambience, spacious sitting arrangements, good decor and soft music created the right mood to enjoy the food. The chef Gaurav Anand came personally to enquire about the food and I had a good talk with him about food and related stuff. <br/>Service is a bit slow though but the attentiveness of the hotel staffs was commendable. The food is of course on the pricier side, but once in a while it is worth to indulge in quality food.<br/>

UPDATE : My recent visits to Latest Recipe have been extremely pleasant. Thus, the increase in rating from 3.5 to 4.0. <br/><br/>As you enter the restaurant the first thing that captures the eye, is a beautiful sculpture called ‘The Flying Man’ by Arjit Sen. The restaurant is filled with such intriguing artwork, that accentuate the clean, simplistic and refined interiors. The servers are courteous and quick. I saw one of the chefs from the live counters helping someone select dishes as his hand was injured. Such gestures mark the difference between good and exorbitant service.

One of the finest world cuisine in Gurgaon with such innovative dishes that shall blow your mind! <br/>For veggie lovers, the buffet that they offer is extremely extensive. The chef has expertised in every corner of the Globe to give the patrons of this place a meal worth remembering! From the continental section to the Indian section to the dessert counters to the Italian section to the Lice Stations - everything is really good here and is visually very appealing! I would certainly give a high recommendation to try out this place! 👍

I had dropped in for a quick bite with my father late at night and indeed it was a memorable experience. Be it the commendable service of the staff, the beauty of the well designed modern looking restaurant or the lip smacking food it was all wonderful. The staff was courteous and warm welcoming towards every guest we noticed and a special mention to Lucky, Sumit and Naveen for the impeccable service. We ordered a soup and pan fried fish both the dishes were done very well especially the fish it had the perfect blend of flavours. Over all the presentation of the food was immaculate. In a nutshell Latest Recipe is in itself an experience to be at and definitely worth a visit !!

Stayed here for 20 days and there was not an item on the menu that I did not taste. The buffet spreads are absolutely enormous and delicious. The staff is indeed very friendly. Though there was no dearth of delicious items I specially want to mention the Dal Makhani served here which is something out of this world. Desserts are specially a treat here be the panna cotta or the tiramisu you can't just stop at one. Stone cold ice cream served is lip smacking and every night the waiter used to concoct a special dessert. A wonderful stay backed by the most magnificent dining experience.

World cuisine on the flow... Here is the ocean of that stream. One of the finest and extremely innovative world cuisine with such aberrant dishes to blow your mind, everything is right here. The chef has expertised in almost every corner of the globe to give the patrons of this venue a meal worth remembering and to make them inclined to be persistent visitors like me from now on.<br/><br/>For veg lovers this place and the buffet they offer is so extensive that one can almost faibt and then again get up from eating and can eat again ... Vut even if the person faint it will ve due to the amazing taste and quality of the food, coz even if its so extensive and expressive its very delicious and above all economical and presentably delectable.<br/><br/>You have the continental section the Indian section the dessert section the live stations, everythng is on few steps and ergonomically very appealing.<br/><br/>I cant stop bragging and craving for more and more about the venue. Simply superb.<br/><br/>Loved it.:-)) :-)) :-)) :-)) :-)) :-)) :-)) :-)) :-))<br/><br/>

We chose Le Meridian for a special day assuming it would live up to the five star standards of food and service.<br/><br/>Unfortunately the experience was pathetic. The staff is ‘poor’; the hospitality is ‘poor’.<br/><br/>They serve only buffet for lunches which definitely costs you good. However, they fail to justify the cost you pay for their food and services.<br/><br/>The buffet is lavishly spread in the dining area with no signs of what is being served where. Staff is highly ignorant. Nobody would assist you with the kinds of food they are serving and where you can head for various cuisines - starter, main course or dessert.<br/><br/>The hospitality disappoints not only the guests but does injustice to the chef preparation as well.<br/><br/>Highly disappointed!

I was there at Le Meridien Gurgaon to attend a food festival going on in their restaurant, Latest Recipe by the name of "Shahjahanabad Classics" which was specially curated by Mr. JALALI and his family. My expectations were really high from this festival as he was presenting the classic dishes from the lanes of Old Delhi.<br/> The timing of the lunch buffet which I was told was from 1 pm till 4 pm, So I was there at 3 sharp. There was a lovely spread displayed having a touch of class and elegance. My hunger was multiplied so without any delay I started with the starters where they were lying cold on the counters, so I asked the chef to prepare them hot but don't know he was waiting for what. Infact Osama Sir himself came and said that they won't taste good if not had immediately after it is being prepared. Anyways as it had already spoiled the beginning I thought of then going straight to the main course. Unfortunately again a point of disappointment came as some of the containers were not filled with the food and some of them were not warm at all because of which the flavors were struggling hard to treat my taste buds. It really pissed me off when I found the servers going in hunky dori style without attending the complaints which were put forward in front of them. The hospitality section was a big let down for the day, laying a pathetic impression about a star rated property. <br/>So am I going to come to this place again........?????<br/>SORRY, will have to really give it a thought, probably NO.<br/> <br/>

I have always been a die hard fan of food we get in Delhi 6. My excitement was at another level when was invited for the buffet specially crafted by 'Ammi', respected mother of well known journalist Mr. Osama Jalali. The theme of this buffet was to discover some lost recipes of Mughal era. The concept was good and very welcoming.<br/><br/>The spread looked nicely done. With brass finish chaffing dishes, placed over earthern stands. The earthen stands had the flame to keep the food warm.<br/><br/>I started to check out the buffet and choose my dishes for the lunch. Most of the starters were missing from here. The ones which there were cold and dry. I specially asked one of the servers to get me the starters. He went to get them, but didn't come back. So eventually I took whatever was available as I really wanted to taste the special dishes. Couldn't enjoy them to the fullest. I must say that the Hotel didn't do justice to the special menu. The dishes were OK to taste even when they were cold. I can guarantee that they would have tasted much better if served at right temperature.<br/>Now coming to the mains. The story was same. The picture attached shows a chaffing dish with a candles, but there is no flame. Moreover, I have had such buffets at several places. I was always served chapatis on the table, but here we had to go to the live kitchen and get it on our own. Which made the food colder. The service was unexpectedly disappointing.<br/>Overall a sad lunch, which could have been the one of the best meals ever.<br/>My suggestion to the team is that you should have the service in sync with the concept. This will definitely enable you to do justice to such events.<br/><br/>Note:- The picture having all the mains was not served to us. It was specially portioned for another group. The chef was kind enough to allow us to take a picture. We thought that this was for us and our request of hot food was accepted. We even explained the same to the PR of the hotel also. She said " SO, In a buffet you are never served food on table". Didn't have much to say after this. We just happily thanked and headed to our next destination.

