The only service is very slow. The rest is just amazing . We had a great family time and the quality of food you can't complain about. Ambience is really soothing to spend Sunday morning chilling between the greenery

The taste is Really Good 👌 as compared to other outlets of Haldiram. The seating area is also nice and we'll maintained overall a nice place for breakfast and lunch in Gurgaon!

A good restaurant to dine-in. Take away option is also available so you can get your food packed as well. The location and overall ambience is fine. Prices are on a higher side and aren't justified with the portions that are served. I feel that's the only minus point. There is generally a waiting for dine-in on the weekends. So plan your visit accordingly.

Great vegetarian and vegan options. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. It can get busy during lunch time, as with most places but that's a good thing which ensures that food is always fresh.

The food was delicious and the seating arrangement was comfortable. I ordered Vada pav , grilled sandwich and chole bhature all were great. The price point was pretty reasonable for the quantity and taste. All in all good experience.

Very neat and clean and hygiene space for dine-in. Situated on ground and 1st floor in Sahara mall. The Raj Kachori is us usual very delicious. Place is very spacious. Never feel crowded except festive items. It's name of quality and every time we visit they prove this. Value for money .

Although no order or token number is provided. -Not suitable for ala carte dining as repeating order for chapattis is quite troublesome given that it's self service and you have to leave your meal and pickup the order. -Also there are High chances that if you are dining alone, by the time you pick another dish from the counter someone cleans up your table throwing away the unfinished meal.

Visited for dinner. Had paneer tikka, pav bhaji, executive thali and tikki chaat. Everything was amazing and the ambience was also very pleasant, better than other haldiram.

As soon as you enter, and you see the dining area you get a pleasant vibe. Clean and pretty dining area. Food was tasty and has lots of variety including north indian, South indian food. I probably left out one important thing that is like to add THIS PLACE IS NOT PET FRIENDLY. One family was denied entry to the place with their pet.

What amazing food, simply loving it. Haldiram has shown the modern way to make and serve indian food. Food prepared in original method and taste. You get all North indian traditional food also South Indian delicacies as well.. My favourite Makki ki roti & sarso ka saag, amritsari kulcha n chola, aloo paratha, raj kachori, Dahi bhala and Gajar ka halwa.. One must try for sure. Wish they start their outlet in bangalore. The most important thing is the reasonable price.

I have been there with my family before lockdown. Well, I always trust Haldiram's. I have ordered chole bhature, masala dosa, onion uttapam, noodles and manchurian. All the things was super scrumptious. Chole bhature and masala dosa were outstanding. The taste was yummilicious. Apart from that, noodles and manchurian were also flavoursome. In short, every item was tasty. This is also a one of the best Haldiram's outlet.

Haldirams ke chole bhature. They are the best and I also love Raj Kachori. I guess I love everything by them. They also serve amazing lassi but I find it bit expensive but yeah must to have it.

I have recently turned a vegetarian, and have become a huge fan of Haldiram since then. This outlet at the mall is almost always packed, as it's adjacent to PVR Cinema, right next to the food court. But since it was a weekday saw there were few tables available and was happy to grab one. It was really cold, and I was craving for something hot. Ordered noodle bowl, sandwiches, and chole bhature. Was overjoyed to get straight out of pan noodles. Chole bhature was great too. Sandwich was average. Would like to give it a miss next time. It's a perfect family place, where you get great variety of North Indian delicacies under one roof. And this Haldiram outlet is spacious too. Must try - next time you go to watch movie at PVR.

If you are heading to ambience mall gurgoan, try delicious raj kachori (chandni chowk ka chatka) and rasgulla (meetha mazza).

Went to their outlet at mgf mall gurgaon, ordered Aloo Tikki, Bhalla Papdi and Badam Milk. Loved of them, Aloo Tikki was crisp but bit over spicy, Bhalla Papdi was good and Badam Milk was not overly sweet and had dry fruits too. Loved it as usual! Haldiram's always delivers!

