Review Seasonal Tastes - Gurugram (Gurgaon)

Karan Puri
Attended north west frontier food festival by chef Osama Jalali. It was indeed the best kebabs and mutton nihari that I had. Just loved the yakhni pulao and gosht biryani that we tried. Seasonal tastes has one of the best buffet menu and I love to visit the restaurant regularly for the ambience , food and hospitality of the staff.

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The ambiance was inviting, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The menu offered a wide range of delicious dishes, and the flavors were outstanding. Each dish is a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with taste. Coupled with attentive staff and a charming atmosphere, it's a culinary journey that lingers in the memory. A must-visit for food enthusiasts!

Another Westin restaurant experience now in Seasonal Tastes. The buffet is amazing and the Mediterranean cuisine will blow your mind. Service is great and desserts are heaven. Do try the seasonal Mango delicacies. They are love…

Went there for Dinner buffet on Sunday. Food was tasty but there were very few options for vegetarians. I loved the Dessert ! Don't miss their fruit cake !!!

Plenty of variety to choose from, there could be more focus on the taste. Gol gappa to turkish chicken shawarma. There was a separate kids area with painting.

This is a multi cuisine restaurant in Westin, Gurgaon. It offers a great lunch buffet spread. What I liked the most: 1. Aaloo Beetroot tikki: it was unusually crisp and tasted great. 2. Zafrani soya chaap: fresh, soft and chewy. 3. Palak dahi chaat: served on table when asked. Tasted amazing. 4. Hare masale ka murgh tikka: masala was buttery and nice. 5. Langcha or gulab jamun: very soft and delicious 6. Dimsums (chicken) - super soft and melted. They had veg option too. Must recommended! 7. Red velvet cake What you may skip: 1. Pasta: wasn’t chewy and seemed undercooked. Too creamy. 2. Main course dishes were bit bland and rotis were not that crisp except missi roti. 3. Desserts that were super colorful and had mango in it were not good in taste. Shrikhand you can definitely skip and indulge in other savouries. Starters and desserts are what you should focus on. Buffet deals are amazing here! The place can be bit crowded as it is swamped with corporate people at lunch time. Since the spread is quite large, you won’t be disappointed. You will definitely like something or the other.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I can't say enough about the outstanding experience it provided. From the moment I stepped through the grand entrance, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of opulence and elegance that set the tone for the entire stay. The rooms are nothing short of stunning. Spacious, well-appointed, and meticulously clean, they offer a perfect blend of modern amenities and classic charm. The attention to detail in the room's design and decor was truly impressive, and the comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep. The hotel's staff are the true jewels of this establishment. Every member of the team, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Their warm smiles and willingness to assist with any request made me feel like a valued guest from the moment I arrived. The dining options at the hotel are also a standout. The on-site restaurant served exquisite

Cheers to all Women for Women's Day 2023. It's overwhelming when you see them fulfilling their dreams, living their passion & achieving heights, empower themselves be whatever field. It was equally delightful to hear The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi resonated similar thoughts through their platform to Empower Women initiative with their idea of celebrating Queens of the Indian Kitchens. They are bringing regional food from home kitchen to 'Seasonal Taste' from 2nd March to 31st March 2023. Shahla Ahmed Narain : Rampuri : 2nd to 9th March Shelly Tripatthy : Oriya : 9th to 15th March Leela Nair (Rekha’s mom) : Kerala : 16th - 21st March Amita Garg : Marwadi : 22nd - 27th March Madhuri Ravi : Sindhi : 28th - 31st March I recently went and tried their delicious Rampuri cuisine. In vegetarian I enjoyed Paneer Baluchi Tikka, Maash ki daal, Sabz Satrangi & Shahi Gobhi Keema Masala. Though I enjoyed all four dishes but gobhi keema masala was just too good that I had to go and take another serve. While I was enjoying my food, I could hear my friends equally appreciating the non veg food. There was chicken biryani, Rampuri Tar Qorma & Rampuri Murgh Tikka. Dessert was delightfully delicious Rampuri Gulatthi. Incase you also wish to experience, you get to enjoy the spread of wholesome buffet at their coffee shop Seasonal Taste alongwith the speciality cuisine running for that week. Don't forget to avail the special offers running through nearbuy at buy one get one & Swiggy Dineout Zomato pro or EazyDiner through discounted prices. I totally loved the idea & the concept and would surely be going again with my family/friends to experience another cuisine. Indeed Absolutely Joyful Enjoy the visual treats along with me 😊 #aj_absolutejoy #hotelwestin #womensday2023 #empoweringwomen

I had an amazing time with my friends there. Food was excellent. They had multiple varieties to choose from. Service was prompt & staff were very courteous. The ambience was beautiful & perfect for a fine dining experience. I would highly recommend you to try it out!

Outstanding service! The staff takes care of every need. Met Abhishek, the manager and he and his staff have been very courteous. The food variety at the buffet is huge in any day. The Sunday brunch also is massive and everything tastes top notch. Excellent place to eat! I would say 5 stars is also less for this place.

Excellent buffet and service. Perfect selection of curated food items, indulging experience is worthy and the best one can experience. Perfect ambience and an ideal buffet for everyone, lots of options be it a starters, main or dessert. Been to various buffet but this one is a top notch considering the varities and health aspects (adequate spicy, no deep fried nor oily). Unlimited indulgence without taking any toll on health. A royal treatment for royal price. Overall a must try and worth it.

Firstly, let me talk about the food. The taste of the food at Seasonal Taste was absolutely amazing. The buffet had an extensive variety of delicious dishes that were beautifully presented and tasted as good as they looked. From appetizers to desserts, every dish was prepared with perfection, and the flavors were balanced to perfection. Now let's talk about the interior of the restaurant. The ambiance was elegant and modern, with comfortable seating and a relaxing atmosphere. The décor was tastefully done, and the lighting was just right. The restaurant provided a comfortable and welcoming environment that made our dining experience even more enjoyable. I also want to commend the restaurant team, especially Arjun Singh, for their exceptional service. Arjun went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and that we had a memorable experience. His attentiveness and care were greatly appreciated, and he made my mother's birthday celebration truly special. He was courteous, polite, and always ready to assist us with a smile. Lastly, I must mention the care that the restaurant team showed towards my parents. It was my mother's birthday, and they went the extra mile to make her feel special. The staff took care of everything, from the birthday cake to the decorations, and made sure that everything was perfect. They truly went out of their way to ensure that we had a wonderful time. I am in a different country and making the reservations was quite difficult but Arjun made sure everything was smooth. Overall, I would highly recommend Seasonal Taste to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. The food, service, and ambiance were all top-notch, and the restaurant team, especially Arjun Singh, made our experience truly memorable.

I went to Seasonal Tastes for their Sunday Brunch. The spread was quite good. The salad bar had a good variety of salad, both veg, and nonveg. They had potato salad, egg salad, shrimp salad and a lot more. They also had a cheese board along with a lot of dips. They have 2 types of soup, one veg and one non veg. The soup was served with a selection of breads and pita. They also had a chaat station with different chaats. The sushi was really good. They had 5 veg and 5 non veg sushis. The dessert bar also had a good variety with almond crunch cake being my favorite. However, the taste of most of the dishes was average. Overall, go here with a good appetite. Non-vegetarians will love the food, both in terms of variety and taste. The vegetarians might enjoy a few dishes as well.

Enjoyed the Sunday brunch at Westin Gurgaon at their coffee shop Seasonal Tastes. The food and service was good. All COVID precautions were in place. Really enjoyed the time spent

I had gone there for buffet dinner. First of all the menu was very limited. I have gone to many buffet restaurant mostly covered all but this is the only restaurant that has very limited menu. <br/><br/>They will charge extra amount if you order any soft drink. They dont include a single glass of soft drink in their buffet and they charge too much if u order it. First you need to pay for buffet then for soft drinks ( pepsi, lime soda, limca etc.). They should include atleast one glass of soft drink complimentary in their buffet. <br/><br/>Only the gol gappe, biryani and pasta was good, else nothing was up to the mark. The dessert menu was very limited, the ice cream is so common in buffets and they do not serve that also. The food was average. I ordered one sea basa fish and chef forget to add salt and basic spices in that. It was too smelly and pathetic in taste. Service and ambience is good but not happy with the food. You guys should return my money as I m not happy and satisfied.<br/>

I have reached at my home from the restaurant. <br/><br/>And It was recommended by my friend , about the place that its dumpling 🥟 are very soft and tasty 😋. The filling used in the dumpling are also very decent amount. <br/><br/><br/>Talking about the biryani I have tasted it was pretty much good and the quality used was also very fresh and good 😌. <br/><br/><br/>Good experience in there

It was a great experience to have my birthday date dinner during pandemic situation at Westin .<br/><br/>I like the food prepared by chef "Jitu". And also the special gesture by " Ramesh and Deepak " for my birthday eve.<br/><br/>Wish to visit soon but without mask 😀

The ambience was too good and very very calm atmosphere. The food quality was so good and very delicious.

Westin Gurgaon has an amazing ambience. You can easily spend 2-3 hrs relaxing and enjoying their interiors with greenery. <br/>If I talk about food I loved their avocado sushi, chicken dimsums, mutton gravy. I gave 4-star rating coz I didn't like the butter chicken much. <br/>I also loved the coffee and red velvet pastry. <br/>My visit was during the pandemic. They are taking COVID precautions but they should keep the sanitizer on every table.<br/>Rest I enjoyed my meal and their ambience.

Ultimate taste of seasonal taste dine in. After long waiting had a great food here.. Love this...

I think it’s high time that they shut this property as the meaning of hospitality has been forgotten. <br/><br/>I am hating myself to allow this excruciating pain to be borne by me and family post my lousy experience in 2017.<br/><br/>Just came out suffering through a devastating buffet with a super lousy service both in food quality and hospitality. <br/><br/>The menu was limited to a street food vendor menu with one salad, one desert and minimalistic choices, which is still OK if you have the COVID card on play but the quality and service was abysmal. <br/><br/>I am attaching image of pasta in pink sauce and a mint chutney which only had one thing in common : Water. Maybe the chef believes that Haryana water is great tasting and just by adding it, he is serving a master piece.<br/><br/>I hope that COVID will surely take them to their logical conclusion as I have lost any expectations from this property.

Westin, symbol of heartfelt hospitality, delicious food and of course the amusing ambience. I really appreciate Chef Santosh Pal who was quite peculiar for his guest's food choice, taste preference and ensure us a satisfactory experience. Overall had a wonderful stay experience. Happy me☺ Good Food Good Mood <br/>FoodLover

Seasonal tastes has one of the best buffets in Gurgaon. There are choices from an array of cuisines and the quality is top-notch. The decor is great as well.

Dal Makhani had no taste literally. Breads were not seal packed, not acceptable in covid times. Overall not satisfied with the food quality and taste, dont expect this from Westin

A good buffet, variety of delicious food, nice ambiance, and courteous staff. Easily to reach, as the restaurant is located on mg road Gurugram. It has valet parking and a beautiful surrounding view.

Went there for lunch buffet. Loved the taste of each cuisine from Indian to continental to Asian. The exotic fruit collection was also great. They had a great range of desserts. The white sauce pasta was also great. Disappointed with the ice-cream roll . It was not an ice cream roll at all. Rest I loved the variety and the taste and the ambiance.

We went there for Sunday, Generally i am used to visit Westin and had buffet many times at this resturant, But recently in past two months i have noticed that there service became terrible and also food quality is just average. Everyday and Every week they have same items and its just a very average buffet now. Worse thing is servers dont know even that they have to pour water in glass they are just dumping the bottle at table and then no one is bothered to ask you again. Terrible service. Westin management should seriously look into this. I will never be visiting this resturant again.
Ram.
Westin's breakfast buffet lived up to the hype. Where else can I get pork baos at 7am on a weekend?<br/><br/>The variety is decent. It's not overkill, like Spectra at the Leela, but it's not underwhelming either. The service is a little lacking, probably due to the sheer size and spread of the seating area. You can't go wrong with the breakfast buffet here since it's pretty reasonably priced on deal-seeking apps like Nearbuy. The pancake and icecream counter is the highlight.
Aasheesh Dhaka
It was a team dinner with our boss and we had to remind restaurant staff multiple times about the unavailability of multiple items in the buffet and it took them forever to refill items. You can't do that in a 5 star property. That's too bad.
Megha Gupta Raj
We had north indian food and starting from starters to the main course to the desert, the journey of the taste buds are not ready to take a break, even if your stomach gets full

We were here for a buffet lunch and it was a great experience the buffet was very elaborate everything from the gol gappas to the desserts were awesome ..<br/><br/>The only problem i found was that the staff was not at all attentive and i literally had to leave my food in between to go and call them <br/><br/>I would go with 4 star because the food was amazing <br/><br/>Ambience :5/5<br/>Food: 5/5<br/>Staff attentiveness : 2/5

I recently visited here with family for a dinner buffet and was astonished by not only the food, presentation, ambiance but there exceptional service provided by the staff.<br/><br/>The spread here is lavish with diverse food options available in both veg and non-veg. Also, the desert bar includes a live ice cream roll station and a pan cake station, with well trained chefs present to please your sweet cravings with a smile.<br/><br/>I would highly recommend this place for a warm family evening!

Amazing place. Was there to attend a corporate event. Loved the ambience, the hospitality, cleanliness and specially the lunch! Amazing Amritsari fish, mutton rogan josh and biryani! Loved the desserts, lots of varieties to choose from gulab jamuns, ice cream, rasmalai, brownies. Evening tea along with sandwiches, cookies was the perfect ending to the day. Thanks.

Have been member of Westin for 3 years. The buffet of Seasonal Tastes livens your senses and invites you for a sumptuous meal. Warm service brings me back again and again to this place. From water balls and salads to amazing variety of North Indian food, and millions of desserts are ostentatiously displayed for the buffet.
Sneha Agarwal
Visited there few weeks ago with some of my friends to have dinner.<br/>We ordered hot n sour soup which had burnt taste in it, asked them to replace it and they did but again it tasted really bad.<br/>The alio olio spaghetti was okayish, not that great.<br/><br/>Had high hopes from them but was disappointed totally.<br/>The only this we liked was it’s ambiance!<br/><br/>Thumbs down to this place👎🏻

We have visited Seasonal Tastes on numerous occasions and always look forward to the multi-cuisine buffet. The restaurant continues to change the food items to ensure freshness and offer diners a variety. The spread usually starts with soup, bread, salads, and cold cuts. The three main cuisines on offer are Indian, Continental, and Asian. Diners have the option of customizing their dishes, especially noodles and live stations. The number of option available in the dessert is truly spectacular. Every now and then, the restaurant also offers freshly made desserts, including ice creams, Indian specialties, etc. There something to suit every palate and dietary requirement. The overall ambiance is relaxed and the eatery works well for both lunch and dinner. The service pays attention to detail and is highly approachable.

We went to dine here for the first time. I am talking about 4th of Feb this year. It was my wife birthday and we celebrated it. We ordered some Chinese and Indian food. Dimsum we had was not good because chicken was not cooked properly and daal makhni was not good at all cos it was tasting more like sweet daal makhni probably cos of too much cream. I called the chef and he met us but he was so rude that he told *sir abhi busy haii app waiter se Baat karloo* this was what we got. I will give 1 out of 5.
Ruhi Feroz
I must say one of the best buffet i had.huge variety .every cuisine was made to perfect and never ending desserts .love the whole experience.n be ready to an amazing experience!!just love it.

we decided to go for a family dinner at seasonal tastes. The restaurant was running Awadhi cuisine festival, and had several Awadhi specialities in addition to the usual course. They had extensive selection of dishes and everything prepared extremely well.<br/>The Galauti kabab melted in mouth, exactly the way it should be. Paneer was outstanding too. The chat selection was just about ok.<br/>On main course, breads were served straight from tandoor, and we loved it. Kids loved the non-veg dishes as well.<br/>Indian desserts spread was quite varied and we loved it. Kids liked the continental desserts.<br/>Service was excellent, and Sarthak was superb at understanding our expectations and serving us with smile. <br/>Well done guys!!

Have been to seasonal taste at Westin multiple times and as per me this the best multicuisine restaurant across all 5 start hotel restaurants in NCR in terms of food . The ambience and decor is lagging when compared to a Spectra or 360 degrees . The lunch and the dinner buffet have a very good spread .the Indian dishes are good and the authenticity of Indian dishes are maintained I. Terms of herbs and amount cooking . Grilled fish is one the best dishes here , the chef's cook with there heart and also are Keen to seek feedback.the variety of salad is good , the sweets section once again is very good . The overall spread is a bit less than other competetors but is good enough for a fulfilling meal .
Neha Pahuja
We went for summer Sunday brunch here which we wanted to do from quite long time. The spread was amazing..specially for strict non vegetarians :) From starters to desserts (I might have missed main course though) food looked amazing full of colors and flavours. But people who like mainly Indian style food might find lesser options but whatever options were there were nice too. My favorite: quinoa salad. And I forgot to mention they had very nice play area for kids.. :)

The buffet spread was quite good with the lovely ambience. I personally liked the cheese counter. However the place gets super crowded post 9.30am.

Mediocre fare for a five star buffet lunch. The menu was extensive but the taste and zing was missing somehow. Had to wait for a long time till the food was replenished. The service was outstanding though. Kudos to Pooja for elevating our experience by her prompt action and attention to detail. Thank you.

Great food and service. The food was excellent. Deepak Kumar was awesome in his hospitality. The ambience was very nice and warm. Loved the overall experience.

The menu at this place has substantially improved , a good spread for all ethnicities, the spread was nice , enjoyed the salad bar. But for. 5 star hotel of their repute saying that the icecreams cannot be served due to a faulty refrigerator was unfathomable. Above all it was even worse when noneeven bothered to ask if they could help with icecream from another restaurant with in the hotel or even provide and alternative. I think this needs a serious look at the way they are treating guests and others who pay a steep premium for good quality food expecting full service .
Aditya
Great food, great service.<br/>Thanks Gaurav, Sachin, Ankit for courtsey n hospitality.<br/><br/>It was lovely evening with well time spent in longue with great coffee.

Have been a regular visitor of the place. The food is really Amazing. The staff is always ready to help you . Quick service amazing food. Perfect weekend place. Daman, Ankit & Karan the boys really made sure we had a great time

By far one of the worst restaurants i have been to. The restaurant should actually close by 11 like regular restaurants. The staff was least bothered and had to put efforts to look for someone. Since i came late and was tired and feverish, so i ordered clear chicken soup. The worst soup ever. Even a street hawker can make better soup. It was just salt water and chewy and dry chicken which i had to return and was told that the same will be replaced. 30 mins and still no service and the server was no where to be found and had to unfortunately cancel. Then i ordered a grilled sandwich which was cold and had raw egg in it. The bread was burnt and was breaking at the touch of it. Again the same had to be sent back and all what was done was it was microwaved. Even the caesar salad was bland and had no veggies in it which was requested when i ordered it. The chicken served with it was the same dry and chewy chicken served earlier. Had to leave all the order as is it. The cold coffee ordered was also very bad. It was like drinking cold milk with pinch of coffee. For that i didnt have patience to send it back again and again so i left that as it is. Was hoping for a pleasant evening but it turned out to be a disaster. Hopefully never coming back to such pathetic service and food. Would really suggest to have local food instead and a friendly advice to close the restaurant at night as no one there is interested in serving.

If you want to have a great breakfast buffet, then this is the place to be....It has lot of variety of different cuisines...I personally liked Indian and american....Would love to visit again

Went for a quick office lunch on Friday afternoon. Was surprised with the wide spread options, really impressed by the variety of Indian options especially the gol gappa & chole kulcha! All other cuisines were nicely curated and had the authentic tasted intact! Very warm & attentive service staff they were taking special care to make our experience ever better. Overall a great culinary experience with add on of A+ service. Highly recommend.

Went to seasonal tastes for a family dinner. First thing which stuck was the amazing ambience and live music at the entrance.<br/><br/>We had plans for ala carte but their lavish buffet spread made us to go for the buffet option. We were amazed with the lovely spread involving Thai, Indian, Continental, Cold Cuts and all these were even accompanied with live counters - Chaat, Italian, Bunny Chow. Even for the deserts they had a good spread across Indian sweets, ice creams, pudding etc.<br/><br/>Overall experience of the dinner was very good

Very average tasting vegetarian food...not satisfied with any of the cuisines indian/ chinese...the only savior was the dessert section... Not value for moeny for sure<br/>

Coming to this fine place , the place is situated next to glass wall , one can enjoy the look of indoor and outdoor at this restaurant . Buffet is decently spread with mix of various cuisines . The food is well prepared and quality is good . The chef is warm and visits the table to ensure everything is comfortable and looked after well . The staff is friendly , helpful , friendly and service is great. Thank you Karan and his colleague for looking after our table well and ensuring we had a great time.

I have been here a couple times now and this place never fails to disappoint me. This time I had gone for lunch and the buffet spread was marvellous. <br/><br/>They had such a wide variety of salads! Being a salad lover, I was in heaven. Each salad was different and so fresh, just what you wish for. <br/><br/>In main course, I tried the mutton, Andhra fish curry and dal makhani. The mutton was ok, not that great but dal was out of the world. <br/><br/>The deserts were amazing! I couldn’t try all but whatever I had, I relished each bite of it <br/><br/><br/>Highly recommend the place! <br/>

Went for breakfast buffet. Spread was nice. South Indian was good, all live counters for north indian breakfast were great. Fruits spread was also nice with many exotic variants. But may be due to the weekend rush, service was not at its best.