This review is based on an invite for our website hmmlife.com <br/><br/>Latest recipe as the name suggests looks like a place with modern cuisine.Latest recipe promoted lost recipes of the walled city by well known journalist, now turned Blogger Osama. The recipes were made by very talented home chef Osama's MOM, who is a very nice and humble person and the same reflect in her food. Food was really nicely made and I loved it than any other place,as it had less oil and the recipes were homely than commercial. Things which I liked were the nihari and kache keeme galouti. We would have enjoyed the food more <br/><br/>BUT <br/><br/>When you go to a 5 star hotel to dine food is not the main criteria while service , hospitality and ambiance is. They FAILED BIG TIME ON THE SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY. EVEN CONSIDERING THIS WE WERE AN INVITED GUEST BY THE HOTEL AN THEY FORGET THE INDIAN TRADITION " ATHITHI DEVO BHAVA ".THE FOOD WHICH WE STARTED AT 3 PM WAS COLD IN THE BUFFET ARRANGEMENT. WE INFORMED THE WAITER AND REQUESTED HIM GET HOT FOOD IN SERVING BOWLS FOR PICTURES . HE ASSURED US AND WENT INTO THE KITCHEN AND AFTER HALF AND HOUR THERE WAS NO SIGN OF HIM. Halloween party here. Well i found it as a stop gap arrangements. They weren't really upto the mark with the decorations at all. <br/><br/>Although forget the decor the food was really good. So I think that pays for the visit

Visited this restaurant for dinner as we were staying at Le Meridien that night. Pretty mediocre with their ambience, they had a considerably huge spread for buffet. However, quality & taste-wise, the "In-room dining" food was way better than what was served here. And the super shoddy service at the restaurant de-valued the Le Meridien image instantly! You might not wanna go there for a special occasion.
FEAT VLOGS
NOTE : I AM NOT AN EXPERT IN INDIAN FOOD BUT, JUST A BLOGGER WHO LOVES TO EXPLORE FOOD. THE REVIEW BELOW IS JUST BASED ON MY FOOD EXPERIENCE OVER SHAHJAHANABAD CLASSICS FOOD FESTIVAL BUT NOT FOR THE RESTAURANT.<br/><br/>This was a very special invitation for me being a food blogger. There was a festival called as Shahjahanabad Classics going on which was organised by a food critic who turned into a chef and was now serving to the general audience as well as to some of the celebrities turned into chefs like Aditya Bal. The main focus of the festival was food cooked like generally any Old Delhi household would be doing since decades. The idea was to rewoke those traditional recipes again.<br/><br/>How To Reach?<br/>I simply took a metro and my Google Maps told me that the place is just 800 Mts. away from Guru Dronacharya Metro Station. So, I simply took a metro from my nearby locality and it took me only 25 Rupees and 1 hour to reach my destination. From there I took a sharing auto for 10 bucks and the auto brought me to the main entrance of the hotel from where I preferred my feet and walk towards the Latest Recipes.<br/><br/>Food :<br/><br/>This event has to offer a very special customised menu by the chef himself. The food made was actually according to the chef was what they used to cook at home in his early days. There were a lot of delectable kebabs & Curries that was in the menu and I was very happy to have them. As I was been insisted upon the fact that the food has more of a homely essence to it while I was tasting it, it could really feel & taste the same. The hand crafted varities of kebabs both Vegetarian and non vegetarian are good to taste but if I talk about curries I only like dal ghosht the most as the rest of it was just an average taste. What I was looking upto was the nihari but again it was not that much impressive in taste as I've been myself to Old Delhi, Dariyaganj as well as Bada Hindu Rao to some of the authentic places to have nihari as my love for nihari is crazy but really could not compare the home cooked dish with the ones who are doing it regularly since ages but still there was definitely a miss in flavours for that and some other classic dishes. Moreover I felt somewhere the kebabs were a bit more dry and was very less in the moisture. What I was unable to understand was there were two dishes in the menu namely; Kachche Keeme ki Galaouti & Kachche Keeme ki Goli. Both of them tasted exactly the same the only difference was that instead of making a cutlet for the same it was in the form of Keema balls.<br/><br/>Things that I like the most were their sheermal & Khameeri Roti which was perfect and one would love to have it as much as possible and as well to mention again their dal ghosht was a must have as the same dal is cooked at my home by my mother and the only variation was that there was chicken added to the same. I just only had one thing to add on that most of my vegetarian Co bloggers on the table had a strong feeling that the menu that was been given to us was not followed as many of the dishes were missing from the menu. As well as if I talk about the desserts at the same time I really loved Gulathi (A kind of a phirni); Shahi Tukda & Aaloo ka Zarda (A kind of aaloo ka halwa) where, Aaloo ka Zarda was like more of an experiment and the blandness of potato was still prominent and potato being starchy was still a bit over powering in the dish. Aaloo ka Zarda was something new to me but was definitely a new taste for me.<br/><br/>All in all it was a good experience and just like that you're visiting a friends house to have food. A bit more misses and less hits. I personally never judge home cooked food but as was conveyed to me by the host & the chef Mr. Osama Jalali that this was his effort to get this food and flavours commercialised so have to write about it in my review still my personal average rating would be 3.5 Stars Out of 5 Stars. Which is only for the food not the restaurant as I've never been to Latest Recipe apart from Shahjahanabad Classics Food Festival.<br/><br/>Do watch out for the full detailed review of Shahjahanabad Classics & More with the description of each dish separately on my personal Blog<br/>

I went to Le Meridien last week, it was our quaterly offsite, stayed there for two days and one night. So the food festiv began with dinner as we reached in the evening.<br/>The dinner was good but not great, started with chicken biryani having small pieces of chicken the masala was not properly mixed as I found lumps of masala seems the chef was on hurry, mutton fry was over cooked they spices got burnt, Murgh Makhan Methiwali was good well cooked with thick gravy. Desserts were less which I didn't expected special focus was mixed ice cream whereas other desserts were ignored all over I just found chocolate and strawberry blend, for beverages I just found jaljeera, aam panna, rooafza well there are more they 50 beverages in the market.<br/><br/>Breakfast:<br/>Was a mix of Indian & continental with cheese, kheer, scrambled egg, paneer pakoda, donuts, omelette, cup cakes and jelly.<br/><br/>Lunch:<br/>Had this thai chicken curry and mutton rara with butter naan, well prepared and well cooked. Desserts were the same no different with same beverages.<br/><br/>As I said I stayed there for more then a day the ambiance was awesome, nice room and room service. Rating given one the basis of service not the food.

Online food delivery has become a trend amongst people who are constantly on the move and don’t have the time to venture into to the kitchen. Most of us crave for the traditional food that have been cooked by grandmothers and the recipes have been passed down from generation to generation. Also, during our childhood when vacations meant taking a road trip with our family to a nearby hill stations, stopping at a roadside dhaba and gorging on yummy food was a major highlight of the entire trip.

Team ChicLifeByte recently visited Shahjahanabad Festival by Jalalis at Le Meridien, Gurgaon. As I gave my vehicle keys to the valet I was mesmerized to see the greenery overlooking the entrance of the hotel. I made my way to the restaurant passing through the chic white lobby and saw a big board about the festival right outside the restaurant ‘Latest Recipe’, an all day dining restaurant of the hotel. We were warmly greeted by the PR manager, Anadita and Chef Osama Jalali.  The festival had all the delicacies of Old Delhi uniquely innovated by Chef Osama Jalali himself. Here we got to relish the flavours of Purani Dilli all prepared by the Flavour-e-azam man Osama Jalali & his mom together.

