Review Dunkin' Donuts - Gurugram (Gurgaon)

This was my first visit and it became my favourite! Want to visit this place again and again.. if you are a sweet tooth then you are going to like this place for sure. The donuts are yummy, the shakes and coffee we're good too. donut lovers, must visit!

Burgers are bit expensive but they have new offer of 2 jumbo size on just 119 so grab it. And also ambience is amazing sometimes over crowded too. Open your Bluetooth if u r around this store and u will find exciting offers with dunkin

A very popular place among teenagers and college students! The variety of donuts on offer here will make it a "problem of the plenty", choosing becomes very difficult! On offer here is also a variety of burgers, toasts and combo meal offers. Not very expensive with a nice coffee shop feel!! The only thing that can be better here is the service. You'll often see long queues at the billing counter. They can install additional billing counters to make life easy for the customers!

The basic veg burger is the best. The one that is called Big Joy which will definitely bring joy in your world of food. For non veg, I recommend the expensive burgers. The Donuts are awesome and so is other stuff. I am a regular here.

Relatively reliable in terms of food quality unlike many other food joints that start off week and then freakishly go down hill. Their loyalty program is also quite rewarding

The place was quiet and peaceful on a weekday evening visit. The burger, shakes, side bites and donut served were fresh and served on time. The experience was satisfactory.

Had these donuts from Dunkin Donutss!<br/>I had Alive by Chocolate, Chocolate Eclair, Death by Chocolate, Chocolate Cartwheel, etc. Their donuts are really soft and chocolaty but some of them are way too sweet. Personally, I like a warmed up Alive by Chocolate and Chocolate Eclair. I also love their Cafe Latte!❤️<br/>

Its been a while that I visited Dunkin Donut, Ambience mall.<br/><br/>It was the worst experience of mine and the expectation from dunkin has gone down now after it.<br/><br/>I ordered two drinks which were fine but too sweet.<br/>Ordered poatao wedges which were half burnt and two burgers which were okay but not served hot.<br/><br/>When i asked them to see these things, they are like "Sir har cheez kharab to nhi ho sakti" i have uploaded a picture also were you can see wedges were half burnt.<br/><br/>I told him to taste the drink too but he refused and after the fight he gave me two hot burgers but he refused the the drink and the wedges.<br/><br/>If you guys can't serve good things to make your customers happy. They gonna come back with these reviews only.

Yummy donuts.. I ordered pack of 6 assorted donuts and also death by chocolate ,alive by chocolate and breakup party eclairs each of the was up to mark.. tasty fully satisfied

The place is located on the second floor of the mall. It had ample seating capacity. We had a burger and two teas.<br/>Burger : nice 5/5<br/>Ginger tea : 4.5 /5<br/>Elaichi tea : 5/5<br/>The teas were served in kullhads. Nice hospitality and quick service. Will visit again for tea. 😀

Just a quick dessert fix from this place and yes we were not disappointed. The alive by chocolate donut as warm and as tasty as ever. Well not a big fan of donuts but this one has made me fall in love with them.

Poor burger, good doughnuts<br/>And it was looking like a very dead outlet and a care free one too. I was the only one in the outlet eating. The burger I ordered was a chili one which had chicken pieces falling on my table everywhere. The doughnuts we're great spl. The classic glazed one

I loved the donut here, it was soft, fluffy and tasty. The staff and the outlet both were fine . I think a little modification in terms of the frosting would make it even better.

I had these three delicious donuts here. They were good in taste. I found less variety here as compared to their other outlets. I tried veg burger also, it was fresh.

absolutely yumm donuts..naught lucy burger was good too along with the potato wedges and coke..potato wedges were not to my liking but i enjoyed rest of my meal along with choclate bomb ,chocolate eclair & mango donut

Always a relaxing place to hang out with coffee and donuts. Some of my favourites are Choco eclairs , Maple crunch and of course Just the Classic one with low sugar ...

