Food takes you to next level and you fall in love with this place that it becomes your favourite place. Cheers to the ambience and scrummy food. Recommend to all.

Quite an authentic collection of Italian here. It’s a must try with a classy ambience to it. Best for lunch dates or casual hangouts with family as well as friends

Nestled in the busy cyber hub this is a nice place, the food was good however the restaurant has a big issue of exhaust. We were feeling suffocated due to the fumes from the wooden oven not properly diverted thru exhaust. Else the food is decent and with the promos reasonable as well.

Good quality food, prices are affordable compared to rest of the cyberhub. The service on the other hand needs immense improvement. We were served the wrong order twice, and later the waitress forgot about the dessert we ordered, and got us the cheque straightaway! We were pissed with the nonchalant attitude of thw service staff and decided to skip the dessert. On top of it, the restaurant charged us INR150 service charge, which we requested to be waived off, but the manager said that can't be done. Awkward experience, definitely won't visit again. Not worth the savings, visit another place in cyberhub.

A decent place for your Regular Pizzas or Pastas! They have a Buffet option as well which is priced at just 699 - The Alfredo Fusilli & 4 cheese Pizza were my picks out of the few items I tried in Vegetarian.

Kodaline has a wonderful song which perfectly captures the essence of this place. It's called 'High Hopes.' Indeed that is what amici inspires in its patrons unfortunately we were left with poorly constructed pizzas and overcooked tasteless pasta and chicken more elastic than the waistband of our pyjamas! Perhaps it'd be best if they take a cue from Imagine Dragons now and attempt to 'Start over.'Here's hoping that they had an off day when we visited and we'll definitely want to come back again for an update!

If you are having craving for pizza, then this is definately a place for you.Visited the place last week for lunch and had their special Caprese pizza, onion rings and lemonade. The food and aura both of them were fabulous. Loved it completely. The food made my friday lunch even more special.

This outlet of Amici Cafe is on the ground floor of Cyber Hub, Cyber City Gurgaon. Place is not a very crowded place but done up well. <br/><br/>We tried multiple things there which included Pizza, Pasta and Shakes.<br/><br/>All of it was prepared very well.<br/><br/>Will definitely come back to try out other items on the menu. So far so good. Great going.

Big on value for money AND taste, a very rare combination. The staff is courteous, the order takes minimal time and the place is right in the heart of cyber hub. One can visit for a weekend brunch with friends or a casual date.

Priced on the higher side and there is nothing special either about food or the ambience. Just an average outlet in hub.<br/>Can certainly give it a miss<br/>

I don't know why this place has an overall rating of less than 4; may be because of the service because that's the only thing where we can raise eyebrow otherwise its a awesome place for Pizza lovers. By service I just mean that its a bit laid back and nothing else to complain. <br/>Now if you wana have an authentic pizza, this is the place. The aroma and taste because of the oven is amazing. The worst pizzas ever delivered. I ordered 11 pizzas to be delivered to my office in the building next to Cyber hub and what they delivered was absolute junk. Even though there order was placed at the Cyber hub restaurant at 11am which is as soon as the restaurant was opened but they still could not deliver by 12:30pm.<br/><br/>Finally when the pizzas were delivered they looked horrible. At 11 pizzas were crumpled at the side of the boxes. It was very embarrassing as they were ordered for a working lunch session and , could not eat them. <br/><br/>After calling the restaurant they promised a replacement whenever we would want but when I went to the to show the pictures of the pizzas they denied. They said they'll only replace 3 and nothing more than that.

The best creamy mushroom and chicken pasta that I've ever had till date. A must visit for all the Italian food lovers. The cafe serves pretty nice pizzas as well.

What a quaint little place, pretty like a picture. Not too crowded. Extremely friendly and eager to serve you a great dining experience. They made us just the pasta we needed - mixing different elements from the menu, but mostly a version of Pesto from Genoa. I loved the refreshing Orange & Kafir Lime Cooler - cooled me off after a long workday, out in Delhi. Of the many places in CyberHub, this is where I would recommend one unwinds!

An authentic Italian café offering some of the delicious thin crust pizza offerings. The toppings are plentiful and fresh, and the prices are also quite decent.