So as soon as you enter you are impressed by the amazing decor. Talking about the resturant latest recipe:<br/>FOOD- 9.5/10 ( specially the dal makhni is amazing)<br/>AMBIENCE- 9/10<br/>SERVICE- 8/10<br/>VALUE FOR MONEY- 8.5/10

There is something about Old Delhi which I have found intriguing- be it the by-lanes or the culture. Old Delhi has a certain charm which will transport you into a different world altogether. I remember visiting Old Delhi during my post-graduation days where a gang of us would venture out to discover eateries which would be hidden in the by lanes of Delhi 6. These hidden gems served dishes that tasted out of this world and would give us a glimpse of the era gone by.

I was attending a business conference here.<br/><br/>The biggest advantage of this hotel is that is very much on the MG road near the Guru Dronacharya metro station (Sector 26, Gurgaon) and the surrounding area is relatively peaceful unlike most of proper Gurgaon.<br/><br/>And then is the tasty food!!!<br/><br/>As part of the business conference, we were served with a buffet and the food was awesome (am speaking only about vegetarian food since I don't eat non-veg). While the roti is smooth, the vegetarian curries served viz., Paneer Masala, Mutter Mushroom, Mixed vegetable curry & dal makhni - all of them are very tasty and each of them really are tastier than the rest.<br/><br/>Gulab Jamun is one more thing that you should taste here. Do not miss it if you get a chance to visit the place.

Super show by the team of Latest Recipe, courteous and sharp service, great food and beautiful view, exceptional experience, would suggest for a perfect dinner

Visited this with wifey for a date!! Nice place, and nice staff!! We went for a couple of drinks to start with. A beer and Bellini (champagne cocktail). The cocktail was pretty good. So much so, that we decided to go to the bar seperately to have a couple of drinks more before continuing our dinner. <br/>We came back a hour and a half later to have dinner and ordered Paneer Lababdar and Dal Makhni along with Roomali Roti, Lachha Parantha and all. I didn't expect much from the food, but the taste really exceeded my expectations. I loved it. The Dal was so rightly cooked and the breads were crisp or just the texture they should be.<br/>The manager also showed us the buffet which really seem pretty exquisite. Would definitely want to go for a buffet.Shubhi Agarwal

Zeroed in on this place for a date night with Rochak. It's a all cuisine restaurant inside Le Meridien which opened quite recently. <br/>The first thing that impressed you as you enter the hotel lobby is the decor. The figurines on the entrance and inside are quite quirky and gives a different feel to the place. <br/>The staff is very courteous as is expected of the place. As we were carrying the Gourmet Passport which offers a complementary Main course and cocktail, we had to separately go to their bar for the drinks as the offer didn't apply to drinks served in the restaurant... ;-)<br/>We checked out the dinner buffet on offer and it was really lavish and pretty much covered several cuisines. We so wished we were really hungry so that we could opt for the buffet. But then we decided to go a la carte. <br/>We ordered Paneer Lababdar and Dal Makhni along with regular breads like naan, lachha paratha and rumali roti. <br/>The dal makhni was exceptionally good and was the star of the meal. Even the paneer dish was amazing. As a five star restaurant, this place doesn't disappoint, in terms of food, service and ambiance. <br/>A pretty good experience overall . Cheers .

We decided on a ALL U CAN EAT spread .. <br/>FOOD. QUALITY . 4/5<br/>FOOD QUANTITY . not applicable ( bcos we had buffet )<br/>AMBIENCE. 4/5<br/>SERVICE . 3.5/5 <br/><br/>We started with a clear soup .. the chef at the counter was attentive enuff to my choices and expectations and quickly cooked up a clear spicy . Tangy .. yummy soup . I hated clear soups before today . U can choose to add different meat and / or veggies <br/>ORIENTAL COUNTER .. u cud choose to hv fish chicken or beef grilled to perfection. . De also had some fish in orange chilly sauce .. yummy .. <br/>INDIAN FOOD COUNTER . had plenty of options for veg and non veg .. mutton biryani was just ok ... albeit flavoursome. . It lacked the authenticity of a typical biryani .. but otherwise everything else was on da ball .. <br/>DESERTS . were unlimitef and tira misu was so good .. it cut put the italians to shame . Awesome spread .. i m definitely coming back<br/>

Beautiful hotel and entrance .... Love the entire figure decor given to all parts of the hotel starting from the main door, restaurant, lobby, corridor and floors .....<br/><br/>Ambience of this place is pretty different from most hotels as it boasts of a vast green lush porch area ( also visible from the restaurant via the see through glass)<br/><br/>Staff is friendly warm and hospitable. Most of them were smiling, defining the basics of welcoming a guest.<br/><br/>I went there to have only pan cakes and cold coffee. It came with whipped cream and maple syrup. Three small and cute pancakes were served with icing sugar on top. While the taste was very good, I prefer my pancakes to be softer. We were offered to get our order changed, but the sweet gesture made us turn the warm offer down. <br/><br/>I thoroughly enjoyed my little visit to this outstanding and unique hotel .... Will go back to try their lunch soon .... Had a look at it before leaving and for sure it was a huge spread to die for .... Will definitely be back soon ! Cheers ☺️

Sundays are reserved for brunch and relaxation. Last Sunday was all about that which included a delicious meal at Latest Recipe located at the newly revamped Le Meridian, Gurgaon.<br/><br/>A friend and I decided to try out the special Sunday brunch which had a variety of cuisines to offer. From Asian, Italian to Indian, there was something for every taste bud. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the hotel and is done up aesthetically well. The decor is minimal and classy. The ambience is warm and the servers made sure that you are comfortable and looked after well.<br/><br/>We were taken around the restaurant by Executive Chef Tanveer Singh who took us through the different live counters and explained the different cuisines to us.<br/><br/>We started off with the Veg and Non-veg Sushi. Now here's a honest confession-this was the first time I tried Sushi and it turned to be a great experiece. I had always heard that Sushi is all about personal choice and everyone doesn't really like it. Well after my experience at the Latest Recipe, Sushi has definitely found another fan. It was well made and tasted great. The dip gave it a great taste and flavour.<br/><br/>For drinks, I tried the Summer of London and absolutely enjoyed it. It was a perfect drink for a brunch and the taste wasn't over powering. It was refreshing and the amalgamation of passion fruit with gin made it a great drink.<br/><br/>Next came in the Okonomiyaki- a Japanese street food preparation and it was a treat for the taste buds. It was a pancake with a stuffing of prawns and bacon. The outer covering was crisp and the inner stuffing was soft and flavorful. It was a great experience trying out this dish.<br/><br/>The dessert spread at Latest Recipe was elaborate and one can be literally spoiled for choices. It is a heaven for those with a sweet tooth. The Vanilla Creme De Pot was yummy. Not too sweet and the balance of the textures was a treat. The raspberries were like the cherry on a cake. Do try this dessert out, you will not be disappointed.

With brand meridien you expect a lot more....<br/>Nothing great food was just fine <br/>Spaghetti was good rest all was just average....<br/>Service was very slow it took more than 30 mins for food to arrive...as restaurant was almost empty.<br/>Food 3/5<br/>Service 2.5/5<br/>Ambience 3.5/5<br/>Can give it a miss<br/><br/><br/>
Bite Me!
The ambience is the same as any luxurious 5 star hotel. Nothing different. We ordered the bhindi masala , dal tadka and the 3 egg omelette. The taste, quality, quantity and taste of the Indian dishes was good. However, the omelette was disappointing. It was bland, the quantity of mushrooms was less and obviously was not worth the money paid.<br/>The service on the other hand was really good and we were looked after very well. Kudos to the servers !

