Review Yum Yum Cha - Gurugram (Gurgaon)

Went there for the first time, it was buzzing with people. The sushi was very good the tofu was surprisingly very crispy and spicy. We also had vegetarian pot which was very amazing. The broth was soupy and warm and very enjoyable with noodles. Must visit place if it’s in your area

It was my first time experience visiting Yum Yum Cha in DLF Cyber Hub with my family. I had heard good reviews through my school juniors and they kept raving how about their sushis and dimsum! The menu itself is filled with illustrations, which makes it easy for us to decide what we want to order. I didn't try their dimsum, but tried their veg sushis, mochi ice cream and stone bowl meal. Their food was delicious and filled with different flavours! Some dishes can be a little spicy. I do recommend this place, but it's preferable to come during the weekdays when there is less rush.

Tried sushi (spicy summer) and noodles. The taste was good. Although the food is quite overpriced for the quantity they serve. The place might feel little congested as well. Chocolate mud pot in dessert was terrible.

Noodles / rice dishes recommended for sure which are available in variety of options. Fresh preparations add to the taste. Cheese mushroom dimsum okayish. Orange tofu was moderately good, mushrooms were tasty. Sushi was average. All drinks did justice to their names and tag. Must try for typical Asian food lovers.

Probably the most reliable and consistently good asian spot. A major drawback in every yum yum cha is their lack of seating space, and this outlet is no exception. It was a bit chaotic, but the food was worth it. Would 10/10 recommend getting the spicy rock shrimp tempura. It was easy to eat, and pretty filling. The black spider sushi roll was amazing too. The xiao long bao was decent. Didn’t love the chicken spicy basil and chilli stone bowl. It definitely lacked a kick to it.

A Good pan asian restaurant in cyberhub gurgaon. Though the place is not very spacious but it's a good hang around area with vibrant ambience and atmosphere. Service is something they need to work more on. Price is on a higher side but the good taste overrides everything else. Parking space is in plenty in the common car parking area. Don't forget to order Spicy avacado sushi, Truffled mushroom bao, Crispy corn cake and spicy veg ramen.

Nice ambience | Amazing menu | Great taste👍 Yum Yum Cha, this outlet is located on the ground floor area of cyber hub. So parking is not that big an issue. I had lunch sometime back and the review for the same is as below: Ambiance: The place has both indoor and outdoor siting but during the summers outdoor is usually closed during the day time. The place is crowded during the lunch time as lot of offices are in the area. We went without a reservation but as we were only 2 people so got a table. The place was crowded, and you can see the open kitchen and sushi counter. Food: We ordered Cheese and peppers dumplings and Sizzling stone bowl in spicy basil & Chilli 🌶️ with Mushroom + peanut + corn + corn + chestnut 🌰. The dumplings were delicious and full of flavours and the sizzling stone bowl was also good in taste with great amount of sauce. The sizzling bowl has good quantity which justifies the price. Service: The staff is nice and professional, they bring the food fast. If you planning to spend some time at the outlet, then my suggestion is not to order all the courses in one go. We ordered Cheese & pepper dumplings they came after 20 mins which was already informed by the staff.

Everything about this place is great!! Their dimsum baskets and stone bowls are a must try!! Loved the food.

Sushi & dimsums are the two things really close to my heart & yum yum cha is literally the best at the both.

Yum yum cha has a wide range of sushi & dimsums. Surprisingly they have so many options for vegetarians too.

I had sushi which was amazing & the best sushi experience as always.

All they need to work on would be the seating because I hate waiting for a table :p.

Yum yum cha is perfect for a quick meal, though the place is a bit small but food is fantastic! The menu has a lot of authentic Japanese,Thai , oriental varieties & the taste is lip smacking as well. Amazing for sushi lovers too! I ordered philly cheese wontons which were delightfully crisp served with hot sauce, Vietnamese chilly chicken, one sushi and Sichuan hot pot vegetables in sticky rice which was actually brought in a sizzling stone pot and sautéed in front of me. For drinks we ordered Orange kafir lime fun bottle which was light and refreshing and a Diet Coke. Loved the dishes absolutely recommended!

Yum Yum Cha is one of my favourites when it comes to good food and amazing hospitality. The management here is super courteous and food is beyond excellence! It was my first visit here after the lockdown and it felt really safe to dine in at this place. They are taking all necessary precautions and safety measures so need to worry at all !

