Every time I go to prankster, my expectation rises. Food is getting better here day by day. Whenever I visit, some or the other dish, leave me speechless. Yesterday was no different. The chicken with tempura and green chutney, is the amalgamation of Asian cuisine with flavours, right on spot. This Christmas special menu has south Indian mutton curry ( I forgot the name ) spot on with the balance of flavor. It has flavour of meat and spices that makes it a perfect dish. Inderjeet and Jasmeet are one of those passionate restaurateurs who believe in giving you their best. All the very best guys! Can’t wait for your cyber hub project!
Visited #Prankster , Gurgaon with couple of my friends in the afternoon. First ordered Nitro Dahi Bhalla which came with right temperature n texture even after no Nitro(banned) was used.... Punjabi by nature we couldn't resist ordering 'Chole Kulchay Doughnut which to our surprise came as lightly mashed Channa stuffed in fresh n soft bun bread accompanied with pickled foam ...Third order was 'Chicken Pop Kaun which was dressed with mayo, other than the fine taste n texture, mayo made it a little bland, I believe little tangier/hotter sauce could have been used... Next Pao Bhaji Zinker was yum n well presented in Rombic case.. For desserts we ordered 'Moti Choor Cake, which has the finest texture n melt in mouth softness.. The portion should have been little more... N the showstopper was Types of Jalebi, which was in three different shape with Rabri n Ice cream... To confess m non sweet eater but couldn't resist eating my month's capacity of it.. This portion was too big for us to finish... feeling amused and satiated, Loved it totally... The serving staff was amazing too.... Chef Harangad Singh u nailed it.. Totally paisa vasool...
