Review The Great Kabab Factory - Gurugram (Gurgaon)

The food was good. We were there after many years. The ambience was good. The platter is decent. All the kebabs were tasty. The buffet was also very good both Non Veg and Vegeterian. Our Waiter Navin was very good and served us very well. Nice place to have food. Price are 1899 + GST taxes per person ~ 2300 per person. Gulauti kebab was most tasteful.

After joining office this is my first dinner with my entire team. This place is situated in Park Plaza near huda City centre metro station. The ambience is good but I feel the music could have been better. They served so many starters like mutton korma, tangri kabab, galouti Kabab, prawns, fish, paneer, aloo, bokhra, mushroom, pineapple, chicken etc. We ordered Tropical Punch and Panache. In the main course they have tandoori roti. Dal makhani, Vegetable do pyaza. Pulao with some side dish was there. Also there was biriyani, mutton and chicken side dishes. In sweets they have gulab jamun, moong dal ka halwa, icecream. The service was good also.

First experience here. Was nothing like ever before. Food is yum. Specifically non veg dishes are exceptional. Loving it. The vibe is so peaceful and the place itself is so neat and tidy. Wanna come here again.❤

The buffet was nice, i liked its array of starters, the main course was okay, This place has lunch and dinner buffet, so that included the starters,main course and desert, starters were galouti kebab with ulta tawa roti,chapli kebab,fish tikka,chicken tikka,sheek kebab, and tandoori murg,main course was any bread with mutton rogan josh...there were other stuff too but we were too ful aftr appetizers to try more, and chicken and mutton biryani.... there were a lot of deserts too.... overall it was nice and the food is halal, for which they had certification.

The best meal I had in Delhi. Everything was surprisingly good. Go on an empty stomach!

Glad to be back at one of my favorite Indian restaurants. Ordered the non-vegetarian set menu that has 6 types of meat kebabs (including chicken tikka, lamb, fish, meshed lamb pate,). I could not stop at one serving and the set menu offers unlimited serving of kebabs. The kebabs only serve as starters, as there is a full main course of chicken briyani, breads, and daal. If you have a sweet tooth like me, you can end the meal with 5 choices of desserts, including kulfi (Indian ice cream).

Service is slow rent everything is fine. This is a live snacks counter place. Radisson started this concept long back but this is the only hotel now having The Great kabad factory

The chicken dishes were not good as chicken was hard. Rest all good galotiq kebab were good but appeared to be more raw in taste.

The name suggests .. it's great it's cosy and tastefull. The food is amazing as always and has been the same since the chaingl first opened .. expensive yes but worth it.. do not rush through the meal take your time and indulge in the kebabs and the main course..

The staff did argue with us . They first said that Dal Makhni is available but when I finally ordered it it was not available . The taste of each and every single item was horrible. The staff is tooooo lazy and is egoistic.<br/><br/>

This Place is inside Park Plaza Hotel. Food here is limited option but the service and Food is amazing. Its a Must try restaurant if you want Kebabs other than normal food. I do recommend this place.

Visited after several years. Disappointed. Quality has deteriorated. Not worth the price at all. Even some of the home deliveries in Gurgaon serve better stuff.

Very nice ambiance coupled with tasty food. Located at the rooftop of the hotel, though not much of view there. The starters are the major attraction, not the main course. Galauti kebab is the best in city, so are the tangri kebabs. Helpful staff add charm to the overall experience

Went there for lunch in a group of 6. The service is courteous and more or less prompt, food was well cooked and delectable. The entire buffet is served on the table, so you get the feeling of à la-carte while having the joy of buffet. Good place for Non vegetarians.

Sorry to say, but being polite. The food is not that great but that is still fine. The main course and desserts are worth eating but not the starters. I would like zomato to review the restaurant. Thank you and I would request NRAI to please see this particular outlet of the chain. I would like to commend Mr. Dharampal for doing a fantastic job for taking the heat of the customers for the food served. Rest fish and prawns from the starters and few veg dishes are great.

They take 10 minutes between each item(1 piece) they serve...To get water also they took 15 min...U will hate their delay in bringing food...no proper coordination...Food is average

I have been to three different branches of great kabab factory and my experience has been amazing.<br/>What i like about it is that food is served hot,fresh on table with stress on quality.most buffets keep everythg in a row and quality gets compromised.<br/>Variety and quality is amazing of this place.