They forgot that we placed an order for sushi, and the wait for the yummmmm sushi was too much to bear 😂😂 That's why 4 star to an otherwise 5 star experience.

Yum yum cha is not the same anymore. Had gone to this place after a while thinking that food will be like it used to be but was highly disappointed with the taste and the quality of the food.
the restaurant is very good and i have been ordering it regularly and the food has always been good, however today i ordered kimchi soup was so bad that it was not possible to even take a spoon ...i am very disheartening.

I tried there dimsums, sushi boat and loved the flavours especially presentation. We ended our meal with their mochi ice creams, we tried pink Paan and rocky road. Both of them were delicious especially the rocky road as it had chocolate, almonds and marshmallows.
I loved how authentic the food was as well as the interiors are enough to make you fall in love with them. Keep up the good work, team yum yum cha. Looking forward to visit you again!!

Good place to enjoy Asian /Japanese food;amazing collection of cocktails like smoked mango(best), green apple and black magic. Quick service and helpful staff. We really liked the sushi platter with both veg and non veg options like California, soy soy , spicy avocado, crispy cream , dragon , spicy salmon and asparagus tempura. The Japanese pizza was also nice. In main course , we ordered spicy honey chicken with sticky rice which was amazing. Decent ambience.

Sudhir.kamat27
The outlet did not adhere to special instructions. Had asked not to put mushrooms, however had mushrooms in some of the dimsums which we ordered.
Anushri Tripathi
Their staff is taking all safety measures to ensure covid free food and ambience like providing the menu on our cell phones , disposable cutlery , distantly arrange dinning tables , attendants wearing face masks , shields and gloves . Amazing job guys. Despite all this , the food quality has been on point . The dinning experience couldn't have been any better and safer.
Himanshi Juneja

Khake_dekh
This is the place that serves one of the best sushi in the town.
Good Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Sushi, Dim Sum, Soups, Hot Pot, Sizzlers, Wok, Stir-Fries, Salads you can try them all.
Ruchika Makhija
Pretty disappointing with the delivery order. These are the days when all restaurants are taking extreme measures in packaging but the food sent by yum yum chia had no such measure. It was just sent across in plastic boxes with no seal on the boxes or the bag. This is was despite the fact I called the restaurant prior to giving the order and I was told the the boxes will be sealed and taped. Not worth taking a chance even if the food is good. Gear up guys, it’s the need of the hour. You will have to make changes.
So far one of the best place I have ever been to. Sorry for not uploading any pictures as i was so busy enjoying my meal🙈🙈🙈 kudos yum yum cha keep it up ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I've been a regular at their dining outlet at cyberhub and we've always loved the food. However our first delivery experience from yum yum Cha was beyond horrible. The sushi was delivered hot (even though it's supposed to be cold) and had started to de-assemble even before we started eating. I'd ordered a soy and garlic stone bowl with noodles and it was so dry that none of us could eat it. The charges for food and packaging are sky high and the entire experience was so bad! Never ordering again.
Shraddha
Pathetic pathetic service! Where to start... We ordered a rice and noodle bowl with some Sushi. The rice bowl came without rice and the noodle bowl came with out tofu. We paid a whopping 3k for this order. The delivery took 1.5hrs. if you cannot handle the service kindly shut it. I can get a lot more better service, price and food from a road side Chinese joint.

The most beautiful Asian food ever!
We had- Spicy Korean pork rice, and sushi platter( 3 types of sushi, 4 pieces per type)- black spider, volcano and ebi tempura.
Also had their smoked mango drink.

The sushi was LOVELY. and so was the Koran rice.

This place makes me very, very happy! :')

Recently visited one of my favorites go to sushi and dimsum restaurant in Delhi for lunch. This one at Cyber hub is a cute one with colourful seating and cosy ambiance. My highlights of the meal were ofcourse prawn dynamite sushi, avocado pizza that simply took my heart away. I quite enjoyed the truffle mushroom bao that was so soft and fresh.
For dimsums I would suggest trying the spicy asparagus and chilli cheese which is the most delicious cheesy dimsum from the menu. For sushi I definitely recommend enchanted Forest and spicy avocado for veg lovers and rock n roll and tempura for seafood lovers. Shira Ae is the best Asian salad with tofu, spinach & sesame dressing. Not to miss are is Avocado pizza.
For dessert there's no chance to miss the fluffy matcha cheesecake, mochi icecream in coconut and pan flavour and Chocolate mud pot.

