Review Zizo - Gurugram (Gurgaon)

Anviti Shiromany
Had a fabulous dinner here after work. Just what I need after a. Long day at work. I tried the hummus platter and loved all the dips served along with falafel and pita. Fav was the tahini and pepper hummus. They also do some great Chinese food. Loved the chilli paneer to bits. It’s spicy crispy and just how it should be. Pasta was nice but avoidable If you want to try what’s their specialty stick to that. You have to try the Lebanese bread pudding it’s sinful and so amazing.

This place has a good ambiente and friendly staff. We ordered the grilled chicken wings with lemon sauce, mixed non veg platter and gold mezzo platter. The chicken wings were awesome and the gold mezzo platter was too huge. Enough for 2 people. And this restaurant is on zomata gold also.

Zizo is casual dining restaurant serving Lebanese, Mediterranean and North Indian food. They have both indoor and outdoor seating options. They have recently launched a new menu curated by renowned chefs. The indoor seating is comfortable with good music playing in the background. Tried some Lebanese and Indian dishes along with drinks. Had hummus with pita, fatoush, a platter with veg and non veg items for starters. The presentation was good and all the dishes tasted flavorful. For mains, had dal and chicken tikka masala along with an assortment of Indian breads. Really loved the main course. The curries were delicious and roti/naan were cooked well. They have also got some unique desserts. Tried the chef's special and totally loved it. Gooey chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. This place is worth trying in cyber hub if you want to go for Indian/Lebanese food.

Lebanese restaurant with a fusion. The seating wasnt however great as the chairs seemed very rigid and weren't comfortable enough. The food however was upto the mark and could have been improved with reference to temperature. Ordered shawarma, pan fried noodles, kebabs, pizza and main course. The pan fried noodles just stole the show they were just absolutely 😋 delicious. Shawarma was a one time try not really felt like eating it again. Kebabs were greatly presented. Overall ambience was great presentation was top notch food quality was good 4/5. Would recommend for a try with your friends and family.

Z by zizo!!!!! Contemporary style fine dinning restaurant serving sumptuous lebanese and mediterranean cuisines not only this their new launched menu dishes includes oriental starters and main course including Indian as well. Located in the most lively place of gurgaon cyber hub i find this restaurant a decent place to sit and have quality food with friends and family. Ambience of this place was soothing and decor is a mix of both contemporary and arabic touch giving a unique environment to this place. Food was amazingly tasty i must chicken lollypop was perfect art by the chef flavourful food. Must visit place.

Pizza lovers! This is a place for you. We were a group of 6 colleagues. Ordered 3 non veg 8 inches pizzas and one veg pizza with garlic bread and some coke and 7 up. The pizzas were big enough and we ended up packing one slice of veg pizza. The place has indoor and outdoor seatings. It can accommodate around 15 people. The service is good. The pizzas were tasty and there is a good variety of pizzas. A must visit place for every pizza lover.
Rohit Aggarwal
A really lovely place with an amazing ambience and helpful staff. The songs are also good and the variety of food is amazing. It will cost around 2 to 3 K for 3 people.
Gaurav Gupta
Amazing place for Arabic food with organic ingredients and authentic taste😉

A place worth visiting. Really quality food in good. Ambience at a slightly higher prices. But u will pay for it basis the decor and service at the place
Hari Om Dahiya
Authentic Lebanese and Arabic cuisine. A pleasant heaven for food lovers. Exquisite food with experienced and dedicated chef and courteous staff. Superb aura as well as good Arabic music. The best part is the have an in-house bar as well so nothing beats the combo. Loved it!
Vineet Gala
Good Lebanese food available here. Pretty decent charges too. There's also a live band playing in the evenings (maybe not everyday). The platters are filling enough. The staff is super friendly. The lighting is a bit of a let down though, else the ambiance would have been great!
Ashish Popli
Good Lebanese food. Compliments to chef. Even biryani was good. Tried 5 dishes....all good. Service is decent. Only sad part was choice of beer. They served only one brand of pints.... Overall worth it.... for food
Sanjiv Dadwal
Nice decor and very welcoming staff. Went there 2 nights in a row. Was in the city before taking flight back to Australia. Live performances was good and will definitely recommend for everyone within that area. Food was not bad either. Dahi kebab was delicious and so was there mocktails. Will go again next time.

What. A. Place! Had just enough time to grab only one meal with my friend, on my visit to Gurgaon and she suggested meeting up in my place. Great decision. Amazing ambiance, great food and very decent pricing. Add to it that the place is located somewhere so central and easily accessible. 5/5, might be a bit biased because of the company, but it was worth it.

