This branch is my favourite. They have a very speedy service. Although at any point in time, you will find it bustling with people. Still, the tables and chairs are kept clean. Try finding a seat in the behind seating area, which is just behind the counter. The staff is happy to help. You just might have to argue with them a bit if you want extra glasses, straws etc.

Quite a busy place to have food. The restaurant offers you quick and great service. They have recently set up the self service order machines which makes it very easy and a whole new experience for customers to place their orders. On weekends it’s quite busy throughout the day.

Staff is too corporative and kind, you can also order your food from your seat, there is a QR codepresent our seat at mc Donald s where you can scan that code from google lens and directly redirected to mc d official online menu where you can customize your meal by your choice even you can pay through several online modes like googlepay, paytm, amazonpay and netbanking , upi and many more, ambience of that place is awesome, even its good place for influencer photoshoots

The experience at this outlet is a different one. Has a fairly good seating capacity and the seating is somewhat open with nearby shopping outlets. The restaurant is well equipped and well staffed to handle large crowds and there is the normal delivery time. Well maintained vicinity and the taste is very good. Visit it if you visit the mall.

One of the best outlets of McD, which is also the reason why it is always swarming with people. One of the go-to-place for visitors of Ambience Mall, this place not only offers a variety of items but also has a separate section for beverages, making it even better. Apart from the always-there-waiting line, definitely worth it!

I've here here for more than 20 times and each time I liked ordering food here. The restaurant is just awesome and the seating plan for in open condition on the 3rd floor of Ambience Mall. Usually there is little wait here, however, the seating capacity is more than 50 people in one go. Overall good experience. Thanks you

This Mac D outlet is on 3rd floor food court of Ambience Mall, they have a separate good sitting area other than the food court and this place is mostly crowded as it is in one of the best mall of Gurgaon. Apart from that this outlet is highly crowded on weekends and and the taste of their food is not upto the mark as compared to the weekdays.

Popular, sitting space and is old. Located on 3rd floor at Ambiance mall, Gurgaon. Have been visiting this outlet for a very long time. No bad experience. It's good but they keep on increasing the prices. Not their mistake though as its inflation.

I visited this place with my family and friends over the weekend. As always we ordered some good range of burgers here. It was of same taste as I use to have it in my college days. I am so surprised & overwhelmed that wherever I go I am easily able to track McDonald's at the time. I am big fan of this chain. Food taste is all authentic & we really had a great time there. I can recommend it to all.

Mcdonalds justifies the price and quality like anything. Everything here is tasty and delicious. Mcd serves food with great hygience and the ambience is always so good.

An old & loved chain of Burgers & Fries located right next to fun city on 3rd floor of Ambience Mall, gurgaon. This place attracts major crowd specially on weekends as its right to the play area so families come along in large numbers.<br/><br/>This outlet is an open place so sitting capacity is not that much compared to crowd. Probably around 4 ordering counters are less to counter orders on weekends. The staff at the counter aren't that friendly or one can say hospitable in terms of taking orders with a smile, welcoming customers & presenting options in terms of recreated menu's.<br/><br/>The food here is good & this place has maintained the standards of McD.<br/>I had ordered medium fries (quite crisp & hot) & McVeggie Burger (again comes along with decently spread Mayonnaise & grilled veg tikki).<br/><br/>All in all if you wish to visit this place i would recommend early lunch timings on weekends to avoid rush & let your kids have an easy & stress free time.

I have visited after long time any outlet of mc donalds. <br/>Had french fries and maharaja mc. Food was served quickly and it was good in taste also.<br/>I loved their masala fries. Its super tasty.

It was there since Ambiance Mall was oppened, which is always filled with the crowd and it is very hard to get the seat there on weekends. But still I love to go there as they alys keep me reminding my college days. How I used to go with my friends there to enjoy my favorite aloo tikki burger, which I think is every one's favorite. But I must say that Aloo Tikki Burger is not as good as I was used to be but still I am Lovin It.... This time I enjoyed their 3.5* Spicy paneer Wrap!!!!