As the name suggests its got to be some thing new in the menu.. Every time around.. Masala dosa with duck khurchan and Mutton Keema Dalcha Pav is a must.. Also an absolutely fav was the mutton rara ... Burp.... Ops sorry.. It's foodies way to say thanks for the great food

BEWARE.  Have you ever been to a hotel where you cannot order what you want to?  This 16 page menu posted here is completely misleading.. I actually came back and rechecked and I think it is the old Pullman menu as it still lists 'Pullman club sandwich'.  Further, it does not say a la carte is not available at Sunday lunchtime.  For a family outing, after checking online. 9 of us went on Sunday to learn only brunch was available, no a la carte, but by then we were seated and had come from different directions.  When we asked, we were told there was no other option, as this was the only restaurant in the hotel.  Having been seated,  we really had no option and decided to eat there.  Then once we began, it was a shock to learn that the brunch was priced at Rs 3000+ pax.  Absolutely ridiculous. Even Le Meridian Delhi and Shangri-la and most other 5star hotel buffets are priced lower with excellent quality and variety and there is no match at this Le Meridian.  The ambiance and food are not 5star at all.  It was just too much.  The variety was okay.  Some dishes were good but most were extremely average.  The desert selection was way below average with gulabjamun, rajbhog, some mousses, and ice cream which were all very ordinary.  All in all ridiculously exorbitant and not a good experience.

Superb Sunday brunch. Highly recommended. Wide variety of choices available catering to the most diverse palates. My favourite was the Indian live grill.

Lavish set up, good mix of meal. Loved the taste of few items specially Mirchi ka sallan, Lemon Rice & baked fish..... Deserts were not that great but still presentation can pull you towards the counter.

I recently had dinner here with my sister and brother-in-law after attending a show at iKandy. I've to say Latest Recipe simply disappointed me. Poor service and not customer friendly at all. The food was decent, not at all extraordinary and the standards here are not maintained as a restaurant in a five star should do. I won't recommend this place to anyone ever.

LE – MERIDIAN GURGAON – IS NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY<br/><br/>AFTER SEEING A PROMOTION OF MOTHERS FREE – I DECIDED TO PLAN A LUNCH WITH SET OF FEW FRIENDS AND WE BOOKED THE TABLE FOR 10 PAX. <br/><br/>REACHED AT 12.40 AM – I WAS OFFERED TABLE RIGHT UNDER THE SUN ROOF… IN THIS HEAT IT WAS THE WORST TABLE IN THE RESTAURANT. <br/><br/>IN-SPITE OF HALF OF THE REST WAS EMPTY I WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR 15 MIN. <br/><br/>SECOND OPTION WAS JUST NEXT TO LIVE BAND – AGAIN I WAS LIKE WE ARE HERE TO MEET ARE FRIENDS TOO.. HOW WE GUYS WILL INTERACT WITH THE LOUD MUSIC, <br/><br/>LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST I WAS OFFERED BIG TABLE WHERE KIDS HAVE TO SIT WITHOUT BACKREST. <br/><br/>THE BUFFET SPREAD LOOKS YUMMY, IT HAS SO MUCH VARIETY THAT I FELT WILL COMPROMISE ON TABLE<br/><br/>CHEFS WERE AMAZING INTERACTING WITH THE GUEST, GREAT VARIETY, EXCELLENT PRESENTATION AND TASTE WAS NICE TOO <br/><br/>(SORRY COULDN’T TAKE PICT)<br/><br/>NOW COMES TO THE CATCHY WORDS MENTIONED ABOVE -- MOTHERS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE CHARGED Rs. 700 per person for the consumption of the liquor. <br/><br/>We agreed and enjoyed our meal.. I was charge Rs. 8250 for 2 ladies to have sparkling wine -- I raised my concern and the person said meal was free and liquor will be charged by glass not by per person. <br/><br/>LE-MEDIAN GURGAON - CAME UP WITH THE DEAL TO CHEAT THE CUSTOMER. --- WRONG WAY OF SELLING WHERE THEY HAD INTENTION TO MAKE MONEY.<br/><br/>My question goes to management – <br/><br/>Rs. 2400 for a meal and Rs. 3250 with liquor package… if u say a meal is free… why not liquor ? – <br/><br/>If liquor can be sold as a package with meal why you can’t make a package without meal ? <br/><br/>If I was supposed to be charged Rs. 700 per glass why the steward didn’t gave me a bottle DEAL. <br/><br/>Our glass was half filled and steward kept on pouring wine to top it.. how did they calculated--

Visited this all day dining with family twice and it was a very pleasant experience both the times. The restaurant has an eye soothing decor with white walls which gives you a crispy feeling of a neat and clean warm atmosphere. I had buffet because everything on display looked very appetising I could not resist the urge to try all of it. The food is excellent especially make your own soup counter, the salads were fresh and crunchy. One must try their pizza they are freshly baked for you with various options for veg and non veg people. Their dal makhni is really very good and goes very well with rice or tandoori Indian breads. The service is extremely courteous and the staff really makes you feel welcomed. I must thank Sunil the assistant manager who is very helpful and makes your dining out of this world experience. Only thing I missed wasl prawns, though, they have all kinds of fish but prawns were missing. I hope the management does something about it. Once again I thank the staff for taking care of me while dining.<br/><br/>

I have been going to this place for quite sometime even before when it was "PullMan". I spoke to the reception if all the restaurants are now open they just confirmed yes all of them are now functional. When I reached, out of my surprise only one was open which was multicusine coffee shop. We wanted to have Italian in there other speciality restaurant. Nonetheless, food that we have ordered have exceeded the expectation. It was great in taste. We have ordered Pesto Pizza which was fingerlicking good, Penne arabiata and this was awesome as well.<br/>Overall food was great the only problem that we have faced that the air conditioning wasn't working and with 41°C weather outside and eating expensive food in 5star hotel without AC have absolutely ruined our experience.<br/>Highly recommended for food, but do check with them if AirCon is working before you head to this restaurant.

Last night I ventured out with my family for dinner and we headed towards Meridien, Gurgaon. Being just one month old it really is a great place to be. The decor is Art inspired just like the other meridien properties. Food is great with an exhorbitant spread. Japanese cuisine is also very prominent here just like the C. P. Property. The best what I liked was the ice roasted ice cream. Surjan the steward there is a great chap and knows how to deal and help out the diners. Will be there back soon.

