Review Mc. Donalds - Gurugram (Gurgaon)

Like any mcdonalds, nostalgia overload. The spicy paneer burger and fries, a classic combined loaded with memories! Their cold coffee is overly sweet and watery which is my only feedback The paneer spicy wrap is the best thing ever! It's spicy, it's filling, it has the classic paneer nuggets, it's a great size. Always a 10/10. The new value meals are seemingly well priced. The aloo tikki meal is 99 rs (small fries, aloo tikki burger and a drink) The menu isn't displayed fully in the restaurant

They shall work on cleaning and also if possible on noise reduction ( too noisy ) Air conditioning was also not that good Food is great

The place is happening with more crowd coming in. In regards to food it is the same as you can expect from any other McD, good. Ambience is great but the problem is with the staffs, who face difficulty in managing the crowd. Would be good if they can plan and perform their activities to prevent any issues with customer service. Good that they have a drive through where you can pick food fro your car.

I visited McDonalds at MGF Metropolitan Mall in Gurgaon on September 2, 2020, and was pleased to see Social Distancing guidelines in place as a precautionary measure. The eatery stuck out notes on every alternate table so that customers are seated at an optimum distance from each other. Even while placing the order, social distancing rule was followed and people were standing in circular markers drawn at over a one-arm-distance from each other. The staff was wearing face masks and gloves. One interesting new feature was that you can now scan a QR code placed on every table (and there was also a standee near the entrance)and pay for your order digitally instead of indulging in cash transaction, which I think is a good step in the time of COVID. I ordered my favorite McSpicy Chicken Burger with an Iced Tea (they have gotten rid of the straws). One lovely thing to see was the comeback of SHake Shake Fries and one disappointing factor is that you have to now pay for every satchet of ketchup ( Rs 1 per satchet approx). Ketchup is no longer free with a burger.

Mccdonalds have amazing burgers and crispy and juicy too.. They have new flavour i.e. dosa burger..This flavour has become my favourite now. I can keep this over other burgers flavour

Its nice to see a new initiative for online ordering, its quick, easy and hassle free. Now standing in lines.. contact less order for sure. We enjoyed the meal as it was a quick bite for us. Great job!

Do not trust on the menu Display, They are cheating, it’s Written Burger with Medium Meal, they would bill small. Got answer from staff and Manager on duty, Its my misunderstanding. One of the oldest outlets in Delhi NCR and the first in Gurgaon, this one still stands tall. Have had Filet O Fish and Chicken Maharaja Mac and they have been always the same, superb. Cold Coffee here is what I really like. Great vibe too.

I visited this outlet of McDonald's with my cousins and had a great time. The service was fast and we got our order in no time. I ordered from McDonald's and they did not put mayo in my burger such a bad luck.<br/>But the worst part was I had to eat it that way.

Almost all the items from the McD is worth trying. My most favorite is Mc Veggie and Mc spicy paneer. I don't know why have they stopped their service for peri peri fries but I seriously miss those fries. I loved it.

McDonald's outlet is located on the ground floor of MGF Metropolitan Mall, Gurgaon.<br/><br/>They have a separate ice cream counter from where you can pick selected sundaes and walk. It is an amazing option. The counter serves Brownie Ice Cream, Oreo Ice cream, Chocolate and Vanilla Cones.<br/><br/>I ordered one Choco Brownie and one Oreo. Bothw ere fantastic.<br/><br/>Choco Brownie had mild hot chocolate with ice cream. It has a piece of brownie in it. It tasted amazing. The brownie could be a little soft.<br/><br/>Oreo one was toothsome. Oreo is crushed and mixed with the ice cream.<br/><br/>It's a must try for all ice cream lovers.👍👍👍

I love mc donalds. I love their chicken maharaja and fries. It is very affordable . I like the service, ambience of this place. . I like their icecream as well. The quality of everything is good.

Recently was here with friends on a Sunday morning. It is located at the ground floor of the mall. It gets open early in morning. We ordered Mc Aloo Tikki, Mc crispy veggie burger, cold coffee and hot coffee one of each. Both the burgers were well prepared with fillings in appropriate quantity. Both the coffee were also equally good. One of best way indeed to start off your day with buddies. A nice clean well maintained place. Good to enjoy with friends and family.