When is comes to Yum Yum Cha it is one of the most loved Pan asian restaurants in town. Must try these classic favourites

Chicken chilli oil
Butter garlic prawn
Sliced garlic chicken
Philly cheese wanton
Rock & roll sushi
Asparagus tempura
Mochi ice cream ( Rocky road & coconut jaggery was amazing ).

This place is fantastic..

I went to yum yum cha last week and had the best sushi and dimsums of my life.
The place is so pretty with amazing interiors for your Instagram.
I started with the cheese wontons and they were perfectly made, so crispy from outside and cheesy heaven from inside.
Then I had quite a lot of dimsums and my favourite from the lot were butter garlic prawn dimsums, they looked so cute and tasted even better.
The unique thing that I tried there was the Japanese pizza, and they looked so good, I loved the spicy avocado one and it is surely a must have there.
They even serve the open faced baos, that I tried for the first time, the chicken was juicy and so flavourful.
Then coming to my favourite thing for which I actually went to Yum Yum cha and that was their Sushi boat, it had the best sushi.
For desserts what’s better than their mochi, I loved the blackberry and the pan one, they are a must have.

Me and my friend went to this place recently we had to wait for 10 minutes since it was a busy hour, but the wait was totally worth it.. The prompt service and polite staff made our experience great..

Since I am a vegetarian I tried the chilli cheese Dimsum and from the non vegetarian section we order for Chicken chilli oil & butter garlic prawn.. all three Dimsum were fabulous & tasted amazing..

I tried sushi first time and ordered for Asparagus tempura & Crispy Cream & I must say I made a very nice choice they both tasted yum and I can come back for more..

We ended our meal with chocolate mud point also we tried the peppermint & rocky road Mochi.

Whole experience was fantastic..

If theres one place in the city i can go endless number of times to, then it has to Yum Yum Cha. Trust me, no one does asian food better than these people and they do it with so much love and simplicity, makes it all the more exciting. If you really want to try some good dimsums and sushi, blindly trust yyc. Be it the chilli cheese dimsums, prawn dimsums or chicken chilli oil ones, they have my heart. Coming to sushi, they have a variety in that too but go for ebi tempura or rock and roll, they are my favourite ones! Dont forget to try the korean fried chicken bao, i havent had a better bao than this one and thats for sure. Stone bowls are also amazing and so is the thai curry. Desserts are not to be missed, trust me. Try the mochi icecream, flavours as per your liking and chocolate mudpot for sure.

Fun Asian and you think of Yum Yum Cha! From the fun bottles to the hot pots. And they have launched a bunch of new things. Including a pretty spectacular Vietnamese coffee. Chomped on a lot of yummies at Yum Yum Cha including some kickass cheung fung, both mushroom and prawn. Also really liked their rock shrimp tempura with dynamite sauce. Their new salads are really something. All of them holding more flavour and packing a punch than the other. Their hot pots are all time favourites but what stood out most this time was the tuna pizza topped with truffle oil. Don't leave without the mochi.
TheGoodOleFoodie
Being a huge time fan of their crispy corn cakes i tried a few other offerings at my latest visit to yum yum cha. The first thing i had was their vietnamese iced coffee which was a classic! Along with that i tried the philly cheese wontons. Since a lot many items in their menu contain mushrooms i went with the roasted corn dimsums which were as good as their crispy corn cake. What made it so special was the nostalgia attached tp it which brings back the memories of our childhood when we used to have coal Roasted corns from street side vendors. After this i tried the shira ae salad which is basically tofu, spinach and sesame dressing. All three brought together such flavours that for me it actually became the highlight of that day. After such lavish flavoursome starters it was time to try something with a crunch, so i tried a slice of chilli avocado pizza which gave a feeling of a crunchy avocado toast to me. I ended the main course with a piece of crunchy asparagus sushi and a bite or two of butter pepper garlic stone bowl. For me since it had way too many bell peppers i didn't find it that appealing, but the butter and black pepper in it made it irresistible. Ending the meal on a sweet note i had a pepper mint mochi ice cream which literally was the cherry on top.