Great donuts, soft as butter. Chocolate had a bit too much sugar I ordered 8 of them, 3 chocolate frosted, 2 rainbow sprinkle, 2 caramel, and 1 coffee toffee all were great, quite better than their other branches

Always love the 'Break-Up Eclair' here! Good assortment of donuts🍩🍩 in tasty yummy flavors! Also, the coffee ☕ is good and makes a good combo with some donuts! Deals are good at times. Good place for singles, couples and groups! 🍩🍩

This is my favourite go-to place for yummy donuts. Although they are not as good as freshly prepared donuts at any good bakery but definitely a soul food. If you want to feel good after a bad day.. this is a must with a hot cuppa joe! <br/>My all-time favourite is death by chocolate but an assorted box of small donuts is also good for having different choices or when you have many friends to share it with. If you haven't do visit it

To try: Death by Choco and Chicken Joy Burger. <br/><br/>Strangely, I prefer to eat burgers at this place than 🍩 but Death by Chocolate is one exception

A great place if you are a donuts fan, DD has nice ambience for conversations along with some good burgers, drinks and ofcourse donuts! We ordered classic glaze & mango craze donut, the big joy mayo burger along with shaken iced coffee. The donuts tasted really good, Burger was good too but we felt the quantity of mayo needs to be balanced. The iced coffee was really soothing and one should definitely try it.<br/>Food -7/10<br/>Ambience-8/10<br/>Price- 7/10

I'm addicted to their Bavarian cream Donuts. I think that's the best donut I've ever tasted. however, they also happen to have a mean burger and their coffee is on point too.

They have always been my favorite, they have varieties of donuts be it simple classic or heavy chocolate/caramel filled. Adding on to it the wedges are tasty and the sauce you get with it is finger licking. I have tried their burgers too, better than those claiming to be burger joints. The most exciting is their latest introduction to coffee especially tiramisu cappuccino which is super delicious. All of my coffee dates are going to be here now :)

Dunkin Donuts has always been one of my favourite places and the review would be higher of this outlet but only if they had all the items on the menu. You go in wanting to have something but to your utmost disappointment they do not have the only 2 of the items you wanted to have.<br/>Anyways, the service was good and the donuts the same.<br/>Do try out the donuts.<br/>The iced tea wasn't good either.

Just like other dunkin donuts but located in far better place. the foods tastes same across every outlet so ambience makes a difference. Good outlet.

Dunkin donuts never disappoints me with their doughnuts. They have the best doughnuts in town without a doubt. This time I tried their Tiramisu latte and it's totally worth it. It was really amazing. The mild aroma of coffee make me drool. <br/>I also got a box of 6 doughnuts. <br/>The service is quick.

I heard a lot about their juicy burgers. Tried it, liked it but the pricing was something that left me swinging for more. Their new burger priced at 250 bucks is worth a try. Patty was fluffy and thick. It had a great swirl of potato and other veggies. Its a big burger that can fill you instantly. I am not a fan of their donuts but their burgers are gorge worthy. Be careful about the price though.

I have been to a lot of Dunkin Donuts and the one at Ambience mall, Gurugram never fails to disappoint me. The burgers, the shakes all taste especially bad and it’s not the restaurant it’s something particular about the outlet. I have had the same burgers - chef’s special and shakes elsewhere @ dunkin and they taste a lot better. The sauces and cheese in the burger was next to nil, the bun wasn’t fresh and the cutlet wasn’t fried properly. Due to lack of time couldn’t get a replacement but it was a big disappointment<br/><br/>I am placing the pictures when I went there for the second time after dunkin donuts got the feedback and offered to make up for it. I changed my ratings from 2 to 3 because they took the feedback seriously:)

Tried their new Naughty Lucy Veg burger and Spicy Grilled Chicken burger. The Naughty Lucy burger was average in taste and did not have any significant flavour. However, the patty inside was loaded with melted cheese which made the burger decent enough to eat. The Spicy Grilled Chicken burger was quite good with big pieces of grilled chicken which was juicy and tender.