The restaurant is quite famous and indeed hve a lot of varities of food in buffet . It would none of saying there is something for everyone. On the top the staff is humble and courteous enough to accomodate the wish. I went for buffet and preffered for butter garlic prawns which was fab. The manger himself was so soft spoken that he explained the brand identity of Eat well salad concept and did an okra in Indian style for me. The chef suggested the mutton rogan josh which was yummy. In the end to make ot memorable the cut mangoes was superb. Please keep doing the same. My wishes and surely recommending TVhis place, be ready for it

We went for the buffet breakfast at westin. The taste and selection is the best so far in delhi NCR .<br/>Gaurav who was serving us was very courteous.. loved it!

Well, honestly food is just bad. Last time, i went there with my family and we realised that as such for us young people who have a taste of different cuisines, could still manage to fill our stomachs with several odd things, my parents who are senior citizens were finding it difficult to eat as vegetarians with taste for North Indian food. The desserts were okay too. But the staff is humble and intern level. The chef was nice and made an effort to please my parents with his special curation of malai kofta which actually saved me embarrassment in front of my parents. Another half a star for that!!

Brunch is worth a visit!<br/><br/>Fully family or big bunch of friends kind of place <br/><br/>Lovely ambience and lots of variety with superb quality of food or drinks

Sunday is simply known to be a funday. But quiet amazed to see this place crowded or should I say sold out like end game movie. But still after waiting for half an hour managed to get a table. But been taken care as offered the tea /coffee or soft drinks by the managers who were literally occupied with the calls , customer etc. The buffet is filled up with the vivid items and their blueberry rasilla mocktail was just amazing. Also came to know that the brunch is also with the pool access to beat the heat and to cherish the drinks. For the kids a desired fun loving activities. The local food was also given emphasis . Thanks for accommodating us and rejoice of the moment with loved ones

This place one of the best buffet lunches in Gurgaon. They have a huge buffet spread. My personal favourite was the exclusive "Cheese" section with different types of cheese to choose from. The staff is courteous and well trained. They have an amazing buffet spread which is irresistible!

Great food and great service. I was celebrating my wife's birthday and the staff really took great care of us.<br/>We ordered the sea bass, pasta and some oriental noodles with chiken. All of the dishes were amazing, better than i expected actually.<br/>Karan and shivam really made sure that we had a great and comfortable meal.<br/>They also arranged for a nice little pastry for my wife to cut.<br/>Keep up the great work guys.

Went here for a family get-together dinner. The first striking feature of the place us the contemporary and chic ambience. The live music played at the entrance as we were guided by a waiter to our table.<br/><br/>The restaurant has a lavish buffet spread which amounts to 3k inclusive tax for weekend dinner. However I went with the ala carte option<br/><br/>▶️We started with assorted appetizers. The standouts were the corn and paneer seekh kebabs and spring roll. Easily one of the best vegetarian kebabs you can taste. The chicken tikka was also good. The fish was okay but felt a little too stuffy.<br/><br/>▶️The restaurant has a extensive bar menu. Being a teetotaler, I didn't really go much into it. I did try Acquarius- a mint based mocktail and the good old virgin mojito. Refreshing.<br/><br/>▶️The main course was a staple north Indian fare. We ordered panner kadai, dal makhani, murgh tariwala. The dishes were all decent. The dal was the best. The consistency of the lentils and the aromatic spices, just awesome<br/><br/>The overall experience of the dinner was good. The service was on the slower side due to Saturday night perhaps. Being a five star property, the prices were quite steep as expected.<br/><br/>Ambience-5/5<br/>Service-3/5<br/>Taste-4/5<br/>Value for money-3/5

Thought to share the experience of mine had here. It was fabulous we opted a mix of buffet and ala carte . The quality and quantity available was just justifying the worth even eventually more.the server took care of us so well while suggesting at every moment of time. Also tried the navarati special food a quite generous portion with decent variation. The salad and crepes was finger licking and the chaat was yum. The pick your on own soup or stir fry concept was 👌. Also been continuously checked that we have been talen care or not. Thanks for the lovely evening.

With a really good experience at the Westin Hyderabad I had my Hope's up with this one but I guess I expected too much.<br/>The buffet spread was average and to be honest not exciting at all. All the dishes seem to be prepared and kept just for the heck of it and did not come out to be flavorful. Even the basics of Indian dishes such as dal makhi weren't great.<br/>With the charges of around 2500 per person I would definitely expect and want a more interesting buffet spread.<br/>Buckle up Westin.<br/>W J

I was here for a Sunday breakfast and liked its ambience which is expected for a restaurant in a 5 star hotel.<br/><br/>It has a nice variety of breakfast items covering different cuisines around the world. All items I tried were good. I liked Danish and gluten free cakes the most.<br/><br/>What disappointed me was the service speed. Although staff was courteous but I had to remind staff 3 times before getting my tea.<br/><br/>Overall it was an average experience since I expected more from a 5 star hotel outlet.<br/><br/>Food: 3.5<br/>Ambience: 3.5<br/>Service: 3

The food here was excellent. I have been to a lot of 4 and 5 star restaurants, but this one was just the best. It was worth the cost, time and quality of food. We were served by Gaurav. The services were also decent. Would like to visit again.

I come here very often. my team and I love the food. Ashish and Anurudh has been really supportive. Ashish made sure my team was happy and they served everything possible. I loved there starters menu. Perfect place for teamout and family get together as well.

The perfect time spending for a couple with delicious food and sophisticated services offered. From the inception to the commencement everything was flawless . We opted to order from the menu but the server suggeated the things eventually end up to eat the choices of him. The exotic salad where the proclaimed healthy salad. And keeping in mind my gluten allergy chef and manager tooks care of me to get the grilled chicken with vegetable and black pepper jus was yum. Thank you for taking care of us. Eventually helps a lot in spending time with someone .

Came here with parents for brunch,Variety was OK but indian options were limited & the food tasted just average. Some of the stuff was cold.Waited long for breads to be served at the table.Service was definitely slow n lousy.<br/>-Meat wasn't tender and seemed bit stale.<br/>Disappointed & No reason for us to re-visit here as there are lot better options in same pricing.

A perfect spot to celebrate the birthday. The food is yum went for the a la carte option though a hell lot of variety is available in buffet spread. Begin with the suggestive. Mezze platter and pineapple rasam. And the Rogan Josh and kadhai panneer with dal tadka was just mouth-watering. A compliments to staff who took care of us and chef who prepare for us. Must visit place

Excellent food and courteous staff. Being at this place with family. My dad being on wheel chair ,the welcome was 10 on 10. The instant assistance was offered to us even the manager and chef self coming on the table to take care by telling whatever is required we will get on table is perfect to give 8/10 . the preferred choice of dishes was not in buffet but the staff has taken care of the choices of ours and was hospitable enough to make it happen. The mirror mircha, kebabs and the quinoa salad was yummy and the cheat counter reminds the street food , nostalgia. A worth spending penny place

Had a great day at Seasonal Tastes - The Westin, food was really good. The buffet had great variety , sweet dishes were really good.<br/><br/>Staff members Shivam and Karan took great care of the group and made sure every request was completed timely. Will visit again! Great service

A get together of folks here at this place turns out to be an amazing evening as the services offered was quite anticipatory with a lot of suggestion in food and drinks. On the top the chefs are much flexible to offer you the preferred choices. The eye kept on by the manager to seek everything is aligned or not. A visit required for this place. Thanks for turning out the time spend into moments.
Vivek Waghule
The spread of the buffet is yummy as usual as it meant to be but yes the taste of the dishes has improved. The service staff was courteous enough to seek out the needs of ours. The grills are coming on to the table and moreover the staff make you feel king by simply recorgnising you. Keep the good work going on

Had heard a lot about this property and wanted to visit here ever since then. Finally got the chance to visit and since we came out late night we had the option for seasonal tastes. We ordered fish n chip, veg club sandiwch and fresh orange juice. The fish n chip we're crispy whereas the sandiwch was fresh and delicious. It had great vegetables filling and both the dishes were served with potato wedges and sauces.
Sachin
I am a big foodie of North Indian food and the same I tried at this restaurant for having some good lunch and found there is amazing food and good service, cool ,ambiance, definitely gonna visit again.

Went to this late night since i had heard a lot about this place. Went through the menu and decided to order veg club sandwich, fish and chip alongwith fresh orange juice. Th sandwich was three layered with lots of fresh vegetables whereas the fish n chip was served with wedges and tartar sauce. The juice was fresh and tasty. It was a good midnight option for me and my partner. Had a great time.

The place is the awesome for all kind of cuisine. The staff was courteous enough from the call handling to offer tge services. The food is usually yum and the staff was so peculiar enough to read your mind about your need. The vibrant people. The must try dish was grilled chicken and nasi goreng. This has become my first choice in my books .
Aman Sid
The ambience of the restaurant was good opted for a la carte. Well suggested dishes by the staff eventually been to the first time and literally a lot of options are there in buffet. A recommendation to add pizza and sushi , I don’t think so the place would be overruled for later option. The food was great the staff was courteous and a much vigilant managers around to ensure time spend here lasts impact forever. Keep the same spirit going thanks. A must try was galouti kebab , Rohin josh, dal tadka home style and cheese cake mouthwatering

I had dinner here on Thursday , the buffet was delicious and variety was decent <br/>It was pretty crowded as mostly all the hotel guests have dinner here <br/>This place is quite common for office dinner and lunches <br/>I especially liked their Indian Food<br/>

The evening was perfectly into an experience of mine. Been there the place as usual busy. The buffet has a lot of varieties if u think something you will end up eating something. I have recently been to Westin on my birthday for a dinner with my friend. I was quite disappointed by the food and service at the restaurant. The restaurant staff was not enough courteous to help us start with our dinner buffet. There were no welcome drinks even.<br/>We have ordered for pasta at their live nation counters which was not the way as been requested, like some specific veggies that i mentioned were missing.<br/>The food taste was not as good as i expected to be and more flat in taste. The Indian grill items like paneer tikka and mushroom were the only food i liked from their whole lot of dinner buffet. The grilled chicken was awful.<br/>The service was not upto the mark.<br/>No complaints from the dessert section though, but i won’t really recommend to spend such a hefty amount for this type of dinner and service.<br/>Thanks.

An evening which was really planned after reviewing a lot off posted review on social portal. I must say i didnot regret my decision , the experience of mine made me wrote this few lines of those especial person deserve the tap on their back who care for us being enjoying despite being inculcating themseleves in the kinda of profession. Yes the bad experience should be highlighted but while writing anything even zomato says out not tp ooze out the anger here. After all i opted for dinner and went for a la carte . As i my wife made reservation Chetan being the manager of the place assisted us directly as the place was bit busy . He made us comfortable and then raj took the order of ours. The prompt suggestion was offered like instead of going for a platter we opted for mutton seekh with the malai broccoli which is worth of prices. Then the main course a dry vegetable consisting the simple aloo jeera, daal and rogan josh was fantabulous. And even chef Rana with Pushkar extending their gesture to offer something was fantastic gesture which really found in the other hotels. I must say to visit this place and really the champs here would go to an extent to made your day. Last but not the least the element of surprise for my wedding anniversary stated by the staff while giving booking was specially hand written over a piece of cake. Thanx

It’s the best decision to choose this place over the aierocity hub. The Nickelodeon brunch is superb the ambience has just on to the next level of expectations.the menu of buffet spread was so simple with varieties of samosa, Chile’s bhature, dim sums were good enough to give u feel of hygienic street food. But the mix berry smoothie suggest was it yum. The experience of mine is into memorable one as I been given attention by everyone and they made me feel king of this place. My kids special requirements was fullfilled what else a customer need. Will visit again keep the great work going on best of luck cheers

The idea to write this as m not a blogger but the hospitality extended by the staff from being server to chef who took care of allergens. The food was awesome. The buffet spread was with a lot of food varities but opted for a la carte which came out to be a good decision too. The food served on time. After each course served the manager and chef came to check if something to be bring on or the food is as per the tastes. The restaurant was fully occupied at ones but the manages well with all the customer are touch based whi h can be easily seen. I gave 10/10 for service and food must visit the place and for special requests pls ask them they vl do thanks for tak UK ng care of my grand pa diet. Kudos team

Seasonal Tastes at Westin has an amazing ambiance to match on of the best 5 star restaurant in the country however, the food can be worked upon to make it a 5 star experience. The food looks great, but what is look without taste when it comes to food.<br/><br/>Let’s talk about what went well, the North Indian food selection is really good, from paneer to dal to starters to naan also the gol gappa counter. It was a treat. I also liked the salad selection with a lot of variety and not to forget the Chocolate mousse in deserts.<br/><br/>Now what could have been better, the continental selection, the oriental selection and rest of the deserts could have been better. I felt there was verity but justification to all the dishes couldn’t be achieved. For example the pan kulfi (just an example).<br/><br/>I have put 1 star extra for the staff which was very helpful and welcoming.

This is nice and tidy hotel, food is good here especially the Buffet has lot of variety and staff is very friendly, manager Mr.chetan was very courteous.i will visit again<br/>

The foundation of our visit into a memorable experience from the the booking taken person , who was so humble and whatever I want did the same . Even when I ask yes we are celebrating a birthday they told we will be doing an element of surprise for us. After a close look this restaurant page review the buffet spread sounds promising. And in deed it is. Eventually there is a lot of vivid dishes. Something for everyone but yes if the pizza offering and sushi included on buffet spread a complete stop for everyone (my recommendation). Not only good varieties the taste food is yum. The server was much courteous enough to take care of us and also managed to arrange the specific food for my kid. Chefs gone beyond to offer our restricted diet. The customer here are given value for money. As the manager coming not only to mine but to all tables for asking our experience. I don't know about others but the team here made me Feel the owner of this place.

Definitely not the best ! <br/><br/>Recently visited after long time with a lot of expectations. However, it was an average experience in terms of service. Multiple food stations had a vast variety to offer but most of the dishes were kept cold. The guests at the next table were complaining about breads not being served since 20 minutes. With such high cover layout, service was just too late back. Chefs were great and happily customised stuff as desired but thats not all we expect from a 5 star dining option. <br/><br/>There are far swankier coffee shops in NCR serving great food options along with attentive service. Hence, this ADD should be avoided as much possible.

This place is welcoming with great food and service. Would highly recommend 😊<br/>#everything_perfect👌 #freindly_staff🔥 #tasty_food🔝 #must_go_place💯

An ambience of this place is quite after given two to three options the glass facing table was a good cosy sitting. The restaurent was occupied too. Decided to go for a la carte though the place known for buffet spread. But it turns out to be a good option too the appetizer galouti kebab was sumptous and was highly recommended. Also the manager self took care as the requirement for anti gluten the offered chicken breast was mouth watery. The bhuna ghost and homemade style chicken curry was perfect for a Delhi 6 typical food style with proper tender and juicy meat. The server was much prompt and was not only taken care of me but continuously checking with others about some needs are there or not. The 10 on 10 evening thanks guys so much. M not a food blogger but the experience given made me to write the feedback.

Came here again after a long time. Configure a lot of changes. The variations of food of buffet was spendulos and the eye appeal of the dishes was enhanced as in all the option in a particular place can be seen in a single observation. The house special thyme gin pomegranate cocktail was superb. The staff is courteous and moreover the manager and chef asking is something beyond the buffet spread do u like or the kid has the preferences is a complete moment making capture of the evening. When so ever I will come I surely gonna come to this place. A suggestion if the sushi can be re added to the buffet spread again. A tap on the back to the<br/>Management of appointing such amazing staff who knows you and makes you comfortable as a frequent customer. I didn’t make wrong choice to revisit this place kudos

Recently dined at the Seasonal Tastes restaurant and opted for their buffet lunch. I was amazed with the take on the lovely spread! From continental to Thai, from cold spreads to hot soups, it was a lavish spread. And the food was yum!!! Perfect if you are in a mood for good food.

Best place to have a corporate lunch in Gurugram. I often visit this place, specially for North Indian food. Their birayani, daal and chocolate brownie is msut try items. Ambience is amazing and staff is also very polite.

Food is awesome. It is like our second home.<br/>People are very and treat very politely.<br/>Overall very good experience.<br/>This is best I would choose for every occasion.<br/>

Lot of options are there in buffet but nothing that really pleases the tongue. Tried chilla's, pani puri, paneer starters, veg biryani, momos and dal but nothing could really give a taste that would last a memory. Deserts are a plenty where you can have some fun but again most of them will fail to satisy
Abhaya Babbar
Hi, went with Family for Lohri Dinner 2019. Restaurant Ambience is okay and Food was good. Service was fine but serving staff (waiters) didn't seem to be really enjoying it. May be they need to smile a little more than usual and trained in gestures. Manager was courteous though.

JUst want to say wow..<br/>thanks westin for having a lavish spread in gurgaon includes all the mesmerizing cuisine's starting from papdi chaat and desi style appetizer with adding healthy options in the salad bar and in the mains we had murgh tariwala with garlic naan you can compare that dish with your homemade chicken.deserts are ok ok but that ice cream was just amazing..<br/>The best thing of the restaurant is not food but the people who is working here _managers and chefs are coming on your table taking the feedback to make sure that you are enjoying your meal_ place like a heaven where you find anything related to food and being a foodie thats what anyone wants..<br/>keep that spirit on guyzzz

After listening from my multiple friends about the place we finally thought of trying the buffet here by using dineout 1+1 deal.<br/><br/>I had to finish my complete buffet in like 30-40 min as these hotels are strict on there closure timing & I was intimated multiple times that we will wind up at 3:30 PM.<br/><br/>This review is for vegetarians & would not recommend my pals to visit here for value for money meal at all. Even though I used dinout offer but still it was not worth Rs. 2500 for two people.<br/><br/>Starters 2/5 - Not many options in starters - I had paneer tikka, Sev Puri, dahi papdi chaant, rosted potatos.<br/>Main Course 2.5/5 - Taste of items were good, but did not find much spread. I liked dal tadka, mutter baingan<br/>Desserts 3/5 - That rating is just because I liked there ice-cream roll, kulfi was good<br/>Service 4.5/5 - The server 'Karan' was good, they will keep asking you about your food & if any thing is required<br/>Ambiance 4.5/5 - The place was good & so was the ambiance<br/><br/>Overall 2/5 - I am going with ratings because the buffet was average or slightly below average, but service & ambiance was great.<br/><br/>My whole concern is how such buffets become part of great buffet places. Over & above the place is very overrated.<br/><br/>This is my 2nd-time buffet in 4-5 star hotel & I am really disappointed.
Bhupesh Verma
Hi, I am rating it average due to food. We’ve ordered fish and chip and veg Biriyani but alas the taste wasn’t as expected, rather it was more like a mildly tasting dishes.<br/>however the service was quite good and appreciate Avjeet and Chandra who were serving us.<br/>

I celebrated my birthday here on 17Jan2019, must say one of the best restaurants I have visited. Everything is perfect about this place and most importantly the girl (apologies for forgetting her name) who was attending 14 of us shall be highly appreciated for attending guests with so much attention.<br/>Perfect Experience⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️<br/>Highly recommended.

An evening at Westin.<br/>It's not a bad place indeed I recommend everyone to visit this place due to my experience my sharing this which I generally don't.<br/><br/>Been greeted with an Indian culture usually most of the hotels do and given the options of the table by the manager itself. Well attended by the server sorry forgot the name. Opted for the famous buffet option that's a lot of stuff to try and varieties of live counter. The beginning was recommended from the chaat counter amazing selection. The salads was sumptuous and the murgh and mutton preparation was finger licking.<br/>The most favourite was Asian meal in a bowl suggested I should thanks the chef. Also, the cross checking that I have been taken care not only me but every one by the manager and chef which is an eye catching thing. The dessert buffet has a lot of variety the favourite was cold ice cream rolls and cheese cake even gajar ka halwa. Thank you for giving us such exceptional experience. We will be back soon.

Been with my guest and it's been not a bad decision to be here as to entertain.the management must be given a tap on the back as the staff is highly trained and humble. There are lot of varieties in food and whatsoever I picked is tasty . I have been literally asked m enjoying or not or is any further assistance to some specific dishes to be offered beyond buffet by manager n chef . The hotel is near by to my home and I must say this is my second home from now. We enjoyed a lot keep it up team.

The hotel restaurant name is a well defined one as the spread from my past visits have been changed and even an eye catching and enhanced; the tastes has the taste in all varied varities of buffet spread. The bhel puri was yum , the grilled seafood platter platter and the mutton seekh which chef did on my request to manager was awesome. Also the staff is so humble that they always tend to seek that u r enjoying the meal or not. The number of desserts choice was perfectly displayed to end your meal with a joy alongwith the cappuccino. Thanks guys for a lovely evening and thanks sir to make sure my old mum should be taken care.
Raj
Will start with my disappointment first. Asked for pani puri two times and yet wasn't served. :|. Reason I dint insist or escalated after that is their spread. What a sumptuous offering they had in their buffet. Fabulous. Personally I would have been done by their salad spread itself. So many varieties and all taste great.Their main course wasn't their highlight anyway, but whatever was present was just awesome in taste there too. I found a lavish spread, coupled with great taste. Only thing I found below par was veg dim shum. Last but no way least, their desert. It was superb. Whatever I ate couldn't get enough. All in all, I'd a great time in Seasonal Taste, Westin, Gurgaon. :)

Waiter name Deepak was very polite...i like the way he served us. All of the staff was very good and i also like the ambience, it was too awesome.

We were a group of six who had come here for their dinner buffet, close to Diwali in 2018 and were pleasantly surprised at the very large buffet spread. The huge spread of sea food had my co diners salivating and yes of course it added to their joyous experience. Not only was the food delicious, the service was remarkable as well. And as a host, that’s all I wanted.. that my guests leave happy and satiated. Thank you Westin.