Went for a quick bite here few weeks back.

Order:
1. Fattoush (Salad)
2. Cheese & Zaatar Lebanese Manakish
3. Blueberry Cheesecake
Fattoush was ok. But Manakish and Cheesecake were out of the world.

Service is good and prices quite reasonable.
Despite being tiny, the space isn’t crunched. Lighting was dark which I don’t enjoy in a restaurant unless it’s a bar/lounge.

But would definitely go there again to try more stuff on the menu.
Deepak Ahluwalia
A repeat place for awesome Mediterranean cuisine. Full stock bar to try a few drinks, family place to enjoy with kids. Reasonable pricing inspite of the brilliant location on golf course road
Ashwini Somvanshi
One of the nicest Lebanese food place. Non veg platter is recommendable. Worthy of cost. They have an amazing brunch deal too. The dessert is awesome and will add cherry on cake
Chef Harsh Neerav
To start with, they have an amazing Tom Collins.. As a spirit connoisseur, I find it funny that so many bartenders can't get this simple cocktail right!! Food was good.. Had doners with lots of hummus.. A nice easygoing and relaxing place in the hustle bustle of the busy golf course road.. A must visit place for people who love amazing Lebanese food with a cocktail or two.. (this review is delayed by a few months however)
Preeti Gahlot
Not as big as Cyber Hub , but interiors are great . Some of the dishes taste , presentation and quantity would differ. Though everybody's favourite trio humus is same at both the places .
Winston Balman
I walked in just to have a quick lunch . Ended up not so happy with the price I paid for the quality of food I was served. The staff was great they were sharp and quick . But the food is over priced for the quality and quantity.
Siddesh Ohri
i really like the cheese kunafa must try that.. chicken biriyani and beatroot salad is amazing....!! Very good food must try. Price is also reasonable but for few things the quantity is very less comparative price and its worth like paneer tikka. Hummus is very very good and fresh
(PS: i had those in an event outside)

Why is it that most restaurants claiming to make Mediterranean cuisine in gurgaon end up making kathi rolls and Punjabi /mughlai cuisine? You guys started off making relatively authentic food but seems you have succumbed to the butter chicken naan and kathi roll demand... Some of us ordered from Zizo to NOT get that taste and preparation for a change which every other place here does.. but sadly... Ordered my usual shawarmas from you guys last night only to find an overly stuffed Kathi roll wannabe with southwest sauce for some reason , almost a kadhai chicken like stuffing, clearly the new chef has no clue how a middle eastern shawarma is actually made , along with sub standard cheap packaging resulting in a mulch being delivered. I think this was my last order from Zizo and will surely stop recommending to others as well...
P K
Fantastic place . Marvellous food . Staff is super polite and remembers you . Probably the best Lebanese this town has to offer . We loved everything we ordered . Mezza platter is must for both veg or non veg
Arijit Biswas
Both the dishes we ordered were literally in edible. The veg pizza was horrible - lacked flavour completely, and the Grilled Chicken was chewy.
Charu Nagpal
Really unfresh food and tasted fine but was stomach aching post eating. Will never ever recommend such unfresh food. Also the sauces didn't look fresh with which the shawarma was served. Lebanese a failure
Varsheel Deliwala
Had a lovely time! Good service by Prabhat. Zaatar Pizza was heavenly as well as the Chicken Shawarma. The belgian chocolate shake could be better.

Is it possible for someone to take hummus and create magic? Not one person I know has thought of this. Not consciously. This place will answer correctly if you do ever sit and wonder. They will take your taste buds for a joyride. We ordered the Tri hummus, meat kebbeh, kebab kashkash and the fish in falafel crust. Do not worry about the tomato on the fish or as the side in the kebab kashkash, it actually just blends in perfectly and leaves this happy taste in your mouth that isn't overpowering. The hummus, I know, again, can't be described with meagre words. It's something you must just taste to understand and sort of, fall in love with. But don't forget to taste it with the pita because that's when it actually pops out. If you do partake in liquor, try their domestic house white, and with the food, it won't let you down. Plus the prompt service is always appreciated.
Rashmi Chauhan
Extremely pathetic and ignorant service. The restaurant is not aware of their menu on zomato and delivered the incorrect order. Instead of apologising and correcting the order , the service staff was simply indifferent and didn’t even make an attempt to care. Be careful before ordering from this place. Not worth your time and effort
Raj
Pathetic food quality, wrong figures added in the bill. Not a hygenic place. When asked to correct the bill, the staff denied. The restaurant was full of flies.

