The Team was very Customer Friendly, served with a smile, took criticism constructively and ensured that the Cutting Tea which didn’t live up to my exacting expectations was made again to perfection. Chai point is a surprise tea joint. The menu and the tea options are really wonderful. The ginger tea is excellent and so is the food offering. The staff is extremely professional and very helpful. It's so well managed that despite being very busy, still never feels crowded. Surely one of the best cafes around to visit again. Go for a gushup over चाय, in a wonderful Ambience.

Absolutely lovely place for a quiet tea time with a newspaper in hand. Friends and Family company will also be a good option in a nice ambience. I ordered Cheese Chilli Toast (Rs. 139) with Chai (Rs. 79) at a decent price. Taste is good and so is the service. Overall a nice option other than Chaayos or similar brands.

This one is building 10 in DLF Cyber city, Gurgaon. Good ambience, well behaved staff and have pretty good outdoor sitting arrangements, where one can enjoy evenings with a cup of Chai! Food is good here. Price for A small cups of tea is 39rs.

They serve chai and snacks. Staff is courteous and open to feedback. My favorite here is schezuan samosa. We are quite regular to chai point. Chai and food is usually hot. Pricing is okay considering the premium location. Pan shake in summers is also worth trying at chaipoint.

This outlet is located in Cyber hub with lot of premium restaurants, cafes etc in the vicinity. Tried the masala chai and cookies. Both of them were excellent.