Late night eats? <br/><br/>Are you always looking out for that good food after a late night party in Delhi/Gurgaon? Well i have come across many places which are open, in the late hours of the night, however there is always the feeling of being short changed since either the food is stale or cold and tasteless or the service is so annoying that you just walk off.... honestly the first place which has now become my favorite since the past 2 months is Latest Recipe at LM Ggn... <br/><br/>In the last few visits after midnight we have eaten Mutton Biryani, Spaghetti Bolognaise, Dal Makhni n Tadkewaali, butter chicken, paneer, club sandwiches, the Banana and Strawberry ice cream... n well d rest i cant recollect after d alcohol at iKandy ;) .... but yes each of the above ive tasted or eaten has been piping hot and brilliant on d pallette at a 3 am! This talks volumed since even the old places like Machan or YBR or Latitude have not maintained their food quality for the after party hours....<br/><br/>I highly recommend the late night food as well as thr buffet in other times of the day... you won't be disappointed!!<br/><br/>Hats off to Tanveer, his team and d service staff!

I went to this place to celebrate my honey's birthday....this place was taken over by Le Meridien. We had a buffet dinner and it was just awesome....presentation, ambience and the food was really good...lot of options and multi cuisine delicacies made the evening beautiful....must visit

Everybody should note that Pullman has now changed to Le Meridien, Gurgaon and it has got way too awesome to handle now.I went to their restaurant Latest Recipe for a brunch and had done the bookings from sundaybrunch.co.in. I got an amazing deal and it was worth every bit of it.<br/>Along with a friend, i entered Le Meridien an it was different from Pullman from the moment Go!<br/>The interiors are nicely done and very soothing. Ample seating space in the lobby and there's a water-body outside. We had booked a reservation at 1:30 and we were a bit early. So we decided to relax in the lobby. There's also a nice bar with good amount of seats and a huge projector screen at display. There was a world cup match going on when we went.<br/><br/>So we enter the restaurant and it's really calm and soothing. Done majorly in white, it gives a very elegant appeal to the restaurant. We were served champagne(our package was a Unlimited food + alcohol + champagne one) and it was decent. Then came breads and they were soft and was a good way to start the bunch. The walnut bread not so much, however.<br/>The brunch had a lot of cuisines : Thai, Continental, Arabic, Italian, Mongolian, Japanese, North Indian. There were more than a 100 dishes. My personal favorite were Thai Fish Curry, Mongolian chicken, Avocado Sushi , Salami and the chicken sausage pizza. There were too many dishes to name here. You can refer to pictures and i am sure you'll feel like heading to Latest Recipe right away.<br/>If you are looking for drinks, this might not be the best place. I ordered a Cosmopolitan and then a mock-tail and both of them were not up to the mark. The restaurant manager changed the cosmo but it didn't help. My friend who has a penchant for Sushi loved the sushi and went on to declare the sushi there as one of the best he has had in this life. <br/>The desserts are Yum! I loved the strawberry mousse and the strawberry pie.<br/>The crew is really courteous and took great care of us. I met the chef and we had a good talk.<br/><br/>The reason i gave this place a 4/5 is because of the experience. Sometimes it's more than just food and i think this place deserves a 4/5.<br/>Hope to go back soon!

Kitchen Pops was invited to the launch party of Le Meridien Gurgaon on 11th March 2015... we loved the way it was all set for the evening. From the People Pile to the Live Music, it was all done to make us fall in love with the new Le Méridien. The food buffet was wonderful with a wide variety of choices for vegetarians as well as non-vegetarians. The staff was very friendly and quick. The must try dishes were the Jasmine rice with Green thai curry, beetroot cutlets, 5 types of raitas and the must are the desserts with a huge variety. <br/>Le Méridien Gurgaon, Delhi NCR opened its doors with the brand’s signature First Night celebrations, drawing a glitterati of curious minded guests from Gurgaon and Delhi. French Bossa Nova band Nouvelle Vague, a LM100 member and the brand’s global music partner, infused the Hub with their live beats, transforming the space into a completely social sphere. Flying in from the UK, The People Pile engaged guests with their alternative and energetic technical dance performances. In addition, the evening included an art performance that recalls traces of Gurgaon history; a tantalizing culinary repertoire, including local flavored éclairs; and sparkling drinks that kept spirits high. <br/><br/>First Published on Kitchen Pops wordpress blog<br/>Cheers!<br/>Priyanka<br/>Kitchen Pops

I stayed in the hotel for a few days. It's a great place. With great food n a great view outside. The staff is courteous. The buffet options are good. Quiet a decent spread. Food is really nice unlike other places which compromise on taste n quality .

have always loved this place! the ambience is great, unlike the typical delhi 5 star, this has a more resort feel. I like the use of white and open spaces without overcrowing with over the top "anitque" furniture. Quite contemporary. I didn't eat out for a whole year, so when I was finally allowed to eat out, went here for a buffet...the chef was sweet enough to walk me through every dish and even made stuff that wasn't on the menu - purely because I had a craving! All in all, a great experience, awesome food, great hospitality and happy taste buds!!

I liked the hospitality. Best decision to spend val day here :). Food was awesome. Desserts have a special taste and it meets their standards.

A lunch catered to personally by the Executive Chef - the best was the duck in the steamed bun, the Beef main course was just OK, but my friend who opted for the fish loved it completely. The mushroom cappucino was divinity as were my favorite part of eating in a hotel coffee shop - the hot bread rolls - gorged on those.

We were here as a part of an office meeting. The food at Senses is ahhhh-mazing! Must try the fresh made-to-order clear soups and the ice cream station where he makes Sundays in the most fun way. The head Chef is a young happy fellow. Def a good place to lunch!

Great lunch spread that even if you go there 3 days in a row ( which I did), you will still not really get bored of the food... Nice pizzas, hot breads from the tandoor and a cold stone creamery for dessert. Not bad!

Sen5es has quite a mediocre ambiance with nothing extraordinary worth writing here. The buffet spread is average too with several vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes to choose from like pizzas, chaat, sushi, tikkas, South Indian cuisine, North Indian dishes. The soups are fresh and good in taste. Starters and south Indian dishes are just average while salads and main course dishes are good. The desserts that they offer are also decent, though the breads that they serve are not really good.<br/><br/> The service for serving breads is slow. The staff is courteous and polite. It is an average restaurant for an Asian or North Indian buffet spread, you can give it a try.<br/><br/>Food & Variety: 3.5 <br/><br/>Ambiance: 3.5<br/><br/>Value for money: 4 <br/><br/>Service: 3<br/><br/>Overall: 3.5

A nice and lovely place with ample natural light coming in thru large windows makes this place more lively and huge. The decor is subtle and serene.<br/><br/>This visit is during the Korea food promotion called Taste of Korea .All the Korean staples like Kim chi, Bulgogi , Bibimbap etc are on offer. <br/><br/>I tried most of this stuff including the lamb chops and pork cooked on live grill. The bimbimap was awesome. Its a bowl full of veggies , tofu , meats on a bed of sticky rice topped up with an egg mixed with some tangy sauce. <br/><br/>Korean sushi rolls ..I should not call them sushi by any chance but for the ease of understanding I m doing so. A must try. The glass noodles coated in soy and other things served as cold salad are also flavorful. The fried pieces of chicken served in different ways was also good. <br/><br/>Korean desserts like the sesame cookies black and white both as well as the rice crackers and not to forget the rice balls made as dims us stuffed with sweet things. I liked the sweet and colorful rice dimsums. <br/><br/>The usual buffet section with Indian and conti stuff is also present for others to enjoy. Freshly cut fruits , various design drinks like lassi, kanji etc served in small bottles. The desserts section is also too good. The mielfe , mousse and the cheese cake were just mind blowing. <br/><br/>Overall , the experience was awesome. The food is a must try at Latest Recipe . I am surely coming back for their Sunday Brunch soon.