Haldiram's has multiple outlets in Delhi and NCR. I visited the outlet located on the top floor of MGF Metropolitan Mall, Gurgaon. They serve North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Snacks, Beverages and Desserts. The seating arrangement is good which can accommodate almost 50 people at a time. You will find families here. They have maintained good hygiene. Staff members are polite.<br/><br/>I and my friend had breakfast from here. We ordered Choley Bhatoore, Masala Dosa and Badam Milk which was served in almost 15 mins. <br/><br/>Choley Bhatoore was amazing with crisp Bhatoore. Choley was perfectly spiced.<br/><br/>Masala Dosa tasted so authentic that even my South Indian friend was amazed.<br/><br/>Badam Milk was lip smacking!!

I dine in a lot at this place. I have had Special Thali, Pani Puri, Dosa, Aloo Tikki, Rasmalai, Chinese Combos, Lassi, and everything is absolutely delicious. Would recommend this place.

Nourishment was amazing in here. Haldiram is an extraordinary spot for vegetarians.I truly like their dahi bhalla papri and stew paneer with seared rice.It's the best spot for family and friends.The quality is exceptional and amount is good. If you are looking for a nice meal then Haldirams is the place. Haldiram's has got multiple outlets in Delhi and NCR. We went to the one in MGF Metropolitan Mall, Gurgaon. Haldiram's has got mostly North Indian cuisines in their menu. They have few South Indian and Chinese Cuisines too. This is a 100% vegetarian restaurant. Staff behavior was good.<br/><br/>We ordered Masala Dosa, Choley Bhatoore, Badam Milk and Cappuccino Coffee. The order was served in less than 10 mins.<br/><br/>Choley bhatoore was awesome with crispy bhatoore and perfectly spiced choley.<br/><br/>Masala Dosa was pretty good. Sambar served had the authentic taste. Chutney could be better.<br/><br/>Recommended 👍 👍

I was here on Sunday afternoon with colleagues. Loocated at the food court at the mall, with a seating of around 30 people a nice place to seat and enjoy food with family and friends. We ordered masala dosa, pav bhaji and rasgulla. The dosa was served hot sambhar and cold coconut chutney, masala of the dosa was good can be more better and it had perfect crispiness. In Pav bhaji, bhaji was garnished with coriander leaves and butter, pav was very crispy. Rasgulla was soft but was little more sweet.

All time favourite uttapam in Haldiram’s. Today I ordered two uttapams, one was ready and other one was going to take five more minutes. The staff was so kind they took my uttapam, again heated and gave it to me without me even asking for it to be heated along with the other one. Very sweet gesture of keeping the customer happy. I had a very bad experience of my visit at Haldiram MGF, Gurgaon. First their table cleaner spilled the entire Badam milk on me. He didn't apologize instead blamed me for the same. Leave apology, I asked their so called Hospitality manager to atleast give the replacement for the spilled badam milk, he denied even that. On asking why, he gave some logic of countable product etc that it has to go from his pocket as if I paid for that badam milk by plucking money from the tree.<br/>No way this review is going to matter for such a huge franchise. But if you are so huge atleast make your customers the priority and give better service. Thanks Haldiram I never wish to visit you again.

The reason for this bad review is there hospitality. One of their cleaners spilled badam milk on me. I know mistakes happen and that's fine. But then I nicely asked the manager for a new badam milk. Not any compensation for spoiling our cloths, but for the sake of totally wasted drink which was just freshly opened.<br/>In return he told me that it was our mistake and he cannot do anything about it. He said he would give me another drink which I don't want. I wanted the same drink only, thats why I bought it. And they wasted that. This was totally unexpected, and ruined my dining experience there.