The special Christmas brunch was amazing. They outdid themselves with the variety. And the desserts were beautiful.<br/>Appreciate the services of Ashish, Atul, and Gagan.

Had an amazing midnight meal! Gaurav's service was impeccable! North Indian would here was a real treat! Can't wait to be back! Would highly recommend

Seasonal Tastes lives up to its mediocre reputation. Probably the 4th seasonal tastes I have visited, and all of them have the same issue - mediocre food and non existent service. At breakfast recently, just one example of the crap service - there was Puri Aloo on offer, but the server insisted I eat Pav with the Aloo simply because the chef couldn’t be bothered making Puris (I actually heard the chef moaning about it)! The idea of the crew here seems to be for guests to eat what’s on buffet and not bother them. They’d rather talk to each other (and loudly so that they disturb guests around) than be bothered to serve. One sure shot reason to avoid staying at Westin.

Place was awesome i had brunch last sunday..<br/>I met to *CHEF ASHISH* he was very great person taste was very good i suggest others to visit once

Awesome ambience, very nice staff, chetan from staff asked us trice how was the food and taste, they even asked for our preferences and were ready to call their chef if we want any specific changes. Atul and gaurav served us very politely and with a smiling face that one would love to eat more😊

A quiet tempting buffet restaurant with a vivid spread. But heads up to the a la carte. The Indian food was excellently prepared well suggested by the mandeep and amit. The kind of service offered here is a benchmark as managers literally approached to seek u have taken care well or not even chefs are coming to offer u beyond the menu if preferred something. Thanks chetan for getting the baby mashed potatoes and heads of to chef swalin for the lovely food. A must try is rogan josh and mutton seekh in butter. There could be a variety of ice cream to b added as a suggestion. Overwhelming with joy experience from the welcome to dining

We had the buffet which was highly disappointing. all the food on the buffet was stale. upon taking this up the chef was kind enough to make things fresh and give, but we couldn't enjoy the buffet experience as for everything we had to ask them to make things fresh. None of the items on the buffet were fresh. They all had been sitting for some time. The roasted chicken had scorched up.on the heating plate, the new noodles were cold, the main course was all reheated. This is not the kind of experience we expect from a 5 star hotels restaurant. Let down by the experience. A spoilt night and of course wasted money.
Karan Bhatia
Its a nice place to visit but obviously not a great one. Not at all worth based on the ammount they charge for the buffet. They have huge varieties of food items but none of them taste great.<br/><br/>Based on the food( which includes variety, hygiene, taste) i would rate them. 4/5.<br/><br/>For their services its 3/5<br/><br/>For ambience its 3/5.<br/><br/>For value for money the rating will be 2.5/5.<br/><br/>Overall rating will be 3/5 as 2.5/5 will be very shallow

ohh my godd! i have never seen such a darling staff specially chef mr. rajesh rana thank you soo much sir veryyyyyy positive attitude so sweet kind and humble would love to see you again you made my delhi visit so special with your nice gestures thank you soo much god bless you! :)

One of my often visited places is seasons for buffet and al carte. The buffet is vast with good variety of indian and Asian menu. However their sweet sections and Asian sections are always best. They can improve their quality and serve food that's hot. But compared to other 5 star hotels it is good buffet. Indian section is decent. Worth a visit.

Charred service levels in the name of 5 star :(<br/>We were there at Westin Sec-29's Seasonal tastes restaurant for the anniversary celebration of our parents but guess what the celebration converted to..unlimited requests for serving us!<br/><br/>We had chosen Seasonal taste over Spectra@The Leela Ambience n this was our biggest mistake.<br/><br/>I have never seen such poor service levels at any 5 stars till date n not to mention the food was also not worthy of basic level appreciation.<br/><br/>While I must say I was really impressed by the extensive spread of the buffet ranging from chaat to Asian, Italian, mediterranean, north and South Indian specialities but sooner I realised that it lacked the qualities to impress my palate...well if this wasn't enough I thought of gutting down the food with a help of coke but in numerous reminders to the serving staff and I still didn't get my coke!<br/><br/>The chaat didn't taste good, the fruits were tasteless-guess their procurement people at fault here and somethings which were good never arrived on time. My husband had to re-plate his main course (as the food got cold in those 20 mins)because the breads were somewhere else making merry..<br/><br/>The fancy ice cream roll never arrived and we decided to leave already...I was so fed up that didn't even try any dessert!<br/><br/>The place is good if you're not particular about decent tasting food and are ready to wait till infinity for you to be served.<br/><br/>And if all this torture from yesterday night wasn't enough I woke up today morning with a feeling to throw up n extreme acidity.

Loves the food quality: great breakfast, lunch, dinner buffet spread. Courteous staff and good ambience. Chefs come round offering the day’s speciality. Loves the fresh juices options in breakfast; great pork roast; sui mai; pasta lamb bologniase; keema pav; tikkas etc...

With 400+ item layout, one can say that Westin serves one of the best dinner buffet in Guargaon. Do not get me wrong, it’s not just about the number of items on offer but more about the selection and quality of the food being served. Tiger Prawns, Rustiq Bhel, Old Delhi Chat, Lamb Chops and deserts to die for! However, the down side being, it’s an old property and restaurant layout isn’t that impressive anymore. Regardless, it’s a no brainer and one has to go here.<br/>Ps- Head Chef is always on floor and looking for ways to improve both food offering and service

"Disappointed "would be a one word summation of the experience we had at Seasonal Tastes!<br/>We visited it on 15th Sep for the dinner buffet. To be honest we had used the EazyDiner scheme and would visit again only if we liked it this time. We were thinking about which place to try for dinner buffet and we only chose Seasonal Tastes because we are Sushi and sea food lovers and we had read a lot of good reviews on various sites about the Sushi and sea food options.<br/>As soon as we entered we were told that this place was expecting around 100 guests (seems many people had used the EazyDiner scheme ;))<br/>But Seasonal Tastes had prepared for so many guests by one smart trick- having no sushi and minimum possible sea food options(removing all traces of smoked salmon etc ;) you get the drift ! Smart thinking Westin ,but you should have ensured that whatever was still being served had some taste and quality at least!!!!<br/>We still thought that we might as well try the buffet as we expected whatever was laid down in the buffet would taste well. It did not!<br/>It is surprising how a place of this so called standard can serve such food.<br/>To be honest it was not terrible so we did manage to gulp down some things. But it was not at all good either. I can't think of one dish which was worth coming back for. The dimsums were so hard that it was impossible to cut them.<br/>Nor the luke warm service helped.<br/>I think the ice cream option offered by Ramesh was the only saving grace.<br/>Even the desserts seemed to be very average.<br/>I would really recommend the management to visit K3 by Marriott or Sheraton to experience what a buffet should be.<br/>Will never be back.<br/>I would recommend everyone to plan to visit Leela, Marriott or ITC Sheraton in Delhi instead of this. It's just not worth it at all.<br/>PS- I even mentioned this in my feedback form at the restaurant itself. So this is my genuine honest feedback.<br/>

Thanks to Zomato having done away with the holy decimal point for rating a restaurant, I've had to settle for a meager 3/5 for the Seasonal Tastes at the Westin, Gurgaon as opposed to my assessment of a higher 3.5/5.<br/>Having come across their Sunday brunch package on social media, I must confess that I was quietly impressed by the lavish spread of hot and cold appetizers, main courses and desserts on offer. It all sounded exquisite and delectable and I've never needed more to go on and pacify my hunger pangs at any place else.<br/>Strategically avoiding to wear a pair of jeans as they have no give, Mom and I headed off for guiltlessly putting on a few more pounds.<br/>Once we arrived, the brimming buffet counters beckoned us instantly and without further ado, we grabbed our plates and got to work.<br/>We partly or extensively invaded all the counters depending upon our preference - the Asian section with a live wok, meat and grilled shrimp skewers and chicken & vegetarian Dimsums, the Mediterranean section with a chicken grill spit on rotation, pita breads and Mezze platters on display, the live Sushi bar with an assortment of salmon, tuna and crabmeat maki rolls, the Japanese section with an array of raw or moderately blanched lime & dill marinated seafood such as blue swimmer crab, lobsters, shrimp and squids, basa fish and salmon served alongside of several different vinaigrettes compatible in taste to the fish, the continental section with abundant portions of Shepherd's pie, Roasted chicken with root veggies, soup et al, the Spanish section with a creamy Seafood Paella and oodles more, the Indian section with its choices among vegetarian and non vegetarian snacks from the Tandoor as well as main courses playing favourites on the menu everywhere such as Mutton Rogan Josh, Seafood Pilaf, other gravies as well as an assortment of Indian breads, the Cheese & Crackers section with delicate as well as pungent cheeses accompanied by Graham Crackers & Mostarda Grapes and lastly the Dessert section exploring skilful techniques and exotic ingredients in the pastry domain.<br/>We filled our plates with multifarious types of food adorned with unrealistic expectations of how much we could eat, and carried on throughout lunch.<br/>Regardless of the extremely inviting nature of the buffet and the charming manner in which the same was laid out, a diverse and expansive line of counters and unlimited food as per the package, it always boils down to taste and flavour irrespective of whether the food looks like art on a plate.<br/>What I can surmise from my experience is that something so seemingly perfect of course had a major flaw. The food tasted mediocre, the cooking came off as superfluously over the top, some dishes that could've effortlessly been turned into greatness rather depicted a lazy cooking strategy while others undeniably escaped any coherence in terms of amiable flavours. What looked so sumptuous did not follow through to the palate. Ideas that looked extraordinary on paper, not executed as well as one would've hoped.<br/>The simply blanched lobsters, squids, crabs and shrimp on ice while understandably meant to be had along with the vinaigrettes, lacked an inherent flavour of their own, instead tasting bland leaving one yearning for something more; the Sushi rolls that weren't quite at par with the standards maintained by several other Pan Asian/Japanese restaurants across Delhi specialising in this precise art - the rice didn't have an ample hit of the Sushi Vinegar while the lack of a cloche made for a dried skin atop the sushi rice thus making it taste prickly on the palate ; the roasted chicken that tasted of any average household Sunday roast, Mezze platters lacking the punch that Middle-Eastern flavours boast of, the cheese station with a stale tasting Cheddar and Brie and desserts with redundant flavours of mascarpone and cream cheese.<br/>The only redeeming feature of the buffet was the salmon ceviche marinated with lime, capers and dill - gorgeously fresh and palate cleansing.<br/>All in all, high regrets for having judged a book by its cover alone. Shall hopefully return, although maybe only to try your a la carte menu.<br/><br/>

Good ambience<br/>Very nice spread<br/>Most food was run of the mill. No memorable or signature item.<br/>They have tried to up the wow factor with a rather nice seafood spread, but the crabs and muzzles were both a little chewy, having sat there for quite some time I guess.<br/><br/>Lot of my friends love this place but I found it average. I would rather go to the Spectra at the Leela

This place has always treated me with the Best that is. Amazing cold cut meats, mad smoked Salmon ❤️ nd freakin amazing chicken dimsum. After trying the Breakfast Buffet at almost every 5star hotel, lemme tell u this place is something else. The Saturday Fuel-Up BreakfasT is crazy. I wish the same can start fr the Sunday Brunch aswell.

Big layout of the buffet... but ill trained service staff, the managers too are aloof to the tables.. hope they improve.. its like the fag end of the buffet so forget about the tables... the high chair provided for the baby was very very dirty.. eye for detail missing...

We had an amazing breakfast experience. It was an exquisite blend of taste and variety. Would love to come again. Vijay was with us for all the assistance, services. It was all in all a great time spent.

I was there for breakfast buffet and rarely will you find a place where everything is perfect. Breads were fresh, salads were crisp, juices juicy, bacon crunchy and I can continue about it. The best part is the riot of colors and freshness in everything.Service is par excellence

For my wife's birthday, I wanted to take my extended family for a nice lunch or dinner. I came across a nice offer from dineout (50% off) in Seasonal Tastes in Westin, Gurgaon. Booked and pre-paid for 10 seats and went there for dinner.<br/><br/>I announced to the F&B team that I intend to use the dineout offer that I had purchased and they just had a look at the redemption code in my phone and gave me a nice round table.<br/><br/>The food choices are really amazing.. In most of these places, the options for vegetarians are limited but here that was not the case. Nice options including hummus and pita bread counters, chaat counters, variety of main course dishes and continental dishes.<br/><br/>But the best part was the quick, friendly and efficient service provided by Karan, Ravi, Ashish and Deepak.Thank you for a nice evening where everyone thoroughly enjoyed.<br/><br/>

I was very impressed with the spread and quality as well. They have definitely upgraded their quality and ensured that the spread is good. It is a vast spread and reminded me of Marriott brunch! Sandeep has done some excellent combo with the brunch which includes pool ( you have to pay 1250 for pool and drinks) and 15 min food spa( highly recommend). Brunch is all about friends and family and we had great time today. At 1950 this sunday brunch at seasonal taste is definitely a steal.
Khushal Juneja
Both the service quality and the food taste needs to improve.. Seemed like they were understaffed and did not provide a good service until i had talked to the manager about it.. There are several good options and we tried a lot of them.. However, the food taste was quite ordinary.. So, not worthy of a Westin or the high price that they charge until they improve in a lot of areas..

The best experience and food in Mediterranean, continental. The set up is soothing, very relaxing. The serving staff does it's best by timely service and pleasing simple smile. The ambience, set up, seating, the staff and cuisine, everything was recommendable.<br/><br/>Menu is sufficient with good options of veg and non veg items. We tried both. The presentation was mouth watering and excited to say that they passed the expectations as well. I was amazed to find the flavours and quality. 👌<br/><br/>The service is at par with best restaurants in some of the star categories hotels... Visit, experience and rate your self...🙂🙂

Visited this place for a family dinner and to celebrate my sister’s bday.<br/>I hav to say this place was bustling with ppl and still has a prompt and amiable service. The decor is minimalist and tastefully done.<br/>Our host Vijay made sure we select the best food according to our taste and preferences. Also he served us too well and honoured us with his well organised services.<br/>This restaurant has some lip smacking dishes! So we orderrd a Tandoor platter(hara bhara kabab, seek kabab, paneer tikka), which according to me was average as compared to many places i hav been to. Coming to the main course, their paneer makhni was dish of the day for me.. it has a beautiful fragrance and tasted awesomeee! Dal makhni was perfectly cooked and tasted really well. The breads were soft and easily eatable. Their Biryani is surely a MUST try! Papdi chaat was good too. Coming to the cake.. i have no words to describe their fruit cake, it tasted so well!!! If u gotta love for cakes, this one will surely become ur regular buy!! ❤️

Iwas decent. they can definitely replace the nachos section with something fancier.<br/><br/>great to see that the dessert section keeps on changing every time. great dessert spread with cold stone ice cream, indian desserts like rasberry/babay rasgulle and the likes. there were some nice pies, cakes, tiramisu etc.

Good food, Good ambience is a part of deal when you dine in any 5 🌟 property however what's best here is the service. Have been going regularly for a while now and I must say the service has always been better than the previous one. Very dedicated staff which not only serves amazing food but also takes care of your as small needs as, picking your favorites place. Special thanks to Vijay for his incredible devotion towards his work and ensuring that guest leaves happily at the end of the day. Good job! I hope rest of the team too keeps up with the parameters.

This place has one of the amazing breakfast spreads I have ever had! The ambience is very peaceful! The lavish food spread will make sure you feel pampered. The best part is that the spread is made keeping in mind the palate of everyone. Good selection of cheese, perfectely cooked omelettes, dimsums, fried rice, Indian selection, a healthy juice bar, chai counter. Not to forget, to to it all the people around you make sure you don't miss anything. Keep rocking team!

Evening to chill out.<br/>Westin located near by to our essel tower residency been here quite a long time back. So decided to give a shot. This restaurant buffet was amazing with spread. Also the option for homemade items to b inclucated in the spread was awesome, which they highlight. Amazing hospitality the chef comes to us for the feedback. Moreover the manager taking the feedback and asking if something can be offered as a choice. An awesome place to hangout.<br/>

I visited the Seasonal Tastes on 24.06.2018 to celebrate my birthday. I had Sunday brunch there . And I must tell you that it is one of the finest restaurants in Delhi NCR .The whole crew who were serving on that day was awesome and so welcoming. Both the food and beverage buffet were A+ rate. You can have the taste of varieties of cuisines at one go. Thanks for making my day a memorable one.<br/><br/>I personally recommend this restaurant!!<br/>#alsolovetheliveperformance

All the cuisines Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Continental, Italian, Lebanese phew there can be more. Although my taste buds didn't liked their Indian version but there sushi and Lebanese cuisines were good. There farm green section is good and had fresh spread. In sweets I liked their tarts. Rest other sweets were also good. Such big spreads are always confusing.

Nice ambience, not very busy when we walked in May be lunch time it’s like that only, they had a wide buffet as well but we opted for Ala carte. Their club sandwich was good to taste so was the Kathi roll. As we wanted to grab some quick bite so thought of having these bites. Overall good experience and fast service.

Been to the place was well escorted, perfect ambience. The food spread has to much variety which is worth for the prices. Staff precisely goes out the way to feel you like u own the place. When the satisfaction to be checked from 1 to 10. Moreover, the staff asks you if something beyond the buffet u like and they made it simple<br/>Best hospitality ever. Good food......

I guess this was the best dinner buffet I’ve had at gurgaon, what a layout. More than amazing staff and hospitality. Loved their Vietnamese rolls, salads, dimsums and their chicken masala the most. The sushi and sea food was really delectable too. The highlight for me was their dessert section, the chocolate pudding was out of the world and so were the chocolate cake and mousse.
Arjun Chaudhary
A great decor and wide variety of cusines from across the globe makes this a memorable place for a date night. They have sushi, seafood, salad, continental, Indian and Vietnamese counters to please the taste buds.<br/>Oh and the desserts counter! Quite the icing on the cake.<br/>If there are areas for improvement then it would be in the taste of a couple of dishes. Such as the pan seared Basa and the Rottisirie Chicken.<br/>Apart from that, Kudos guys!

the weekend<br/>weekend is not a weekend if not enjoyed with the friends.<br/>the westin a renowned brand. thougt to give a visit. my many friends have been there. the property was nice. was well escorted in traditional style. also wished to opt for a la carte but the associate suggested to look once the kind of spread buffet has. instantly opted for buffet options. lot of varieties like to try as much we can. as the restaurent has the varities also able to maintain the quality too. the staff is professional and will suggest you to try the new things as mine favourite was fried rice with sichuan sauce kind of complete meal with spicy prawns. dont remember the name of server but he was best in his work

Lovely food! It’s always a pleasure visiting seasonal tastes. The staff is extremely courteous and attentive. <br/>The wontons and dimsums are amazing. And deserts are to die for. Except their chocolate in the chocolate pudding is a little too dark. <br/>

We've been members of The Westin for almost 3 years now. And we just love going back to them again and again. Their breakfast and dinner spread is simply exotic. Been to the place was not occupied as its usual. The bread spread is like a hell lot of option. Must say a value for money or rather just more than when the hospitality was awesome as from the manager to chefs taking care of u and the best part to take accountability of the preferences if not on to the buffet. A must required visit.<br/>Yum food great staff.

The restaurant by the name itself seems to talk about the taste of the product..yes the varied varieties on the buffet the staff is courteous which someone expects when they step in the star category hotel. But they always go beyond the limit to do best out of best. Three cheers to chefs who came across to offer what a client want.

In cusp of city the beautiful hotel Westin has a varied buffet spread. Once u look at you end of loosing the thought what to try and what not too. Tried a lot of hotels of their Indian food selection but I must say here it's awesome. Chef and service staff goes way beyond to offer u best out of best. Being quite a frequent visitor I would like to thanks namit, amit, shushant and chef nitin. The varietis of idli and the poached eggs on top of idli was yum. A splendid hospitality.

The spread is divine. There will be a point where you will run out of appetite, but your heart will take all the way to that last dessert you didn’t try. <br/>The people are very sweet and helpful. <br/>We were served by Chetan and he made sure to take care of everything we needed, sometimes even before we asked for it :)

It was on to Friday night we decided to give a chance to Westin as they have many review posted. A win win situation the buffet spread is like a hell lot of option . Why would anyone deny food when you are getting everything in a single palette . From appetizers to soups to main course to desserts everything is scrumptious in the buffet . You can taste all the cuisines North Indian , Pan Asian , Continental , Thai .. The keema parantha is just awesome . Out of deserts the walnet brownie is divine . Soups are mouth watering specially cream of cauliflower . Best part is tastes are different and unique . And of course at the end the cappuccino is luscious .<br/>A definite yes to visit this place with your loved ones . <br/>P.s If u get the best of the deals as 50% off what can be better .<br/><br/>Ambience : 5<br/>Value For Money : 4<br/>Service : 4<br/>Quality : 5<br/>Quantity : 5

Excellent food and very warm service. Vijay took good care of us through out the dinner. It was my brother’s bday and they organised a nice cake at a moment’s notice. We ordered Indian, Western and Chinese - all well prepared with consistent quality. Ambience adds to the experience. Definitely full marks!

Here is my opinion that surprised me as well!. While going to Western Gurgaon for Sunday brunch , i wasn't too sure about their food given my prior experience at westin wasn't too great! . But this time, i was very impressed with the spread and quality as well. They have definitely upgraded their quality and ensured that the spread is good. The spread isn't too great or the best in town as other five stars have a more extensive spread. <br/>Taste wise, it was decent. they can definitely replace the nachos section with something fancier.<br/>great to see that the dessert section keeps on changing every time. great dessert spread with cold stone ice cream, indian desserts like rasberry/babay rasgulle and the likes. there were some nice pies, cakes, tiramisu etc. <br/><br/>wont mind being back again but shall think twice and can get a better spread at a place like tamra or spectra ;)

The food and service was awesome.Specially the treatment and service provided by Vijay our server was mind blowing. This was our first visit here at seasonal tastes and it is mostly due to his courtesy extended to us that we have now become frequent visitors.