A widespread buffet with a very welcoming staff. However the food needs to be worked upon. The quality is still not up to mark. The staff is not very well read I'm supposing, which is why their English is weak, nonetheless, the space and ambience is nice. I believe a little more attention on the food and how close it could be to the actual recipe would make this place much more satisfying.

Very well laid breakfast with multiple cuisine to choose from. Buffet have most of the indian food and breakfast items like paranthas poori bhazi and serving was good and quick.dosa and two layer omellete was delight from the chef.

The sunday brunch is pretty awesome and value for money  The spread was very decent. The service is also more or less ok but not that great. <br/>The new thing was stone ice-cream which was a very good experience though they do not offer you any set combinations so it becomes a bit difficult to choose the right mix. Overall a good experience.

It was an unplanned visit to this place with my siblings . We were three and we went there for their breakfast buffet. After hearing so much about their breakfast we decided to give it a shot. They have a very large buffet spread for breakfast. I really liked the ambiance of the place. They serve lots of cuisine from north Indian to south Indian, Chinese, Italian etc with live counter for eggs. Overall it was a nice experience and would love to come again for the same..:)

Went here for a buffet breakfast so can only comment on that.<br/>Very nice spread I could not think of anything missing. <br/>I specially liked my eggs the way I requested it was made to my taste and perfect it was.<br/>The flavoured yoghurt was also very nice.<br/>The service was good and prompt.<br/>As it was a quick visit I have come back wanting more so will surely come for a meal as menu was quiet exhaustive.

My first North Indian breakfast in over 2 months and Pullman was almost on the mark, what ruined was the service time and the appeal.<br/>The restaurant isn't lively at all and even the staff seemed lazy.<br/>The food review is all positive, only if it was all served in time.<br/>Way to go Pullman !

Always a pleasure to visit the restaurant ! The entrance to the hotel is a little dark and difficult to find but once you get there the staff takes care of you fabulouslyं. My family has visited the coffee shop on several occasions and every time it's been a delight. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Chef Manish is always courteous and since we have been there many times , he recognises us and always visits our Table . His suggestions abt what we should eat that particular day are well received and his innovative dishes always ' wow' our palate. Exceptionally good are the cream broccoli , Thai green curry and thin crust pizza. Somehow I find the restaurant pocket friendly too as compared to other places in its category . Always a joy visiting them. Since the place is close to our residence , we go there often. Must try .

Was recently at Pullman for a team offsite for 2 days. Must confess, the quality of food overall was very good. But one area where they did extremely bad (just opposite of the food quality) was the dessert section.Had desserts in 3 differemt meals but it was bad. surprised to see how bad good 'ol moong dal halwa or the indian kheer could be made.<br/><br/>Now ends the criticism, I am a big time foodie so here I go :)<br/>Every item on the menu from Thai red curry to lamb chop to mutton nahari to various Indian chicken dishes to Paneer kesari (or a name alike) was simply fab !<br/><br/>What I loved the most and would go back for again and again is the breakfast buffet..From all stuff Indian, Kulchas to South-Indian stuff to continental esp the baked stuff was awesome !<br/><br/>Overall a fab experience...

We went out to Pullman hotel for a farewell lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the fare there. The spread was very good, suiting the needs of all, including vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The soup itself was freshly made based on your selections and that was a very nice sight to watch. The best part was the dessert - the guy made a mix of ice cream, nuts and sauces on a chopping board and came out with such an yummy dish.<br/><br/>Since I am an Accor Hotel Silver card member, I also got a good discount. It made our day.<br/><br/>Updated on 24th Jan'15: I visited again buy this time was thoroughly disappointed. The lady who took the reservation didn't tell me that the main restaurant has been closed for renovation and a make shift restaurant is operational on the 12th floor. The options were too less and was very disappointed.

Sen5es-Angus and Buffalo Burger at the Pullman’s Gurgaon (This is a composite of many personal visits to the establishment, only to taste their burger)<br/><br/>The other day saw me venture out on the “luna”tic scarface, also known as MG Road, Gurgaon with a keen sense of purpose. I was heading for Senses, the coffee shop at Pullman’s Hotel, Gurgaon to try their Angus Burger that was much talked about on the Indian food Freak/Gurgaon Foodie Facebook page. <br/><br/>Whoever named the coffee shop Sen5es sure named it aptly? No sooner one enters the restaurant than one is struck by the zen like beauty of the place. The décor and layout of seating arrangements makes the place looks expansive, the glass wall on the one side offering a verdant scenery, pleasing to the eye. There is much light, and the starkness of the predominant white is offset by sparsely placed, tall potted plants, colourful ceramic dishes and calming blue lighting at the different cooking and display stations. Much thought has been given even to how the buffet spread is laid out- no clutter, the spread not overwhelming yet offering sufficient choices…The place appeals to your senses. It is perhaps one of the few 5 * coffee shops that are understatedly beautiful.<br/><br/>Not letting the lovely ambience satiate my hunger for the burger, my companion and I ordered for their Angus burger, one rare and the other, medium. We opted for the whole works- bacon, fried egg etc. One of us chose the salad as accompaniment and the other, vegetables, with grilled vegetables in mind. <br/><br/>Our starter, the Warm Peking Duck Roll was tasty and done just right, the crispy duck pairing perfectly with the sweet plum sauce, green onion and cucumber, rolled in a soft yet “bite-y” pancake. It is a no-messy, tasty starter, scoring high in the reviewer’s opinion.<br/><br/>And then we were served the Angus Burger. A huge monster of a burger, it was visually appealing, the golden brown bun contrasting with the thick burger patty, dripping red with the beetroot relish, the melting cheese beckoning, a perfectly done fried egg sitting atop sinful fried bacon, the sliced tomatoes and lettuce trying desperately to offset the calorie count. I couldn’t wait to bite into it. Only the bun wouldn’t let me!<br/><br/>The bun that housed the Angus burger was not the usual sesame seed variety. The texture was papery and chewy and wouldn’t allow me an easy bite. Over powered by the hugeness of the burger and the recalcitrant bun, I had no option but to use the knife and fork which made eating it a laborious process. <br/><br/>The burger however, was a delight, the meat done medium as I had requested for, the sweet and juicy beet relish playing up the texture and flavour of the large, meaty burger. The accompanying salad was fantastic, the greens fresh and crispy negating the need to order any guilt-ridding vegetables separately. However, the vegetables that accompanied my burger were mere fried potato wedges. The wedges were crisp and beguilingly light, camouflaging successfully their calorific value.<br/> <br/>Coming to the bun that spoilt my fun, further enquiries revealed that the bun used that day was a Ciabatta one, which when done by an experienced hand wins many accolades, but pulls the rug from down under other lesser mortals. For, maintaining consistency in quality is a consistent problem with this bun, which has to be done with the right amount of water and not too much flour to bring out its porous, chewy, airy yet tantalizing taste. <br/><br/>The lower half of the bun turned soggy with the juicy beet relish while the upper half was papery, dry and extremely difficult to cut or bite into. Senses may reconsider using ciabatta for their burgers and have it replaced with the regular sesame buns given that consistency is in question. It took away from an otherwise excellent meat treat that this Angus Burger was. <br/><br/>Special mention must be made of the fabulously refreshing pitchers of water, steeped with slices of fresh fruits that is available at Senses. One had the option of going for citrusy orange-ginger, refreshing watermelon-mint and spicy apple-clove. My pick was the watermelon-mint one. <br/><br/>In the line up for the best burgers in town, Senses shall give the competition a run for the money if only the ciabatta bun is shunned. Or, well-done!<br/><br/>PS. I subsequently visited the restaurant the following week and this time tried the burger with a sesame seed bun. Much better. For those who relish the meat, do request the staff to go easy on the beet relish. Service left a lot to be desired, though. Plates were cleared only after being requested (in case of buffet). Mustard and ketchup were served after much delay, which left the “rare”ly done burger cold by the time they were served to us. My last and latest visit last week had me relishing the Buffalo meat burger which was good value for money. The meat was done rare as requested, the beet relish avoided and the ciabatta bun was most accommodating unlike my first visit. The chef was kind enough to defer to our specific likes and dislikes. All in all, it is THE place I would go to for a good old fashioned burger.

