A cute little bakery located in the party place of Gurgaon is something which is difficult to miss.Was randomly roaming around Cyber Hub after dinner and wanted to get something to satiate my sweet cravings.This is when I came across this outlet right in the middle of the place.I remember coming across 1 of the outlet in Saket and decided to give it a try.Ordered mini cheesecake in classic and 1 tart in champagne flavour.Mini cheesecake is the miniature version of cheesecakes which comes in 5 different flavours out of which I would highly recommend the classic one. Champagne flavoured tart was also delectable.Initially I was a bit apprehensive about this one but was pleasantly impressed by the subtle taste and the flavour of it.The presentation is simple and has no fuss over it.All in all a great experience.If you would like to visit a place for great options for your sweet tooth this should be your one of the go to outlet.Its great,does justice to both taste and your pocket.Looking forward to visit this outlet again and try their recommended macaroons.

Love this place. It has the best Nutella cupcake I've ever had. So much buttercream frosting and an absolutely wonderful base. Even though I'm not a fan of Nutella, this is a must try.

Mistook it for a restaurant, It is basically a bakery with delivery services available. So, please do not visit if you are looking to sit and eat since there are no sitting arrangements but rather opt for a delivery or take away. Though, based on my visit, I could sometimes smell baked cookies and they smelled delicious, tasted the same too ;) Even though we visited by mistake, they attended to us really nice. In the menu, you will find some nice experiments with cookies, brownies and different flavours like bluberry etc. which you can try based on your taste preferences. I went for a red velvet and liked it. A must try place.

All of the above were way too delicious. I've never had such good Brownies, cupcakes, cake and cookies. Its a must try.

I've tried caramel cupcake, chocolate cupcake and various other pasteries from them. They are super yum, place is small size wise but cozy, as it is a newly opened branch in cyber hub. They surely carry carry their taste wherever they go. They have another branch in Sushant Lok. Awesome food, lovely, friendly staff. 4 stars, coz i haven't tried all they have. ;)

Bombakery used to be one of the finest establishments in the city for desserts. However, I am compelled to change my opinion after a recent experience. First, they charged me beyond the stipulated price on their menu for their most expensive cake.<br/><br/>Further, the cake was nowhere near the previous bliss. I ordered a chocolate, coffee, and salted caramel cake that turned out to be a complete disaster. It was super sweet with an overflow of caramel, neglecting notes of coffee or chocolate. <br/><br/>After complaining to the restaurant a few times, they were prompt in recovering the leftovers for an in-depth analysis at their research facility. The chef claimed that his masterpiece was made to perfection but the company reluctantly agreed to issue a partial refund. <br/><br/>It has been over a week and there has been no progress. The company has conveniently chosen not to answer any calls or texts. This has been the worst experience in terms of product and customer service.

Itâs now very apparent to me that Bombaykery, along with Theobroma and Binge, are among the best bakeries in Gurgaon. For more gourmet baked goods, thereâs LâOpera, which is also a must try.<br/>I ordered the Chocolate and salted caramel jar from Bombaykery, and I must say, I quite liked it.<br/>I only have two things to say about this jar:<br/>1) too little chocolate in comparison to the salted caramel<br/>2) perhaps the biscuit crumbs could be in the middle layer, rather than the last? Once one is done, one only has a layer of dried biscuit crumbs left at the bottom. I believe it would be better if this was a layer thatâs higher up, with chocolate being the last layer.

The worst fresh fruit cake I've ever had in gurgaon, they use cheap quality whipping cream which tastes really bad. It was my friend's birthday she only had a bite rest is still left, all the guests left the cake in their plates. They charged 750 for the cake and charged 200 for delivery. The cake was not even worth 200, I thought ive heard so much about them maybe it's worth all the hype. This was my first and the last time for sure.

I have given them way too many chances now...thinking each time that it must a one off thing...but each time they manage to screw up the order/delivery royally leading to huge embarrassments. I would have rated this bakery 5/5 but rating 4 just because of the lack of communication from the Bakery. This is the third time I ordered a cake, I tried the given phone numbers N number of times to contact but the computerised message keeps the phone on hold and the other mobile number never picks up the phone and disconnects. Then, at a random time, the delivery guy drops a call that I am near the gate please come and pick up. I only wish you guys work on the communication, the cake tastes good without a doubt and best in Gurugram but the overall service also matters. Please focus on that as well !