The Kebab Factory is one of those places you should visit on an empty stomach and with a raging appetite. It will make you undo the buttons of your jeans or take a stroll in the middle of the meal. That's how much food they serve you!<br/><br/>They have a set menu: Dal soup, Tikka, Galouti Kebabs, Makhni Dal, Paneer, Dahi bhindi, Biryani, 4 types of desserts.. the list goes on. The food is delicious and the service is top notch. The galouti kebabs were my personal favourite - they're well spiced and melt in your mouth. I would recommend this outlet to others and certainly like to come back again.

Raw uncooked mutton was served.<br/>At first when the starters were served no water no accompaniments were offered. All of it had to be asked. It felt like something that the restaurant had to be done with. While highlighting the chicken Tikka was stale the chef mentioned that the same food was served to the whole restaurant and we were the only ones highlighting it. The main course was asked to be heated and served as it was cold.<br/>To top it all the meat was raw and the chef acted suprised. After all this the restuarent manager finally came to the table to offer some fresh food. My request to the management would be that instead of sharing an automated/formatted response with apology the attitude of the chef would definitely help making your guests have an experience.<br/>The fact that raw meat is being served, it is unbelievable how it was taken so lightly.<br/>

Too costly for the variety/ spread they offer. Really need to revamp the buffet menu. The buffet starters are few and very monotonous and outdated dishes. The veg main course has only 3 items and dessert had 3 options with definite portion size—rice kheer, vanilla icecream and gulab jamun none of which appealed in taste or presentation. Not recommended if you are looking for good food.

The first one I have had been through this year with no issues at least for my time being down I am very disappointed to say I was just thinking I could go back but now I don’t even get the money I want you guys I guess you will

Worthless place, giving cold food and stale vegetables. The staff is clueless and the irony is that even after the restaurant being empty, they couldn’t manage the table. Please do not waste your money here. <br/><br/>

We went there yesterday, we were two couples one couple was pure vegetarian and the other was non vegetarian so we took a bigger table so that we could separate veg and non veg and suddenly after few serving the waiter serving starters actually tried to serve non veg to a pure vegetarian ( almost near her mouth) there after he vegetarian couple could not eat any food when the manager came and we told him he says “serve to nhi kiya sir”! Now if I talk about the food it was bland and taste less please don’t waste your money by going to this place we paid 8000/- for such a pathetic dinner . pirates of grill is way much better and cheaper then this place ! Pathetic service plus pathetic food !!!

We went there for a lunch, especially for their kebabs. Ambiance is nice. Overall look and feel, the seating arrangement is good. We ordered the Galawati Kebabs,Pineapple Tikkas, and Mutton Biryani. Galawati Kebabs were good, and the Pineapple Tikkas were very good.

Went there with my work buddies and a spl guest from Australia. Nice Food Spread and Serving was good, staff was courteous and making sure all are having good times. Good variety of starters & deserts but main course can be improved. Sweet Pan was also good..Overall good experience and can be visited again.

I visited this place to try their biryani which i heard from many people that it's really good. So i tried the late night biryani buffet. I was with a friend of mine and we ordered a Mutton Biryani which was served with raita. Biryani was good in taste with the perfect flavour and aroma. Staff was courteous and friendly. Had a great time at this place would definitely recommend for good food.

Heard a lot about the great kababs served at this place, never able to locate but on this Valentine’s Day found a table at this place only. <br/><br/>Although ambience, food quality is quite good but servicing was not adequate, we have wait for the next dish to arrive and number of times request for the same order to different people. <br/><br/>One or two kababs were real good apart from others. Main course was ok-ok but the desert is quite delicious, heart shape jalebi, strawberry kheer and stick kulfi, all were mouth watering items. I can visit again atleast for deserts.

One of the worst experience I have had.<br/><br/>Went here on Valentine day with my wife, signed up for their package.<br/><br/>They was nothing to speak for experience.<br/>Over and above that the staff was uncourteous and their manager offered to say that " I don't have time for this. You may chose to leave if you desire".<br/><br/>With this kind of attitude and service, this is by far the last place to go.

After hearing about this nice looking restaurant, we went there for a lunch on a Friday. Ordered Mutton Biryani and Galauti Kebabs. Both of the items were good. Overall a nice experience.

While the ambience etc is quite nice and relaxing, the food is above average but what gets in to ur nerves here is the poor service! People here are really slow even if u guys r the only ones sitting there-won’t recommend this place to a large group ever!

Worst experience in my entire stay of 13 years in Gurgaon. Kababs, which are the main attraction as per its name, as well as its Service both were pathetic. Only thing that was worth eating was their maincourse. The cost is very high and the worth is Zero. Will never visit again.