Headed over to Dunkin' for a quick bite. The menu seemed to have shrunk since my last visit but what was on offer turned out to be surprisingly tasty and served piping hot. Had Heaven can wait and spicy chicken, two out of the three choices from the signature range. The Big Joy, though cheaper, is too oily. The chicken wrap came with the sauce done just right. Washed it all down with Bangalore start up coffee which seemed to have got back its original flavour after starting to lose its mojo. Some nice music was being played, but quite a few of the tables were dirty.

Have always liked dunkin. I am not sure whether this time it was the burger that i ordered or the outlet itself. Ordered a couple of naughty lucy burgers which were so deliciously advertised on their banners. I couldn’t have been more disappointed. None of us were able to finish the burger and left it halfway cause of the ridiculous taste. The milk in our coffees seemed spoiled , hence ruined our coffee as well. Overall a bad experience.<br/>PS: If its any consolation i have had similar experiences with many outlets at Ambience that i have never had any problem anywhere else. Looks like the “ambience” is the problem.

Dunkin donuts is my favorite coffee chain in India and US because it serves good coffee and it doesn't pinch your pocket. I love their Rs. 89 combo which gets me a nice cappuccino or americano along with my favorite jelly filled donut. I like their cinnamon donut too. Their coffee tofee donut is also delicious.

I want to rate it good and review great but I can't. Donuts were bad. Seemed like they were at least a week old. Cracked and hard and very dry donuts. Money not worth spent.

My usual hangout place during lunch hours. Must try classic dunkinchino, veg big joy meals(potato wedges for sure are worth a try) <br/>In burgers- Naughty Lucy is a good option. Wraps are ok. Ice tea is refreshing. Donuts are there best offering anyways (try breakup party eclair, death by chocolate n alive by chocolate)<br/>Hot coffee combos are good. Toasties have a very weird spicy taste like too much of pepper so I didn’t like that one much.

Have been to this outlet of Dunkin' Donuts quite a few times. Located on third floor of ambience mall, it's a big outlet with good seating capacity. However sometimes I feel they can be more hygienic at the counter and preparation area.<br/>They are the pioneers in bringing branded donuts to India. Have tried most of their donuts but somehow like sticking to classic and chocolate flavours. Burgers are tasty too. Have ordered veg burger atleast 3-4 times. Reasonable in size and easy on pocket, it's quite a good snack option with coffee. Cappuccino coffee is average though. #hereartigoes

I visit this place every time I am at ambience mall. I love their burgers they are so juicy and full of flavors. The coffee is nice too.<br/>Sitting capacity is good, staffs are nice and friendly.<br/>Nice experience each time!

I had lunch with some of my colleagues at Echo on Day 1. I had the wedge - it was delicious. I enjoyed a drink . I had a Margarita. The service was excellent.

As much as i like their donuts , i have always been disappointed by their outlets and service . I published a review for the cyberpark outlet . Lil did i know its the same story in all outlets . Hygiene is the least taken care factor in all their outlets . Flies , dirty cups and repeated on the spot feedback is a common routine in all their outlets ( havent tried the huda city metro outlet ) .Staff is least concerned about listening to the feedback as they know regardless of all these negatives people are gonna come to buy the donuts . This level of cleanliness makes me worry about the quality of donuts as well . Krispy kreme seems like a better option anyday .

Being a routine customer, I always thought prefer Cartwheel donut on my visit to Dunkin Donuts. This time i preferred it along with alice in choco donut, lemon ice tea and iced cold coffee. Had a great experience having them along with a subtle atmosphere of dining. Keep doing well Dunkin!

This is a nice place to stop for a quick, filling, inexpensive lunch. I like their chicken burgers, they have a tang to them I don't find elsewhere. The potato wedges are spiced well, but rather meagre in portion considering the price. I'm not a major doughnut fan, but I will say that their classic glazed doughnut is one of the best quick desserts you can get - cheap, and not as sugary as you would expect. Overall, a decent fast food joint, good for a burger or a coffee and doughnut pick-me-up.