I went to this outlet with my friend and we ordered mcspicy panner and mc veggiee. I had mcspicy panneer for this first time as this is new burger introduced by McD and it was tasty.. And strawberry sundae is the best thing introduced here. Whenever i go to metropolitian I always buy this as i love it.. This is the best icecream.. Tasty and in budget.

It's the best place for breakfast I believe..pancakes and meggs are a decent deal. The only thing that its available in morning. I believe their breakfasts are good and should be available daily. Also the dessert are gooey and delicious.

One of the favourite place to visit and they have improved since they have reopened. Burgers have become fresh and tasty sauce is now more inside burgers and improved service and cleanliness.

We had large fries along with iced tea and soft serve chocolate in cup. The food was fresh and tasty although the size of fries have reduced to thinner fries. The soft serve and iced tea were good. But the quality of fries have let down the good impression I had of mc Donald's.

Few of the items have been discontinued after reopening of mcdonalds... But the quality of buns of the burger and patty have been improved alot....

The menu of this Mc Donald outlet is limited as you will find only 3-4 veg/ non-veg burgers along with some selected beverages like coffee, floaters, latte. I had their most affordable food Mc Aloo tikki, Mc Puff, cold drink and french fries. <br/>I am quite disappointed with the amount of tomato sauce pouches they offer with the burger.<br/>Also, the coke they offer is more like water as it is filled with 5-6 ice cubes that fills the whole glass than coke.<br/>Please start providing better quality and quantity food and save your brand image.

I tried Mc Paneer for the first time, it was supposed to be spicy I  find it that much of spicy and good as expected. But yes it was fine in taste but it did not beat their main Mc Aloo tikki in taste.

This McDonald's outlet is one of the most crowdy outlets you will see in Gurgaon, particularly on weekends. It's difficult to find a seat if you're coming in a group, that too on a weekend. There are quite a few counters out there where you can place your order to manage the overflowing crowd. The food is like every other McDonald's outlet - that's 4/5. But the main issue with this outlet is that as the staff is limited and had to serve a lot of people at a time - mix-ups and goofups take place all the time. Beware : if you're a vegetarian, because of the mix-ups you might end up eating a chicken burger here, that you'll realise after taking a bite - happened with a friend of mine.

It is one of the most famous location in MG road. I ordered Veg burger with Cheese and cold coffee and it was always a good food served by Mc Donalds. It was good experience.

This is boy's favourite place. The ambience is good and it is located on the ground flood. We keep visiting this outlet and it never disappoints. Staff is good, food is excellent and hygiene is well mentioned. Ample space for parking to available so you need not to struggle for you car. Ample space for sitting too, one can easily find space to sit and eat 💕

The food is no doubt hygienic since they adhere to the quality standards laid down by the book. But the wait for the same is pains taking. Service is slow. They have to seriously look into this problem and set it right. No doubt it is crowded but right now it is madness which is prevailing. They should bring an order and method to the madness so that this ordeal becomes bearable. Hope they do something about it soon !!

I visited to Mc"D when I am in this area and a friend of mine living near by it. So we meet at MC'D.<br/>Also few other friends end their office shift working in Sinkendarpur meet us at MC"D. We had a great time here over french fries, wraps, burgers, brownies, and cold drinks.

A paradise for the youngsters and family. This place is really a pocket friendly place. Mcveggie burger is my personal favourite. Combined with Mcpuff and coke. And ending with the ice cream cone. A perfect combo. They also provide a great seating space. And this place is always neat and clean ie pay attention to hygiene too.

This is good place for fast food but when we went there it was little crowded. Our order took approximately 20 min to be ready. We have Alloo Tikki Burger, Cold Coffee, Chicken Burger, Veggie Burger.

I have been visiting this McD since my college time had many parties here, staff has been friendly and cooperative , place is always neat and clean but it's crowded most of the times so getting seat here can be an issue .

Everytime when i think of mc donalds my mouth just starts watering and it's burger are just mind blowing and french fries are so crisy and tasty i can't explain and with pepsi its just the perfect combination..and loved it so much....😍😍😍😍

whether its burger or mc puff, Mc D is my favorite in terms of food, quality, and rates.  Hot Mc puff with ice tea is my all time favorite and a must try combo.

Great food as usual. Pizza McPuff is a must try. Though when we ordered only 1 cold drink was available which shows the sales of the outlet. Still good experience.

We ordered nuggets and fries.Both items when delivered were cold and stale. They tasted old and soggy . Very Disappointing. The fries smelled of old oil.