Yesterday on 28th April 2018 we went for Buffet dinner at seasonal taste with my two guests . It was a terrible experience . It was worst dinner buffet we ever had in lifetime . Ranging from staters to main course it was a disaster . All food was cold and not fresh . Service was below standard . Spread was big but nothing tasted Gud . Tried momos but layer of momos were very thick as if one is eating total flour . Starters were not at all hot and also the main course . Food was tasting stale. Unbelievable waste of money . I would not at all recommend anyone to visit the place . You feel like cheated . We work for MNCs and never thought of such a pathetic experience <br/>

The spread isn't too vast but taste wise pretty decent. mutton nihari was my favourite. Their sushi and the dessert sections are the two main attractions and you must try them! large variery in each of them. <br/>also try their roasted duck :)

The Sunday brunch here is pretty amazing. Really wide variety of food to choose from. The service is also good despite the fact that they were completely packed.

Kashmiri Mirch ka Murgh Tikka<br/>Spicy and well cooked, tender and not at all chewy.<br/><br/>Galouti Kebab<br/>This one is not extremely spicy but medium spicy, the quantity is really good and tastes near about perfect with no rubbery texture. I love the consistency.<br/><br/>Surkh Paneer Tikka<br/>This one should be tried by everyone. It really tastes very unique in terms of Paneer Tikka, the flavors are savoury and burst in the mouth. The Paneer chunks are not meltworthy yet very much soft and delicious.<br/><br/>

Not so premium in the first look (as it's based on the ground floor of the hotel without any specific entrance) but as soon as you sit down and absorb the space, you realize it's not that bad after all. Food is above average and same goes for the ambience of the restaurant. The chef was generous enough to pay us a visit and the service was very good. Do pay a visit if not opting for Taj or ITC restaurants.

We were looking for a place to have nice buffet for lunch and decide to dine at westin seasonal tastes. They have a lavish spread ranging from chaat corner comprising of chole kulche, dahi papdi and gol gappe at one corner followed by salads , hummus and a variety of breads. Going little further, there is an indian corner with indian main course , and starters. In vegetarian, i had paneer tikka and dahi ke kabab. Besides this, there was italian kitchen, mexican and chinese. And my favourites among all were vegetable dimsum and stir fried vegetables. Also not to forget great collection of desserts ranging from pastries, cakes and indian desserts. All in all it was a nice experience and one point less is for few flies or bugs which kept troubling and were a set back.

The ambience is good. Luxurious variety of food. I had salmon roast and it was delicious. The buffet was the best here. One should come take time and enjoy the varieties.

This was another occasion when we went to Seasonal Tastes - The Westin Gurgaon for a team lunch. We were a team of around 30 folks and they gave us a nice place at the end which was a bit further from other tables. This was a positive for us considering the team size. Now coming to the food and my rating. My rating is based on the quality and taste of food. I didn’t find the food as awesome as I had heard it would be. Found most of the food to be cold like the grilled chicken and accompanied veggies along with it. There was hardly anyone on the live counters - on one of the live counters I asked for two pieces of sole fish and was told i would get it on my table which actually never happened. This was even true for other live counters. Completely chaotic. My rating would have gone lower if it wasn’t for the North Indian veg and non veg which were really tasty and the selection of desserts and was the saving grace for them. All Indian dishes both veg and non veg were very tasty and better than some of the other places plus selection of desserts including Indian mithai’s was good. I hope my experience would be better if I visit this place next time.

This place is in Westin Gurgaon, and it has a very wide spread of food to offer for both breakfast and lunch. They have north indian, south indian, asian, and continental cuisines.<br/><br/>I had breakfast there, and tried to cover varioua things. In fruits - kiwi and strawberries were disappointment as those were sour, not sweet. However olive salad and bell pepper salad were good.<br/><br/>Idly and chutneys were good. You can also order poori and parantha from the live counter. We tried pooris with aaloo bhaji and white chana, and it was amazing. The aloo pranatha was having less salt, but it was tasty too along with the mixed pickle served.<br/><br/>The tea portion was more than enough, but i liked the strong tea they offered. The servers were nice and helpful. At times, they were slow, but that was okay considering you can go for self service too.

The place is amazing and the quality of food they serve is like no other place. The manager Chetan Goyal is extremely helpful and humble. Loved the place, highly recommended.

I went for buffet, and it was literally the worst restaraunt experience of my life. <br/><br/>The service was RIDICULOUS. We had to ask 3 times for a single straw (it took us 15 minutes), waiters literally tended to dismiss our request and the restaurant wasn't even half occupied. I ordered 2 dishes, both of which were never delivered to my table. 30 minutes later I saw one of the dishes sitting at the desert section? Another food item I ordered was delivered in 20 minutes and was cold as hell. <br/><br/>The food was decent. Indian was good, but anything else was above average at best. Definitely not the food you'd expect at The Westin. Couldn't taste the burger because it was never delivered to me.<br/><br/>Keeping food aside, the service screwed up the experience. Paying so much, you expect at least a certain level of decency from the servers and they were extremely disrespectful. <br/><br/>

It was my 4th visit  with my husband.....And it has always been the best experience...... They have the best display of the buffet. It's lavish and has a wide variety to choose from including the desserts. The ambiance and the hospitality from the staff and esp. Navaneet and his team was excellent.

Been staying at the G-gram Westin on business for a while since early last year. I always try to make time head down for breakfast for great North/Southern/Western food(Strongly recommend the paratas and paobhajis) but also for the super local hospitality and friendliness. The staff are just great and are always willing to help and crack jokes if you're even up for it. I'd like to thank Shivam-ji, Sumit-ji, Ramesh, Akshaydeep and Pooja for being so cheerful and kind everyday. Oh and dont worry if you dont have time for breakfast. Miss Mongsha will always be happy to provide with a quick takeout coffee+pastries for you at any given day. Thank you Westin Family and Chal CheiyahCheiyah CheiyahCheiyah! ;) Westin Parivaae, Aap bohot dayalu hai!!!

The best was their prompt service and would like to mention our servers I.e Karan and Namit who were great and ensured that we have a special experience. Thanks and looking forward to more such visits

Thanks to wonderful hospitality by  Shivam/Sumit and  food by Chef Shaan !<br/><br/>This place is beautifully done up, I ordered from the a'la carte menu and liked the food, it was pretty good. The servers are well trained <br/><br/>Arun and Raj served very well ,very quick service and have full knowledge of food and suggest good food whenever asked.<br/><br/>We tried Dam Allo and chaat ,Gol gape also. This is one of my favorite place whenever I visited gurgaon. People who works there always welcoming and so kind.I went breakfast on Sunday place was over crowded this time I stayed along with my cousins not in hotel.I asked for table which was not available and informed 20 mins waiting.I was waited on lounge talk guy in coat and offer me tea n coffee. He suggested me homemade ginger tea what can be best a cup of tea while waiting in Delhi's winter.Later I got a sheet and server (Raj) called me by name that champ always take care me.Chef comes on table and ask about the food.I placed egg order chef Ashish recommended me Egg Tomatotini which is newly addition in buffet. In the short everything was perfect they just needs to work of increase the seating.<br/><br/>Service-10/10<br/>Food-10/10<br/>Value for Money-10/10<br/>Upkeep and Maintenance-8/10<br/>Ambience-7/10

I was staying at Westin Gurgaon with the Mrs so thought of trying the buffet is obvious as you get all the variety of food they have great variety but as all buffet the taste falls short it’s okay for a buffet but nothing that great overall it’s was decent !!! But great variety overall

A nice coffee shop. Buffet spread has a lot of choices, what stands out is the salad spread, kebabs & choices of Indian cuisine, dessert buffet also had enough to choose from. Though buffet is not favourite with me I prefer A La Carte. The buffet here passes the test.
Tandoormast#notapaidreview
Have tried both a la carte and Buffet:<br/>Buffet - would rate 2/5 - The spread is ok and the food is not up to the mark, very mixed quality - some is good and some is not 5 star quality. Freshness is lacking in most of the spread and not much attention is given to refilling. <br/>A la carte - 3/5 - Food is much better than what you get in the buffet, but still heaps of improvement required in several items (e.g. Lebanese platter, Spring rolls etc.). Menu could have been more innovative. The service is good.

The place has awesome reviews and one of the most trending places in Gurgaon so we thought of giving it a shot.. We ordered a mezze platter that was decent and not really exceptional.. the hummus and pita bread were quite<br/>Thereafter ordered Dal Makhani and Kadhai Paneer for main course.. the dal makhni was the best item of all the dishes I must say.. kadhai Paneer was a tad disappointing just like their service which i had thought would be really swift and prompt<br/>Overall a nice experience but could have been much better

If you want to give yourself a luxurious cuisine feel, you can checkout the restaurant in westin hotel in sector 29.<br/>Place in the heart of gurgaon surely does amaze with uts beautiful ambience.<br/>Food taste is fine but not meet the hig expectations as compared to other restaurants nearby.

Chef Rahul & Chef Shan were so accommodating and made the best Indian cuisine I’ve ever had with a variety of choices to choose from. Anil & Remesh were excellent servers and very attentive. The passion for their customers shines through everything they do. We can’t wait for a return visit.

We went there for a colleague Birthday celebration and it was an amazing experience.<br/><br/>Shivam and Sumit are the exceptional host.We keep on going to all the five stars but the service given by these guys at Westing is amazing.<br/><br/>No match to them. <br/><br/>The service at the Seasonal Tastes in Gurgaon is excellent, the server Anil and Arun did a marvelous job, one of the reasons why we visit Westin often is coz of his warmth and homely service .<br/><br/>We tried many dishes.Mix fruit salad with Orange dressing and Chiiken Tikka and Dal Makhni ,butter garlice naan.<br/><br/>Met with Chef Rahul who prepared them and he was good and know how to treat customer well.

Visited Westin with bunch of 30 colleagues for team lunch invited by our company CEO. First I would tell you the spread was spread over an acre ,🤣. Such big spreads are always confusing 😂.<br/><br/>Overall a great experience.<br/><br/>Pocket: 3.5/5<br/>Ambience: 4/5<br/>Taste: 3.5/5<br/><br/>.5 point for their spread.

When it comes to Gurgaon's coffeeshops, there aren't too many places I've not visited. Westin IFFCO chowk was an exception for some reason, and we decided to go ahead and check that Box finally.<br/>The coffee shop here is called "Seasonal Tastes", and like any other 5 star, they have a decent selection, the standard 5 🌟 pricing, some good service and some hits and misses in the food deptt..<br/><br/>Food wise, they have an elaborate list from which you can choose.. a proper chaat counter, Salads, Cold cuts, Western, Asian and Indian cuisines, followed by a lot of delectable desserts..<br/>I feel that one shouldn't expect the sun and the moon from coffee shops now a days coz it's difficult to ace every format.<br/><br/>Here in specific, we started with some chaat, which was decent, dipped a bit in the western continental stuff (grilled fish, roasted chicken etc etc), and it seemed like going through the motions. Went to their Asian section, where in addition to the 2 varieties of dimsums, you could do a DIY selection of meats and veggies which the chef can cook for you.. hardly anyone seemed to be going for it, and I filled a plate with fish and calamari, added veggies and passed it to them. The result was very satisfying, tasted better than almost anything I had tried till then, whether it was a result of the fresh cooking or just my palate, it didn't matter.<br/>Their desi khaana however seemed to be their saviour.. let's say it was like I suddenly had walked into a different restaurant.<br/>Dal makhani, paneer lababdar, Mutton keema all were simply outstanding. The Garlic naan combo with all these sinful calorie guzzlers saved the day, and the mood.. <br/>Tried a few deserts and called it quits for the afternoon.<br/><br/>They don't charge service charges, so the damage per person is 2200 +18% (=2596 per person), but with the Gourmet passport, u get to save 50% of that for 2 diners.. for 2 + a kid, I paid a total of 3894.

The ambiance of restaurant is soothing with good lights and comfortable seating that provides enough space to each table. Buffets laid India and Roasts and bake. Great variety of starters, salads, main course and desserts<br/><br/>I had gone during the time of Kashmiri Food festival. Mutton seek kebab and chicken tikka were my favourites in starters. Both were soft and juicy and I relished the taste. I tried akhrot and kaddu chutney which were new to me. They were good while being healthy. <br/>Dum alu was very soft and irresistible. These were the ones that were the tastiest ever. Haag saag a dish of spinach was very nicely prepared. Rajma which I Dont relish outside were very good. These days it is also hard to find good Dal Makhani. This one had all the ingredients to make it perfect.<br/><br/>Amongst non veg Goshtba which was minced mutton balls in white gravy were delectable. Chicken korma was good. It had all good leg pieces. Normally Kashmiri food is oily. This one too was oily but good. Guchhi biryani was outstanding. Mutton biryani was very good as well. All mutton pieces were soft and they were good pieces. Biryani was sumptuous.<br/>Main Kashmiri desserts are Suji halwa, meetha pulao and phirni. I tasted all three. These were great. Phirni was very good. Suji halwa was like home made halwa. Meetha pulao was full of khoya. <br/>There were more desserts like Pannacota, ice creams, kulfi, souffles, tarts. <br/><br/>Service was prompt and courteous<br/><br/>Anyone would have a superb experience at Seasonal Tastes , Westin Gurgaon.

We were there for husband bday dinner and was nice . They got us a cake with decoration very nice gesture . <br/>For food we tried both menu from Seasonal Tastes and Bara Dahri . We had a mix of both with Fish Tikka, Chicken Tikka, Biryani Veg ( very different taste from Bara Darhi- ) we didn't quite like the Biryani may be it was Veg so didn't have that oomph factor . Chicken was good. Our son had Chicken Burger which was quite of his liking . Chips with the burger were nicely cooked and crispy . Chicken patty was cooked well too. <br/>For drinks hubby had usual black label mine was a twist of Mojito which was nice served in a nice tall glass . Everything was good only one hitch the food took a lot longer than usual but as it tasted well so that point is forgiven . In fact they offered us complementary ice cream which I guess was to make up for the delay in food. Again a nice gesture . <br/>Special mention to our server Anuj 👍🏻 really good guy, smiling , friendly had knowledge about the menus. Gave good recommendations . He is to be applauded by the head staff . All in all a good night out 👍🏻👌🏻<br/>Would love to check out this place for our New Years celebration ! <br/>

My all time favourite place for buffet has been this :<br/><br/>The elaborate variety of food and desserts is just amazing , it always my weakness to go back to this place again n again <br/><br/>If you are food lover and can't make choice of which cuisine to eat , this place justifies it , having huge variety of each kind of cuisine <br/><br/><br/>

Well, one fine dinner is what u expect while planning for a luxurious date .. <br/>just try to get in there after 10 ..<br/>The food is nothing more than an average restaurant.. <br/>the service is even poorer than the road side vendors (atleast they ask you if u need something else or are u done) ..<br/>The prices are are ok as expected but really its been a disaster to plan my friends bday might dinner at this restaurant !! <br/>Won't recommend it to anyone at all ...
Khushboo Trivedi
The place offers you food with less of spice. Indians with fondness for spice may not like the food but the food is usually prepared keeping in mind the foreigners. <br/>There is a huge variety available in buffet and specially for non vegetarians.<br/>The best place to have wine be it red or white.<br/>I wont suggest the food if u r a spice lover. Though, the desserts were pretty good.

During my stay at The Westin Gurgaon I came down to eat at Seasonal Tastes numerous times and was so impressed and delighted. The food was outstanding, I am American but wanted to eat traditional Indian food and that staff was very accommodating with making recommendations and explaining the contents of different dishes to me. One of the waiters Suraj really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and really impressed me by remembering my name after my first visit. All and all, great restaurant, great ambiance, delicious food and superb staff! Highly recommended!

Highly disappointing experience.! Absolute waste of money. Had too many dishes on the buffet but with no quality.. Food was not fresh, didn't look appealing, no presentation. Starters served on the table were hard. Raan on the buffet was cold...stir fried chicken just had few chunks of poultry and was completely dry... I mean how would someone have it with rice.. Salads on the buffet was not at all fresh, one of them even had a piece of cling wrap on it,which I had to point out to one of the chefs. Not a single dish on the buffet looked appetizing. <br/>Service was very bad. It seemed restaurant was short staffed. No one to attend to your requests.. Restaurant managers were just loitering and chatting away.. Saw one of them chewing in the restaurant. I mean so unprofessional... We had to literally get up and pick cutleries from the table next to us. Had ordered for a mocktail which took almost 25 mins to come.. Infact had to remind it. One of the employees approached with the bill saying that he had not charged the mocktail due to the delay.. But not charging a 500 bucks drink doesn't make up for the entire experience. Staff seemed to lack in listening skills.. More of reactive approach than proactive approach. Had approached the concierge for some very basic medicine but was surprised to get an answer that' we don't keep medicines'... No empathy was shown even. Very poor service, bad food, no value for money. I would never recommend this place to anyone. <br/>

The buffet at Seasonal Tastes is worth every bit,we relished every section. To start with they had two veg and two non veg starters, there was chaat section with Bhalla papdi chole Kulche, there was huge salad section, continental Italian live counter ,Chinese live counter but my personal favourite was the Indian section,it had lots of variety in chicken mutton to die for.The desserts section was as elaborate and yummy,my favourite live ice cream roll counter made to order😀
Divya
Now this is one five star buffet that is worth the calories. The food always seems fresh, not like it's been sitting there for hours. The place is huge with probably over 150 covers. What I like about this restaurant is that it's well lit and has a lot of natural light coming in through their huge ceiling windows. The various chefs behind the live counters give you fresh, great tasting dishes. If you're in the mood for ala carte, simply ask the chef to make you some authentic Thai green curry. And that's what it'll be.. a gorgeous thin curry packed with flavour. Not the thick coconut tasting "kadhi" you get at most restaurants that serve Thai curry. If that doesn't float your boat, try their mutton biryani which is so perfectly balanced in flavour and spice. The rice is fluffy and light. The mutton falls right off the bone. The accompanying raita is surprisingly extremely tasty too! Go and enjoy a nice relaxing meal one of these days!

I was in there for a training workshop. We had a full two day workshop with breakfast, lunch and evening snacks. I don't know about my takeaways from the training as much but as far as the staying was concern, it was great experience. <br/>I don't need to tell anything about it. The huge empire tells its story itself. I had amazing experience tasting some delicious food of my life time. Be it Indian, chinese, mexican or Arabic. <br/><br/>Biryani, Chicken curry, Fried chicken, Dohi maach, hummus, Noodles, Thupka, Taco, Salads, Shawarma, Rosugulla, Fruit cake, custard with pudding, butter bread, moong halwa.....still counting...........<br/><br/>Two days were like staying in pradise. Great memories!!!

Too many choices, too many sweet treats. They actually serve real food too. It's too much to bear. You have good intentions - only one you say for maincourse. A treat. And walk out with a box of goodies and 5 more lbs on your hips.

Food (3/5): [buffet] Considering how much you pay for the Good, it's so not worth it. A three star rating is more than generous.<br/><br/>1) The hummus is blander than usual<br/>2) The non veg sushi tastes weird<br/>3) A lot of the dishes were missing in the buffet<br/>4) The dishes taste just okay<br/>- same level of tastes as one could find in a 2-3 star hotel<br/>5) The desserts didn't have any coffee ice cream<br/>6) The orange juice was horrible<br/><br/>Service (3.5/5): The staff is polite but hardly well trained. The guy didn't know what shell fish they were serving. The desserts guy didn't understand that I wanted a crepe, until he said "Oh you want a French crepe". I wonder how many nationalities of crepes are there.<br/><br/>Ambience (2.5/5): Yuck! Dirty dishes, dirty chairs - you don't expect such shoddy standards from a place that charges 3000 INR for two people, as shown on Zomato.<br/><br/>Overall: Please don't come here! If you wanna spend money there are much nicer places in cyber hub that you could sample.

The highlights of this cafe is it's buffet and the staff, both stood out for me. The food on the buffet is very large affair some of the Indian dishes were delicious. All the staff are polite, informative and always ready to help.

I happen to dine at this restaurant often during my frequent visits to India.<br/><br/>On top of the a-la-carte menu, they have an excellent buffet with pan Indian food, with plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans too. Moreover, there are a western and and East Asian sections for those who want to take a break from the (great) masalas.<br/><br/>The quality of food is very good, but perhaps the best reason for me to keep going back there is the outstanding quality of service, with plenty of attention to the detail. The staff is very friendly, and they really do many extra miles to meet all their clients' requirements, with plenty of inventive and passion for their job. Any issue or particular request, and you can always ask the very professional Anuj or any of his colleagues, and they will surely try to make it happen!

Absolutely pathetic place to go to post your dancing scene. After a lovely Saturday night out I went there with my friend. And following were my undesirable experiences in the sequence <br/>1. They believe in taking orders of people who come in branded clothes or in lot of jewellery. I came before lot of "rich" tables. But they chose to take my order only when I requested. And not to forget the water as well<br/>2. They were for sure short staff <br/>3. Raita generally comes with Biryani. But in my case the wheel was reinvented and it came 10 mins after my Biryani. When asked for raita. The reaction of the waiter seemed like, it was a normal practise to give raita after Biryani is half done. <br/>4. We Requested the server to pack the leftover food. ( trust me there was a lot) We paid the bill and waited for our cab 25 mins at a table which was 15 steps away from the restaurant. When I remembered I went back to get my packed food. To my surprise it was kept uncovered next to the billing counter. When I asked. The waiter on my face blatantly lied and said he tried searching me but couldn't hence he kept the food uncovered. ( but I was sitting only 15 steps away from the restaurant). Although he apologised. But it meant nothing to me. <br/>5. I sincerely hope you pull up your socks. Coz my experience will go far. I never write anything against anyone. But tonight's experience forced me to download zomato and write. <br/>6. I want an answer back. Westin gurgaon hotel.

