I ordered a 1 kg Chocolate Concord Cake. The cake looks nice (haven’t tasted yet) but the chocolate sticks that were surrounding the cake were broken and fallen inside the box. It costed me 1400 but no candles and knife was provided with the cake. A little disappointed.

Binge has always given exceptional quality - was horribly disappointed with their breads. Their sourdough was like a plain white bread, flavourless, soft and had zero chew or taste. Their garlic loaf again was absolutely like white bread. Had to give both away.

I called up the bakery thrice to speak to someone and letthem know that there was an insect inside which led me to throw the 2 pastries. Chicken lasagna was very cheesy and delicious. You can top it up with chilli flakes if you like. The lemon cheesecake was just perfect, and had an amazing flavour to it. The portions could be bigger though.

It's disappointing that the quality of products have downgraded, even through prices have increased. Have been eating from binge since it opened, but last 3 orders have been disappointing, taste of blueberry cheesecake was pathetic, pita bread stale and broken, and even other breads not up to the quality it used to be. <br/><br/>Hope you take note of the feedback and get the quality back to the old standards.

We were recommended Binge bakery and ordered a “school cake”. That’s their version of creamless, eggless cake for preschool parties. <br/>The cake was soft, but not tasty. The coating of chocolate icing was sloppily done, gems were very few. <br/>There were no paper plates n spoons that usually accompany their cakes.<br/>The delivery came late, we asked for 10:15 am, and waited till 10:38, outside the school gates, calling up a very unhelpful staff member at Binge. <br/>Rating it 3, for the very average taste, and that at least the cake arrived... but 1, for let down expectations.

We ordered 2 cake orders in last 2 weeks and both delivered wrong. Both the times cake was ordered for 1 kg and the qutub plaza outlet delivered half kg. This clearly shows staff is not attentive. Also if customer is not checking the cake they are being robbed literally. You pay double and get only half kg. Really disappointed with the service.

Very unprofessional staff . I Ordered birthday cake for my mother’s birthday . They delivered the cake without any message on the top . After I got to know this , I called them up and they refused to do anything about it and just said sorry . I asked them to give me some discount and redeliver the cake with the message .. they said will discuss the matter with senior and call back and its more than 3 days haven’t received any call . Even after telling the delivery person that he is standing at the wrong address, no attempt was made to deliver the cake. On calling binge, they said we take no responsibility of cake being delivered and blamed Zomato for it. Well, if you cannot promise deliveries don’t open a brand and take orders. The worst customer service possible. I mean how can a brand take payment and take no responsibility for deliveries! Absolutely ridiculous, plz don’t open online business to cheat on people!Ruined the day for me!

Have been going to this bakery for many years now. A bit pricey but always the best in terms of quality.<br/>It's soft truffle cake is my all time favorite. Also the Chinese rolls, which are loaded with veggies and noodles and absolutely worth it's price. Recently bought chocolate eclairs and chocolate truffle, which were extremely good.

Ordered a Red Velvet cake with a CONGRATS....... message on it. This was for a person who'd just got his first job offer. Cake came without the message & more than half the cream dollops on top were overturned and on the floor of the box. Rank bad packing with no regard to the size of the box vs the item. The outlet had nothing to say except Sorry for missing the message. Defeated the purpose of the cake!!!! They refused to take any responsibility for the condition of the item as it had left their premises intact!! Disappointing, really disappointing!!

I was a regular customer of the bakery, but had horrible experiences twice. Last month I bought a chocolate pastry , the batter was half baked and leaking. Looked fine from outside but not at all properly baked. And they topped it today, I bought blueberry pastry, did not check at the store and came home. It had fungus on it!! Imagine I handed over the pastry to my daughter, who didn’t know about the fungus. Further, I bought a packet of bread, and the cover was torn, and bread was hard And dry. Not going again.

Absolutely terrible service they accept orders which are out of stock take 45 mins to inform the customer then they promise to deliver on another order as compensation but low and behold are unable to do so either.<br/>They dont know how to talk to customers and leave them on hold midway throughout the conversation only to abruptly cut it without any culmination. Then they dont pick up calls and avoid the customers calls. Should be banned from zomato and serious action should be taken against such terrible employees

We do visit this bakery occasionally and have been since its early days when it used to be much smaller in size. It used to be the best one around with excellent patties and breads, but the competition is gaining ground fast. We still visit to enjoy a shake, or carry back the breads which are still one of the best, the thin crust pizza bases specially. Value for money 4/5.

Another disaster by this place. This is the fourth time in a row that they have spoiled a celebration. The cakes were in a pathetic condition first, second the staff is arrogant, rude, don't know how to handle queries and when you call them with a complaining their answer is " kuch nai Kar sakta, Jo Karna hai Kar lo", thirdly the cakes are not fresh at all. DON'T order from here.<br/><br/>Binge name doesn't suit you at all. Also please teach Mr Manish your so called Manager some tameez to talk to customer speacially females.

I'm a huge fan of Binge. Today, however, I was extremely dissapointed. As usual the Belgium Chocolate Pastry was excellent, striking a perfect balance between umami and sweetness. However, the death by chocolate was a nightmare. It tasted like diabetes on a stick and the cake was not fresh. I love this place so I was really let down by how sad the death by chocolate tasted. Better luck next time?

Very disappointing.<br/>Ordered a cake and two pastries, when received-<br/>the cake was a mess and the pastries were kept upside down.<br/>When I contacted the store the only thing they said that was they can't help.<br/>Also their staff needs to be trained because while I was on the call the staff started having their personal conversation and kept me on hold for about 10 mins .<br/>Not acceptable!!<br/>If you can't deliver cakes and pastries properly, then please stop doing that, coz that messed up cake just ruins the whole occasion.<br/>Pathetic job.

Have been going here since 2012, with each year the quality has been deteriorating. Since its still the closest to my home, i wish for a better experience everytime. But this time, i was appalled at the quality and service. I picked up a veg hot dog, pineapple pastry and a chocolate tart from here. The hot dog was mouldy and sour. And they forgot to pack the tart. When i called them,no one picked for a good 15 mins, and when they did the person on the phone couldnt understand the issue. He did ask me if i ‘warmed’ the hot dog and if i was absolutely sure if there was no tart. To which i had to confirm that i cant see it anywhere. So its definitely not here. he also said the manager will call me, since he is using the rest room currently. Havent received a call till now. Wonder if it will ever come. Very very disappointing.

Love this place, amazing cakes and pastries. From Oreo and Chocolate to Butterscotch cake, everything's delicious. My favourite has to be Belgian Chocolate Cake though. Love it's texture and how it literally melts in the mouth, also not being too sugary with just the right flavour and amount of chocolate.

Extremely poor and pathetic and disappointing response by Binge : <br/>Ordered a slice of blue berry cheesecake and a chocolate truffle pastry thru Zomato. <br/>When is was delivered the entire thing was a mess . <br/>Called up Binge at qutub plaza where I placed the order and the gentleman whoever answered the phone very rudely said we cannot send ten different pastries in ten different boxes . <br/>Wake up binge u need to train your guys who obviously have no iota of intelligence on how to pack stuff or speak to customers.<br/>A cheesecake is wobbly u obviously need to put it in a separate box does not take rocket science to figure it out . <br/>Your staff needs to be trained on how to speak to customers... we are the ones paying u need to show curtesy and etiquette. <br/>Shameful!!