Haldiram is getting worse by the day. The quality has gone down significantly. It seems to be the case across all stores.<br/><br/>I have noticed that the quantity of food has also gone down.<br/><br/>Fried rice with Manchurian wasn't cooked up well and a lot of oil. Dahi puchka had issues with the curd. Lemonade was the only thing that i can say was okay.

The best snack outlet in entire India I was out with colleagues and couldn't pick up a phone call. This restaurant is situated on 3rd floor of MGF Metropolitan Mall. Firstly there is ample seating space. However i felt tha the menu is a bit smaller as compared to other similar places. I ordered masala dosa, sev puri and chaach. The masala dosa and sambhar were good but as compared to similar places it seemed a bit okayish. Sev puri was really really dry. Chaach was okayish too. Good for a quick bite as service is fast but food is average.

Further cover did not have any tape like Om Sweets always do. And container was of poor quality black plastic. Completely unexpected from Haldiram's.

Yesterday I went to this place...Its haldiram so no doubt food was good and Hygiene.. Always get a seat to sit here... Its big.. It has 2 floor... So a lot of space we get.<br/>Atmosphere is good.. Ordered dahi bhalla papdi, chole samosa, special thali, tandoori platter, idli sambar. Everything tasted as good as any other haldiram. The highlights were mix veg, choley samosa, dahi bhalla papdi, butter naan, Dal makhni. Fully satisfied. 5/5

Haldiram is a place which doesn't needs anyone reviewed, this food chain is best of the best in India as well as outside India, you can associate the name with awesome taste, economical prices and a hygienic food. Been here multiple time I can't even keep a track how many times I've been there, yesterday I went here too, as one of my friend is shifting to Riyadh. Entering inside you won't get too much fancy ambience, but it's decent enough this place is crawling with youngster, middle age and old crowd as well. The food was mouth watering , the place was clean and the hopes are high that someday we would get waiter service at haldiram’s. The only point that bothered was duration of the food preparation as it took around 25 minutes for us to get the dish on our table.

Well when you are franchise of well known brand like Haldiram, you will be compared with your other blood lions. It is very important to offer same authentic taste to your customer. We ordered one Thali, Rawa masala dosa, Manchurian with noodles along with Masala lemon soda. Food Quality was excellent. But they need to tune in themself with authentic taste of Haldiram. This place is always over crowded on Saturday and Sunday's. My suggestion that time has come when they should introduce table management to reduce customer waiting time.

Well, this outlet in mgf metropolitan mall is a small one but still, it has a capacity of housing around 25 people at once. The staff is courteous and the service is quick. As always I ordered my favorite chole bhature, USP of haldirams. Their pav bhaji is also very good. This time i also tried their rajma chawal and they also passed the test of taste and quality. This place is the hunger savior of all times.

I always come and have my lunch or quick snack from here, whenever I come to mgf for shopping. It's a nice, crowdy place, not very big because I always have to wait to get a table. The food is really nice. I have ordered many dishes from here and I never get disappointed from the food. My favorite is Raj kachori, chilli paneer with noodles and mango Lassi. The service is always good and the food is worth for paying.

We went to this place to grab some quick snacks before our movie. We ordered plain dosa, sweet lassi, cold coffee and paneer noodles bowl. The plain dosa was super crispy and tasty. The sweet lassie was out of the world, it was thick and refreshing. The paneer noodles was also good in taste. The only thing which disappointed me was the cold coffee it was watery and very sweet. Other wise it was a NYC meal before movie.

Day before yesterday I went to haldiram and I have tried South Indian food with healthy desert and I have tried Swarn burfi such a nice and healthy food <br/>

Want to taste south? Go for masala dosa with the add ons. Gives immense satisfaction in eating it and changing the taste.<br/>Next time idli will be on target.

A decent place to have North indian food is Haldiram. The food is good and tastes fine. Most of the time it is crowded specially in weekends. You can have good sweets as well. Although, i like visiting for lunch and snacks. Like eating dhokla a lot from this place.