They have to work on housekeeping . There were mosquitoes and flies around , which completely offset the atmosphere . Also , the loo required cleaning . The drinks were also syrup based . Too sugary . The food was very cheesy . They have to work hard .

We visited Amici cafe a few days back. The ambience is so warm and welcoming. We ordered one portion of garlic bread (which came with loads of gooey cheese. Yayy!), a mozzarella pomodoro pasta and a roasted veggies and bocconcini pizza. The garlic bread, hands down, was the best I've ever had. It was aromatic and overflowing with cheese (can't emphasise this enough). The pasta was yummy, but tasted like standard pasta, no stand out flavours here. The pizza was a pleasant surprise. It had a nice, crispy, thin crust base with delicious roasted veggies on top. Loved it!

This place has proven to be one of the biggest let downs ever! starting with pizzas that are void of even the tiniest drop of olive oil. they are also void of any crispness or basic structure, it was like eating a limp flatbread. the pasta, however, is very generously over boiled and then seemingly pelted with fistfuls of salt. probably do distract you from the fact that the pasta too has no olive oil.  The one thing they did manage to get right was the ice and cola.

One of the best gourmet pizzas I've tried in NCR. Feel like going out and just gorging on one? Try any one of theirs! I've tried the "Chicken has landed" and the "Puri Piri". <br/>And just incase you're a meat enthusiast like me, go for the tenderloin burger. It's sure to leave an epic taste in your mouth with the classic tenderloin, tomatoes and bacon combo. <br/>Thanks, guys!

Amici has been one of my favourites. Whenever bi wish to eat a good think crust smoked pizza, I always prefer amici and will recommend the same.<br/>It also has wonderful shakes, especially the brownie Chocolate shake .

Wonderful Italian cafe in Cyber hub with amazing authentic pizzas! Have tried a lot of both vegetarian and non vegetarian offerings and none have left me disappointed.

Ordered meat ball spaghetti ..the quantity was ok..not much according to price. However the Mediterranean pizza was too bad..no taste..cold and hard .<br/>I have had much better spaghetti and pizza at other places.

Cyber hub is one of our favourites places because we work there and we party there. I had a big time pizza cravings and went to Amici Cafe there. Pizza as you can see in the picture is a mark of perfection. Be it presentation, ambience, service or the quality of food, one can definitely say Amici has done a wonderful job. My pizza tasted well and all the pizza cravings went away! This place is definitely a must try there. Eat and enjoy

I have once visited this place and also ordered from home. Both times I wasn't disappointed. There pizza and pasta are a must have. Also the delivery was done pretty quickly and food was pretty hot when delivered.

The place was empty on a Sunday! Wow! I liked whatever we ordered (I quite liked the quattro formaggi pizza, as they had divided the four types of cheeses on two slices each!). While initially the smoothie I asked for was too watery, the staff re-made it when I brought it to their notice, so that's nice too! I liked the experience I had and will come back in the future.

Decent food....Poor service<br/>The Amici cafe is a decent place to be with your friends and family.....<br/>decor is great but the service is totally awful.....<br/>Food takes very long to be served even when the restaurant is less than half full...<br/>They have a few good items on the menu and is one of the handful of Italian joints that serve Burrata....tough on my second and third visit it was not available....<br/>They never seem to have olive oil or balsamic vinaigrette.....<br/>All in all if the management pays a bit more attention and puts some work into the restaurant it will definitely improve......

I had high hopes for this one but it happens to most of us, when you have high hopes for something generally it does not comes good. First, the bans impacts these places but they got nothing to do with it and i am not reducing any rating bcoz of it. There were not many people on Friday afternoon but the decor of the place is good, comfortable. Service was average, not very good at providing suggestion or telling us whether something is good or not. Moving on, we ordered pizza, chicken, risotto and pasta. All typical items. Pasta, pesto based and we liked it. Risotto, flavour was good and it was mushy with difficult to eat after few minutes, was missing the creaminess which is required. We didn't liked any of the choice in the menu and created one for us as there was a vegetarian among us as well. Base was good and we were OK with it. Chicken was liked by all of us. But nothing was extraordinary in Italian for which we went to the cafe. Might not go to it again but at least it is a place to try.

