Review Nando's - Gurugram (Gurgaon)

Visited today for dinner, food is amazing, service is also very good. But the washroom was really untidy and not kept well, not expected this from Nando's, rest all was great. We are repeat customers, and our favourite dishes are the Ceaser's salad, pulled chicken wrap and cheesy fries.

I visited here for lunch. Initially Jenny (not sure about her designation) was very ride and impolite. Was about to leave the restaurant but then Sachin, Manager of the outlet steeped in and take care of our order. Food was really amazing and ambience too. Service was slow and pathetic till the time Jenny was there. She was highly rude and agressive to us. Hats off to the manager who handled the situation after that. You can surely visit some other outlet as the food is really amazing.

I recently visited this place to try their newly launched dish esptada and the quantity quality taste was amazing. They serve the best chicken at their place must visit place

I loved Nando's The place is nice The AC wasn't working but it was okay The food as usual was greattt They had 3 different sauces And the vegetarian options were also good. But yeah the place isn't offering any discounts from dineout or Zomato.

There was an unpleasant experience extremely well handled by Rohit the manager at this Nando's and we appreciate the prompt and kind service recovery.

Liked the overall ambience. The food was also good except for some parts it was bland. Liked their veg cheese festa fries which is basically loaded fries. Service was satisfactory. The staff's hospitality was good but the wait time can be reduced.

Its a pretty big outlet located right in cyber hub. The ambiance is really nice, they have used good colour themes to give it a look of a contemporary diner. The quality of the chicken is consistent from nandos, soft snd juicy as always. We ordered for their extra hot chicken and chicken pulled tigella along with some mocktails. The chicken was great but the tigella lacked taste and was mostly bland. The sides were on point but the mocktails were a little disbalanced. As its a new outlet they’re learning and will surely visit again in some time.

I’ll start with customer service. Unplanned, we visited on Saturday evening. When a particular section with couch was closed. Tired, I went and sat there since no sign informing the same placed. Immediately, I was asked to move to another place as the section was closed. I being toooo tired and literally wanted to sit on the couch, requested if I can. And the staff literally understood. So for me, that was definitely a very very warm thing. Coming to food, I had peri peri chicken on the bone along with peri peri wedges. Food was as usual amazing, perfectly grilled and delicious.

It was a good experience, reasonable prices, chicken peri peri, soft drinks, salad,etc it tastes good all the items we ordered, I recommended, but be ready to spend some some money 😉

You can never go wrong with Nando’s. We had to wait for a while on a Saturday night but the food was worth it. The Peri Peri chicken and potato wedges were delicious. I took a star off because I had to call the waiter thrice before getting my Portuguese Lemonade… and it was not even good.

Experience of Dining in at Nando’s post Lockdown I visited Nando’s at Cyberhub recently, and as I entered I was first checked for my temperature by one of the staff members at the entry and then was asked to use the sanitizer before I moved forward to Look for where I would want to sit. Nando's was well prepared with their sitting plan, to ensure there were proper social distancing norms followed. They had skipped every two tables in between where you could dine. Also, the staff was well covered from top to bottom with their face shields and what not, they also have a separate serving table right beside where they are going to make you sit and the staff just uses a stand to keep all you orders on the serving table and then you are supposed to pick up your orders yourself and there's no direct point of contact with you servers that way. The menus have been removed and you could scan a code for a digital one to view on your mobile device, also they are not using the common sauce bottles that they used too, and instead giving out small jars of 4 different speciality sauces for you to use along with your meal. So this is how they are operating with the new safety measures in place, and there were not any compromises on the experience and the quality of food, after they have resumed their operation after the lockdown. So go and enjoy eating out pals ;)

Food was awesome...had ordered peri-peri chicken and chicken cataplana (new addition to their menu).....even our kids loved the food...and their service also very good ....kid friendly restaurant 👍👏👏

I had an amazing dinner today with Peri Peri half chicken ordered in from Nando's. The chicken was fresh and perfectly cooked with tender and juicy meat on the inside. Hats off to the chef. The flavors of the Peri Peri sauce and coleslaw salad worked extremely well together. The salad was crunchy and offered a welcome fresh sweet relief amid the Peri peri hotness. I would love to order again. Just a minor point about packaging, one of the sauce bottles had opened inside the bag during travel from restaurant to the delivery pick up point. It would be great if the sauce bottles could be well secured.

We visited Nando's after almost 6 months since lockdown started. Restaurant was adequately prepared to host guests with all safety precautions needed at this time. Food was great and Nitin served us well. For our little one, he brought some steam rice as the regular dish was a little spicy for the kid.

Had a great time came to this outlet for the first time after COVID 19 lockdown I was extremely happy with the safety precautions sanatization social distancing and the correct safety gear was worn by the staff the food was great like always and Anil our server was extremely helpful and served us well. I tried this place for the first time and ordered a combo of Chicken Skewers, Pita, Salsa with chips and coke. The delivery was on time and packaging was also safe and good. The smell of chicken was really mouth watering and i dig right into it. The taste was wow!! Salsa was also tangy and spicy and compliments the chicken good. I liked what i ordered and definitely will try other food stuff too

Ordered Paneer Tigela and Berry Jamun Iced Tea after a lot of recommendations from my friends. It was my first time trying a Tigela and it was a burst of flavours. I really loved it and the sweet and tangy Berry Jamun Iced Tea complimented it perfectly. The delivery was on time, in tamper proof containers and with good portions. Would definitely order again

Serving tasty, lipsmacking food at doorstep. A perfect choice to fulfil your craving. The packaging is wonderful following all the norms of Covid-19 prevention. The food is damn good and packaged very well. It should be on every ones first choice. The menu is elaborative the response is quick. I would recommend everyone to give them a chance to serve them.

This place is very nice to have a couples lunch. The restaurant is quite famous here and lives upto it's name for cute siting and scrumptious food. I had Peri Chicken and Iced Tea and they were very tasty. The staff is also very polite and follow full WHO guidelines. Would visit again soon

First of all the ambience was so nice and quite. Seating space is well arranged and good enough to accommodate large groups. Out of starters, main course and desserts, i absolutely loved the starters. Honey chilly potato are must if you visit here. And i really liked the desserts as well. Just the right amount of sweetness in all deserts i had. Highly recommended if you are near DLF cyber city. My overall rating is (9.5/10)

A must visit restaurant whenever you go gurgaon. The restaurant is a pure symbol of delicious and inexpensive lip smacking food. The menu is quite elaborative. In covid-19 situation they are doing quite well providing wonderful service by maintaining all preventive measures. My personal favourite is cream Cashew chicken naan and peri peri chicken. A happy place for all the food lovers.🤩

This is a one stop place for a pleasure lunch with your friends. The place is really wholesome and staff is also very courteous. The food is so delicious that i couldn't stop myself to order more. The interior is also very pleasant and warm. I had Peach Iced Tea, All Together Now which is an appetizer and Red Velvet Cake which was drooling🤤❤️. Will definitely come again with my gang✨

The restaurant defines the words quality and quantity. A wonderful restaurant with excellent and courteous staff. A place for a perfect meal. The menu is elaborative, they serve delicious,fingerlicking dishes. My favourite is peri chicken. The quality of food defines the prices.