A perfect choice for corporate lunch/dinners i would say... very nice warm ambience... a variety of cuisines available in the buffet to choose from... salads are truly a delight... specially for non vegetarians... fish, prawns, squid, chicken... lot of meat variety they offer in salads... they have indian chat counter as well .. with variety in street snacks to cater the specific Indian taste...you see a mix of many worlds here... after amazing salads and appetisers dinner you may not want to spend much time on entree and would like jump to dessert.... i liked the brownie cooked in chocolate sauce... however salads were my personal favourite among all... other courses still have some scope for improvement... but overall the place is a good choice for lunching out... offers a peaceful ambience where we can relax, talk, eat and connect... Must try👍🏻

Wish I could give a rating more than 5! The most humble and sweet staff . The chef is keen on hearing from you to prepare the type of delicacy you actually want . Amazing ambience and their sister signature coffee- cappuccino is super divine! Order any food from the menu and you'll not regret a bit! Beautiful property and service. I'm always lured in to going to Westin everytime I done out ! Cheers to the fabulous place . You should have me soon .... again and again ! 😀

So today is my brothers birthday and as a good/loving/responsible sister :p I was on a hunt for a cake or pastry around 10:45 pm. Searched a couple of known cafe and patisserie on golf course and phase 1 area only to find them shut! <br/>Seasonal taste in Westin has always been close to heart. Decided to go there and pick up one. Reached and found out that the pastry shop is also shut but the sweet man on the counter spoke to someone in the coffee shop and got me a very interesting looking cheese cake ( which had a base of gulab jaamun btw) and packed it nicely , came to me and gave it for free!! I told him it was for a birthday. <br/>The restless hunt was def worth it at the end. And my brother loved it!!! (Ps- he's a cheese can fan!!)<br/><br/>So Thankyou seasonal taste. Would def have a good memory of this night! Super duper happy!

Amazing food and service. The staff is extremely courtesy especially Amresh at seasonal tastes. <br/>Highly recommended for their desserts buffet.

We did not stay at the hotel, but had dinner at there on our one night in gurgaon. We ate at the seasonal taste and the food was superb - only outclassed by the service. I was travelling with my 75 year old mother, and our server Ramesh have been more friendly, helpful or considerate. He is terrific and his service outstanding.

Walking in Westin will screen your ears from the buzz of city life outside. It's like a whole other world. I went there for dinner and could only hear soft music as I walked inside their restaurant Seasonal Tastes. The evening buffet had a lot of visitors from the city because of a range of options from soups and chaat to cuisines like East Asian, Continental and our very own Indian. I started with manchow soup which was delicious and flavorful. There was a long range of veg and non veg snacks and fresh breads as well as a high end selection of cheese which I thoroughly enjoyed. I loved the exotic fresh fruits and salads it cleansed my palate every few minutes. My first time for a veg sushi didn't disappoint me either. Also found the Dimsums very authentic. It was a long time before I started the main course. Loved the daal Makhni with Pudina Parantha. the paneer was little disappointing though. The desserts spread was as big as the main course. I especially loved the selection of macaroons and the chocolates. Last but certainly not the least- the exceptional service. I was being looked after every few minutes, what an extremely well managed team despite the crowds after 9 p.m. Cheers!<br/><br/>

So been to this amazing place very recently, was recommended by a friend for its extravagant buffet spread which offers cuisines around the globe, the food and service was truly phenomenal. We enjoyed the dessert section the most. <br/>Special mention of servers like Amresh , Satyender and the Restuatrant manager Abhijay, all of them were really courteous and warm welcoming. <br/>Would definitely recommend this place to my colleagues. <br/>Cheers!

Went for a day workshop. The breakfast was about ok, didnt do much to satiate me. However the lunch totally made up for it. The spread was replete with variety from Indian to Asian to Chinese. And most of the items lived upto their reputation. The Chaat Papri, in particular, deserves mention, just the "perfect". Loved the mutton Biryani, one of the best I ever had. The dessert section was awesome. The  apple crumb and Orange pie was delicious !!! The ambience was lovely, the service impeccable !!! Good experience in all !!

The Westin Gurgaon is one landmark that cannot be missed. I have always been attracted to this luxury hotel for its beautiful ambience and the world cuisines it offers across its diverse dining venues. This time was even more special because I was there to try apna desi Indian khana. Nah Nah I am not talking about Dal Roti or Butter Chicken but the desi Indian khana from South! Yes, The Westin Gurgaon was offering rich delectable cuisines from South India which were a part of the multi-cuisine buffet at Seasonal Tastes though for a limited time period only.

I was at Hotel westin for an event on friday .. After the event got over while passing through the lobby area I saw this whole place decorated beautiful . Someone from the staff told me it was Rajasthani food festival that was happeming at the seasonal tastes restaurant so I went there to just have a look. After having a look at the menu and the buffet I couldnt resist myself from dinning at that rest . Rajasthani songs were being played the staff was dressed in rajasthani outfits .. The restaurant was beautifully descorated according to the theme . Had the most delectable dinner . Starting from starters to the desserts everthing just satisfied my taste buds. The service and staff were well managed . Also met Chef karan who with his team had prepared everything for the guests. This is one of the best buffet spreads of the city ..

A place which fulfilled our food desire on a very hungry and a heavy rainy day. We asked the server to place our food outside the restaurant seats on the table which was just kept outside the restaurant actually that a was a type of open restaurant attached to it as it was raining heavily and the piping hot food with a perfect partner it was a heavenly experience. Thanks for excepting the request. Although food was also very good. Service outside the restaurant was also very quick and good..

Best Buffet in Gurgaon...<br/>Service is great and the food spread is awesome. The food is sumptuous yet not oily/heavy on the pallet. The Sweets spread is also delicious. The sugar-free preparations are sophisticated and are a welcome delight.<br/>

Westin is one if the best resorts I've been to and this restaurant just adds to the charm! The food is great and so us the variety but they could do better with the taste. The service is amazing. I love spending my vacation here, its an absolute delight!
Atul Ahuja
Been here a couple of times for dinner and I just love the place. The buffet spread is delectable and the staff is prompt. <br/><br/>The cold cut menu is also exhaustive. A dinner for 2 will cost around Rs 3000 plus taxes. Drinks extra.

After Party Delight !!<br/><br/>Its our go to place to fulfill our late night or after party hunger cravings. Ordered Dal Makhani, Paneer Makhani & Chicken Biryani. All dishes were delicious and tasty. For the desserts, we ordered Brownie with Ice Cream, though the dessert was tasty, but could have tasted even better, If the brownie was heated a bit. <br/><br/>Decor is classy and elegant. Also, the staff is very  courteous.
Vineeta Singh Deswal
Had a lunch buffet. Very good variety and great presentation as well. Tiramisu was below average. Overall dessert section needs improvement.

One of the most classy and one of the very few restaurants that are open late night restaurant I have been to in gurgaon.<br/>We have gone there at 2A.M and we were there till 4 A.M.<br/>The behaviour of the staffs is extremely good and you get the worthful 5 star treatment.<br/>We went to have there dessert and a little conversation with the head staff landed us with comflimentary pasta and ice -cream.<br/>The pasta was super chessy and amazing though the ice cream scoops were not that delicious.<br/>The decor and the ambience is just top good.

If there's any place that exemplifies great breakfast spreads it's Westin and in all it's splendour. Being from Delhi myself, I had put up in Westin for a week and I can vouch for the extra ordinary courteous staff, the service and the variety in general. The buffet spread is fantastic and can keep you busy for hours. Options range from Asian, Japanese, fresh cuts, smoked salmon (and other, salmon just being a favourite!), pallette of cheese to choose from (yes they have brie!), favourite south Indian, sumptuous northern Indian delicacies and other Indian breakfast regulars, to a selection of breads and sweet decadence, several teas and coffees to choose from, jams, puddings, and, a separate respectfully designated fruit and juice bar. You name it and the staff would bring it to you and guess what even if you don't, you'd have the staff pay you a visit just to ensure you have all you need. While the service may seem a prerequisite from Indian five stars, having travelled a bit myself, it will be safe to rank this one with one of the best seven star buffets in south east Asia (Asians of course known to be hearty with their meals)!<br/>Visiting the restaurant with my colleagues from the US, boy were they impressed with the service and spread!<br/>There is absolutely no person I wouldn't have recommended this place for breakfast. So if you're in Delhi and care for a good breakfast buffet, I promise you'd be elated!
Neha Singhal
the buffet is an eclectic mix ranging from sushi to chaat and panna cotta to kulfi.. <br/>the place has a nice view of the restaurant deck and the highway.. i prefer their salads and starters over the main course..<br/>but a delight every time.

Pay day is always so exciting. Wait for that for a whole month and when the much awaited SMS comes through ... the feeling, I am sure as most of you will agree, is priceless. So this month, I figured that we - me, my good lady and my daughter - should spoil ourselves at pay day; no particular reason. Not that we usually don't but we wanted to go that extra mile. By Friday evening, and scouting through suggestions by Zomato, figured out the dinner buffet in Seasonal Tastes would be a good choice. So we booked ourselves a table for Saturday evening and off we went looking forward to a good time and a gastronome delight. Here's what my experience was. The ambience was absolutely lovely. Westin is a luxury 5-star and so obviously, it was simply superb. Great corners and backgrounds for some awesome selfies :) Interaction with the staff was quite pleasing. They are superbly courteous and polite. Had suggestions and prompt to our requests. Excellent srevice standards. Now for the food. Hubba hubba!!! The spread was massive and it is certain that you will have something or the other that you will like. A wide range of cuisines to choose from - pick them all or stick to one. North and South India, Continental, Chinese, Thai and what not. From cold cuts and salads to dimsums; from soups to noodles and rice to parathas and breads; from tenderloin steaks to tandoori chicken to pure 'desi' chaats. Choices are abundant. But how is the tastes you ask? Well, great. I don't have and compliants whatsoever. Liked everything that I ate (rather hogged). But I did think that the grilled fish could have being a notch better. The dessert station was well stocked and offered some very interesting options. The cakes and orange souffle are must try. Price tag - super heavy on your pocket. Be prepared to shell out some big bucks. For 3 of us, it costed about INR 3200 per head all inclusive. But it was worth the price. Overall, a great experience and proved to be a good decision to get there. Highly recommended, folks.

Chef Shah Mohammed prepared amazing good food in Seasonal Taste,<br/>We asked for broken wheat with Tofu and Spanish Ommlete and Normal Omlete and we all had good time.<br/><br/>Manager Danish is always welcoming to us and server Uttam also, they are also one of the reason apart from good food that we love to visiting this place again and again.

This place lives upto it's expectation with good food and nice decore. Went their for their buffet lunch and liked the complete spread of variety of cuisines to chose from . On the day of my visit they were serving continental , Asian and Indian food . They do have separate chat section for those who don't want to miss their indian street chat experience. <br/><br/>

Visited Seasonal Tastes with office folks for dinner some time ago and opted for the buffet spread. The first thing you will notice is how huge the property is - I had previously visited a completely different wing of the hotel for another event, and could not even spot it this time! It's very well maintained too. <br/>The buffet spread is huge, with North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Japanese, and other continental dishes. I wouldn't say that most of the dishes I tried were good, but some were stellar. The prawn biryani was awesome, with tiger prawns being cooked and seasoned well. In addition, the desserts were mostly good too. <br/>I felt that some of the dishes, especially salads and sliced meats could be better seasoned and cooked differently - most were very bland. <br/>But overall, I quite liked the experience. The outside seating is beautiful and kind of cuts you off from the mayhem of Gurgaon outside the walls of the hotel.
Stuti Chandra
This is one of the best buffet spreads of the city. Some times it has been exceptionally good..while sometimes just average. However, the dessert counter always makes me happy. The soups, the pork dimsums, the fish preparations are generally very good.<br/>If you want to play safe with your money..put it on this buffet.

Its a great place with amazing interiors and a perfect match for a perfect hotel <br/><br/>The food is overall delicious , paneer lababdar , naan etc and in appetizer tandoori potato are great <br/>The service is promt and hospitality is also great

I typically rate restaurants based on the value of money which they provide which is a combination of food quality, food taste, food variety, ambiance and service. Their ambiance is definitely 5 star worthy but other parameters are a big let down. Food variety as such was good but could have been more for vegetarians. While having food the food quality felt good but it was only till i went to their fruit and desserts counter. There were flies hovering over their cut fruits and bananas which were hanging were rotten. I really disliked the service - we waited for our pasta for more than 15 minutes only to know that they had missed our order and hadn't even started preparing it. Getting the waiter to refill our water glass was also a pain.

If someone wants to have a good lunch , relax a bit, chit chat and enjoy food then this is the right place. Very nice food. Lots of variety to choose from. Dessert counter is full of nice items which are difficult to refuse.

Foooodabulous Sunday Brunch @seasonaltastes #thewestingurgaon <br/> <br/>Seasonal Tastes is an upscale casual all day dining restaurant in Westin Gurgaon serving probably the best sunday brunch in gurgaon city. The huge spread of multi diversified interanational cusines are specially crafted for the buffet as it looks simply awesome and worth the money that one should be fine spending on.  The entire credit goes to the Chefs there. The buffet includes soft drinks, mocktails (on request) and juices. We were surprised to see it not doing great for what this perhaps is capable of. I would have rated 5 if it had been more lively. The staffs are excellent and ably- different to anticipate needs unlike other hotels. The manager has come over to check on us several times and did'nt hesitate to clear leftover plates off the tables. Enough children activities and indulgence on sunday. Overall nice experience.

I tend to visit Westin as my favourite joint in Gurgaon because of very courteous & good human-beings like Mr. Pran Mr. Ali and Mr. Kshitiz. These people are a delight to interact-with not only to extend your welcome but make you feel like sitting away from home.<br/>I must say in addition to excellent food you serve in Coffee Shop, you have able people like Mr. Pran, Ali, Kshitiz & many other who make your place a great place to celebrate.<br/><br/>Westin is my most favourite place to relax & enjoy but I want to bring it on record that people like Mr. Pran are the one who make this place more attractive & facilitating for us.<br/><br/>God Bless All of You!!!!<br/>P.K. <br/>This is another one of gurgaon's finest multi-cuisine restaurants. Huge buffet-lot of live counters, great food, very corteous and spontaneous staffs and good ambiance too. We found the floor managers (Pran & Shivam) and chef (Shan Mohammad) very accommodating -they let my friend's 3 years old take helping from the buffet while 7 of us were trying their menu, this makes the place different from the lot. Truly, a must visit place.

I have been here several times for their buffet. Their interiors are nice and simple and they also have an outdoor seating which is good when the weather is favourable. The buffet is huge. They have salads, chaat, Chinese, South Indian, Indian and lot more. The food is pretty good considering the options and how tough it is to maintain the quality of it all. Also their desert section is mouth watering with ample number of options. I love their ice cream which they make in front of you. Also when I visited this place during Christmas once they had a huge candy bar set up outside and you could take whatever you wanted and it was absolutely free.

I visited 2 days before to the restaurant s. Taste. It has a good and wide buffet . So many choices to have . Fresh and delicious food with excellent service . And to say special thanks to Lalit for his nice coffee .lalit u made my day . Thanks again .

Conveniently located, this has become my go-to place for late night snacks & coffee. It's usually not too crowded, and the interiors are done in a way that it offers some privacy too. The coffee is usually well-made and they even have some brewed teas here. The sandwiches and finger food are ok, and could be better presented as well, considering the steep prices. The service tends to be very inconsistent, ranging from super-efficient to nearly absent. I would love to come here more regularly if they could up the quality quotient.

I went here for an office event spread across breakfast and lunch followed by evening snacks. Westin has spectacular interiors and ambiance just like a 5-Star should be. Well groomed support staff, amazing green cover and picture perfect fountains.<br/><br/>The breakfast had a lot of options with macroons, eclairs, breads etc. The breakfast had so many options that I can;t remember every dish, but every dish was very well prepared and presented.<br/><br/>The lunch had a lot of cuisines- italian; chinese; mughalai; north indian. There were a number of options in salads, starters, main course, breads and desserts.<br/><br/>Overall a great place to hold an office event.

A good ambience with a good dining space they have buffet and a la carte both options. They have a large variety of food options during brunch. There sunday brunch is quiet awesome along with the outer area which includes activities for kids like painting , tattoos etc (on sunday only).<br/>       Overall a Good place with a delicious and great variety of food.....

Went their for dinner with family. The place has a nice ambience and has buffet as well as à la carte option. We opt for à la carte option. We ordered harabhara kabab and paneer tikka for starters and both of them were very nice. In main course we ordered dal makhni, mix veg and Kadhai paneer for main course and they tasted very nice too. The only part which lacked was their service which was very slow otherwise a great place to visit.

It is often said that quality comes with a price. This goes perfectly accurate with seasonal tastes. But we kinda disagree with it sometimes when we don't get good food and end up paying huge sum of money.<br/><br/>It was a team lunch. I with my colleagues went to this place to have lunch buffet.<br/><br/>Starters - I had chicken tikka, panner tikka and veg kebab. Chicken was soft and tender. It was pleasurable. Paneer tikka and kebab were also good.<br/><br/>Main course - I tried butter chicken, Lamb handi and shahi paneer. Butter chicken gravy was perfectly sweetened. Chicken was again properly marinated. Lamb handi was like lamb served with gravy of kadhai paneer/chicken. It was superb. Lamb was soft and tender. I am not fond of having vegetarian food when i go out but what made me pick shahi paneer was its colour. It was white in colour. Taste was also different from the usual shahi paneer we get which is yellow in colour. This dish was marvellous.<br/><br/>Deserts - I tried german cake, chocolate mousse, ras malai. I would have liked ras malai to be more softer. But apart from that all things were wonderful.<br/><br/>Service was up to mark. Servers were helpful and courteous and service was prompt.<br/><br/>Ambiance and cost - I don't think i need to comment on ambiance of a 5 star hotel restaurant. Same goes with cost it was financed by my office.<br/><br/>Overall it was a wonderful experience. Would definitely like to visit this place again. Cheers :)<br/>

A good 24/7 coffee shop with a wide variety to chose from. Their buffet requires a special mention. My only issue is slow service and lack of attention by the staff.

Background<br/><br/>Westin Hotels & Resorts is an upscale hotel chain owned by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. <br/><br/>**<br/><br/>Location<br/><br/>Located at the busy Gurgaon intersection the place may be a tough ride due to traffic but once you are inside the hotel its refreshing . <br/><br/>**<br/><br/>Ambience<br/><br/>I have a liking towards water and anything interesting that one can do with water installations or water wall art as I call .  Westin indeed , right outside and inside has done some amazing water arts which make it elegant and good to see .<br/><br/>You can see flashy Westin cars as well on the porch .<br/><br/>**<br/><br/>Seasonal Tastes <br/><br/>This is Westin's signature all-day diner, having an extensive buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and à la carte dining all-day. I loved the emphasis on the natural light which keeps this place really warm and bright , naturally. <br/><br/>There are close to seven live cooking stations as per the Chef and an interactive open kitchen keep guests entertained as custom made-to-order requests are prepared .<br/><br/>This place is known for Sunday brunches as well and it has a separate smoking section.<br/><br/>**<br/><br/>Food and Drinks   <br/><br/>Since I was visiting for lunch , buffet seemed a good option . <br/><br/>Started with the chaat counter and tried dahi bhallas and papri . Believe me , it was a let down . <br/><br/>Then moved to the Chefs special , paneer aap ki pasand and the dal makhani tandoori . Both were good but I won't say wow . The pudina paratha was the usual and a good one though . <br/><br/>I also tried a watermelon and pineapple juice ( not a part of the buffet )  . The caesar salad was also average. <br/><br/>The desserts were equally good in number and display and I picked anjeer ka halwa and gulab jamun which were good . A really cool place with a lively ambience. The buffet is pretty huge, so choose carefully! Excellent food... and a hospitable staff! Despite the bounteous serving of food I still managed to save some room for desserts! Loved it!! If you are in Gurgaon make sure to add this on your checklist!

My family and I went for brunch here. The spread was huge and the variety was much more than other hotels. It offered soo many cuisines and most of them tasted authentic. The best part is the awesome display of cheese. The cheese and mushroom omelette and the Congee was just amazing. But I was disappointed with the bakery products, which should see an improvement immediately. Otherwise it was good.

I was quiet surprised wid the kind of variety they had done with beet root , i tried all and they were YUM!!<br/>I had one of the best Dimsums here obviously vegan. Dal Makhani was also yum . One of the best variety in ice cream flavours . Gol Gappa's served here were also too good ...

Simply loved the buffet breakfast - far more variety than the usual 5* in Delhi/NCR ! I dont think i would want to attempt to list what all was there in the menu !<br/>The caramelized onion n cheese quiche was outstanding - 4.5/5 for that and so was the paneer lababdar ! <br/>From Chinese, to south Indian, to Japanese, to north Indian, to European, to American - wow - a whole lot of variety covered with atleast 8+ dishes for all cuisines !<br/>The place was all full up for a sunday morning, and they start clearing up sharp at 11. Overall food - 4/5, though service levels can improve.