This place is an absolute delight. i love their pizza collection and the arrabiata is tasty. Also i like the steak and fries ! <br/><br/>They serve good burgers with chips and the ambience is also nice. A bitober the top for the budget but you will not regret the cost ! ❤

We are quite regular at Amici, this one specially as this is the closest one for us. We used the vouchers from city surf where we got a BOGO deal on Pizza, since the price of Pizza was higher than that of the Pasta, we convinced the manager to Get us Pizza and Pasta.<br/>We ordered Sundried Tomato & chicken pasta in white sauce and a chicken has landed pizza. Both were very well made. The pasta was very saucy and there was quite a lot of chicken in it. So was the case with Pizza, both were equally good and in drinks we ordered Spremuta, and by mistake the glass slipped from my hand but the management didn't charge anything for that one.

Went to amici to try something new in cyber hub but that was a really wrong decision I made. Ordered garlic bread, soup and a pizza. The garlic bread was super soggy and too oily, the soup was not at all good and because of this we had to cancel the pizza. They tried to get their repo back by bringing another dish but it wasn't any good. Maybe for drinks it's a good place but for food nope.

I have been to all 3 Amicis, one in Khan Market another in Saket and this one at Cyber Hub. This is one is the best out of all three. Spacious, well designed and decorated, it gives you a very chilled out vibe. No one is in a hurry here and the pasta is World class. Could have done better with the portions though.  Their desserts are good too. Shakes are pretty much like what you get elsewhere, my opinion would be to try their Oreo Shake which is a must.

This place offers totally amazing italian food taste. I love the ambience and music of this outlet too. Good food presentation and service. Will visit again soon.

Cyberhub is the place for foodies. Amicii cafe has beautiful ambience and decent music. If you're willing too have pizzas and beer, then this place is definitely good. For sides, cheese garlic bread is my favourite. You can also try Lebanese chicken.

Was meeting my friends in cyber hub... being Italian lover decided Amici Cafe.<br/>It was almost vacant..ambience was nice though. <br/><br/>We ordered Mushroom lasagne, veg arrabbiata, blue mushroom pizza and Nutella strips. Lasagne and pizza actually won my heart. Lasagne's deliciousness was in it's simplicity. Just perfect!!! They served pizza and it was gone in a matter of minutes which simply explains how good it was.<br/><br/>Well service was prompt, staff was courteous... looking forward to visit again:)<br/>

Ohkie..! So a good cozy place but something was missing. The staff is good but I found it highly over-rated. A glass of wine with a martini costed around 1200 bucks leave alone the food. So better check in mind that its gonna make a big hole in your pocket. <br/>Lastly I would try visiting this again for some serious inputs on food.

Amici cafe is your quintessential place serving great italian food. But it is also your place that serves you healthy junk food. They have this option for gluten free and whole wheat based products which is just amazing. <br/><br/>We opted for the delivery option and their service is superb. We got our order within 45 minutes. Really impressive and the packaging was very handy as well aa ergonomic. <br/><br/>We had the confucious chilly chicken pizza which tasted soo yum. But it had gotten a little soggy,, so prefer dining in. <br/>Along with that wholewheat chicken alfredo penne pasta was divine. Both the items were sheer delicious!<br/><br/>For drinks there was lemonade and cold coffee, which tasted perfect. My coffee was strong and not too sweet, exactly how i like. <br/><br/>However charging INR 260++ is sheer loot. The drinks menu is super expensive. <br/>Also, variety is something that can be improved in terms of the pasta since we couldn't find a white sauce pasta for vegetarians. One must consider to put paper napkins when sending a delivery, which was missing in our order.

Amici Cafe was recommended to me by my cousin and last weekend I thought lets take a trip to Cyberhub and experience how Amici Cafe really is. I was happy and my cousin was absolutely right about the place. It is brilliant, the taste of food and well trained staff made my day.<br/>The Bruschetta was fine chopped tomatoes well dressed with olive oil and butter.<br/>The pizza was one of the finest I had in Gurgaon. It was my first visit to Amici Cafe, and the reason being I always thought they served fast food, but I was taken by surprise when I looked at their food menu.......quite a range! Being veg, I could still find many good options and i picked Farmer's Market Veggie Sandwich, I opted for brown bread.<br/><br/>Order was served within reasonable time, service was good, and plating was nice too. I loved the salad on side, and sandwich was awesome! Strongly recommend trying this sandwich.<br/><br/>Thanks guys!