Excellent place, great ambience and authentic taste. Tasted almost every South Indian item. This place is better than almost every South Indian food joint. Chats are great too. Prices are decent enough. Would recommend to try every item available. This place is always crowded. So, have a backup option.

I am not a fan of Haldiram's restaurant though there sweets are best in class but restaurant is not worth the money. One thing i would the management to think about- Have you people ever tried finishing the whole 2 chappatis and Rice with the subzi and Dal you provide in your so called THALI's? Qty is way too less in everything. pl think about it.

Raj- kachori and chole bathure at this place will change your definition of food. Easy menu , indian taste , food varieties suitable for stomach, low service time even during high demand, viable place for family time/ hangout.

Haldiram's is my one stop destination for Indian snack items so whenever I am around in G-town this outlet of Haldiram’s is my first choice as it is located in M.G Road, Metropolitan Mall which is easily accessible and very continent from public transport and metro connectivity.<br/><br/>This outlet is located on 3rd floor of mall in Food Court arena which remains packed mostly with foodies out there. Talking about the food this outlet also takes the foodie journey further by delivering the food legacy of Haldiram’s. I have been here multiple times and this time I visited for the sake of my Breakfast cravings.<br/><br/>My order included Snacky spread of Pani Puris & Masala Dosa clubbed with Sambhar & Chutneys. Dosa was quite filling and best enjoyed with yummy chutneys, Sambhar tasted soothingly delicious. Coming to my all-time favourite Gol Gappas aka Pani Puris those were so crispy and filled with street food love.<br/> Overall it was a compact and complete snacky breakfast meal enjoyed at Haldiram’s.

Makki ki roti- sarson da saag and raj kachori is what i ordered<br/>Makki ki roti was cooked in tandoor- tasteless<br/>Saag was fine<br/>They do not serve salad with this winter meal<br/>Which further decreases the taste<br/>Raj kachori was okaish!

Great place for quick bites. Located near food court of MGF Mall, this place always remain crowded, so getting a seat is hassle here. Have tried quite a few dishes here : tandoori platter, tikki, gol gappein, sandwich, chhole bhature. Most recommended one is Tandoori platter. It is one of best veg dish one can ever had.Service is a on slow side. Ambiance is decent, pricing is ok vis-a-vis good portion size and good food quality

The best place to grab chole batura . The raj kachori and mattar kulcha is a must try. <br/>Amazing tastes and hygienic place to eat food. The thalis are also amazing. Heaven for vegetarians .<br/>

Haldiram's all time favourite for Chole bathure and their Pav bhaji is also good.The place is always crowded so you can get the idea about the quality they serve.Best place to have Chole bathure anytime.Highly recommend.

Its always crowded here, and hard to find a seat, but the food is worth it. The Milkshakes are sweet, thick and delicious. The Choley Bhature and Pav Bhaji are excellent. The Kathi Roll is also amazing, but slightly spicy.

Visited on a Monday evening, the place was still crowded. We ordered a plate of matar kulcha and it was less spicy so we asked for some extra green chillies. It was tasty, kulchas were fresh and fulfilling. Thank you Haldiram for being a budget friendly family restaurant.

Last Wednesday visited haldi ram's a brand well know n for all of us though this was not my first visit to this restaurant food is good but the staff is rude that makes food bad as well management is unprofessional not really enjoyed

I love haldiram's and I am a big fan of the nagpur one. Metropolitan gurgaon haldiram's is smaller one though but serves a good spread. You can try this one while in mgf metropolitan mall especially if you are a pure veg.

I went to this place today . But this place was not what I expected or simple worst as name of haldiram. I ordered rajkachori and grilled sandwich. Rajkachori was like dahlibhalle with extra dahi. Haldirams is a place if u r a chat lover. The location of the restaurant is good but the seating capacity needs improvement. Even after one places an order we need to wait for others to finish off to occupy. Otherwise, the taste is too good mainly the pav bhaji, dosa, raj kachori.