A perfect place for authentic Lebanese
Personally speaking, I love Lebanese cuisine and if you are also in look out for the same, this place should be your destination! Enjoy! Ting! :)

We are regulars at this restaurant. The food is brilliant. The service especially by Mr Ajay is always very very good. That makes our meal special. We recommend the place.

Good restaurant ..I tried one silver mezze platter and mix veg platter. So silver mezze comes with three humus sauces and 4 pita bread along with falafel cutlets and two type of salad ..a good veg lebamese dish. Then in mix veg platter it has panner tikka..good......mushroom..amazing .
Then dahi kebab ..ok ok ...and falafel again..overall a good thing to try.

My love for lebanese took me to this place on golf course रोड Gurgaon Called Zizo. The menu has everything from shawarma to falafels to zatar flavoured pizzas and to my surprise korma and biryani and sliders and other non Arabic stuff which I didn't bother to try. The hummus(really good) was creamy and the pita bread soft and fluffy. The falafels crispy but a bit oily.. The shawarma was not the original shawarma as they dont have a shawarma machine which makes the real shawarma. The taste wasn't bad. The kebabs were soft and juicy and tasted amazing..The biryani also which I tried on my second visit was very very nice.. This is the place if u wanna have a good meal.. . 😋😋😋😋

Ordered gold and silver platters for home delivery. Kababs were stalled, upon calling the restaurant they immediately sent grilled chicken as replacement but why serve stalled food in the first place.
Abhishek Parija
Zizo is a Mediterranean cuisine outlet with some absolutely lip smacking non vegetarian options.
Following was the order on our table :

1. Non Veg Platter 9/10
2. Fish in Falafel Crust 9/10
3. Yemeni Mandi Chicken 7/10

Food was fresh and serving size was really impressive. The servers were warm and hospitable. Every dish was accompanied by a Mediterranean speciality like hummus or pita bread etc. The platter was served with 4 pita breads and it was amazing. Fish in falafel crust was soft and tasty to eat. Yemeni chicken was a let down after having all those gorgeous options but it wasnt bad by any means.

They honor Zomato Gold too. Must vist.

Perfect place for a fun and casual dining experience. An Italian menu focused on Lebanese with quite a few salads.

4 out of 5 - Food
4 out of 5 - Ambience

Must try Falafal Platter

The revamped Zizo, the menu is vast & you can have an eclectic mix of extremely flavorful well made dishes. Let’s talk food:-

1. Chicken Shish Touk - It has become more flavorful with the advent of Chilly Powder which gives it the zing to the otherwise extremely bland dish, though flavorful.

2. Bhatti Ka Marg - The Tandoori Chicken is extremely succulent & flavorful. The chicken is very tender & not to be missed.

3. Chicken Seekh Kabab - Lovely texture & sublime flavors makes it a very flavorful dish.

The pitta breads are far better now and served hot. The overall food served was steaming hot which was not the case earlier. The service staff were on their toes lead by the extremely cordial Munish Thakur.
The one thing that sets apart Olive Roots from the earlier Zizo is that it has a vast menu unlike earlier hence there are dishes that would make you want to comeback and try their vast menu as they now have a lot to offer.

Great decor. Food. But I would like to hear Arabic music to give it a more authentic feeling.
Having lived most of my life in the middle east, zizo is where I go for that nostalgic feeling. Just add on the music and it would be a perfect 5 !

Visited Zizo after ages! Good food with a new and improved menu, but unfortunately, the service is slow. We ordered a mixed grill non veg platter, meat kebbeh, veg shawarma, dahi kebabs and chicken tikka satay.
A good experience as our guests from Mumbai loved it!
Pran Sathiadasan
Chicken Shawarmas were extremely oily and laden with half cooked pieces of fat. A layer of fat seemed to cover mouth and tongue even after brushing. Please get a chef with proper experience of how a shawarma is made. If it’s any consolation, I am yet to eat a decent shawarma in India.
Vishay Gupta
A nice, clean and quiet place on golf course road with really good food.
We tried pizza, pasta and some salad and the preparation was really good.
Staff i courteous and the ambience of the place is very good.
Great for a quiet meal with friends or family.