It's my second visit after my cousin marriage. I was so impressed with the staff and food on that occasion. So, I decided to celebrate my 22nd birthday lunch with my friends at this immense hotel at Gurgaon.<br/><br/>We ordered North Indian cuisine. It was mouth watering with perfect blend of taste and spices.<br/><br/>Then In desserts, I ordered pasteries: <br/>1) Le noisette<br/>2) Nibs cinnamon Apple<br/><br/>They were just amazing..!!<br/>So, a must try place for fine dining..<br/>And staff was too so cooperative and service was excellent..!!

Wonder what has happened ???<br/><br/>It used to serve great food with attentive service, now both are gone. In trying to be creative, they have ruined the basics.<br/><br/>Wonder how they get so many people paying such unreasonable prices ??? The Lunch buffet is over s. 2600 !!!

This review is about my worst experience at Seasonal Tastes at 3:00am. Now If you are offering 24 hour food services, you have to make sure that irrespective of what time it is, the food meet the best quality standards. You cannot serrve stale food to the customers who come late at night.<br/>I ordered a Tenderloin burger, chicken club sandwitch and arabiatta pasta. Now the chicken sandwitch was a bit bearable but the burger and pasta was changed thrice but still we couldn't eat it. <br/><br/>Firstly, the bun of the burger was very hard and the patty was chewy. The red sause pasta was sweet as if it was made in tomato ketchup. There was a burnt piece of penne in our pasta. Now we simply told then to change it and they courteously changed it. The other <br/>2 rounds were again having the same issues and we couldn't take it anymore and had to ask for out bill.<br/>In the whole scenario, I want to mention that the staff was really patient and they did listen to our experience with food. The 2 points are because of service only. I just hope that next time with the service, I also get to eat some good food.

Our all time favourite buffet. Great in terms of variety and taste. And don't forget to visit the dessert section. This place has a soothing ambience where you can enjoy your meal. For people who love to have coffee or tea after their meal, this place is heaven.

Yeah, had been there for lunch at seasonal tastes.. was an amazing experience. Served evrrything with love.. apart the buffet was so huge that can be said the best among delhi ncr gurgaon. <br/>Varieties of indian asian and conti foods. Live counters.. great work.. you made me woowwwww...
Sumit

This review will talk about my Tenderloin Burger experience at Seasonal Tastes and the coffee shop experience at 3 am. <br/><br/>Ordered the tenderloin burger that was simply described as grilled onion, lettuce, tomato, cornichons and steak fries. <br/><br/>The burger tasted a bit sour (very different from the t-loin burgers I've had in the past. That was because they had added a lot of cornichons into the burger to cut off the bitterness in meat. The burger was average To my best of feedback. <br/><br/>The service was not up to the mark. I've heard about service issues at Westin before as well hence wasn't surprised. We ordered their special chocolate walnut brownie which was suppose to come with orange chocolate soup and vanilla ice cream. Now imagine a 5 star hotel that didn't have vanilla ice cream therefore the server very conveniently without even Asking us gets the butter scotch ice cream on out table. FAIL!! <br/><br/>The ambience of the coffee shop was also not that great. The place was stinking! <br/><br/>The overall experience was bellow average.

The food was good. Not exceptional but better than these crapy 5* hotels popping at every crossing. <br/><br/>Wont be able to comment on the veg food as i had a little of d veg stuff<br/><br/>There were easily 20plus options of nonveg dishes. <br/><br/>Non veg salads 4.5 as soft n tender not over cooked <br/><br/><br/><br/>dal makhani was good so was d yellow dal. Good variety of poppadoms and salad. Indian - Mutton was nice teekha chicken was overcooked n hard. Biryani had a nice flavour. Andhra fish had dissolved itself in d gravy<br/><br/>Starters paneer tikka was hard n the tandoori potatoes were so-so. The rosemary potatoes in mains were much better. Chicken tikka n amristari fish was good<br/><br/>Live wok the chicken n fish were cooked well and so was the lemon chicken along with the veg salt n pepper. Bhuna ghosht n mix seafood curry were pretty good. Tenderloin n roasted chicken were ok. <br/><br/>Didnt have the tacos nor d soup<br/><br/>Salads - big 👍 as all were good specially the ceasers chicken salad, salmon sandwich n chorizo salami<br/><br/>Deserts - eat anything n everything in it be it the crumble or d pie or the chocolate mousse Or upside down cake or d peach tart, even the variety of 10 flavours of ice cream. Only thing - didn't like the panna cotta - it was warm<br/><br/>Golgappas n chat - must have <br/><br/>Overall worth the trip from noida to ggn<br/><br/>Service - nice staff but a little slow in service. The first round of starters came after i had finished eating my indian mains even one of the wait staff was shouting at the others for the slow service <br/><br/>Worst was asked for a malabari parantha. After waiting for 15/20 min for it i gave up n asked them not to get it as i was thru with the food n was ready to move to the desert - guess this is why they didn't give me d feedback form. Westin management that is a sneaky move.

I had a meeting at Westin around lunch time and therefore I timed my arrival so that I could get to try this restaurant out.<br/><br/>I didn't have much time but I ordered the Veg Grilled Sandwich which came along with potato wedges.<br/><br/>The wedges were clearly one of the best I have had in a while- right size, crisp and yet not burnt.<br/><br/>The sandwich was quite filling and delicious as well. It was a mix of zucchini, peppers among other veggies and I really enjoyed it with the mustard on side.<br/><br/>Definitely worth another visit to try some of their mains or perhaps the buffet.

Certainly, the decor is flamboyant.<br/>The way they treat you, it feels like king. <br/>And when you want to relax with calmness around you, dont think and just land here.<br/>Drinks are good.<br/>Food no way, they serve frozen parantha and dal. So, no way for the food.<br/>But interiors, amazing..

Mostly we go for Sunday brunch or lunch. Bit this time went for dinner. It was a great varieties but don't have my favorite grilled prawn. They had prawn/squid Thai Panang Curry instead. Was yummy

Have been here twice and this place never disappoints me. It has a great and quite an expansive buffet for both breakfast and lunch. My verdict:<br/><br/>Food: Amazing food from north indian, chinese, american to what not. The best part is they will create dishes for you on your request. We once ordered Jaini poori bhaji which was just so soft and delicious!<br/><br/>Ambience: It is a part of a 5 star property and hence the ambience is comfortable. However, not as luxurious as I have seen other properties to be.<br/><br/>Staff: The staff is generally efficient but on my last visit, we had to remind them multiple times for 1 hour that we had ordered a cappuccino and when it finally arrived we got 2 cappuccinos. Also, I ordered a waffle that never arrived on my table. Not what you expect from a place that is 5 star. And hence I have taken away the 1.5 rating.<br/><br/>Go here when you are hungry like Kumbhakaran :P and I assure you, your appetite will be satiated with their wide spread. Otherwise go with your family and date and you will surely impress them.

The Westin hotel in the first place is jaw dropping!!this restaurant has a lavish buffet both for veg and non veg options...the range of live counters is amazing and the ambience does n wrong....the deserts are in abundance and are the best part of the meal!!!a must visit!!

I always like the place in which people treat you nicely and listen to you even if that can't provide certain services they have a good way of saying that , staff are nice and courteous ,food is nice and not that expensive

Lavishly decorated interiors - this is definitely the place to go to when u want to celebrate and do something special. We were a group of 10 people and we ordered from the ala carte menu. <br/>Starters were okay. We tried chicken kabbab, mutton galauti kabab and some veg kababs too. The main course was excellent. The butter chicken was unlike any I have had. Nice and tangy. <br/>The mutton and fish were great too. The menu seemed to be lacking in dessert options. But we ended up ordering a chocolate mouse which was nice.

Went to this place with my family and friends... Awesome food spread and great service... We were celebrating my dad's birthday... And everything was well organised by Manager Manish he was on top of everything and everything was great.... Thanks a lot to westin for making my dad's birthday so special.

The menu will make you fell like as if you are now Ina solar system with countless stars around. The astronauts in the form of supportive staff will be with you to make sure not a single organ is left in your body who has not tasted dishes made by them. The authenticity of dishes were maintained. Punjabi vs Mughlai vs Chinnese the differences were well Maintained. Worth spending once in a blue moon. A rare 5 rating from me ....

Must say - Beautiful interior with good quality music in background. We ordered - Chicken and Lamb biryani along with kashmere mirchi me murg tikka. Must say all taste awesome and are in good quantity. Little slow on servicing side.<br/><br/>Avoid taking Buffet.

We went to westin yesterday for a family dinner. We went for a la carte. Being vegetarian we ordered our usual dal makhani, butter naan, garlic naan, kadahi paneer...for starters we had spring rolls and paneer tikka. ..<br/>For drinks we had mocktails and ordered all varieties they had which was hardly 5 !<br/>In all I would say mocktails were not worthy enough...rest food was fine ...but again the key missing component is the wow factor in food..why should a person spend a good amount for something that tastes exactly like home food...no special presentation...garlic naan not worth it as they gave this tinge in them...I remember having better garlic naan at Punjabi by nature at Rajouri...but yeah overall food was fine...their buffet seem to be better than la carte at least in terms of variety...too pricy for the flavor and taste of food offered...

We had a 50% discount on group dining for the lunch buffet at seasonal tastes so decided to head over for a family lunch this Saturday. A nice spread is expected at a 5 star buffet - the proof of the pudding lies in the taste and the uniqueness of the offerings. Seasonal tastes is a solid 4 ( at Rs. 1300/- incl. taxes) and probably a 3.5 without the discount. <br/>The food: a fresh chaat counter (why hello gol gappas, didn't expect you here!) , an interesting spread of continental (I tried the vegetable tian, slow roasted squash with walnuts, mushroom and cherry tomato sauté-all good, esp. the tian), the usual suspects at the Indian counter ( Paneer lababdar, Rara ghosht, dal makhni, aloo chole fresh Indian breads etc) a standard salad buffet and an Asian counter with the usual Thai and Chinese curries, Hakka noodles etc. <br/>I loved the cheese selections too- Brie (my favorite), Gouda, Edam and a sharp cheddar. <br/>The desserts counter was extensive ranging from pastries, tarts, puddings, Indian sweets, icecream and kulfi. The desserts that I tried were decent but nothing exceptional in taste either (chocolate walnut pudding was really not much more than a chocolate sponge with walnuts on top, the cherry crumble was nice, the chocolate mousse was nice but ordinary) <br/>On the whole, a nice selection in a lovely setting and the food tasted good but nothing exceptional. I would be happy to come back, but only with the 50% discount voucher from their membership voucher book!

Always enjoyed the buffet and the varietie of food you guys serve but I must say that somehow the food is losing the charm. Menu is repetitive and you stopped experimenting. Desserts buffet is fabulous.

Lovely spread and even better staff. Love to go back for the buffet spread. Bakery spread is so sinful. Juice bar or the live counters be prepared to indulge.

Definitely the most exotic and elaborated buffet i have had in delhi. Sushi's are out of the world. They have great variety of salads to begin with. Vegetarians have a wide option bucket too. Indian, continental, Chinese, Italian, Japanese, Lebanese you name it and they have it. Amazing desserts as well. Cheers to this beautiful place!

Downgrading it from 4.5 to 1 basis my last experience this weekend. <br/>Stale food at the Buffet/ Lousy service . The staff was behaving as if they were sleep deprived for a week. Disappointed! <br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>Excellent food , ( we tried veg and non veg from the ala-carte ) , brilliant service and great ambience - and not to miss some of the good wines in their collection . Perfect place to dine with the family . Would want to go back .

Summer is a season that takes a toll on our diet and health. The rising temperature and scorching heat leads to a dire need of nutrition in our appetite. A salad is a great option to cut down on the calories and supplement the body with necessary vitamins and minerals.<br/><br/>Catering to this rising trend of this healthy eating, Westin Culinary Academy recently organized a summer salads session with renowned chef Arun Awasthi. This hour long session was a culinary treat and turned amateurs into experts in cooking 3 delectable and very nutritious salads for this season!<br/><br/>The chef, at his cordial self, was patient to answer our numerous questions and apart from the session, gave very handy tips that can make cooking a treat and convenient. An addition of these salads in your diet plan this season can prove healthy for your body. Also, since the preparation is not very time consuming, I suggest all my readers to try this and share their reviews!<br/><br/>1. BEETROOT AND WALNUT SALAD<br/><br/>Ingredients:<br/><br/>120 gm Beetroot, boiled, cut in dices<br/>50 gm Orange segments<br/>30 gm toasted Walnuts25 ml White wine vinegar<br/>1 gm Salt<br/>2 gm Black pepper<br/>Method of Preparation:<br/><br/>Make the dressing with olive oil and vinegar. In a bowl combine the peppers, tomatoes, spring onions and olives. Dress with the olive oil and red wine vinegar and season. Throw in the crispy croutons direct from the pan. Simply grate the cut side of the tomato on a hand grater until you get a nice fresh pulp. Drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil and seasoning. Pound in a mortar and pestle or process the garlic and salt until fine. Add the parsley and continue to process. Add the oil to achieve a semi thick “pesto”. Spoon some of the tomato dressing in the centre of the plate. Re-toss the salad and spoon on top of the tomato dressing. Spoon over some of parsley dressing.<br/><br/>3. I happened to be here for their lunch buffet last month on a Saturday. Westin being a 5 star, the ambience is totally justified and I do not want to get into much details. As you enter the hotel, Seasonal Tastes is on your left, seamlessly integrated with the lobby, alongside their bakery - Daily Treats.<br/><br/>Buffet majorly covers four cuisines - Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Continental and a marvellous assortment of desserts. As you step in, a massive display of salads welcomes you - veggies/pickled veggies, soups, smoked chicken, lamb mince and various dips to go with it. <br/><br/>Then comes the Indian counter which I completely skipped and went straight ahead for Asian cuisine. Chinese had the regular staple of hakka noodles/ fried rice and stir fried chicken with veggies and cauliflower/veggies in some sauce. Japanese section had fresh salmon, boiled squid rings, few other kinds of fish and 5-6 varieties of sauces to go with fresh fish slices. I thoroughly enjoyed the Japanese fare especially their Fish Sumai. The best dish in the continental segment was lamb pie and baked veggies. <br/><br/>Dessert section had around 12-15 varieties of sweetmeats and atleast 3-4 of them were made of banana. Chocolate mousse, banana shots, choco banana brownie, souffles, 6 flavours of ice creams with toppings of nuts/sauces. Few kinds of Indian sweets are also available - Gulab Jamun, Halwa and sorts.<br/><br/>Word of caution:<br/>1. Try to reach early. I reached at around 2.30 pm and the place was heaving and most of dishes were depleted. Even my repeated requests to the staff for replenishments fell on deaf ears.<br/>2. Extremely expensive. Around INR 3000 for one person (inclusive taxes and tips).

No doubt, one of the best place to have Buffet in a 5 star... They have one of the largest spread of Buffet. You name the cuisine, and they have it.. I was literally shocked to see the kind of spread they offer for buffet.. The interior of this place is beautiful.. Staff were indeed nice and courteous.. Though there were hell lot of options, I opted for the authentic Indian food only..For starters, we had Chicken Shammi Kebab and Paneer Haryali tikka..and it was really yum.. Then I tried, the Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani and Mutton Korma.. Mutton was cooked so well that it just melted the moment you taste it.. Rice aroma was beautiful.. Naan and Dal were also tasty.. It's definitely a must visit place.. Looking forward to visit again..

Buffet menu is a good mix of Indian and continental. Desserts both Indian and western were sumptuous. <br/>Hospitality is good. <br/>A perfect place for a meaningful conversation accompanied with good food.

Best buffet that i have had till now... The spread is so vast and tempting that you really feel like having it all...!! Desserts are something that I am sure many people look for specifically like me and they don't disappoint at all..the best among the ones i tried was Strawberry Crumble.....Talking about the staff, they were very courteous and spontaneous. I would for surely recommend this place for all those who really love food..be it non-vegetarian or vegetarian. I hope they keep up with these standards always....

We have been coming here for years now and that says it all about the great place this is. Out of all 5/7 Star hotels, Seasonal Tastes at Westin is by far the best. If you are a buffet person, they have the largest spread for both non vegetarians and vegetarians. The staff is always courteous and food taste is simply awesome. Their managers Shivam, Jitty, Omesh, steward Amresh, Nishant actually entire staff is always on their toes making sure everything's going well. The head chef Girish always makes extra effort and interacting with customers making food as per their taste. <br/>They have a huge spread of desserts too. Ever since I have turned veg I have faced this problem at most of the places but here from starters to main course to desserts options are plenty. Even on a weekday this place is packed. Always worth spending money and time here. Best wishes to the entire management!!

The interiors of this place are stunning. The buffet is very widely spread over here. The staff is very attentive and helpful over here. <br/><br/>So now coming to the main part, I.e the food. I started with veg sushi and some salad. Later on, I tried baked vegetables, fried babycorn, dal kebabs, stir fried vegetables, pasta in white sauce, paapri chaat, bhel puri, dal makhni, paneer lababdar along with some breads. I also had aam panna which was very refreshing.<br/><br/>Now that was an awesome meal both in terms of food quality and variety.
Srishti
The buffet is spread across a variety of cuisines.. I started with fish sushi and some flaxseeds. Non- veg starters were not up-to the mark of a 5 star hotel...next was chicken biryani with pineapple raita..mutton and Goan fish curry was tasty...chocolate mousse was yumm...they also have a chaat spread where a live cook will satisfy your taste buds ????

I have visited the place a few times, mostly for the dinner buffet which I must say is very elaborate. There are umpteen items to try, ranging from the very tasty bhalla papdi and delicious sushi to the really well made north Indian stuff.<br/><br/>The staff is very attentive and is always eager to help you or get you anything you want. The ambience also is very clean and soothing but don't expect anything too lavish or extraordinary grandeur.<br/><br/>The deserts area deserve a special mention because each and every desert is hand picked and is worth trying but you just cannot try everything in one single visit because of the huge variety.<br/><br/>The charges are quite expensive but it is absolutely worth it and when everything is so good, you don't mind paying a bit extra.

Here is a review after eating their lunch buffet for three days in a row. <br/>A typical (or may I say, more than a typical) five star buffet - it covered atleast 4 cuisines (Indian, Indo-chinese and continental were present on all days). <br/>The veg and non-veg mix was excellent. They rotate their menu and not much was repeated for the 3 days that I was there. Their Non-Veg salads are a class part. The soups are decent. The sumais and dimsums can just be gorged on, when dipped with the sweet chilli sauce. A live chat counter's offerings were a treat when compared to what I get down south. A variety of naans, biryanis, pulavs and steamed rice go with atleast 4 veg and 4 non-veg indian gravys. Not going into the details of each - but, their Goan Fish, Dal Makhani and Palak with Baby Corn are great! Hakka noodles with an oriental gravy was decent. Baked Fish, Ratatouille, Grilled Veggies, Baked Broccolis, Spinach and Corn - were some of their best dishes from the continental platter. Desserts! Sinful! Such an overdose of pastries, pannacotas, cheescakes, souffles and puddings along with atleast 4 indian sweets. Each was better than the other. A variety of ice-creams to go with these as well. Amazing VFM enough for the Cost we pay. Bottomline : Skip your breakfast if you are gonna eat here and then diet for a week after! Some of the best you're ever gonna taste! PS : This means that I have to diet for 3 weeks!

I went to this place in the evening...it has nice ambience and interiors..<br/>It is good option for couples..<br/>The staff is very attentive and friendly...i ordered aglio olio spahagetti pasta and it was lip smacking...we got complementary coke as the order was little late...I would recommend this to everyone who wants to spend time in peace since it is not crowded..also it is not that expensive so all in all we had a good experience and i will revisit the restaurent again...

Beautiful interiors (Courtesy Westin!), peaceful and well mannered staff. Very limited menu option if you are visiting after 2 AM,I tried pasta and cold coffee, they were good. <br/><br/>A must visit, if looking for a peaceful and decent place, to go late at night.

Went there to meet a friend. The ambience was really good as was the service. We both ate pasta - spaghetti arabiata and penne aglio olio. Both were a little too greasy. And as much as I like my spice, this was just too spicy. Maybe I was expecting better, but was a little disappointed.

It being my birthday, we planned to eat at Seasonal Tastes at the Westin this Monday.<br/>Without doubt they have a very lavish spread of dishes, the Service was very good, the Ambiance fantastic, but the Food, which is the heart of any dinning experience was where i found Westin wanting to a very large extent. The live stations were just about OK, the dishes kept in the warmers were simmering for so long that they had lost all taste. Overall the quality of food was not very good...in fact the the few dishes even tasted a little stale. The Chicken roast was rubbery, the fish smelled funny and tasted even worse. The chef should realize that one cannot just prepare fish fry and keep it in food warmers. In all the only silver lining was the Service and the person serving us, Mr. Rahul, made us fell very comfortable. I have serious doubt that i would wish to visit this place again.

Much ado about nothing!<br/><br/>The Westin was on my wishlist for quite some time and I always thought that it would be an experience to remember. Well, I do remember it, but not for the good reasons. The primary reason for going here happened to be the lack of options at 1 am. What we didn't know was that their late night menu doesn't have too many options either.<br/><br/>We were in a group and ended up ordering all that seemed good on the menu. And honestly, it was just okay. Plain simple okay. Nothing more nothing less. Neither was the biryani intoxicatingly aromatic, nor was the chicken succulent. The fish was just about okay. Maybe the chicken sandwich was decent, or I was too hungry to be judgemental. The brownie was a disaster and we found ourselves passing the dishes to each other. Same thing happened with the gulab jamuns as well.<br/><br/>It was such a bland experience. Something any other restaurant just round the corner can provide. Maybe I was disappointed because I had high hopes from this place. Not worth revisiting at all.

