The salads are pretty good. The sources are brilliant and the packaging is extremely convenient for the customer. There was a lot of chicken in my chicken salad and the dressing was really good plus there was lettuce and salad greens as mentioned. However I could sense a lack of vegetables in their salad in general there was a lot of quantity of chicken that over power the salad in a manner so it was pretty much like eating with a side salad instead of eating a whole salad. I would recommend you to eat this only if you are craving a lot of meat with some veggies and not the other way round. I have had their whole wheat Pizza bread with falafel stuff and chicken stuffed in it. It is pretty good and I wouldn't mind having it again.

This place is perfect from placing orders to delivery every thing was of good quality. Caesar salad was crunchy, chicken was soft, tender and packaging was top notch. You can feel the freshness of veggies in salad. The bread accompanied was very crusty outside and tender inside. Ask for more dressing if you like creamy salad.

While visiting a friend in gurgaon, i ordered some food from the Salad Days. The restaurant serves great healthy meals of utmost quality. The packaging is one of the best. The delivery was on time and everything was delivered fresh. I ordered: - Wild berries smoothie - Coconut and almond crumbles - Baguette s/w ( jumbo veg) The sandwich was huge and was a complete meal. The smoothie was just perfect too. The coconut and almond crumbles were surely a treat and are a must try.

Ordered the Mango Medley, along with the mango smoothie. It was an amazing meal overloaded with Mangoes! The perfect breakfast option, overnight oatmeal bowl. It had the whole grain oats soaked overnight in milk with banana, chia seeds, black raisins and figs. Along with freshly cut mango, roasted almonds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds. It is ample for one person. Would totally recommend it if you are looking for a healthy breakfast option. Also note to the management, the bowl had leaked some of its contents.

Today, I had a craving for the delicious parfait that Salad Days prepare. Usually, I order from Zomato and get set eat but today, I thought to go to their store, order there only and eat without a second delay. We met Varun who spearheads the chain, shared his story, experience and invited us (without cringe) to have meal right there. Need not mention that the food was tasty, fresh and this time we were having a quality discussion of what makes Salad Days so unique and exceptional.His doors are always open to the customers and trust me it's a delight to talk to him and of course grab salads from Salad Days. Recommendations: Parfait is a must! Earth Bowl, Greek Feta Cheese Salad is heavenly. You'll end up clean sweeping the dishes! In all We wish him luck, onwards and upwards Journey. Guys go and try! No one can eat just one! Beauty!!!

Besides the fact that my order took 3 hours to be delivered, it did not taste anywhere near to the Salad Days dishes that I regularly consume. Since I order a lot from this place, I could tell that the veggies were not fresh and the dressing was no where to close to the one they usually send. Total disappointment

Good salad but expired smoothie...Nobody seems to be bothered to respond to chat or pick up the call at Zomato or Salad Days. Eventually smoothie was replaced with a fresh one by Salad Days!

Disappointed : I have been a big fan of the blueberry/mixed berry smoothies from Salad days. On average would order 3 bottles per week. But lately, the quality has not been upto the mark. Smoothies are lumpy and consistence is not good. 1st time I had to throw out 2 bottles. Switched to Epigamia smoothies for now.

Baguette sandwiches. I tried 4 variants. Jumbo Veg, Jumbo Meat, Pesto Baguette and Chipotle baguette. All are so different and so filling. Jumbo meat had so much of meat and I enjoyed it thoroughly. My favourite is Jumbo meat.

The chicken caesar salad was so good. My salad was loaded with a generous serving of toppings that were so fresh and crisp, unlike some salads I have had in the past where you can immediately tell the ingredients were sitting in their stock for a long time. Our go-to place for a light dinner or lunch. Great choice of juices and smoothies and salads. Off-late, have just felt that they stuff their salads with lettuce and the qty of other veggies have gone down. Also, the blackened chicken avocado salad hardly has any avocado in it. Also, they can improve on their packaging. Currently, the salads come in single use plastic boxes. Other than that, the freshness and consistency of their dishes is commendable.

Seriously this is a place for those who are calorie conscious. Everything they serve has calorie count...you know how much calorie you are consuming. I love the quinoa salad. Every time i visit gurgaon, I'm amazed by the availability of healthy food options as compared to my hometown and this time was no different! I ordered pesto chicken and olive salad, exotic fruit bowl, berry granola parfait! This being a dark kitchen there are no seating options! Food was delivered on time and packed properly! The chicken salad came with a pesto dressing and two small buns! It was flavourful! Exotic fruit bowl was yummy as well, the crunchy candied walnuts was a good addition! The berry granola parfait was delectable as well!