Tried mc Maharaja first time<br/>It was so amazing<br/>The patty was very crispy and the cheese and mayo were delightful<br/>Also one burger is sufficient for one person<br/>I bought 2 mc maharaja meal , chicken wrap and 2 brownie sundae that costed me around 900 .<br/>It was worth it

On our visit to Ambience mall after a good shopping and a good lunch. I haulted with my friend to McDonald's to have quick ice-cream . we had Mc Flurry chocolate flavor . cones were not available then :-(. But even that scoop of ice cream we enjoyed..and ofcourse McDonald's are always reasonably priced.

This more of an appreciation post for Mc Donald’s. No matter how old I get, no matter how many fancy places i eat at I will always come back to you! <br/>P.S. Please make the peri peri fries a regular on the menu.

McDonalds is always all time favourite, as the food is very much good, specially the Pizza Mcpuff, Mc veggie and the Mc flurry, the ice cream. Awesome food, awesome taste

Just like the regular fast food chain, it is on the third floor now and they somehow always have chicken mcgrill and saucy chicken wraps sold out, day or night same story. So u either have a choice of Mc chicken or Mc Maharaja chicken in the non veg section veg has the remaining everything

I will recommend the Orea McFlurry Icecream and McPuff and French fires they are my eternals. There service is good and fast, don't have to wait for along period and clean amd clear service. <br/>They have a outlet at the ground floor for icecream and other deserts as well as at the third floor in Ambience Mall Gurgaon. The seating arrangements is less but in the non rush hour u can get the space easily. BUT, it was a good experience over all there Meal are always Loved.💓

Their consistancy is great. Burgers are always good and fries are never a disappointment. <br/>Staff is attentive and quick. Its always reasonably clean. <br/>

One of the few outlets still open in Delhi NCR area.<br/>These guys make the best burgers.. I am not a fan of their burgers but fries and their cold coffee is pretty good.

We ordered Mc chicken and chicken wrap . The quality of chicken is attached. <br/>I have given 1.5 rating for the sprite which was good coz we didn't allowed them to put ice.<br/>

A few weeks before was in Gurgaon. After a long stroll on the ground floor, felt like having some snacks. Though McDonald serves Softies/Cones at the ground floor but for snacks, i guess one has to tread all the way to top food court floor. I think mall/McDonald people should review the idea of snack sale on ground floor too because all the people might not be willing so happily to go extra miles walking to top floor, especially for snacks/food. Even if they go, that is compulsively. There might be people who may only want to shop on ground or a particular floor only.<br/><br/>Well, coming to joint feedback, we ordered McAlloo Tickies & McVeg Patties. Both were soft & good to eat in taste.<br/><br/>They have spacious sitting almost in the middle of one side. <br/><br/>Prices are same across their joints. For a healthy quick snack, so far McDonald's are the best. Keep it up guy's.

Review from an another mac food lover. I prefer this McDonald's over other for its quality, consistently good taste and hygiene.  I also prefer this place for small meetings, get together with friends or spending times with dear ones.  Cool place that everyone gonna love

Nice place, took right time to serve the order. I spent more then 4 hours there and completed 3 meetings with different food orders. Good place.

Sitting in food court,so space?its enormous and about the burger ie mc chicken love it filled with mayonnaise and obviously lots & lots of calories chicken was awesome.the ice tea was not that good and I mean it was toooooooooooo sweet

Have nothing much to write for McDonalds as we all know and have visited it. This outlet of McDonalds is situated in the much famous Ambience mall in Gurgaon. Serving the same uniform variety of delectable burgers, wraps, drinks and desserts it's a favourite spot for most of us. Easy on pocket too. My favourites are the chicken wrap, filet-o-fish burger and the mc flurry. A visit surely. It won't fail to impress you.

Have had desserts from this outlet many times. They're a clean and smooth operation. You don't need to wait long, except when it gets crowded here. <br/><br/>Have all their ice creams and can recommend the Oreo McFlurry and the Chocolate Sundae. Heavenly! <br/><br/>Only issue is the lack of seating around here, so you can take your ice cream and walk away. If you do find a line here, the 3rd floor outlet also seems ice creams as does the 1st floor one.

Dessert based outlet I believe, mcflurry and an ice cream cone, feeling parched and also this is an economical option. <br/><br/>With due respect, this was after tasting gelato just wanted something else, ended getting here some really nice sweet essences.<br/><br/>Liked it.

Food is pretty much as per standards. The dispensing however needs to be more efficient. The staff takes more time than usual and the queue gets longer and it gets pretty much a struggle to come out of the crowd after taking the order.