I have only had the breakfast buffet here during my stays and it has been extremely average. When in India I like to try one or two things that are Indian for breakfast. The paranthas are the worst I have ever had - thick, tasteless, hardly any filling. Alu Puri is extremely mediocre as well. <br/>The least they can do is improve on the quality of their Indian offerings.<br/>Juices are also not fresh. I was told they are but then saw someone pouring them out of cartons.<br/>
Sanjayz.bhatnagar
It is supposed to be burger and beer fest at seasonal tastes but the size of the budget will make you pause. Small! I had a bacon cheese burger. The thick meat patty was dry and really bad. Did not even have regular cucumber pickle despite asking for. Limp bacon. Could not finish. It was topped by a spider jumping on the table. Ladies on the table jumped out of their skin. <br/>Guys for the money you are charging get moving and improve.

I visited this restaurant with family for a weekday dinner, and I honestly feel this restaurant is a buffet - lover's delight! Although similarly priced as nearby Taj Vivanta, it's buffet spread is far more elaborate, varied and wonderfully presented. I did try some starters in a-la carte as well, but I seriously recommend going to this place on an empty stomach and feasting on the variety available. My top picks that day were chaat, chicken tikka and lamb seekh!
Tarun Mudgal
The seating and ambience was nice, especially the glassy view of the greenery outside. We had the vegetarian food and it was average at best. The veg curries were not good but, atleast the menu was pretty decent.

The worst place to go if one is looking for midnight hunger quenching food.<br/><br/>Poor service <br/>I had ordered "chicken arrabbiata pasta" a basic and most easy dish which I could myself cook without an error.<br/><br/>The chef served me semi cooked rubbery pasta tasteless and lacking salt.<br/><br/>I asked the server to remake the dish.<br/>The dish was again served to me but this time the dish was lacking chicken. The food I ordered all of a sudden became pure veg.<br/><br/>It still was rubbery, hard and undercooked<br/><br/>I asked for the server and enquired about the same. His reaction was indifferent and blatantly told oh I see but no worries we charged u for vegetarian on the bill.<br/><br/>I got so pissed and rudely commented ur pasta is so bad that I won't even serve it to my dog. Such poor service is not expected from a 5 star hotel coffee shop. <br/><br/>The server looked at me with a dumb expression and still had the audacity present me with a bill for food I did not consume.<br/><br/>Inspite of me reminding him about how customer service is the ultimate goal for any high end hotel / restaurant.<br/><br/>I was still asked to pay for it. In short I paid and left the place hungry and feeling cheated. I even told the waiter that I would never return to this place for such crappy service.<br/><br/>What a dumb staff the hotel has didn't even bother to apologise or call the duty manager to resolve the issue.<br/><br/>My verdict stay miles away from this awful shit hole of an excuse for a restaurant. <br/><br/>SPOILER ALERT!!!<br/><br/><br/>The coffee was also cold and served late ( as over heard by the fuming customers who left before us)

If you want Indian food in Gurgaon, go to 21 Gun Salute. Biryani was like something out of an Uncle Bens instant rice bag. The dal Makhani has too much cream and not enough lentil. Not sure what everyone else ate, but I have had better. Biryani Blues is the place to go if you want good Biryani. <br/><br/>

The most lavish buffet i have ever come across! Right from soups, to traditional indian chat, to chinese, to indian, to continental and what not! Very helpful and diligent staff! Amazing mocktails! Well done with interiors, the place had it all to call it a perfect dining experience! A huge variety of delectable deserts made the evening all the more wonderful! A must visit place! This place is worth spending upon!

Awesome buffet lunch today at the seasonal taste. Had gone to Westin for an official conference and was quite prepared for a quick bite. But this place is something Worth an experience. The cuisines across Indian, Chinese n Italian was tickling the taste buds and satiating the hunger. Seriously, must repeat place guys!

'it is with a heavy heart that I accept the shocking truth about Westin's dinner.' sounds a bit condescending, but then teenagers are best at condescending. But let's not get bogged down with that. <br/><br/>Seasonal Tastes - the only restaurant for which I have, in vain, tried to contemplate a candid opinion. When you walk in, your senses are tantalised by the spread of the buffet, but a keen observation will reveal that not all that glitters is gold. The area of its spread is maybe one of the reasons a person is tempting to believe s/he is in for a treat, but the buffet was in fact quite eccentric. NEWS FLASH - Westin believes in not discriminating AT ALL. perhaps that's why they so perfectly hid Non-veg dishes in the bundle of veg dishes and vice-versa. Honestly, I can't think of any other reason for doing so. <br/><br/>i started of with the soup, which was some sort of coriander and lentil concoction. Not bad, it was simple, clean. The salad bar was also fine. Nothing I felt that needed adulation. i did take some sort of spinach wrapped in iceberg lettuce. The only thing I could make out is that they weren't kidding about the ICEberg lettuce. <br/><br/>I jumped forward to Continental, and was a bit surprised when I saw no Pizza or Pasta. Not that it should have been there to complete a meal, but India is a place where a necessity is a necessity; you can't experiment about it. I took the Polenta in tomato basil sauce, which was one of the rare highlights of the day. The best thing I could find on the spread was the spinach and babycorn fried-thing-in-hot-garlic-sauce. It was worth 2 servings. <br/><br/>The Indian food was a sphere of letdown. I had to pay attention to what I was taking as I could've poured goat's brain on my plate and I wouldn't have noticed that I took the wrong dish. The Dal Makhani and Shahi Paneer are the only things that tempted my eyes; they had lauki channe ki dal. I mean, seriously? I beg my mom not to make lauki channe ki dal, and you start serving it as well? <br/><br/>Even the Dal Makhani, which lacked 2 of the most crucial elements in any food i.e. heat(no, not the spice, the simple warmth of the dal) and salt. The Naan was still quite good. I could only make out that Seasonal Tastes is good as long as you tell them to make something. Even the Papads were slightly soggy. <br/><br/>The Chinese was also a letdown. The noodles were the same kind all restaurants make, and the accompanying gravy was so full of vegetables I practically threw the vegetables just to get at some sort of liquid sauce. <br/><br/>I was keenly hoping that the desert would be a redemption, but, like most things in life, it disappointed me. The Panna Cotta was flavourless, The pudding had a dry sponge, and the only thing I felt like raising my hand to put in my mouth was the baked boondi. I was actually disappointed. <br/><br/>Whatever hope I could (if you have read it so far) still muster after such a meal, was for the coffee. I could praise it in context of the meal, but it would only be even more embarrassing to say 'oh the only good thing in that 5 star hotel was the coffee!'. <br/><br/>I would not suggest this hotel for dinner. I did not have the opportunity to experience it's breakfast or lunch, which seems to have received steadfast praise. But I am telling you one true fact - the dinner is not worth it. Most certainly not worth the 3000 per person tag it carries.

One of the best 5* hotels in Delhi NCR....The Westin..Gurgaon boasts of this 24 hour Restaurant or we can say coffee shop...Seasonal Tastes...Lovely Ambiance with both indoor as well as Al Fresco seating options....<br/>Edited Review <br/>This was one of the best visits to this place. They have recently started Bara BARA Darhi concept of Mughlai food in the Al Fresco area of seasonal tastes. Beautifully decorated with hand cart and an Auto which can be very well used for commuting. The Cooks are standing with their Degs and Utensils full of delicacies. The cooks are from Jama Masjid area and make some real good finger licking food. We loved the authentic Hakeemi Keema and the Mutton nihari. The Seekh kebab were to die for. Biryani and korma were also too good. But you can't have too much of it as it's a little oily and heavy. But the taste and quality of flavors and aromas is addictive. For enjoying the lovely and hearty food of Jama Masjid in the most beautiful and Comfortable setting, you should come to Westin and try it. And yes you can also have the Phirni which is just fine.<br/><br/>I am going back for more soon as the craving is already set on.<br/><br/>Shaan Bahra

My god. What an experience. At $50 USD, probably the most expensive buffet I've ever been to. And this was for lunch.  The food was very good, with a broad selection of Indian, Asian, and continental choices. Tons of very good desserts and very good salads.<br/><br/>I hadn't done my research very well beforehand, so there was some sticker shock when we arrived for our reservation at noon. We were the only guests at first, but by the time we left, the place was pretty busy. Where did all these people come from? (hotel guests?) How could they all afford this place? Definitely a (surprise) splurge for us, but enjoyable. On a side note, the entire Westin is immaculate and a stunning show of wealth, like nothing else I've seen these last 3 weeks I've spent in Gurgaon.

Everytime i think of having a late night snack, this cafe is always on my mind <br/>The place usually is crowded but if u go at zombie time u will not find this place crowded. The food will be of limited choices, as the night menu is kinda limited with basic indian and continental dishes<br/>Biryani is the best pick from the menu <br/>U can also try the chocolate coffee ice cream with fresh cream.<br/>The place will burn a hole in the pocket reason being a Westin product.<br/>

Great place for a lavish breakfast. Would still recommend the platter span is rearranged as misses on quite an options compared to options available internationally.

Food at its best..Service at its best and ambience..SUPERB!!!<br/>Yes this place offers everything a foodies can think of..with hitting your tastebuds so much that you have to starve for 2 days to get back to food again :):)<br/><br/>We went there to celebrate valentines eve and this place indeed made it special :):)<br/> Right from street food, to starters, to grilled food, lebanese, indian...<br/>Everything cooked to perfection!!!<br/>The sweetdishes..yes...so much variety and extremely sumptuous..<br/><br/>I would have given 5 on 5 but i guess some backdoor disaster ended up in flooding of some area..but I feel it was accidental and the management took good care of the guests..<br/><br/>All in all..amazing experience..keep up the good work guys!!!<br/>Will surely return :)

This review is long pending- but hey when it is about food, nothing else matters. I was at the Seasonal Tastes on the 1st of Jan 2015. It was after a crazy party at Story (you can check my review for that) and all my friends and I were badly hung-over. Hung-over can be sorted only by one thing good food. And lots of it.<br/>Honestly, the place, when we entered was chaotic. There were so many people and no space to sit. Nevertheless, we were asked to make our way to the open corridor where all the live stations were placed. Thank god for that.<br/>I started with the usual; an English Breakfast- baked beans, hash brown, sausage, omelette and toasted bread. The omelette was perfect done. Not overcooked, stuffed with fresh greens. Rest was warm and good. I requested for some well done bacon strips and they were delicious. There was also a huge variety of cold cuts, cheeses and salads. <br/>Moving on to the South Indian counter which didn’t disappoint me either. The dosas were crisp and thin. The sambar was okay. The idlis, vadas and upma were good. The chutneys were fresh.<br/>Next was some Chinese. I am not sure about that section especially for breakfast. But I did devour some. The dimsums were not great. They were over steamed. The stir fry was nice though. Noodles and rice were average. <br/>The north Indian had channa and bhatura which was average. The poha was okay. The paranthas were slightly chewier than I like. I didn’t get a chance to try the Mediterranean. Thanks to the crazy rush. There were a lot of breads and muffins which was the most disappointing bit. They were really ordinary. The blueberry muffin which looked super tempting were dry. The cereal, muesli and rest were usual- nothing spectacular.   <br/>The fresh juice, as I have read, was never served to us while entering. There was a booth. But there was no one to attend us. <br/>Lastly the dessert section. The cold stone icecream was flavourless. The texture was way too icy, making the whole experience bad. That’s all I got to eat. The service that day was all over the place. The only best part about this place is the huge spread. The live stations are good to look at. The quality and taste was definitely at miss, sadly. Not sure if I would visit them again.<br/>Overall an average experience.

Seasonal Tastes announced a Seafood special Buffet... so thats where we headed last night. From the starters to the salads to the main course... I think they had not left out anything that swims.. Delicately flavoured to spicy.. it was all there... Besides seafood there was succulent grilled beef besides s vast variety of chicken including biryani. To top d xcellent food was the warm n efficient service by all in there. In short, its always a pleasure to dine at Seasonal Tastes.

Seasonal Tastes one of the best coffee shops in Gurgaon..I've been here twice...the buffet is elaborate..must visit on a Thursday for Seafood lovers. The prawns, squids, lobsters on the buffet are a rage!Ala carte is also decent..I had ordered amritsari jheenga for appetizers which had 8 pieces and was accompanied with mint chutney which contemplated the jheenga. For mains Mutton RoganJosh and Garlic Naan were delectably cooked. The Chefs and service staff are friendly and warm.Special mention to Rubeen Gambhir who suggested and ensured our dinner ng experience was great!!

This place provides a fine dining experience. It offers an extensive buffet inclusive of multi cuisine and some mouth watering desserts. <br/>They have a good variety of salads n breads as well. <br/>Seating is indoor and outdoor both. <br/>I would definitely recommend this place.

FIRST NEW YEAR POST WEDDING SCREWED<br/> AT WESTIN SEASONAL TASTES<br/><br/>Thought of taking my wife for a five star dinner on 1st January, since it was the first new year eve after our wedding. I have been to Westin , Hyderabad and had wonderful experience. So this time wanted to have similar experience in Westin Gurgaon . <br/><br/>The moment we entered the Seasonal tastes restaurant , we got the shocker .The manager offered us the worst seat just beside the reception . That too a table with three chairs. This all happened after I informed at the time of reservation to have special seat for couple. <br/><br/>There was no dedicated attendant for any table. Our glasses of water were empty till 20 mins . I thought that some kind of patience test was going on for us. Now coming to the food. It was so pathetic. Nothing was served hot. <br/><br/>Shocker from one of the waiters:-<br/><br/>We asked for a chicken non veg starter. After 15-20 mins he came back with prawns .:O Again keeping patience, I told him to get chicken starter. He told that it might take 20 mins and that too he is not sure about the availability.<br/><br/>Paneer tikka was like chewing gum . <br/><br/>Now time for desert section. There was no one to server Ice Cream . So we requested some one to come and serve us Ice Cream. At the end we could only laugh at answer by desert guy , who informed that Chocolate Muffins were kept for breakfast but the restaurant guys have forgotten to remove that . <br/><br/>The first new year eve post wedding has become memorable, although for the wrong reasons. All Thanks to Westin.

Just like any other five star hotel. Food & liquor menu is vast. Service was great and food was delicious. If you are in no mood to chose from an a-la-carte menu then try their buffet which is vast and elaborate with some pretty distinct items to savour one's palate. A decent place to dine.

Large buffet spread. Like the ambience and great service. Quality of food could improve. I have mostly tried their buffet and felt slightly disappointed with the overall food quality.
Tanishq Jain
It feels really bad to taste food of that kind <br/>1 pork dumplings very hard from outside <br/>2 tenderloin was very chewy <br/>3 rubber type malpua <br/>4 carbonara pasta was sweet <br/>Etc <br/><br/><br/>

This is one place where you can just walk in when you need to gave good food in good ambience.<br/><br/>Their buffet has good spread but it's been same for years now. Needs change immediately. Also can definitely say that quality of food is not same as it used to be year back.<br/><br/>Thumbs up to their staff. Very polite, passionate and customer centric.

Obviously walking into a hotel of such name you expext excellent quality of service & food. Well dont worry the place lives upto your expectations!<br/>The ambience is very classy. The service is pretty quick. The staff is extremely friendly.<br/>There is a lot of different varieties of food available in the buffet. You name the dish and its available. Believe me you will be full even before desserts! But dont miss the desserts cause the are pretty damn delicious.

my friend being a member of the westin took me to this buffet restaurant on a weekday ...it is like any other cafe in a five star...we were there for the lunch buffet and the spread was vast....the food is not extraordinary ....the indian food was very passable...the continental was however the saving grace...the service is average...the oriental was also ok....the food was cold and nobody cared much about it mainly because it was closing time...still if you are paying so much you expect that kind of service and food....the fresh juices were nice....overall an average experience<br/><br/>04.04.2015<br/><br/>well this 24 hr coffee shop in westin offers one of the most lavish buffet spreads in gurgaon..the spread is even more lavish during the weekends...the ambience is casual and the service is quite fast and efficient...<br/><br/>they have a variety of healthy salads with equally nice dressings and cheeses to choose from ... i called for a refreshing watermelon juice to accompany this meal of mine...<br/><br/>the sui mai were a bit passable...the mixed meat stir fry was brilliant...the lamb was also awesome with noodles...<br/><br/>the chicken biryani was not overly spiced and had nice subtle flavours...the chicken curry was light and felt like home...the mutton pepper fry was interesting as well...<br/><br/>the have an elaborate desserts section with some amazing products and fresh fruits.....the chana payesh was nice...the coffee and banana mousse was brilliant...the melted chocolate mud brownie was sinful...<br/><br/>great experience..

If we talk about their breakfast buffet, its a huge spread. You will find a lot of dishes in small small amount spread everywhere. The juice that you get as a welcome drink is a fresh fruit juice. After that you can serve yourselves with canned juice. Salads are great and again huge spread. If we go for mains, you will again find everything appropriate enough for a breakfast ranging from english breakfast to chinese to south indian to north indian to mediterranean. Taste is good.<br/>Moving on to the desserts, this is the most disappointing section. Muffins are not really fresh. Ice-creams are not kept at appropriate temp. And not really any appreciating point about this section except may be nutella and honeycomb.<br/>Other than this, I'll not suggest a vegetarian to go for it because more than 50% of their buffet is non-veg and there is hardly anything that you will want to try out. Their staff is cooperative and service is quick. Ambience is okay. Not even that appealing.<br/>
Ashish Kumar
Seasonal tastes has a nice ambiance, though there is nothing extra ordinary about the décor. The buffet that they offer is good in taste and variety as well. They have live chaat counters with golgappas, pasta counters, nice salad spread, stir fries live station, noodles, sushi, soups, pasta, kebabs, raita, different vegetarian and non-vegetarian curries and a variety of desserts to choose from.<br/><br/>The service is good, staff is well trained and courteous. The food is good too especially chat counter, north Indian chicken preparations and deserts. You can definitely visit this place for a lavish and good buffet spread.<br/><br/>Food & Variety –4 <br/><br/>Ambience –3.5<br/><br/>Services –4<br/><br/>Value for Money -4.5<br/><br/>Hygiene – 4<br/><br/>Overall – 4

The 24 hour coffee shop of Westin, where being a resident of Gurgaon, I have been a million times. Their food is average. Some items that particularly stand out is the Indian food- amazing butter chicken, beautiful mutton, a decently tasty Biryani. But not so good fish and chips. And you can definitely find a better Caesar salad somewhere else. But go here for their crazy pot of masala chai and specially their homemade ice creams. No one beats their midnight ice cream.

A good of food at the buffet dinner. especially enjoyed the ambience and Italian dishes along with the salads and soups. Desserts were also yum
Dionysus....!!!!!
Went here for the much talked bout Sunday brunch a few months back . Though buffets don't excite me much however to be honest the spread on offer just blew me away but what the icing on the cake was the quality of the spread.... All the cuisines on the buffet were good however the conti spread was phenomenal have been looking forward to patronize the outlet again however the work has kept me busy but it's going to be soon.... Just hope the standards are maintained and complacency doesn't set in.

It was 0400 hrs in the morning when I went to westin for the first time with my senior colleagues to check out kickass 5 star hotel in the vicinity.<br/><br/>We had coffee and brownie , the perfect pairing and moreover sensational and lip smacking coffee to die for and never the less ,"westin cravings on froth of coffee".<br/><br/>Hotel is well designed to suit the today's consumer needs and also lavish buffet area to take care of each palate. <br/>Mazel tov!!!<br/>

This is a 24 hour coffee shop in westin gurgaon.<br/><br/>I had breakfast and lunch at this restaurant while staying at Westin last month. The service level was different on both instances. <br/><br/>The service was pretty slow during the lunch time. I asked for extra pita bread and it took the server more than 20 minutes. By that time i had already finished my meze platter.<br/><br/>Food : It is just like any other coffee shop serving various cuisines and have buffet during lunch & dinner. Can order a-la-carte as well. The dal served in lunch did not look fresh. The breakfast was a wide spread and fresh food. I ordered french toast and the bread that came to me was too hard and it did not taste like a french toast. The cold coffee was not good at all.<br/><br/>The service during the breakfast was fine.
Priyankit Rangi
Went there last night with a friend & i must say i was hugely disappointed with the food served there. The place was unusually empty and that had effect on the quality of food, as most of the dishes served were cold & tasteless. The only serving grace was the quality of service and Desserts.

Vegetarian's review: It's a pretty average restaurnt located inside a great hotel. The ambience and the well mannered staff is a spill over from the hotel itself. The breakfast spread is great but not so much the quality and taste. It also lacks in its dessert offerings. The à la carte menu lacks taste, and the Indian breads aren't good too. The potions and quality is good, which is a natural requirement. Not a value for money.

Seasonal Tastes is the place which can literally set my taste buds on party mode. I never ever want to miss its Sunday brunch meal. The lavishing brunch consist of soups, eggs, salads, pizzas, pastas and a variety of Asian, Continental and European dishes are awesomely tasty. Even after eating such heavenly dishes, you will not able to resist a plateful of homemade desserts. Me and my family use to frequently visit Seasonal Tastes for its Sunday brunch. I am so in love with its soothing ambiance and energetic interior décor. Plus, top notch service is like icing on cake.

The Westin Gurgaon: Seasonal tastes has a nice ambiance and a big menu. The food here is good but not exceptional but the desserts are simply awesome. Their Sunday brunch has a lavish spread with good flavor. The chaat and kebabs are must try. This is a good restaurant and I would like to visit them again.