Was in cyber hub for a meeting and decided to sit at Yum Yum Cha. Have heard alot about this but never got a chance to visit.

As I am not a big fan of Asian I was a bit hesitant earlier to be here. But as we say change is must.

Started with a couple of coffee and then moved to sushi. Liked both the things from the menu.

The place has vibrant colours and decent siting for ppl. Staff is jolly and serves with a smile.

This brand needs no introduction, one of the best places in Delhi NCR to enjoy pan Asian cuisine. Began the meal with Korean Fried Chicken Bao, which tasted fabulous and is recommended. I tried an assortment of dimsums which included, Pink Crab, Butter Garlic Prawns, Chicken & chilli Oil and Spicy Prawn Cheung Fun. All the dimsums were good but my personal favourite is Chicken & Chilli oil and is recommended. From sushi section I tried Enoki Tempura which tasted fabulous.

Avocado Nigiri is a must try for avocado lovers. First time I tried two variants of Japanese pizza which included Spicy Avocado and Tuna & Truffle. Both of which were good but Spicy Avocado stole my heart and is highly recommended. They have introduced new range of salads and I ended up trying Spicy Thai chicken Larb, Shira Ae and Edamame Salad. Chicken and Shira Ae would be picks and are recommended. Rock Shrimp Sake, one of my all-time favourite starter at Yum Yum Cha. Philly Cheese Wontons which is a must try for cheese lovers.

In drinks I tried Coconut Fun Bottle which was very refreshing. Ended the meal with Mochi Ice Cream in which Peppermint and Pink Paan were my favourites and are a must try. Overall, I enjoyed a really nice meal at this outlet and visit is definitely recommended.

to be honest, i was not expecting much for what i planed to be as a quick lunch ...and it was a wonderful surprise. Warm welcome, efficient staff, and very tasty dim-sums. Being a dim-sum lover travelling to Asia often, Yum Yum Cha convinced me that you can get a similar experience in India ! congrats guys. i really enjoyed it and recommend.

Lovely selection of dim sums, sushi and pan fried dishes. Quality of food is unquestionably good, even the sea food feels fresh and flavourful. I absolutely love their selection of sauces/dips. Definitely adds a bit of a kick to the food, which I really enjoy. Do try the flavoured ice creams!
Gagan Kashyap
It was really a nice place and serves really good quality food/... The Ambience is really good and also the seating availability is amazing.

I tried sushi and spring roll ... They are really good in taste and also of good quality.

Everything was good but the price is a little bit on higher side.

Otherwise overall it was a good experience
Mallika.banati
I love all the sushis and especially the dynamite and rock and roll sushi. The cantonese fish is too good and I love it already. Also I love their drinks, the green apple and watermelon be the best. The watermelon is added with a dash of lime and mint.

I went with my friends to yum yum cha. Just love it's sushi food and noodles. Preparation and presentation both are great.

This is the second outlet of Yum Yum Cha I visited. The previous was the Select City one. They had great service and the momentum has been carried forward. The outlet has a great ambience. I ordered Veg Spring Rolls, Creme Sushi & my favourite Corn Cake (a must-try). The food was tasty just like the other outlet. I'm impressed by their consistency.
Sidharth Jain
Really poor taste of food, sorry to say. Wontons were so bad we could not even finish one. The vegetarian thai curry was okayish, but for the price they charge the taste is not worth it at all.
Namrata Prashar
He taste & the service hasn’t changed over the many times I have visited the place- Best Sushi in the city!
Smritiii
I heard about this place from so many people so I tried it first time, specially just to try out sushi of this place but my experience was okay with food and restaurant.
TheCheesyBae
The place has a fun ambience, and is fully packed in weekends. Not much space to walk around as the real deal they focus is on food here. We ordered Chicken chilli oil and prawn curry dimsums in starter and we loved the prawn curry. Later we ordered Sliced Garlic Chicken and believe it or not we ordered one more round of the same. Couldn't get enough in the first round. In the main course we ordered sizzling stone bowl of spicy basil and chilly prawn noodles which was delicious.
Sugarmufin
You have authentic taste. I love japanese food of your restaurant. Too good.

Yum Yum Cha , a paradise for aunthentic Japanese food . Its Vasant Kunj’s branch lived up to the expectation with its heart warming ambience and delicious food . Avocado Shushi is a must try along with sticky rice , dim sums are perfect treat for taste buds .
Yum Yum Cha is one of my favourite places of all times. Japanese food lovers , The food is totemo oishi desu .