Decent place to chill at ambience mall and to avoid weekend rush hours at food court or to avoid long queues at any of the restaurants. Burgers are good and mocktails are refreshing. Virgin mojito is fulfilling .Try heaven can wait, I think that's the best burger they have got.

Donuts are as good as always. The chocolate cart wheel, custard filled and caramel ones are a must try. Their smaller donuts are an excellent idea when you're picking a multi pack for a small family. Great pricing too. Good place.

First thing first..Let's nit expect much from this place as it is a regular Dublin donut outlet, so it can't really have much of its own. To start with,they have larger options available, in comparison to other outlets .Most of the staff is courteous , smiling and always ready to go the mile to help the customer..The seating area is well maintained, however it can be increased to squeeze in more people.. Summing up, A NICE EXPERIENCE..

Dunkin intially just had donuts, it was amazing for them to have started with the range of burgers..I just tried their burgers once by chance and trust me its better than Mac Donald's and others. I loved thier tough Brutt, fat Lucy burgers..just amazing

I don't think i have eaten potate wedges as good as this anywhere else. I had a Big Joy Original Chicken meal. The burger was sooo nice as well. Bad product, bad anbience, bad staff...they dont care what customers are asking or requiring...they dont care people buying stuff from other pkaces and sit there and earing...overall worst at best

Dunkin donuts is noted in my list of amazing burger destination. We had chicken mayo burger and spicy grilled chicken combos that was served with crispy potato wedges. Burgers were well in size and appeared to be satisfying. In beverage, we chose chocolate milkshake that could have been better. Though we din't ask for a coke but that too was included in the bill.

Dunkin Donuts never ceases to amaze me with there ever evolving burgers and Donuts. Tried several of the new Donuts and they are absolutely stunning. Also tried the new mayo burgers and loved the absolutely. Service is fast and they have courteous staff.

After placing my order, I was waiting at my table for them to call my name. Then I heard one of the waitresses call my name out like, and I shall quote her: 'kya Naam Hai iska? Sohini?' (what's her name?) '. It's not like she was taking to her colleagues and I over heard her, she literally announced my name like that!<br/><br/>I think, this is a good enough reason to rate this restaurant the way I am rating it. But besides that, the spicy chicken grilled burger just tastes really bad. <br/>They do make amazing donuts though, I will give them that.

Located in Ambience Mall, Gurgaon. Place is easy to locate. Having typical Dunkin's Ambience and seating this place is good for quick bites. Donuts are yummy as expected. Beverages and other side items are just ok. Easy on pocket. Try Fruit Berry Smoothie...:P

While the donuts are good, burgers are just Ok. I had chef's favourite paneer burger, taste ok, a bit spicy. The iced tea was also just fine. They should improving the taste of their other items also

I have always been a fan of their Naughty Lucy burger, but wanted to try their new Paneer Burger. Last night I opted for a take away order so couldn't say them in person that the paneer patty in the burger was over cooked and by the time I reached home the patty was so hard that I couldn't even eat it. Apart from that the order wasn't complete and unfortunately when we reached home we were so tired and late as well so couldn't do much about it. Expect much better services from them, they are doing the same mistakes what other fast food chains are doing with their quality, hope that changes !

I like the ambience more than any other dunkin outlet. The wall decoration is amazing :) my brother took me for a treat there. We had donuts and got 3 burgers packed and dunkin donuts have always been my favourite specially heaven can't wait burgers. Yuuummmy! The place has a nice n cozy seating with decent and courteous staff serving you your favorite doughnuts and other delicacies.<br/>Pricing wise the place is light on your pocket and I do like to visit them for a cup of cappuccino/milkshakes and some burgers.<br/><br/>Though the place is renowned for its doughnuts, but I like the place for the burgers they serve. A regular visit to Ambi mall. Their advertisement of a burger looks temting and we landed in Dunkin donuts. Located on the 3rd floor of the ambi mall next to costa the place was known for their tempting donuts but they serve some amazing burgers too. <br/>Ordered a Veg Burger and a jamaican rum coffee.<br/>Burger was fresh and tasty with yummy and soft patty.<br/>Will visit for sure to explore some more of their menu and donuts......

