Om is a brand which always satisfies its customers. My experience in Om sweets has always been pleasant, whether it is the food or catering Om sweets is always up to the mark. It's on the first floor. There may be some parking issues. But this place is easily accessible. Though this place is not as big as the sector 14 outlet. But the quality is same. The seating is limited and the outlet is small. Overall recommended.

We prefer Om Sweets for its simplicity and near-authentic sweets and snacks that taste far better than the synthetic ones of haldiram and bikanerwala. This particular branch is very small which is not very convenient for dine-in though.

This place has a very smal sitting area. Rasmalai is so overpriced for the taste. Only rasgulla is good. Other sweets not so good. We went twice gulab jamun wasn't available. 2/5

Ordered malai ghevar and khoya ghevar.. Both were delicious, preferred khoya ghevar slightly. Although malai ghevar will turn bad in 4 days so I guess one would have to finish it in 1-2 days only. Looked and tasted fresh on arrival. Definitely go to place for Indian sweets and snacks!

Had an opportunity to taste on Banarsi ladoo offered. With Om sweets my expectations were high. ( May be because of the brand value generated, could be restaurants take their business seriously during festivals) Ladoos were really average in taste. Asked for fresh ones but seems selling the old stock is on priority. You spend almost 300-400 for one kg and appears you just have to smile in front of your friends distributing ladoos. This is how they delivered 2 Rasmalai pieces. And upon calling they initially asked me to contact zomato as it must be a delivery boys fault. I was like how rasmalai can be broken while delivery, you have filled broken pieces with no quality. It is so watery unlike a thick ras and malai. very pathetic.

Winter season is here and being a Punjabi I just cannot stop cravings for the obvious - Sarson Da Saag & Makke Di Roti. So I recently ordered it from here and it was super duper yummy. You guys specialize in this field man. Awesome by taste and enough by quantity. My recommendation would be that one should try it at least once. Not only with Makke Di Roti to make it cliché, but yeah Paneer naan is also something which goes with it. All time favorite!!!

Ordered matar kulcha and golgappe from om sweets. Matar were cooked well and had the right balance of spices and were accompanied with butter smeared kulcha and onions, lemon and chilli Loved them. Also ordered golgappa which were accompanied with Meetha & Khatta water but had better golgappa at other places. Quality of golgappa should be worked upon! Overall a pleasant experience.

Got an opportunity to visit this chain of OM sweets in hong kong bazaar near sector 56 during my return from Faridabad office and have to wait long since the area for this particular location seems to very small when the big brand name OM sweets come in. Can see number of Customers in queue waiting for their turn to place the order. Ordered masala dosa my all time favourite and almost consistency in taste was experiences. But quite annoyed with the waiting time due to inadequate sitting capacity.

Om sweets in Gurugram is like Haldirams in India. It's everywhere. However, the outlet at Hongkong Bazaar is a very small one with not much variety available. Many of the food items and sweets are not available at this outlet which are available at others. Moreover the taste is also not good. Sad to see the way delivery and packaging was done. Had ordered for Rasmalai, Paapri Chaat and sweets, but neither paper napkins were given nor spoons. Besides, the way the way the Chaat boxes were packed, they were upside down and leaking.

Why chats like Dahi bhalla, kulcha etc. are not available for online ordering during 9 am to 12 Pm on all day? But in snaps of menu card everything are available. Also I call om sweet over phone they told all are open to ordee. Only few Sweets have been shown for online ordering on Zomato. It's unfair. If we call them Om Sweets will tell you add Rs 300 more then we will deliver all product. Although It's within 2 km.

Hi, i ordered ras malai yesterday and it was no where compared to the ras malai of Om sweets in sector 14. The one i got yesterday was pure yellow coloured literally double toned milk with a compressed rasgulla. Just want to ask is there no consistency between the outlets of the same brand ?? Highly disappointed.

Ordered Dhoda special for family - a must try sweet there. Have tried other dessets and sweets as well, they are all good and tasty. Have also tried few chaat items - they are nice. You can try this place if your are a sweet tooth :)