This is by far THE BEST bakery I've found in Delhi NCR.<br/>Super affordable prices and AMAZING taste.<br/><br/>My usual are Chocolate Chunk Cookie (Rs.80) and Mini Nutella Cupcake (Rs.60)<br/>The cookie is gooey with semi molten chocolate chunks. And the Nutella Cupcake has Nutella mouse topped on a chocolate cupcake with a layer of Nutella in between.<br/><br/>10/10 would recommend.

I have Ordered from Bombaykery thrice, at one occasion Belgian chocolate mousse and for the other two occasions Belgian chocolate and salted caramel cake. The packaging was elegant. The Belgian mousse was really good but the salted caramel was bit too salty. Ignoring the saltiness of the cake it was delicious so we decided to give it another try. The second time it tasted just perfect. The balance between salt and caramel was to the point.

One of the chocolate caramel tart tasted good but the other tasted really awful and had bubbles on the top. Terrible delivery. Took 2 hours to send two tiny desserts, after charging 50 rupees for delivery. The place is so overpriced, it it unbelievable. I'm very disappointed. While Bombaykery usually has a nice selection of desserts, my experience this time was awful. I ordered a hazelnut chocolate jar and the milk chocolate fudge. One hour after I placed the order, I receive a call from Bombaykery saying that they do not have the milk chocolate fudge, and that they will replace it with a brownie or the dark chocolate fudge. When I asked why it took them one hour to realize this, the person on the line became defensive and said they had to contact their kitchen. Why it takes a restaurant one hour to contact their kitchen, I do not know.<br/>I waited for another hour before enquiring as to the whereabouts of this order. Understandably I was a little irritated, having waited for almost two hours with no communication from zomato or the restaurant. The restaurant remained unresponsive for almost 10 minutes, and I cancelled the order.<br/>I will not be ordering again any time soon. Very very disappointing.

I am surprised that Bombakeryâs delivery service is very slow!! Restaurants delivery sandwiches, etc way more faster than bombakery. We had ordered over 25pcs of cupcakes.... once the payment was through, the restaurant notifies that the order would take over an hr and half, and that too in the same area as itâs located in!!! Technically, this is lying by omission. Zomato order page must carry this timeline notification and not have it added as an aside after payments have been secured.

Am just amazed at this bakery. Takes 2 hours to get you a freakin dessert and fail to deliver after taking 2 hours. Zomato justifies the delay and says be patient. After 2 hours of waiting I requested for a refund zomato says we got new policies and there ainât no refund no more ! The customer service guy after 2 hours15 mins says donât cancel the order food goes waste !!! Blacklist the restaurant move them off the list and get your customer service in order !

I had ordered three of their jars, each one of them was super yummy. Definitely one of the best dessert places in Gurgaon and was also so happy to see that their red velvet had actual cream cheese instead of just cream like most places. Although, one bummer is the delivery time that they take, it was really disappointing to see that they took over two hours to deliver to a place 10 mins away.

I stay in Palam vihar..This time when i ordered from zomato i went to the location to pick up where they deliver . I called to bombakery Dlf phase 4 and i just loved the way there staff understood my problem and sent dre own delivery boy for the delivery of cake. It was raining in that area but still that boy came to deliver me the cake. Thanku So much Bombakery...

Much delayed delivery in spite of ordering 2 hours prior. The team lacked coordination with the delivery team. The size of the blueberry cheese cake was that of a tiny macaroon which led to sheer embarrassment in front of guests. The packaging led to spoiling the top layer of the opera pastries and had to scrapped off with a spoon. Utter wastage of money.

I usually go and pick up stuff from here as the place is close to my aunts house. The place is quite hidden and not easy to reach. But now I know my way around and just drop in for the freshly baked cookies. The nutella ones are to die for.

i have been irdering from this bakery for over two years. the menu has a lot of variety but i m going to write about my favourites only.<br/><br/>in cakes i love the fruit cakes and the belgian chocolate cake.<br/><br/>in the mini dessert boxes i love the cheesecakes and choux pastry. the coffee chocolate sakted caramel is also to die for.<br/><br/>delivery charges are a little steep but its worth thr quality of products.<br/><br/>keep it up guys!

This place is snuck in a corner without CHAKKARPUR, little inside but the bakery was amazing from within. I visited this place with my girlfriend and we requested to see the baking area and they most happily obliged.<br/><br/>I am a big fan now and only order from these guys!

Recently ordered Caramel Nut Crunch cake and Nutella and Red velvet cupcakes. The cake was amazingly crunchy and loaded with nuts. The cake and the cream were perfectly balanced and equally yummy. The delivery and coordination with the team was also seamless . <br/>Keep up the good work !