I went to the place on Thursday evening for dinner. It was fully empty. Ordered minestrone soup and veg pizza. But are not good in taste. Also they have wood oven at the entrance due to which there was smoke in the entire restaurant. Will not suggest to visit the place. Though staff was courteous and friendly. Only one think like is that music was soft. <br/><br/>

Cyber Hub is the go to place for food lovers. All varieties of cuisine and restaurants. You name it you have it.<br/>The number of options this place offer will blow your mind. Among them is the "Amici Cafe"<br/>Beautiful Interior and not too loud music. Grab a beer and Pizza and your are good to go.<br/>Wanted to try this place for a very long time. But due to short time period couldn't try many things.<br/>Ordered a Spicy Paneer Nawabi Pizza and a Dark Chocolate Oreo Shake. Damm!! It was tastey

Delicious Italian food combined with a cosy ambience and efficient service makes this a place worthy of repeat visits. The Quattro fromagi pizza and pesto pasta were lovely.

Surprised to see this rated 3.5/5 (on Jan 2017). This was my third visit here in as many months and the taste has been consistently good. The food was so consistent and service impeccable that I was forced to create a Zomato profile and publish a review, would probably make it a habit now.<br/>I also read a few reviews here and surprised that at times people have loved it but rated it 3 for some odd reason.<br/>Anyways, coming to my review: The pizza was perfect; wood fired oven makes a real difference. I tried the normal crust, the gluten-free crust and on this visit, as have a new year's resolution to get healthy ;-) the whole wheat thin crust. I ordered pasta in white sauce previously and this time the whole wheat penne Arrabbiata. One of the rare occasions of having pasta in India where sauce was an "ingredient" and not decorative. What I mean is that the sauce was well.. ah.. mixed (?? for lack of a better word) and that the sauce was bursting inside the penne core and was not just poured on top, which really makes a difference.<br/>I even ordered the mocktails and found them perfectly balanced. I should add that the drinks are priced perfectly, in any other comparable restaurant these could be priced 30% higher and that would have been acceptable either. I liked the food so much that I am tempted to get it delivered home but I feel such pizza (and pasta) has to be consumed fresh out of the oven inside the restaurant.<br/>Lastly, the service, on my first visit we were a group of 8 who all ordered different mocktails. The server to our surprise remembered who ordered what and served everything perfectly. One of my friend spilled a little sauce on his shirt and the server noticed it from away and quickly got some extra tissues and soda for us to clean it. Even yesterday I had a discount voucher from bookmyshow but I could not inform them in time, yet they made an exception for me and acknowledged it.<br/>Can't wait to get back but too bad the tastes of their food is so good that I still feel the after-effects and am more then content, so it will take a few weeks more, for the tastebuds to start craving Italian again.

The best thing about this place is the calm ambience for catching up with friends for lunch. The food is pretty fine. Nothing so too special to mention about.

We all decided to walk in to Amici this Saturday coz of the Draught Beer on offer. Seemed like a good deal, though it was surprisingly good with the ambiance too. Its a nice cozy place with friendly staff. The food is good, though what makes it nice for me is coz I believe in the concepts of Bistros with good Italian cuisine on offering and this place offers some lip smacking Ragu Lasagne. A must try is all time classic Pepperoni and Cheese Pizza, makes the beer taste all the more good. Definitely my next crash place whenever Italian hunger pangs arise for me.

The food is just delicious. I like the quality of the pizza, the base is fully cooked. I recommend this place to visit. You will be happy coming out of the cafe.

Good Food. The lasagna was not as good as I expected but their pizzas as certainly better than a lot of Italian restaurants in Delhi. The service is good as well. Overall, It was a nice experience.

Well what should i say about this italian cafe..nothing was right actually..i havent had worst italian food then here..food was so pathetic specially pizza..no italian flavours, totally blaned sauce just tomato puri on base with raw vegetables..chocolate shake with oreo was ok ok..the only thing we enjoyed there is there house brand beer pint mahau from spain, it was too good in taste plus there offer on them was good 1+1..rest all was below average..service was slow as well..

They serve the best wood-fire thin crust pizza in town and you get to witness the making of your pizza in their open kitchen. They have an elaborate sitting area inside and outside.