Sen5es...I dont know how this is pronounced and dont really care as it was good enough for my senses overall...<br/><br/>Location: The building can be seen easily from the main Mg road to gurgaon but at night finding the small lane that leads to it can be a task like it was for me but it is just next to the petrol pump.<br/><br/>Decor: Decor is quite nice and upmarket. It is similar to most coffee shops at premium hotels in Delhi.<br/><br/>Menu: Multi cuisine options are available here and there are enough options round the clock to confuse. <br/><br/>We ordered pad thai, penne arabiatta, & chicken biryani was ordered by non veggie friend.<br/>Pad thai was too sweet and the noodles were sticky. Its taste too was just decent. Penne was very good esp. The sauce was just right& had nice taste. My friend liked the biryani but said that it was not that flavourful. Bread basket was good.<br/>Bubblicious mocktail was quite refreshing and was made by mixing rock salt, 7up, & coke.<br/><br/>Service: The staff was nice and courteous. Service was relatively quick but only 2 tables were occupied so that had to be good. <br/><br/>One annoying incidence was that though they serve liquor till 12.30 am which was fine but we reached slightly before that and the server took my friends order for beers and just at 12.30 came back saying that they cudnt serve. Why did you take the order in the first place!<br/><br/>Our meal cost ₹400 because we had vouchers which the staff accepted gleefully. Else the meal would have cost )3400. It is a place that can be visited for food which is between decent and good.
Whoopsieee...
I have stayed at Pullman, Gurgaon twice. I must say each time it was an amzaing experiance. The hotel is excellent and has a hasslefree checkin process. They respect there clients and that is what i like best about them.<br/><br/>The rooms are not very spacious, but decent enough with all the luxurious amenities money can buy, beds are awesome and the washroom is decently big. The best part is that they have designed there rooms considering small small details like AC vents, Fire Sprinklers at the right place, enough electricity sockets to charge different equipments etc.The food is amazing and not to forget the elaborative Morning Buffet, wow... I just love the hotel.<br/><br/>Pullman Group, please keep up the good work, i would like to stay here again sometime.

Sen5es does one of the most lavish breakfast spreads in town. And considering the sheer variety of the buffet, they do quite a decent job at keeping the taste factors above average level. The restaurant itself is generously spaced with clean lines and plenty of natural light. Maybe a little too much if you are sitting near the massive floor windows. Start off your breakfast with a bowl of fresh fruit and some blueberry yogurt.<br/><br/>Roast Potatoes might not be anybody’s idea of breakfast food but trust me on this: at Sen5es, they are probably the best cooked component in the buffet. I had a few personal moments of epiphany trying out different combinations with them. My favorite turned out to be Roast Potatoes+Smoked Salmon+Blue Cheese+Croissant. The breads were a disappointment though which is saying a lot at a breakfast spread.<br/><br/>You can afford to skip the Indian altogether. The South Indian dishes seemed to have been added as a filler. An afterthought. Similarly the North Indian. The Subji, the Aloo Bhaji and the Paneer Bhurji to be served with Indian breads were all unappetizing and uninspired. Frankly, I expected much better. I am not sure what Kheer was doing at breakfast but it was the only dish I liked from the Indian section.<br/><br/>All in all, at Rs.900/- per person for the breakfast buffet, it is good value for money if you are keen on trying a lot of different things. The Breads section needs a total makeover. Fresh fruit juice should be included in the mix instead of having to order them separately. Much room for improvement. And last, I wish they kept the name simply “Senses” instead of the insipid “Sen5es”.<br/><br/>For pictures of the food at Sen5es and other restaurant reviews please visit my website www.angelodaimari.com

availed groupon deal for brunch. thoroughly enjoyed it. loved the ambience. food was nice. lots of varieties, nicely presented, chilled out ambience. great interiors of the hotel. It could have been better in terms of the variety presented in continental/oriental. But, I enjoyed the smoked salmon (love japanese) the most.

Did the sikanderpur rozgaar action plan get enforced while we weren't looking. Looks like all the yokels were at the coffee shop when I decided to take a chance.<br/><br/>The place was a skeletal nothing up until someone decided to put some curtains in the windows and frocks on the staff. The food is a huge no-no and the staff are a bigger no-no.<br/><br/>You have plenty of choices down the road ....plenty!!!<br/><br/>The view is the only refreshing aspect. Most of the time you end up looking at the nothingness of pahadi walla rasta that connects mg road to dlf phase 1.

Went for Sunday Brunch here..<br/>First impression: Strange approach to the hotel but then they cannot do anything about it unless they make another approach road...<br/>Hotel is new, hence fresh interiors, clean bathrooms, spanking bright lobby etc....<br/>Sen5es is right at the entrance.... Hence, convenient as per location.<br/><br/>They have 2 varieties in Sunday brunch.<br/>With Alcohol: Rs 3,000<br/>Without alcohol: Rs 2,500<br/>Alcoholic is not badly priced.... Non alcoholic, can be re-looked at...<br/><br/>Food offered: Variety starting from Mediterranean, pizzas, Mongolian, Indian, salads, chaats, tikkas, Sushi, Desserts...<br/>Drinks: All spirits including Sparkling Wine by jacob's Creek... so not a bad option.<br/><br/>Food is more than average for sure... It ain't bad for sure as well. But it's not something you will remember after you have eaten here. But then the idea of brunch is also to do food tasting across various cuisines to establish what you may want to repeat again.<br/>We liked the pizzas (next time, they could do with less oil), pastas (very good in taste), mediterranean was good as well.<br/>Didn't like: Indian especially chaats, Sushi was average and then the Asian starters were very average in taste.<br/>Drinks: Had to send them back for lack of taste but no biggie. They were cordial enough to do that in a jiffy. They were generous enough with the wine as well.<br/>Desserts: Mix of ice creams along with toppings was very good, so was the crepe.<br/><br/>Biggest put off: Plates and cutlery were dirty.... Not used but just dirty with dust on them... Seems like some one didn't do their job of cleaning it properly...<br/><br/>Overall, a decent experience... May want to go back in a big group.

just went few hours ago...really nice done up interiors and conveniently located on MG road - although the approach is a little weird.<br/><br/>As for the food - had the pizza and tandoori chicken - ... mainly because I did not have the heart for their buffet today even though I was extremely tempted with the vast seafood selection.... <br/>anyways, pepperoni pizza was pretty amazing and truly thin crust although I fell they put very less pepperoni. <br/>Later we had a hot chocoate and it was very uniquely served - hot milk and lindt type chocolate flakes on the sides... a must try.<br/><br/>Have heard some great things about their breakfast buffet and will be back soon.

