Quiet and comfortable hotel with nice amenities and bathrooms in the suites Surprisingly my room on the second floor in the smoking section (booked erroneously) on the second floor was nicer than the room I moved to on the sixth floor in the non-smoking section. The complimentary breakfast was just okay but the room service food was good (although the kitchen was out of what I had originally wanted). Laundry service was quick and not outrageously priced.

Great hotel!!! The service staff, all round, are super hospitable and help in any and all ways The breakfast buffet is just out of this world. Full value for money. The swimming pool leaves a bit to be desired, so 4 stars overall, but if you are not super particular about swimming, this place is definitely worth it!

I stayed for 2 nights. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was super polite and helpful. Some of the food was average at best but overall satisfactory. Location is very good and close to the metro station. It takes around 25 mins to the airport, with relatively less traffic enroute. Overall, an excellent place to stay.

Best hotel located in the central place of Gurgaon. Overall hotel layout is planned in the most professional way with spacious rooms. Every small requirement of the customer is recognized and fulfilled while planning the interior of rooms. Restaurant is spacious and it is just impossible to find good words to express food quality in buffet breakfast and dinner. Menu is uniquely planned and very tasty menu right from soup till deserts. Every staff in restaurant, front desk, reception, house keeping is very hostile and well trained. In short if you are finding best place to stay at Gurgaon, you will definitely love and enjoy to stay here.

This is wonderful hotel with very supportive and friendly staff. Each member whom I have spoken is very courteous and friendly. The room has been very nice with good facilities. Very nice gym with decent equipment. Only one suggestion which I have is the dumbbell for each weight they can have two available it will be really great. Currently only one dumbbell is available for each weight. The food options both alacarte and buffet are really great. The mutton biriyani was outstanding and out if the world taste. As expected the price is at little higher end but worth it. Would like to thank entire staff and management of this hotel for the hospitality.

The hotel exceeded our expectations by hosting a flawless wedding for 300 guests, seamlessly managing other ceremonies (Mehndi, Haldi, and Engagement) on December 13th, 14th & 15th, 2023, for my sister, and providing accommodation for over 120 guests. Highly recommended for weddings and group events! Arun Chauhan's Wed Me Easy took charge of decorations for all our events - Mehndi, Haldi, Engagement, and the Wedding. Each setup exhibited an impeccable sense of style and attention to detail. Arun Chauhan and his team's professionalism and flexibility were outstanding, ensuring a stress-free process. The decorations were not only beautiful but also perfectly aligned with our vision. Timely execution and a seamless setup added to the overall positive experience.

Food is good tasty and will maintained quality. Kudos to the entire team.

Ramada, at gurgaon is an excellent hotel to stay . I have stayed here twice. Rooms are excellent and staff is amazing. Very soft spoken and hospitality is spot on which is very rare to see these days . Highly recommend this place .

Decent hotel, clean room, nice service and obviously good buffet. They have a bar as well which we can enjoy with friends. The Staff is courteous and the overall a decent place to stay. They have good options in the Breakfast buffet as well.. Loved this place..

I do appreciate their services too, We reached there mid-night from US, and the booking was only for 1 person. Still they allowed me to stay with my husband for a night, without any extra cost. Also, they have a buffet breakfast, which I felt overpriced. Similarly, the food items in the menu were clearly at much higher cost as compared to the market prices. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location is also good, near to Huda City Center Metro Station.