Pathetic food and standards have gone down way bad no staff properly trained no service no menu no body senior enough to attend enough to attend to cuwtomers

When BBQ Nation/ Pirates of grills meets fine dining, The Great Kebab Factory is born.<br/><br/>Though the place is not that big, but fine in terms of size.<br/><br/>Went there for office lunch and though the food was amazing but the service was slow.<br/><br/>Starters like galauti kebab, pineapple Tikka, fish are great.<br/>Staff is polite but my main issue was as said with service.<br/>It was so damn slow. They need to improve on it. Else everything is fine.<br/>Also some of their crockery is broken, as encountered by my colleague. The food was ok..struggled with the service. Was a corporate lunch but still the service was lame. Most astonishing had to struggle with broken bowls and glasses too. Pics attached!

Galote kababs, corn tikki, stuffed mushrooms, pineapple and apple tikkas and paneer tikka all the starter were good but corn tikki was okay but loved pineapple tikka, all were served with 4 combinations of chutneys, the new was dahi with spices and raddish. Main course was also okay but green apple halwa was good.

I've always been a fan of "all you can eat" restaurants and this place takes it to th next level with almost a fine dine touch to it.<br/>The food unlike a Buffett isn't served in a public which keeps the freshness intact.<br/>They have a well curated menu with multiple appetizers and desserts.<br/>The rose kheer and the moong dal is bloody good.<br/>Having said that, I wish the appetizers have a variety of flavour profiles instead of the heavy indian spices.

Well I was on oct 15 to celebrate my bday we opt for one veg and one nonveg food was good as I tried it before but staffs were not attentive, but overall a good experience..

Went for buffet dinner which includes 6 starters + 2 Main Course + 2 Lentils + Biryani and 4 Desserts<br/><br/>Service was awesome. Food was good with Fish, Matar ki Tikki, Boti Kebab and Galouti Kebab stealing the show. However, limited options were available in the buffet with almost double the price when compared with the likes of Indian Grill Room and Pirates of the Grill as the menu was not extensive and no efforts were made to include seasonal items/complimentary drinks.

One of the best places to dine out with friends and family.<br/>Staff is courteous and attentive. And they do pay special attention to kids.<br/>This is one of the best dine out places for both veggies and non veggies.<br/>I have been here multiple times and everytime it stands to expectation.<br/>The only change would love to see is variety in main course. Though food is really good specially dal but new add ons needed in main course. Taking one star for that.<br/>All in all really good place to enjoy with family n friends.<br/>

Service was okay. Food was good... Overall a decent average experience.  I had their mutton Galouti Kebab with Ulte tawa ka paratha which was really amazing in taste and Mutton Rara which was cooked perfectly, had a good flavor with the masalas but the fish was little salty and did not feel so fresh. Mutton Rara and Kabab are really worth a try. It's a decent place for for food for a with nice ambiance

We visited this place with my family. We were surprised to see the huge beautiful ambiance. They served delicious food which is very tasty. I particularly liked non veg dishes. It's a perfect place for dinner with good drinks.<br/>Thumbs up for you guys keep it up.

The consistency and level of standardisation across outlets rivals that of a factory.  This is an all-you-can-eat concept and it is recommended that you stay hungry  for a few hours before you visit TGKF. If you are a non vegetarian and you have not been to kebab factory then you are surely missing on something amazing. It was a wonderful experience, staff members were very courteous and polite. I rate them a total ten since the service provided and the food was excellent.

A very disappointing rather unexpected behaviour by the staff of park plaza in the restaurant kebab factory <br/>Abusive content , something which should not be used anywhere especially in the field of hospitality and management was EXPERIENCED by us by the chef (Sonu) , someone who is expected to take care of his diners used abusive language in front of all his guests<br/>Secondly service was pathetic , no coordination between the waiters , mismanagement of food service at the Great Kebab Factory

Most pathetic food they could ever serve they literally spoiled my birthday diner with such pathetic starters nd there service is more then pathetic. They literally spoiled my day with such pathetic food the broccoli they were serving was all most smelly nd panned quality was tooo poor even non veg quality was too bad .you guys need to check on ur quality otherwise no body ever will come again

The great kabab factory at park plaza is perfect place for hangout.<br/>I have been their with my friend and we try their non veg dishes with drinks. Full meal was upto the mark. Staff was well dressed and professional and service was quick.

Park plaza's the great kabab factory have beautiful ambiance and awesome interior. We had order drinks from here and veg snacks. The snacks was delicious and fresh and presentation was also very nice. Staff was humble and polite. Must visit place.