Ambience is good open place like ! Management is olso good .. French fries 🍟 + ur choice burger 🍔 + cold drinks 🍸 can make ur day . Really love it ! :)

Pretty standard experience as with any such outlet, you get what you expect, they have a quick and easy sop, order taker was well trained, got busy just after the movie had finished and they were fairly quick to work the line.

The honest review... Its not too good not too bad either... Been here many time... There's one thing that never changes here... Thats the crowd... You need to wait to get a seat for yourself. Anyways I've ordered 2 Paneer wraps, 2 chicken maharaja Mac burger , drinks n fries... Wraps are good you'll like it but the burgers was not good... Ever since I've had the burger king I never really liked McDonald burgers though the quantity here is good enough...

I am a simple guy, I see McDonalds, I have to eat there. I think one day McDonalds will open their own mall, they're everywhere! Good for me. I just love their stuff. Value for money, good taste and at a good location.

Hola! Foodies,<br/>You guys know McDonald's needs no introduction but let me tell you, this outlet has outperformed my expectations. For the very first time I got a chance to enjoy hot French fries and burger which had a hot patty that almost burned my mouth (just joking : P). It was all so perfect, probably my best McDonald's meal after a couple of years. And the service time was nice too.<br/>These guys owe my salute. I am too delighted to write about this outlet because this one has increased the respect for McDonald's in my heart.

Went here after a movie and 7 of us ate our hearts out for a meagre 900 bucks. This is the best thing about McDonald's. You can hog without feeling a pinch in your pocket.<br/>Tried the general stuff and the new stuff. The new stuff being the Mango and Kiwi Soft Serve. These were quite nice and surely can have a permanent space on the menu instead of being discarded after the summers.<br/>Rest everything is quite general.

Nice o'l McDonald's seating arrangement is open and nice. salad is perfect thing to try and makes a great meal but if you need a quick bite then go for happy meal.

This McDonalds outlet is a spacious one and seems like the most popular on 3rd floor given the kind of crowds it attracts. Well I visit it only because my kids love it. I am not a very big fan of McD.This outlet has a lot of seating options and like other outlets, this one is also very quick with service. It would help that over weekends all their cash registers are manned to avoid long queues. Otherwise there is noting to hate or love about this outlet. Its the good old McDonalds.

This McDonald's store is located on the 3rd floor which houses other restaurants as well. The store is on the center of one side of the floor and has a small seating area as well. Huge crowds can be seen during all hours of the day. Ordered my favorite Spicy Panner Burger meal. The meal came in like 5 minutes with crispy fries and a soft drink. The Burger was great in taste and probably the best burger in its class! <br/><br/>But the tables were not cleaned regularly due to the crowd and was quite disappointing!  <br/><br/>The Verdict:-<br/>Food/Taste – 7/10<br/>Service – 7/10<br/>Value for Money – 7/10<br/>Ambiance – 6/10<br/>Quantity/Quality – 7/10<br/><br/>Good food, need to be more hygienic.

Been there in the morning before movie show....and yes it was less crowded.....and due to which we enjoyed our meals in peace. It is close to my heart and makes me remind of good memories....

The food here is pretty decent. The menu is same here as that of any other mc d but the ambience of the place is amazing with lounges everything seems perfect. A great place to hang out with closed buddies.

A stupendous 4 for its Butterscotch softy. Every time I enter Ambience Mall, I halt in front of this small McD outlet and place an order for the Butterscotch Choco Softy. It's not mentioned here but if you go there, just check it out and surely have it once. Chcolate Brownie is also good.<br/>The outlet where you can have your delectable desserts is located on the Ground Floor near Reliance Trends.

If you go to ambience mall and want to grab a quick snack, the problem you face is that there is no place to sit anywhere in the food court. Its too crowded.<br/>Mcdonalds is located right in the middle of the food court and has a quite a big sitting area of their own but its still difficult to find a seat on a weekend.<br/>Regarding food, I love their vegveggie and fries. <br/><br/>The most popular McD burger Mcaloo Ticky (Rs 25 ) is not available here. Atleast it was not there on my last visit. I really like the fountain sodas they serve<br/><br/>With so much people coming, they need to spend a little more on cleaning though.