Visited this place for luch with buddies on Friday lunch. We ordered, zinger fizz, Piri Piri Pizza and Chicken Alfredo Pasta.<br/><br/>The pasta was a perfect cook.<br/><br/>The service was very quick and that's what we went for. <br/><br/>We will Visit soon.

Its a very light and on the go grab food joint.<br/><br/>What I liked about this place was the most promising presentation of ordinary delicacies.<br/><br/>The Mediterranean Pizza and Chicken Barbeque Pizza and Beetroot Ravioli are my favorites along with Chocolate  Peenut Butter shake.

Amici Cafe is a good Italian choice for an afternoon lunch. The wood fired pizzas are one their specialities. They are crisp, thin and have authentic flavours. It also offers pasta and salad options which can be combined in the meal to make it wholesome.

It's a nice place to have coffee along with big snacks on the go. I had cappuccino along with chicken Barbeque pizza. It's an combination but individual were good in taste. Overall a nice place to visit.

A very delictate and authentic Italian cuisine serving restaurant with distinct and unique cooking recipes. Food is highly appreciated as it is totaly fresh because it tasted so. Presentation is good but it can be improved as there are now many new ways to serve delicious and lip smacking food. Staff is very courteous.

Decided for some food hopping this weekend and amici cafe was one of the stops. Ambience and Decor are just average. Very few tables occupied considering Saturday afternoon. Having heard a lot about their pizzas and pastas, we decided to go for Mediterranean pizza and our favourite penne with arabiatta sauce. Biggest mistake of all, they served both dishes together. We had to call server again to return back pasta till pizza got over. Could tell from his face, he didn't like extra work. Thin crust pizza had generous amount of toppings. They could have added slightly more base sauce but otherwise it tasted good. Pasta was below average. Loaded with cheese mixed in sauce..too heavy for our palates. Sauce had no tangy or garlic taste of its own. Garlic toast was loaded with butter too making it soggy by the time we started eating. Decided not to order anything else at the outlet. They have to understand Italian food is more than cheese and butter.

Have been to Amici a couple of times and it has always been a lovely experience. Went there with a huge group of friends and ordered various Italian dishes & mocktails. The ambiance was perfect in the evening and the staff, food were satisfactory.

Visited this specific outlet with a couple of friends yesterday. Nice interiors, and quite busy, being a Friday evening. We ordered Grilled vegetables, Chocolate and Peanut Butter Shake, Home made beetroot Ravioli and Classic Tomato Basil Bruschetta. Everything was good And in the right portions, but the Grilled Vegetables was dripping in oil, I took a bite of one broccoli and it gushed. Please improve on that. Otherwise satisfactory, good service and food delivered on time

Have heard of this place and being in cyber hub I had a lot of hope but unfortunately the food tasted bad.<br/><br/>Though i wanted the pasta to be saucy but it was as if I was eating rice in a curry. But more importantly the sauce was undercooked. I had to put the pasta in a pan and cook the sauce a bit more. <br/><br/>I'm not sure I'll order again.

I visit the place quiet often. I always get good taste and great services. Rajiv is one of our favourite host. He is quick & accurate when it comes to serving food and drinks. Pramod makes sure that we get best of taste and ambience. A good place to visit for Italian food in Cyber city. Recommended.

I went to this place after checking out amazing reviews on Zomato and the reviews weren't wrong. <br/>Their drinks sre slightly strong..the cosmo, LIIT and the appletini..somehow all taste the same and that was disappointing.<br/><br/>But yes their chicken sauté and pizzas are very good.<br/><br/>Heavy on the pocket but amazing food. Their service is very fast as well and the decor is amazing. Just a suggestion..reserve your table beforehand.<br/>

Went to this place today along with a friend just for some casual snacks in evening . The place was empty at that time so we received our order very quickly . Ambience of the place is good . As per the other reviews , pizza is best here so that's what we ordered .<br/><br/>We ordered a Chilly Paneer Pizza , Lemon n Mint ice tea and Banana n Chocolate shake . PiZza was awesome with a thin crispy base and generous toppings mostly of paneer . Taste was really nice . The drinks were also fine .<br/><br/>Overall we had a fine time here with good food .

I lunched here a week back and didn't like the place at all. Firstly service was very slow.They forgot to give us the pizza while we finished pasta and garlic bread. Had to remind waiter about pizza which came after another 15-20 mins that too almost burnt.

