We tried the food for the first time last night and the food was great, freshly cooked very tasty and well presented. The waiters were attentive and service overall was good. The restaurant looked to have been recently decorated. Overall a good meal and great value we will certainly be going back.
Saw the reviews from zomato and ordered from here..I ordered a chicken tikka biryani and Tawa chicken and i must say both the dishes were awesome. the moment i tasted tawa chicken i fell in love with it with just the right spices , it is a must try..will order again in future.

What a find !! Its a small little place tucked in Supermart 2 and generally more famous for take aways and deliveries. We had a quick dinner but was thoroughly impressed by the amritsari tawa preprations !! So impressed that I am planning to revisit soon !! The breads from the tandoor are fab as well. Loved the garlic naan with chicken tikka tawa and the tangy curry of butter chicken. One of the better places for North Indian/Punjabi food that I have tried in Gurgaon. 👌👌Keep up the good work !!

Ordered home a few times and one of the few places in Gurgaon to make good authentic North Indian non veg. Meat items are really good in terms of pirates given. This has become quite a favourite with us.

I like this place..As tonight we first time ordered food from this place tonight..I ordered Half Butter chicken, Punjabi Panner, Garlic Naan, Mix Rita, Salad and some tandoori roti... butter chicken and Punjabi Panner was very tasty...They also packed some green chatni that was really awesome as the taste of Pudina in that was really delicious...some other north Indian dishes I would like to order in coming weekends..so overall it was a good experience... packing was good.. I would like to recommend this place.. thanks
As the name says it is WAH AMRITSAR. Tawa Mutton tikka is to die for. All in all you can order anything here. It is very good. Gr8 Punjabi food. Big thumbs up.

To my luck they agreed and we ordered Amritsar brain curry and Amritsar champ masala the delivery was prompt n food was just amazing very close what u actually get in Amritsar at top food joints we wish they keep up the good job being a North Indian and this took me and family to our roots special thanks to Zomato
Worth it try it. The place doesn’t look good but the food it serves is awesome - for vegetarians the achari soya is a treat. Try the dishes won’t regret. Best is to sit in the car and have food or order at home

I am usually apprehensive about ordering mutton from a restaurant because it is too hard and chewy but, upon a friend’s recommendation I ordered mutton rahra today from wah! Amritsar and must say, i loved it. The pieces were well cooked and the consistency of the gravy was perfect. The quantity was also decently generous (In comparison to other restaurants). I think I finally found a place where I can order mutton from...definitely recommended.

Amazing Chicken tikkas and there quality
Have been having good from here since 2010 when it was at DLF U Block near cyber city, since then the quality of food and the taste has been consistent. The best things in their menu is Chicken/Paneer Takatak and the Chicken/Mutton Keema Naan with gravy. Their Biryani is not the conventional Biryani recepie but tastes different and very good.

The best butter chicken in town ! We love it. The only improvement they could make is in the no of chicken pieces - too small n few; a generous portion of chicken will make it irresistible!
planner butter masala and dal makni good , it's seems in roti wheat is mixed with maida if feasible avoid maida and if we can have tawa roti in option then it will be great.

Good Food. Butter chicken was one of the best in Gurgaow. The quality of pander is also very good ordered Karahi paneer and Mirchi Partha. Will order again

Have ordered multiple times. Always instruct them to lower the spice. Today it was exceptionally spicy. Seemed like an extra serving of green chilly was cut and put into the brain curry.
Let me start with the positives. The amritsari magaz was excellent. I didn't know what to expect as I never had brains done the Indian style before but I absolutely loved. Could have been less oily but excellent taste. The amritsari chole was also great with good portion size. The veg fried rice worked really well with both.
The Afghani chicken was a disaster. Over cooked and with the texture of wood. Taste wise also it lacked behind the hundreds of outlets who can do this dish perfectly in Gurgaon. It was so bad I had to throw it as away. They should Also improve their packaging which is really poor atm.
I would have normally rated this 2 for the Afghani chicken and packaging but the amritsari dishes did exceed my expectations.

Nice, succulent, well cooked pieces of mutton, added with really rich, flavorsome Tawa Masala, makes for a delicious meal with either rice or any bread you prefer. Enough quantity for 2 pax
2. Veg Raita
Not sour, decent consistency, good quantity enough for 2 pax
3. Jeera Rice
Can't really go wrong with this usually. Giving them a 4-star, as the quantity and packaging of rice was not at par with the rest of the stuff.Â
Will want to try something else again.

Atin boss (owner) is the best when it comes to this cuisine! Perfectly cooked mutton and chicken EVERYTIME, mouth watering flavors, decently priced, amazing value for money. A MUST-TRY place, one will turn a regular here very quickly!
Wah Amritsar is one of the few restaurants serving authentic Punjabi food in Gurgaon..we have had almost all of their preparations and have enjoyed each and every dish..they have a very small seating area ..however they deliver to nearby areas ..the onwers and staff are friendly and courteous.. definitely worth a try..
We tried tandoori roti, naan, daal tadka, butter chicken, kadhai paneer and taste of all items was great. 5 people ate and paid around 1426...average 300 per person which was also a plus considering other restaurants nearby. The only negative thing is that they don't have proper sitting arrangement however overall very good experience.

Sadly, the seating is limited, but they have evolved a system of delivering to your car. The fresh experience is better than the home deliveries.
The Amritsar specials are the ones to order over the standard north indian fare. Fairly large vegetarian menu. Breads are outstanding.
Wah Amritsar is a must visit place for all the Chicken and Mutton loving folks.
Their speciality according to me is their Tawa Chicken and Tawa Mutton. The taste is lip-smacking and you would certainly fall in love once you eat.
Sitting place is not that big and you can have the food as takeaway.

The ambience is not so great, but it is dcent seating arrangement for 8/10 pax. Service is very swift and quality of food is also reasonable. Overall it is a value for money restaurant.