We went here for our dinner on a friend's recommendation and I am happy that we actually went. We ordered Hummus Ras Asfor and Veg &Cheese Manakish. The Hummus was very fresh and yummy along with freshly baked Pitta bread. It was the best Pitta bread I ever had. Manakish was good too but it was very similar to regular pizza we have at other places. I don't have any complaints as I liked the Manakish as well but just it could be a little more authentic I feel. I would definitely recommend this place if you like Labanese food.
Puneet Aggarwal
Food was really food. Disastrous experience

Just another brick in the wall. I must say this town does not have a decent Lebanese restaurant and I thought Zizo is the place but no I was wrong. Food is below average. Kebabs are dry and blend. They taste something like kebab flavoured chewing gums. The only thing I liked was the Pita bread.
Food Guru
Food is really good..my favourite is their shawrma roll and the chicken burger...must mention is their pita bread that they make fresh in the restaurant with different flavours of hummus.
Kanupriya
We ordered the Hummus Ras Asfor ( hummus with tender chicken bits and pomegranate) which is served with a portion of fresh fluffy pita bread. It was like heaven served on a plate. We also ordered the sliders, which didn’t turn out to be very nice as they lacked flavour, upon requesting the server to change it , he gladly asked us what we wanted to exchange it for. We reordered the hummus ras asfor. 🤩
If you are in the mood for some good Lebanese food , visiting Zizo is a must.

Also the servers are super polite, so kudos to them.

I was looking forward to try this authentic Lebanese restaurant since it’s opening but today finally went to try my love for Mediterranean cuisine. Located on the ground floor facing Golf Course Road, this place was nicely decorated and looked promising. I ordered two dishes: Black Beans Hummus with nachos but we were served with pita bread as well as the quantity looked pretty small if it was only Hummus and Nachos. The other item we ordered was the authentic Manakish Pizza with Seasonal Veg and cheese toppings.
Hummus was really different in comparison to other places we usually eat as it was mix of Rajma and Chickpeas giving a light pink colour and tasted good. Pita bread was very fresh and soft, complimenting the Hummus dish.

Major disappointment was the PIZZA! I infact asked the staff who attended us that what is authentic about this dish. I can have this pizza anywhere and can get better taste at Italian restaurants. It was nowhere tasting Mediterranean, only the base was a flat bread which they proudly announced. Me and my friend had to force ourselves to finish the pizza. It looked pretty tempting but I have had Manakish at other Lebanese restaurants, they were true to their name. Sorry but had to deduct one star point for this along with prices which are way too much for this place.
However the staffs were very friendly, warm and polite. I hope they improvise it.

Exceptional food... (5/5) Need to work on delivery though!

Awesome n Nice food. Average staff with quick service.
Food is not costly. Nice portion size. I would love to visit there.
Drink prices are low in comparison of others.

Amazing place for Lebanese!
Had Trio Hommous, Pita, Paneer Lababdar and Garlic Naan.
Hommous and pita were fresh and delicious. Paneer Lababdar and Garlic Naan were full of flavour.

I was in love with Mandi when I was in Hyderabad. After moving to Gurgaon, I discovered Zizo, a restaurant that serves Arabian cuisine, and decided to order Mandi. My overall experience with Mandi was great, in the sense that I really liked it. But there was something missing, maybe the meat could have been tender, or maybe the rice could have been better. I know little about the technicalities of preparing a Mandi, but all I can say that is it was almost very fulfilling. Almost.

Zizo is located just near to the metro station and very near to main road. This place is a cosy set up with modern architecture. We tried Hummus Ras Four and Fettuchini Gambroni. Bread along with hummus ras four was beyond taste. It was soft, fluffy and tasted really great. Hummus was filled with chicken pieces and poemegranate. Fettubini gambroni was clubbed with the crispiest garlic bread with garlic flavor to its max. We have also visited at Olive by Zizo in cyber hub. One common thing is authentic lebanese taste be it salad, pasta or hummus. Clubbed with great ambience. Cherry on the cake is that the place is value for money too with fulfilling quantities (in comparison to other similar places)
Would love to visit again.
Value for money- 5/5
Ambience- 4/5
Food- 5/5

Very bad experience with food. Ordered for the first time. Me and my friends were really hungry and wanted lebanese. However, utter disappointment . Shwarma and falafel roll, both were terrible. Only Saving grace were Fries. Had to cook food at home.
Amazing food. I am a chef form Le Cordon Bleu myself. But food from here was epic. Very pleased and pleasantly surprised. I know I will keep coming back for more. Like every week. God bless the chef for such food.