Ambiance is nice. Food was ok. Mushroom soup is really good taste wise and quantity as well. We had to got the pizza replaced as it was not that good but they replaced it and second one was better. it has a desi look from inside like most of the restaurants have started following. There are some shelfs where some engineering books are kept. Photographs of old scooters.

Praval took very good care of us, very nice experience. Food as well as the service is really nice. It is a good place to have meal, ambience of the restaurant is also nice.

This is my first visit in amici cafe , I m feeling great , great service by praval pratap Singh & good support to understand everything. He tell me all scheme which is running here.

Hey....we had tried peri peri chicken pizza and it was recommended by Pralab who works here and was very supportive ........had a great service given by him.pl come and try some good food with ur choice of drink.

We had some pizzas, coffee, moktails and beer.<br/><br/>Very nice ambience with good music, the package is clubbed with good food for family and friends. <br/><br/>We ordered Pizza s, which were different in taste compared to what is available in the market, a refresher. Moktails were also good specially the vrigin mojito, I really liked the taste very well prepared. <br/><br/>I felt the entire food was so well prepared and served. Certainly not a fan of Amici. Went there with lot of expectations but left disappointed. We ordered blueberry and yogurt based smoothie, calzone verde pizza, some juice and pomodoro pasta. Overall the experience was average.

Italian food and amici cafe what more can we ask for ? <br/>They serve great pasta,pizza and salads. <br/>Been a regular customer to their saket outlet and Khan market outlet. <br/>Ambience is surely a turn off for us here but it's surely worth a visit for all the italian lovers !

The food was okay. I ordered a salad and a spicy paneer pizza ( forgot the name on the menu) but the options for drinks were less. They claim to be very Italian which I am not convinced about. However a nice place to hangout and some innovative interiors.

Taste wise it was moderate. <br/>We had Classic fresh tomato Bruschetta and Creamy mixed mushroom pasta. Both of these dishes were moderate. Amici Cafe is always a good option to visit for some comfort food. But to chose the right thing from the menu is always a trick at Amici.<br/><br/>The ambiance is average and fails to bring any wow factor and so is the service. Go there for lunch on any day and they sometimes even forget that you were there or ordered.<br/><br/>The pizzas are very nice, the base is perfectly baked and crispy. The toppings are generous and the seasoning is always great. The pizza sauce is something they can improve on.<br/><br/>The burgers and sandwiches are a big NO, firstly they are priced highly and are below average in taste. The buns are dry most of the times, the sauces are runny and the patties are always dry.<br/><br/>The soups are below average and are not authentic preparations. The minestrone soup is sometimes very disappointing.<br/><br/>The pastas are really nice, the grandmas recipe from genoa with home made pesto never fails. Not sure why but I had never visited this specific restaurant, while its almost been 2 years since I have been working from the building which opens up to cyber hub. <br/><br/>Their meals are quite big in portion and some of them like the pork burger, the Fish in white sauce and bruschetta were really good. While pizza was a little let down. Good thing is this place will always have table to accommodate you.

Decor is very average and so is the service. They kindoff forget that we had come in. Out of the rest of the places in Cyberhub this place was not over flowing with people and now i know why! Sangria (Red wine) was cool and so were the other drinks...lebanese chicken was nice but i wish it had been served hot! it was not even hot! The pizza Peri peri chicken was very average but the chicken has landed was yumm and we ordered it over ! Probbaly this is the only reason i gave it a 3 rating! Loads to work on! For a 1000 odd per head and service like this...I wouldn't go back!!

Amici cafe is a popular place known for italian food.. They have vast varities of food and drinks added in their menu.. Drinks from whiskey to vodka to mocktail to hot drinks all types are available under one roof.. I ordered mango mousse dessert and mozzarella pomodono pasta.. Food was great and tasty..surely visit again...!!!

It was a wonderful experience with the kind of hospitality. I guess the french guy was the franchise owner. He offered us corporate discount. Pizza varieties were good, only the speed of service needs to be upgraded.

Been here more times than i can count. As always the pizza is made to perfection. My favourite - pepperoni pizza! <br/>The Ambience could use a spark of life. It is dull and the staff is inattentive.