Tried this place today for dinner.<br/><br/>+ves:<br/>1) Great ambiance. Open wide layout.<br/><br/>-ves:<br/>1) Pizza came out cold. My teeth hurt trying to eat it all.<br/>2) The waiter probably didn't understand English. We asked for our Chicken Burger to be prepared in a specific way. He said yes to everything we asked for but it came out drastically different (instead of a patty made of chicken minced, it was a breaded and fried solid chicken breast).<br/>3) East Asian vegetables were soggy and cold.<br/>4) Items come out differently than how they are described in the menu.<br/>And worst of all, these guys don't even give you a "comment" card. As if they don't want to improve their offering.<br/><br/>In a nutshell: AVOID! and the location is fairly dodgy too.<br/><br/>If you need a good coffee shop for food: go to Westin or to Crowne Plaza. Both are way better.

In a nutshell:<br/><br/>Good Ambience, warm service & an awesome buffet spread that exude the passion of the chefs.<br/><br/>Short Description - In case u r in a hurry:<br/><br/>I am not a big fan of Buffets coz in most places buffets aim at 'eating a large variety at less than collective alacarte price' & also 'popular version that shud be liked by all' kind of mindset. Among the buffets that have left a mark on my mind are - the brunch at 19 Oriental Avenue, Shangrila Hotel Delhi................ & now Sen5es got added to that list.<br/><br/>The buffet here is of 5 kinds: Continental & Desserts, Oriental & Desserts, Italian & Desserts, Indian& Desserts - all for Rs. 900 per person (including taxes). The fifth option is all of the above sections - Rs 1700 per person (including taxes). Let me tell u that unless u have the appetite of Bhima (Mahabharata), u shud stick to any of the first four.<br/><br/>We chose the Italian option & at the end of 2 hrs we just managed to roll out of the restaurant - smiling.<br/><br/>As mentioned above, the setting is visually very nice - the three sections have their own visual merchandizing. The people are very warm, informed, helpful& nice. I just hope they continue to be the same in future once the crowds increase.<br/><br/>The food was excellent - what made a difference was the attention to detail & the passion to be perfect in each & every dish of that large spread. <br/><br/>Detailed description - In case u have the time to njoy reading:<br/><br/>The Italian section had 3 parts - a live counter, a pre-made baked / fried item section & a salad section. We tried most of the things on offer.<br/><br/>The salad section of Oriental, Italian & Continental was the same. <br/><br/>We started with Poached Crabs& Jumboprawns. Two citrus sauces were offered with this. The first bite into it & u may say 'what is this'? No masala, no marination, no stir fry - nothing. Simply poached!!!! Even salt is minimal. <br/><br/>My tastebuds being trained on stronger tastes, the first thing I did was to spray a bit of salt. It dramatically changed the taste - Infact in very few instances one gets to have a prawn / a crab in its purest form with such natural flavors & taste. The texture was soft & bit juicy. The next few bites with the sauces were very enjoyable too. This turned out to be so good that it ended up being the only item on the menu that I repeated.<br/><br/>Basil consomme& hot pepper consomme were served in shot glasses. These r very different than any drink I have ever had - that does not mean we super liked it - liked it but maybe will appreciate more with time. The aftertaste of pepper was surely notable.<br/><br/>The chargrilled veggies included mushrooms, Zucchinis, bell pepper etc & was done very well. Very tasty I must say.<br/><br/>The baked red snapper looked super attractive the way it was displayed. It however turned out to be cold & a bit flat to taste. Being a fish lover, I cud appreciate the taste of the fish - am not sure if everyone will like it.<br/><br/>French bean & bacon was supr good. It was French beans sauteed with bacon & walnuts -they were glazed. Amazing how simple beans were transformed into such a nice dish.<br/><br/>Carpaccio of beetroot was nice & interesting. It had slices of orange & little dollops of cheese - thinly sliced beetroot ended up in this dish with an interesting taste & flavor.<br/><br/>Chicken piri piri was boneless chicken pieces with sundried tomatoes - good but not great. <br/><br/>Also in the salad section were some Middle eastern sauces & their breads.<br/><br/>The live counter had a pasta section & a Pizza oven. <br/><br/>We requested for a vegetarian pasta with white sauce. We had no idea that this cud be so good. The pasta was 'just right' in texture - not soft, not chewy. The sauce turned out to be wow. Overall an outstanding vegetarian pasta - so good that I will easily order this in place of a basic chicken dish.<br/><br/>Post this we requested for a thin crust pizza - salmon & fish roe. What came to our plate was one of the best pizzas I have had in 2012 so far. It was a marvel & surely a work of art. Thin crunchy crust, flavorful cheese topping, salmon, roe that bursts inside the mouth & capers- simple yet mindblowing.<br/><br/>In the baked & fried section we tried a chicken pie, an aubergine based item, a spinach& the most interesting - curried lamb baked together with a bread.<br/><br/>For desserts we had a tailormade ice cream, orange tart, mango mousse, opera, pineapple upside down, bread & butter pudding, apple crumble, chocolate lava cake.<br/><br/>The tailormade ice cream was ice cream with snickers, gels, <br/><br/>The orange tart was good - had a fresh orange piece on the top, a nice creamy filling& a layery munchy base. <br/><br/>The mango mousse was recommended by the gentleman in the dessert section - turned out to be Super good. A layer of thick mango extract on the top, a mousse section in the midde & the extract again at the bottom, with little bits of choco thrown in. Wow.<br/><br/>The cake called opera was again too good - layers & layers of different layers. Multiple tastes & flavors - including chocolate & coffee.<br/><br/>Pineapple upside down was good but it got lost in the crowd of 'better's &<br/>'Best'. In simple terms - though its score was above 80%, it lost out on CGPA.<br/><br/>Bread & butter pudding was lovable. I haven't had it so good in India for a while.<br/><br/>By the time we reached apple crumble, we wud have eaten 4 times of our usual dinner. So we liked the crumble but wud have loved it better probably in normal circumstances. I assume that it wud have tasted better with a little heating as well.<br/><br/>The last dessert for the evening was a chocolate lava cake - sinfully rich dark chocolate, molten chocolate - outstanding & one of the best (not the best) I have ever had.<br/><br/>We also tried breakfast buffet on another day - awesome. BESTnBreakfast buffet in Gurgaon undoubtedly.<br/><br/>For pics of food at Sen5es & lots of other reviews of low priced but YUMM streetfood & restaurants in Delhi NCR, pls visit my blog:<br/>www.yummraj.com<br/><br/>To get regular updates u may also visit the facebook page of my blog:<br/>http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Yummraj/257363547631763