ZIZO IS A HEAVEN FOR YOU IF YOU ARE INTO ARABIC FOOD AND GOT CASH !
This place has a wide variety of food from healthy to not so healthy but then when it comes to quality and quantity it’s best of both worlds !
Starting with my REVIEW:-
•DECOR =10/10
•FOOD=10/10
•Presentation =8/10
• Really friendly staff

This a must go specially if you got Zomato gold !

Visited this on Monday and there were hits and misses. We ordered for three flavored hummus’ along with Pita bread and a pesto pasta (just craving it that day) and Sangria. Hummus were really great but I felt they should go little easy on lemon as it overpowered other flavors and made it taste slightly bitter. The pasta was really amazing and tasted beautiful. Sangria was extremely disappointing as it didn’t taste like Sangria. Instead, it tasted like cheap, dry red wine with some fruits. You guys really need to look at it before serving it next. I surely want to give this place another chance.

i always ise to order food from thm but unfortunately this was the worst humas ras afros ever

It's nice place to hangout with friends great food great service. Great music 😄 specially their Arabic night on Friday with beautiful belly dancing on the floor

They had awesome lentil & cheese balls which they discontinued recently. I am so sad. That was my favourite thing ever. I will surely miss going to Zizo now.

A Lebanese speciality restaurant in Gurgaon that is a good option when you can’t decide where to go for dinner. That’s exactly our story. We discussed so much before finally making up our mind on this one!
On entering, I felt a little odd as there was nobody else there and the place was rather empty for a Sunday night. However, a few people joined in later. We took time to place our orders, somehow couldn’t find clear winners in the menu. It can be made more easy to understand and order.
The ambiance is good, there’s a bar and the colors are not sharp, overall pleasing, music was from the latest US/UK top lists.
The food, well, was amazingly good and disappointing at the same time. The berry shake was wonderful! Full marks on that! The hummus and pita was extremely good too. I am definitely having more of that again. However, the stuffed chicken roll with chicken seekh filling inside could be so much better. The cheese was not tasteful and pleasing and just way too much. The outer layer of fried crumbs was a little too thick and hard. The other dish was a falafel which was again just about okay.
The pricing is decent. We used Zomato gold.
Aveek
The consistency in their food carries over from its other outlet. This is possibly one of the best places for Arabic cuisine and the sheer variety of dishes stands out. They use quality ingredients and the highlight is the breads baked in-house. The shawarma roll is one of the best I have eaten anywhere.
Surbhi Pahwa
The food was delicious and served in time. The place has nice interiors and a wide variety of menu. Their trio hummus with freshly made pita is something one shouldn't miss.
Gaurav
Good joint for casual dining and the food was served fresh off the hob. Although i would have preferred a little less mayonnaise in my shawarma wrap but chicken was tender and roasted well.

You know I don't like to do negative reviews... But sometimes there is a limit.

On Saturday evening, while waiting for a friend I happened to have the idea to come here. I have heard of it to be great and in fact to be honest it was great earlier. I've recommended the place myself, but since it changed its name and I think now the staff, it has become the same level as an ahata in Gurgaon.

My order was simple. A breezer and a portion of their fried ice cream.

The breezer became a complex order, since the first guy couldn't recall all the options they had. While he went to check and a supervisor was shouting from across the bar/pos counter an enthusiastic server came and told me the same 2 options asking if he can come back with the other name. I don't know why he did that. I'm not a prize to be won and servers need to understand boundaries. No one wants 3 people to wait in them unless they are royalty.

Finally we all figured that there was a flavour that I'd like and was available. Great! I ordered the fried ice cream at this point. My server now asked me if I wanted the 2 together and I said no. The 2 were independent of one another.

But... 10 minutes later... nothing has arrived.

I keep looking to see why? The place wasn't busy and the servers were watching IPL. So why wasn't I getting my drink? Someone realised and my server came back with a bottle. I had time to kill so at this point things were just amusing. I said ok to the bottle and requested if I could get a glass. My server was now reconfirming if I wanted it by the glass? I said yes.

Guess what... he disappeared for another 10 minutes! And I see him looking for a glass, having a chat, then washing the glass and then something else... finally he gets me a beer mug freshly washed, not wiped, so it looks like my maid brought me a glass from the sink.

I wiped the glass with a tissue and poured my breezer. I decided to sit and Netflix my time while I wait. Still remaining amused.

And then comes the fried ice cream with 3 syrups. You know up until that moment I had never managed to look up how they achieve fried ice cream. And that was the lesson they taught me.