I have very fond memories from this particular outlet of Dunkin Donuts. On the third floor in the Ambiance mall, Gurgaon this place was fun escape for me and my team on dull office days for quick lunch or coffee break. The place has a colorful and lively feel to it and Donuts are always fresh here. My all time pick are Naughty Lucy Veg Burger and the Bangalore start up coffee. The burgers are priced higher but totally worth it and for a chocolate enthusiast I recommend “Death by chocolate” and “Alive by chocolate” donut. Service is fast and efficient and they always serve with a smile!

Surprised to see empty outlet around 8pm at Ambience Mall. We ordered Naught Lucy Chicken burger ,Classic burger and Potato Wedges. Burgers were good as usual. Too much of spice sprinkled on wedges were little disturbing . Don't know why Tough Guy Chicken Burger is out of menu.its management decision was told by server every time I asked this at different outlet. Staff very polite and efficient

The donuts are really fresh and they have a good scheme of 9 plus 3 free . All varieties of donut are tasty . But the naughty Lucy chicken burger is very average in taste . The chicken patty in the burger is too fat for the burger. But since its all about donuts , donuts are good . The guys at the counter should know how to pack the donuts . They try and stuff all twelve donuts in one box but they do not fit and get spoiled .

Needed lunch in a pinch before catching a movie, first choice was Johnny Rockets but the movie was to start in ten minutes so dashed into DD. I ordered the special veg burger and the husband got the naughty Lucy chicken. Cheesy names apart, it wasn't a bad lunch under 500 within 10 minutes. <br/>Wasn't expecting a great burger, but despite the frozen patty (which they told me was baked, not fried) it was decent. The lettuce and other fixings were fresh, the slightly spicy mayo sauce slathered on was quite delicious and the service was quick. I even got a call from DD later to request for feedback on the experience. They weren't cheap for a food court meal ( not sure what's the going rate for MCDonalds these days) - but I wouldn't mind going back if I was again in a rush to catch a movie across from them and needed a quick bite.

The most soft donuts I have ever tried. To my disappointment, donuts were limited in quantity. They always serve fresh and good quality donuts.

I dropped into dunkin donuts while shopping. I wanted to have a quick meal, so i thot it was the best option. It has a quick order delivery. The burgers are ok ok. The wrap is good and the dunkin coffee is a must try. Ice tea is just not a thing to try. Its pathetic. Into donuts, DBC is always good. You can even try for ABC, eclairs.

Although updated interiors give you a better experience than before, yet this outlet is way below par given where it is. Four out of five times I've got an excuse from them about credit card not working. Running out of certain donuts. One counter not working etc. They should take a leaf from their kin in cyber hub. Burgers are a hit and miss and coffees are nothing to rave about. My favorite, in case you haven't tried, classic glazed donut with black coffee.

Best place for donuts lover flavour topping of chocolate filling of chocolate is jUST awesome and coffes were also good but m not satisfied with the hospitality.