Very good place to try Sushi in Cyber Hub. Place it too crowded on weekends so one may have to wait. Prior reservation recommended.

Particularly the waitress Priya Jain was bad. Not attentive and forgetting our order continuously.

Love this place! Chicken tomyum and spicy basil noodles followed by mocha icecream are my absolute favourites ! Consistency and quick service is a bit plus.

Came here for lunch with my wife, kid and parents for my 5th wedding anniversary.

After the lunch, my wife wanted to leave with the head chef and my parents were laughing at what I pass off as my 'fancy' cooking back home.

Thanks for almost wrecking my marriage guys!

Take it easy, stop being so good

We ordered everything we wanted but the server brought the dimsums before the soup. We expect a basic professionalism in method of serving wherein you bring the soup first, wait for people to finish and then bring the appetizers and then the main course, especially when you are charging a service charge in your bill.

Awesome food !
Favorite of me n my hubby

Really liked their vegetable cheese dimsums! It's a little expensive though.

This chinese restaurant situated among numerous cafe's in cyber hub attracts the generation of young crowd with their innovative dishes rich in delicious flavours. I have not tried much dishes here but whtever I have they keep up to their taste. Pad thai noodles and wontons are a must try here. I am not wonton fan, but this flavour of cheese and vegies is just amazing! They serve the best ice cream which is Mochi Ice cream, it does not only look different but tastes amazing. They offer about 9-10 flavours. I have tried chocolate marshmallow and mango flavour. It tastes amazing too. This dish is a must try!
Aman Gulati
Amazing food , value for money . Quick service makes it even more worthwhile to go . This place never disappoints .

Visited yum yum cha today and what a beautiful place and had a delicious lunch!
This place has a beautiful ambience and has a huge seating area with attentive and professional staff.
I ordered the Chilli cheese dimsum, Cheese wonton and Mochi ice cream!
The wontons was one of the best I have had! Full with cheese, crispy from outside. Amazing.
Loved the chili cheese dimsums oozing out with cheese and really chilly. The taste was magical.
Mochi ice cream was the perfect dessert I could have. In love with it.

So the pork belly bao caused stomach aches next day morning for both of us. One of my friends who ate vegetarian- like a Vietnamese pho, had fever for a week and was ultimately diagnosed with Typhoid.

Looks like Yum Yum cha has been seriously compromising with hygiene in their kitchen.
Nishtha Arora
The ambience is very nominal for the price ranges of the restaurant. Plus they don't have any liquor. We had sushi rolls, chicken rice and dumplings . Nothing was out of the place amazing but just fine
Sudeep Anurag
Thanks to Mr. Mohit Kumar for suggesting us and spending time explaining about the items in the menu. He ensured we had good time and just loved what he suggested to us. Would visit again.

Very good food and amazing selection of dimsums; mohit is a very attentive person and helped us choose the best
Yum yum is loveeeee! The sushis are no doubt one of the best here, I really cant recall if ever there has been a time when I disliked their sushi. Talking about Noodles, well I cant stand spicy food so Its not really one of the things I relish here but even they taste fab. And how can I not talk about the mochi Ice cream, yes the desserts are amazing here but the mochi ice cream is just to die for!
Mona
Went there to try Japanese cuisine.
This is a small restaurant in the huge cyberhub
But they are expanding it further.

Food-we ordered a sushi platter. In this platter they give 12pieces of sushi of 3varieties.we chose prawn tempura, salmon sushi, california(crab) from the big list of sushis.
As it was my first time... I was a bit hesitant at first. But after having one bite... I loved it... Specially the prawn sushi. 😍
Apart from this we ordered sticky rice and chicken combo which was also good.
We also ordered smoked mango shake...which had a burnt taste... I didn't like it much.

Ambience-very packed. Hopefully when it expands it will be spacious.

Service-very quick and the people there help with the ordering also.

Good place to start your Japanese food journey (like me😋)!!
Known for amazing pan Asian food, this is simply outstanding. I love their chilli cheese dimsums and they serve it hot & fresh. Although the cost is bit expensive but the taste is outstanding. Each item is worth a penny. I can eat atleast 12 dimsums from this place at one go. Highly recommended place for best dimsums