Writing this review after my second visit to the place. One thing I would like to mention is that it is really great to see when businesses and sellers consider the feedback of consumers and try to incorporate the suggestions to make the experience better. It is commendable. We had a less than satisfactory visit to this outlet some time ago and upon sharing this with the management, they actually took notice and promised to deliver a better experience next time. Thus we decided to visit again. And were pleasantly surprised with the sevice and quality. <br/>The buffet is not huge but has a great variety. The mutton Galouti Kebab with Ulte tawa ka paratha is the best among the offerings. The kebab items were good. I specially liked the fish. Mutton Rara in main course was quite nice so was the paneer masala. They have a Biryani and all breads available in the main course selection. All in all the Set menu is good both in quality and the sevice is awesome. And we loved the presentation of one dish, the chic peas, which came in a small cooker of its own. <br/>The restaurant at Sushant lok is not a very big one but the ambience is good enough for a quiet family gathering.

Today i visited at the great kabab factory that is my first time ia found there galaoti kabab which is first one kabab from the menu and i loved that burra kabab and staff was also very attentive....<br/><br/>

If you are lover of Northern India kabab this is right place for you.. Mutton kabab is very tasty and must try next time again... Chicken starter is OK ok...

The great Kabab Factory is actually a great fine dining restaurant for people who love Indian food. I happen to be go there by chance and really enjoyed my experience. The food served is full of flavors, warm and nice. Since they only serve buffets, the quantity might be a bit to much to finish in one go as the starters itself are composed of six different kind of kebabs and then also comes the main course. The restaurant is obviously a little heavy on the pockets and you can’t order single dishes, so no point visiting if you don’t have a stomach to fit in all the food. The service is very good but I hope the sitting chairs a little more comfortable

I have visited Great Kebab factory twice and the experience factor has just gown down, so much so that I will never visit them again, even if they charge zero !.<br/><br/>In veggie starters, they only have Galauti Kebab, stuffed tomatoes, paneer with a pungent mustard sauce smell and broccoli ..<br/><br/>Worst thing was that when it came to serving the main course, they had veggie bowl and non-veg dishes bowl in the same container. A small quaint place amidst the bustle near Huda. The food was lovely, and the service was great (we had gone on Sunday afternoon, and there wasn’t any rush).. definitely a place to try if you’ve not gone yet..

Awesome experience. Kababs were melting in mouth. Tasted great. Not only was it a delight to my taste buds but the entire experience was made special by the service team who very professionally took great care of us. I am sure this experience will make me visit the place soon though it is far off from where I stay (I stay in Saket, Delhi). A big thumbs up to the entire team.

Service was very bad . Waiters are not aware of yours veg and non veg choices . You have to wait for a very long time for your water to refill or for your breads to come . They will not tell you about their menu beforehand .

Best place to eat north Indian food in beautiful ambiance. The kabab factory at park plaza have many delicious dishes. Specially galouty kabab must try item in starts. I would highly recommend this place.

if you are planning for get together ,don't go here ,there services are very very slow , they don't prepare iteams well for large number of people.you have to wait at least 25min for starters to come back to you

The starters are awesome. The kebabs seems to melt in the mouth and are extremely well cooked. Particularl thanks to Prashant Singh for taking so good care of us.

yesterday I visited in the great kabab factory it was great for our family because they provided me pastry for my little baby it was momorable moment for we I will visit again.

Frankly, these guys need to reconsider their prices in order to stay in the business.<br/><br/>They were amongst the first few restaurants in Delhi ncr, with the concept of unlimited snacks and unlimited main course in a fixed price. They don’t have ala-carte. Back then, the prices were justified, since they kinda had a monopoly. But now, so many better and pocket friendly options are available like pirates of the grill, jungle jamboree etc. with much better food quality.<br/><br/>Currently their prices DO NOT justify the quality or maybe even the ambience of the place. You will need to shell out close to 1500-1600 per person for a vegetarian meal (which is stupidity according to me).

I loved it.. It was great to come back to the place i was living in. And was very used to of park plaza gurgaon. After almost 3 years it was so enjoyble dinning. Lots of things changed in gurgaon. But the hotel is still my first preference. Specially the great kabab factory. The very familier faces are no more but the hotel is still good.

Excellent food, ambience and service. The ghilloti kabab was delicious. I also relished the paan flavoured ice cream and the yellow daal. <br/>The service was exceptionally good. Prashant, shantu and momin attended on us and made our dinner memorable with their warm hospitality.

It was very good. Momin served us very nicely and we really enjoyed the food. Certainly...I recommend this place to everyone and keep up the great work momin.

Frankly, little disappointed as I am not sure why I was paying a premium amount ₹1300-1400 ++) as neither the food is exemplary nor the service. Even the ambience is like any other normal place. I am not able to think of any starter worth mentioning here.