Not going into details about everything, as I have done that in my previous review.<br/><br/>Recently I tried this donut (forgot the name) and even by having a look at the menu again I am not able to recall it.<br/>I was searching for the most chocolaty donut and one of the staff members recommended this one. <br/>You can find it in the pictures below. We had planned on taking in a movie on a Tuesday and this decision is normally taken to beat the madness of a typical 'Weekend-Hysteria-Crowd'. Wrong judgment... the crowds at the Ambience Mall was like any other day- totally crowded. We decided to stop at Dunkin' Donuts to indulge and found them pleasantly spacious, peacefully quiet and totally non-stressed.<br/><br/>It has always been a puzzle to me as to why have so many things missing on a menu-leaflet. The croissant and bagel sandwiches are almost always a no-show. The burgers are very well flavored, attractive and just the right size however the Tex-Mex wedges are a total disaster- bad color, totally limp and an extremely scanty portion, packed in a box that defies the contents.<br/><br/>However, when we finally got down to ordering, it was a pure no-nonsense and pleasurable experience with a calm and good staff. Well spoken, discreet and efficient. Attributes that sound unlikely for a Dunkin' Donut in the US of A but pretty much evident here at the Ambience Mall outlet. Well done!<br/><br/>I usually gauge my food-jaunts into the following categories and then note them based on a maximum of 5.0 points: <br/><br/>1. Dunkin Donuts, Ambience is just like any other Dunkin Donut, except the fact that it's a little less crowded and has ample space.<br/><br/>Had the Ugly Strawberry and Very Very Blueberry Donuts.<br/><br/>I thought ugly strawberry was a bit dry.<br/><br/>However I don't understand why would someone want to name their dish ugly.<br/><br/>Service is a bit slow I thought in comparison to other QSR's.<br/><br/>All in all 3/5 is a good rating.

Being a avid donut lover i have always cherished dunkin donuts. This outlet is great with seating space and fresh yummy donuts<br/><br/>Order was for alive by choco and death by choco n dark chocolate donut. As always it was awesome

One of the best place for burgers and donuts...I really like their naughty lucy burger which is absolutely wonderful. Quick bite before the movie is one of the best options .. Like their quick service. <br/>Food is great as always.

Was here to eat my favourite donuts. But I really was disappointed with the service. The waiter seemed so lost and on asking him why he seemed so disinterested in serving he gave us a reply "aise hota hai sir" really careless and causal attitude of servers. I had to remind them to serve my order because they forgot that we had placed an order. You can't expect such a poor standard of service and experience when you go to such reputed restaurants. One such bad experience ruins all the fun. <br/><br/>I had ordered the 'Stuck On you' and 'cinnamon'donuts which were good in taste. I recommend you all to try 'Stuck on you' donut which has got a nice white chocolate topping and butterscotch chips as a topping. <br/><br/>My ratings -<br/>1. They've got competitor's in the mall & for competing tjey need to improve their standards otherwise they won't make any regular customers.<br/>Donuts were good I'm a huge fan of DD's burgers but god know what kind of buns they were using for preparing burgers bun was so crumbled up due to which my whole burger bun was messed up on the plate.<br/>All & all just a good place for having donuts for burgers there are many other better options in the same mall.<br/>Follow us on instagram @foodvood .

The ambience is really nice and the service is also good but shakes disappointed me a little . I ordered a crunchy joe meal which had a burger , wedges and a small coke. The meal was decent but the chocolate shake had too much wiped cream and didn't taste good .

Its not known just for its donuts now! There's a lot more. <br/>We ordered the new Big Joy burger, paneer chargrilled burger, classic chicken burger and a jamaican rum n almond dunkaccino. <br/>The big joy did justice to its name by adding the green sauce making it more spicy n yummy. <br/>Paneer burger was spicy too but the stuffing was less as compared to the big joy. <br/>Classic chicken burger was not a classic, the crispness was missing. <br/>The dunkaccino had whipped cream n nuts on d top and it was indeed delicious.

Dunkin' Donuts has been one of my favourite places to eat when I am looking to grab some quickbites. I have tried their almost every donut now and they are really awesome baring a few. Within other times, I really like their naughty lucy burger which is absolutely wonderful. Apart form this I like their dunkaccino in beverages.<br/>This particular outlet has good ambiance and courteous staff as well.

Dunkin donuts has the most sweetest donuts ever..<br/><br/>I tried some 4-5 typs of donuts everythin is sooo sweet...<br/><br/>The only good thing they have is HASH BROWN BURGER but the bun of that too is very low quality and hard...<br/><br/>And the very fomous peach ice tea also pathetic..