Food : good <br/>Ambience : very good <br/>Service : very good <br/>PS ... Vegetarians may not find the spread all that great ( they served Lauki, and baigan ????????) <br/>

It must be one of the off days when we decided to celebrate a birthday at Westin Seasonal Tastes at Westin Gurgaon. Being the member with the Westin Hotels, we have been regulars at this Restaurant and to my surprise the most recent experience has been extremely disappointing. So we went on a Saturday afternoon lunch and decided not to have Buffet lunch, instead ordered from the Menu. Big mistake. We ordered for Tandoori prawns and veg Platter. Tandoori prawns were nice although extremely spicy. Veg platter was reasonably okay although the paneer tikka was slightly dry.We then ordered the main course. Chicken Tikka Masala, paneer makhani and kofta. Chicken tikka masala was one of the worst we have had. The tikka was dry and had tons of green chillies, below average. While the food was very average, the service was extremely slow too. The guy served us the main course with half the breads and then vanished. The guests kept waiting and no one was there to serve us the remaining breads or drinks. We shared this feedback with the Manager and the head chef. The servers are inexperienced and at times clueless. It took the mgmt. 30 mins to make the bill.Total time spent on a simple lunch of 5, was 3 hours. Overall, one of the worst experiences at Westin Hotels, both in Service as well as the Quality of food. It seems that they would want the clients to go for buffet only, a la carte is being handled very shoddily.

I cannot expect more when there is a perfect ambiance and tasty food. Seasonal Tastes has it all!. This place is an interesting blend of delicacy and comfort. Not to forget about the lunch buffet which is great however we reached there with our American friends when lunch buffet was almost closed so we obviously had to go for a-la-carte. Their menu has just enough options to not confuse with an overdose of flavors. Each dish is pleasantly accompanied by a smashing caption to tell you exactly what you'll relish.<br/><br/>We took off with italian starters which were cooked well followed by mains. I ordered my tenderloin that was brought after a significantly long time (and hence the deduction of 0.5 marks) however it was perfectly grilled as just the was I like - medium rare. It was deliciously juicy from inside with a slightly charred crust. The highlight of entrees was spinach in cheese (that I preferred over mashed potatoes). The food impressed me very much and all of this comes as a price that is way too less than other 5 star facilities build along with long malls near toll. Bon Appetit!

Went here a couple of times.<br/>Each time the experience was amazing.<br/>Yes tried mostly my North Indian flavours. My favourite Tandoori chicken was amazing. Also tried Fish, they did a commendable job. Butter chicken was almost a perfection.<br/>These places rarely leave anything to be desired, but at a price!

Undoubtedly the best (and most expensive?) lunch/dinner buffet in town! This is one of the better Seasonal Tastes I’ve been to, with a luxurious and well-spread seating area. The buffet spread is as much a gastronomical as it is a visual delight. With a plentitude of options, it’s a task to choose what to eat!! Salads and soups are wholesome and tasty. The Indian food is rich, tasty but heavy. The vegetarians are well catered to throughout the buffet right down to the dessert, to which a separate counter has been devoted. Service was ok, could be more prompt
Pallavi
A friend suggested this place and we went for dinner but after visiting there we were really dissapointed they hve v limited choice in buffet and plus the food was really cold and after complaining also no one was intersted in serving hot food . Will not recommend anyone for westin buffet
Amitabh Saraff
This place truly deserves a "5" rating but I am giving 4.5 just because I feel the taste of food can be slightly improved. I selected this place to celebrate my son's birthday - we were floored by the variety and choice of options. There was Deshi chaat to Japanese shushi, lots of North Indian option, few oriental dishes - and not to forget a slew of deserts and at least 8-10 variety of ice creams. The ambience is good, spacious and has some unique concepts like a photo booth. Overall a great place and highly recommended.

First of all. I would like to mention about the ambience of westin. OMG ... The Ambience of westin is out of this world...it has huge entrance and beautiful hall with a lawn in background...<br/>I went with my friend to celebrate her bday..we opted for buffet, I just want to mention here that it has huge spread...it offfers u every type of cuisine, be it oriental, chinese, thai, indian..so it doesn't disappoint anyone..<br/>We were served with starters (2 each- veg & non veg).<br/>Then we headed to salad section, the salad section is huge one, I have never seen such a vast spreading... I opted smoked fish, smoked chicken. Salmon.. And some sort of veg salad...Taste of salad is good, I liked it.<br/>After that, I had some Chinese and oriental main course...it was good too like salad..<br/>Me and my partener then decided to try north indian as we both are punjabi so we wanted to try nonveg dishes.. They had chickn Dish. Biryani, fish curry and one mutton dish in thick gravy..<br/>So, we were happy that we were offered with Indian delicacies too..<br/>Food menu changes everyday depending on chef choice..<br/>After main course, we were in front of awesome huge section of deserts...i even dnt knw the name of each desert, my friend helped me to suggest something...<br/>Desert were good except 2-3 items, sorry I forget the name...it even offers some indian sweets too like barfi and all that..<br/><br/>One thing I forgot to mention here that it has.nice separate chat corner...it.looked yummy too but we haven't tried it as we were already stomach full...<br/>At the end. We were served with coffee( part of buffet)<br/>A must visit place. Nice ambience and tasty food..

Very disappointed with it. Terrible service and the food was worse. Don't get how a five star like Westin has such poor & unfortunate quality in both service & food.

I have been to this coffee shop many a times for breakfast and dinner. This place has beautiful interiors and the buffet spread is awesome... Sunday brunch here is to die for... The place offers awesome variety of sushi with wasabi .dimsums are really good.Dessert section is mind blowing.. Tarts.. Truffles.. Chocolates.. Cakes.. Pastries.. Indian sweets.. Very good selection of icecreams. Overall a paradise for food lovers.

a wholesome buffet dinner at reasonable price given 5-star westin location

I would rate this as a very normal restaurant located in a five star hotel. You wouldn't be served anything bad but you won't find anything exceptional either, except for the desserts which came nearest to what we call awesome. Service was average too. I am a SPG member and I had to go for a lot of follow ups to get the accrued points reflected in my account. There are better restaurants to try, if you are willing to pay 3.5 K for a meal for 2.
Bulbul Gopalani
I had a training at Westin on Thursday and Friday. Apart from the impressive interiors the buffet blew me away. It had everything... and everything tasted good. There was everything- Indian, Chinese, Italian, Continental, Chaat, soup, starters, desserts (so many of them)... the list was endless. Generally, buffets have cold food and very ordinary menu... even at 4/5 star hotels. Not here... everything tasted good. Most memorable were- chicken wings, honey chill chicken, chicken biryani (perfect), butter chicken/masala chicken, pana cotta, creme brulee etc etc. <br/>Yum!!! A must visit place specially for celebrations.

Have been there a few times last year for dinner but stayed at the hotel for the first time. Buffet breakfast is absolutely fantastic and has a huge variety and very satisfying . All sorts of salads , cold cuts , dimsums , oriental fare and of course the usual upma poha and puri chole etc etc etc. Fresh juices are to die for. <br/>But the dinner is not as good as it should be. Again has a lot of variety but have had better dinner buffets in other hotels. <br/>All in all would recommend
Sboro
not too great. the food its okay. the beef burger however is very good. a must try. the service has alot to be desired. they May not be rude etc but they lack the smile and the personal touch that's expected at 5star hotels. more mechanical. . less warmth.

One of best buffet lunch in NCR region.<br/>All dishes are delicious tasty :) Costly but value for money keeping ambience and good food.

What can I possibly say about this place that hasn't already been said. The name Westin speaks for itself and when I was invited for dinner over there, I was more than happy to go. <br/>They have an amazing range of food, including everything from dimsums to sushis. The chat there is commendable and the kebabs are fantastic. The biryani was one of the best I had tasted in the city. The food is just perfect if you are a big foodie. <br/><br/>If you want to make some one feel special and you can afford it, do not think twice before you go there. <br/><br/>Food - 5/5<br/>Ambiance - 5/5<br/>Cost - 3/5

The first thing that hit me was that it's such a popular place! We made the mistake of not booking a table and so we had to stand in line for 45 minutes. <br/>Finally we got a table outside. We were a party of six and we ordered:<br/>Shorba 5/5<br/>Mezze platter 5/5<br/>Paneer makhni 5/5<br/>Dal tadka 5/5<br/>Aloo bukhara kofta 5/5<br/>Choice of breads 5/5<br/>Nasi goreng 5/5<br/>Canneloni 5/5<br/>Everything was great except inconsistent portion sizes and slow service although I can't blame them for that. <br/>As far as the portions are concerned the mezze platter was tiny and nasi goreng was Huge!<br/>They even gave us 2 dessert platters complementary. <br/>A must visit!
Anuj Sukhlecha
This is one of the best buffet spreads i have had in Gurgaon. Fish preparation, chaat, pasta, chicken everything was very good. <br/>-1 rating because they didn't had draught beer available which is not expected of a high-end place like this; and similar priced Oberoi, Gurgaon beats it in terms of ambience.
Anantika1992
THE BEST! Absolute favourite place. With great food, amazing ambience and a very friendly and helpful staff. I keep visiting this place very frequently. The coffee is fabulous and dont miss the sunday brunch. The chef especially made butter chicken which was not a part of the buffet just because I asked him if butter chicken was available or not. <br/>I'm sure once you visit this place you will never have enough of it. Chinese is amazing and the desserts are heavenly. And the Westin membership will never disspoint you. :)

Possibly the best breakfast buffet I have had. Everything from east to west is covered with cold cuts, dosas, dim sums in addition to the usual fare. The fresh fruit juice and excellent service put it a cut above the rest. Every good hotel can lay a good spread but to maintain consistency while paying attention to details in terms o service and customer needs is what sets Seasonal Tastes apart from the herd

Been to this place at Lunch with one of my friend. This place has a very nice and appealing ambiance . The name "Westin" is itself a treat for food lovers. A perfect destination for foodies. <br/><br/>The food was awesome. We tried Kashmiri Mirch Ka Murg tikka and Egg Omlette. Both were amazing. Murg Tikka was very soft with the authentic taste of the Kashmiri Chilli and Yogurt. A little spicy but too good in taste. The Ceasor Salad was impressive. Very nicely prepared. Service was very timely and quick.<br/><br/>Amazing hospitality - Special thanks to Mr. Roshan.<br/><br/>Ambiance - 4.5/5<br/>Taste - 4/5<br/>Quality - 3.5/5<br/>Service - 4/5

I visited this place with a friend of mine and found the experience to be excellent. After visiting the seasonal tastes at the Westin Gurgaon, I am pretty sure that this place has the most lavish and extravagant spread in the entire gurgaon area.It serves Italian,Chinese,North Indian,Continental,Chaat Corner and Tea/Coffee all under one roof. Not to forget a brilliantly set up dessert counter which served nearly 12 different kinds of ice-creams and toppings together with the delicious tira-misu,chocolate mousse, cheese cake and the yum chocolate pastry.<br/>We started from the salads counter which had a lot of variety of breads and dressings and then moved on to the soup section. The Chicken manchow soup and the bacon soup were awesome with the right consistency and the seasonings. The chaat corner had mouth watering gol gappas and bhalla chaat. We occasionally had to drink the aam panna ,very tasty,so that we could quickly digest what we were eating, thereby creating space in our stomachs for more untasted delicacies. The Italian section included pasta in red sauce with olives and broccoli ,baked vegetables, potatoes with herbs and much more. Now lets come to the kebab section, which were served hot on our table, such as the mutton kebabs, fish fry, paneer tikka and hara bhara kebabs. Each of them had a distinctive flavor. The indian section was great too. There was a vast spread of different types of raita, papads and pickles to tingle your taste buds. The vegetarian section included the all time favorites dal-makhni and paneer. The non-vegetarian section is what grabbed my complete attention. They had chicken biryani, mutton curry, bengali fish curry and much more.<br/>In The Chinese section I had the lovely dim-sums along with noodles and exotic vegetables. In the last we were quite satiated with the huge spread and the icing on the cake was the lovely cappuccino which was served in the end.All in all a great experience for a foodie which such an enormous spread.Kudos to the ambiance and the service too.The spread is definitely worth the price and a must visit.

The Westin buffet is an absolute delight for a foodie. Upon entering one finds the array of food so vast that one has to take a walk to see what all is on display. They have live stations for pasta, stir fries, meat, chaat, and many more. The food is to die for and the service is excellent. If you're a dessert lover then you'll go crazy over the sweet stuff being served here. I find that I'm usually happy enough without the alchohol (pun intended). However on the occasions I have tried the cocktails here they have been good.

I have been to this restaurant last week this was my first visit to this restaurant, and I was surprised when I saw their lavish buffet spread though it was a weekday still .huge spread for their guest however I had choosen to go for their menu.<br/>As our favorite cuisine is indian we have opted for same.<br/>we have ordered for our favourite manchow soup which was out of their menu still the soup was out of the world.I have been to many hotels some hotels even refuse to make this soup calling it as a street food but I must say the way they have prepared that soup it was commendable.<br/>we have received our food on time though the restaurant was little busy but proper acknowledgement makes any one feel gr8.<br/>at last I would like to say gr8 food gr8 service keep it up.good going guys must recommend to my friends and relations.

We went to this restaurant two days ago and even our international customers could tell the Indian food was fake! Well, those are their words. I liked the restaurant for its ambience, the setting, the fact that we got our privacy and like any other awesome restaurant in a hotel, we got A class service. The service in this restaurant is impeccable! The waiters go out of the way to make your experience enjoyable. <br/><br/>The buffet spread is extremely lavish. from oriental to continental and very very indian food as well. We stuck to indian food and the spices seemed really really toned down (because of which we got talked into taking our clients out to the Great Kabab Factory the next day). Honestly now that I think of it, I cant remember the taste of even one dish that stood out. I remember the saag mutton being overcooked. I put my fork on it and it melted. Not because of great cooking, but due to over cooking. However, I do remember having a really great time. So if you're looking for a nice sit down place with really great service, this is the place to go.<br/><br/>Will I go there again? Yes! but for sure I will try some other cuisines because I know that they dont do Indian like we do it!

Been here many times, the service is amazing, the staff very polite and the ambience is like any other 5 star hotel- GRAND!!<br/>As for the food, very tasty, a bit expensive (but the bill really lightens out if ur a mamber of the westin hotel!)<br/>Overall, cant wait for my next birthday treat there!

I am generally not a buffet person as in I dont like the quality of food in buffet + you tend to eat more. <br/>Seasonal tastes offers a broad buffet and maintain a certain level of quality too. If you are looking for one of the best buffet in delhi, this is a place to be. Infact it's better than buffet at Maurya.

Been there for lunch. Its a great place for food lovers like me. I went for the lunch. Food is great. They have huge spread of buffet. Good variety of starters, main course and desert. In fact, I was confused what to eat and what to leave.<br/>Taste is exclusive. Since its in Westin, service was also up to the mark.<br/>Absolutely worth to the money. Advise: Right place for special occasions.

Its the 24 hour coffee shop at the Westin Gurgaon. As you enter the lobby, you cannot miss it as is located just on the left side exactly opposite of the reception area. I have been there a lot many times, and had good experiences trying both of their ala carte and buffet options. <br/>But the one that is worth mentioning is their Desserts Buffet. It is one of the very few restaurants in Delhi, that give you that option. Quite decently priced, you can enjoy all of their desserts.. wow..isn't that amazing!! What else can a sweets addict like me ask for ;-) <br/><br/>We went there on the weekend, and got impressed by the lavish spread of their desserts section. So we went for it :-)<br/>The section was well organised with separate counters for pastries, Indian desserts, fruits and ice creams.. I tasted all varieties one by one and was feeling out of this world!! <br/><br/>Out of all the desserts, I liked the macaroons a lot.. The brownies and the chocolate mud cake were awesome.. The Lemon Gateaux was quite good too, the consistency of the gateaux being perfect. <br/>Of all the Indian desserts I tried, their Phirni was delicious. Their home made ice creams were relishing too.. <br/><br/>This is a kind of experience that your body can afford only once a month or I should say once in 2 months..That is the time that one would take to balance the amount of calories that you take in one meal :-) But even then, the experience is totally worth it!! <br/>Pure heavenly!!

Seasonal Tastes gave me one of the best buffet dining experiences. The restaurant is right next to the lobby. Very classy ambience with soft colours used. <br/><br/>The buffet spread is huge with Asian, Indian, Continental, Soups & Salads and Dessert section. Also live counters of Chaat, Pasta and Shawarma. The food is very good taste wise and also the presentation wise. I will be unable to mention all the dishes but to name a few, tge seafood sushi, pork dimsum, roast duck, dahi puri, chicken tangri, chicken in black bean sauce, chocolate gateaux, gelato ice creams and a lot more.<br/><br/>The service is friendly. <br/><br/>Final Verdict<br/>Taste: 4/5<br/>Ambience: 4/5<br/>Service: 4/5<br/>Value for Money: 3/5 (Little expensive on that side. Roast and Wine buffet for 2600 (inc) for a person)<br/>I'm sure a little can be spent once a while to experience this fine dining experience.

I have been to this restaurant a couple of times and have had both their lunch and dinner buffets. <br/>Though they have an impressive interior and a great variety of food, my last visit to this restaurant was not at all upto a 5 star standard and the price they charge. <br/>Over the past 4-5 months the quality of food has badly deteriorated. I visited the place with my family on Christmas weekend for lunch buffet. <br/>The customer service badly sucked with multiple waiters attending us . I had ordered pasta which never came.<br/>They have an amazing collection of deserts and I was impressed to see waffles, however on ordering waffles I was told that that waffle maker was not working ( after half an hour of following up with different waiters)<br/><br/>The restaurant need to keep quality of the food in mind as it lacked across dishes including starters, main course and deserts.

I have the buffet couple of times here and it is very decent - good and interiors/seating is great. Ill explain... the variety is good but quality needs considerable improvement specially when it comes to Indian menu. You can tell a lot about Indian food from Daal Makhani and Chicken Curry/Butter Chicken and Ill give both 3.5/5<br/><br/>The Chinese and SeaFood is pretty good , pasta is amazing and grilled chicken also delicious. Desserts section has immense variety to choose from.<br/>Service has a lot of loose ends - for example to get your ice-cream it took like 5-10 mins for the server to go behind the bar and serve and happened in both occasions. <br/><br/>Also had Ala-carte once - bacon/chicken based sandwich and cold coffee which was really nice.<br/>Will visit again soon to see if the loose ends have tightened up.

Large, imposing and impressive presence next to the glorious metro line. Oh do not be fooled by the beautiful interiors. I have been to this place thrice. The first two times I had cold coffee, it was only the last time I had a meal there and I regret it. <br/>The waiting staff didn't even know the menu, when we asked what a certain dish was like, she told us its enough for one one person - it was enough for 4 people! and told us it comes with bread, it didn't come with bread so we had to order some bread after the daal was there so the daal was cold by the time the bread came. She was completely clueless about the food on the menu,I don't blame her because she has not been trained by the management. Suddenly, some other waiter started attending us, he was better and knew the menu inside-out. They took 10 minutes to get us water. Then we asked for the manager we could see the previous waitress was making faces and ranting about us :-/ We are polite people and are never rude to the waiting staff so we were quite offended. That spoiled our mood before their horrible food could spoil it. Then they messed up our order. I didn't touch my meal so I asked them to pack so that I could eat it at home. They threw it! Forgot to pack it and charged me! :( Then they packed something else instead. Who does that!! I have never had such a terrible and annoying experience at any fancy restaurant. I am never going here and I want you to spare the trouble and advice you to not go there! <br/>If it was possible I would have given it a horrible rating instead of poor!

I dined at Seasonal Tastes on 22nd June '12, we were a large group (10 people) and were given the best table in the restaurant - a big round one right infront of the live band.<br/><br/>This restaurant gets full points for ambience, the place is lively, well-lit and has a tall ceiling. When we entered there was a piano player in the lobby and soon after we were seated a live band struck up.<br/><br/>The food was a huge disappointment for me.<br/><br/>The first course consisted of Indian street food (gol gappas, chat), salads and cold meats. The carpaccio had an extremely strong pungent odor emanating from it, sadly I realized this after I had put it in my mouth. What followed were an excruciating 2 minutes of trying to swallow the thing (I did not wish to seem rude to my hosts). The salmon again smelt horrible, it was stale.<br/><br/>I stuck to Indian fair for a while. The tikkas and gravies were decent, not great.<br/><br/>Wishing to give the place another chance I tried the sushi and some teppanyaki dishes with sticky rice. The sushi was mediocre at best, then to my horror I found completely uncooked pieces of rice in my portion.<br/><br/>The deserts spread was extensive but far from compensated the abysmal food that preceded it.<br/><br/>The place was completely full and it's hard to imagine Seasonal Tastes draws crowds with food of such level. It could have been a one time thing but I will not visit it again.<br/><br/>For giving me my worst dining experience (yet) at a 5-star hotel and charging Rs 2k for it, I give Seasonal Tastes the lowest rating possible.

The 24 hour coffe shop located at the Westin Hotel adjoining the NH8 is a relatively good place to dine. Having dined here at multiple occasions (+7) my combined experience has been as follows:<br/><br/>1) The Indian food is great and offers a great combination of flavors. Although I would suggest you to go in for an a la carte option in place of the buffet. My buffet experience general was lacking as the dishes didnt taste quite good if compared to the a la carte. <br/><br/>2) Service has ranged from great to poor at times but said that the service staff is very friendly and courteous. At one instance they were understaffed and it led to an awful dining experience. Otherwise, the staff is sweet and upholds decent standards.<br/><br/>3)I didn't have a great time with continental offerings (a sandwich) at 3 in the night when the service was also slow probably due to longer cooking time.<br/><br/>4) Buffet offers a wide selection and I loved their collection of cheese. Though, quality should be kept in mind as it lacked across dishes including deserts.