I got served 3 fried coconut spheres that were just fried from the outside. The inside was a mush of cream and coconut with no ice cream in sight. I couldn't eat more than a bite. I felt like I had made a complete mistake in coming here as what was once a restaurant I liked had now become my worst nightmare.

I felt cheated. And it felt like the restaurant staff was doing me a favour to serve food and drinks that I was paying for.

Sorry... But never again.
We got a chicken burger that smelt funny and was probably a bit off. Initially we thought they had mixed up our order and given us a fish burger.

The pizza was good.

Below average food. Who doesn’t serve hummus in a platter ? Their dips are pathetic, bitter or may be stale. Cheese kunafa was too bad. Didn’t expect such spoiler dinner from zizo.

Been here to this homely place right on golf course road. They serve authentic Arabic cuisine at a very good price, and the staff is very warm and welcoming.

I have been eating at Zizo for sometime but the quality of food is really going down . Falafels were really soggy and not done in the middle .. salad had some bitter taste to it !!! Even pita was not done properly ... please work on it
Astha Puri
First visit to the place and I found it extremely cozy with courteous staff.. mocktails were decent.. we picked up standard hummus with chicken.. was just too good and the fresh pita was super !! Mandi rice was delicious too.. wanted to have the cream based dessert but stomach got full so next time definitely 👍👍
Loved their plates by the way 😊😊

pathetic service !

The food was good, can improve the quality and presentation. We enjoyed the special bar drinks, the cucumber delight and cilantro mania. Especially the service was wonderful given by Ajay and Sandeep.
Nitin Sewani
poor food quality. tasteless. bland.. the dips were sour.. the packaging of drinks were poor. no straws given..no tissues..

I went to this place a few days back. Nice place. Simple ambience - nothing out of the ordinary though. I tried their Veg Shawarma and it was very good. My husband ordered fish and he relished it as well! So overall a good experience. But what stood out was the extra courteous staff. And that’s the reason I came here to write the review. It was actually the first time ever that I saw the kind of passion in the serving staff as here. Our server was not only keen to know how I like the food, but was also very proud of the fact that their chain is expanding with outlets in Dubai now. The sense of ownership in his voice made me wonder what are the employers doing right to develop this passion in their staff. I am sure they have figured out something which very few other owners have!
Anurag
Indifferent service, though taste wise food is okay. amazingly they did not have falafel.... the very basic Lebanese dish for veggies, and in India!
Rahul Chawla
It wasn't the same Shawarma that I had before. might be the packaging makes it to loose the same crispness. But the garlic sauce was yet awesome !!

Caught in a dust storm in Gurgaon and walking on the road a bit hungry at 5.15 and dark out here , we land at olive roots by Zizo

I think it was a perfect setting - dust (desert) storm and Mediterranean food . The ambience of the place is nice and cozy . Full 5 stars on food ordered Mandi rice , shawarma , etc

The tender pieces so succulent that you crave for more . I wanted to have an open Dajaj and it wasn’t there on menu . The chef was kind enough to understand what is dajaj and he served me !!!

Quantity adequate and pricing very good

One must really come here for Arabian and Mediterranean extravaganza

Just right outside 53/54 metro station and it does have zomato gold deals
Himanshu Gaur
Its a average place. Cant say much as i have ordered just 2 dishes. We have ordered half grilled chicken and a mix sauce pasta and it was average. Ambiance is ok. can be visited again.
Gaurev Kapur
First of all I did not order so many things which I had to pay for. I just ordered RasAflor but got extra pita multigrain, wedges and drink, which I did not want...
secondly I always ask zizo to pack the chicken and Humus separately but it was all mixed up... how can you mix hot chicken and cold Humus together.... it tasted horrible like a chicken Humus soup....
I am very disappointed... did not expect this from zizo...
I am throwing all the food in bin
Abhishek
Trio is good. Dont forget to try the Biryani. The service is great. Place has nice decor. Not crowded at all. Must try the hammush, it has a very different flavour than others
Rohan Salecha
Great food, nice ambience and friendly staff. Best part was the freshly baked pita bread. In addition to Leabanese, place serves Italian and Indian food as well. Worth a visit.

The dip sucked !

tasteless soggy cooking . purely avoidable . The keema nan was under cooked and had raw keema and this restaurant charged me 110 for this . Would have given a zero for their food .

Recently tried this place after hearing from a friend. They have the amazing Lebanese food, as I am fond of Lebanese food so I was bit excited to try This place.

We were 3 so ordered the 3-4 different items.

Food order :
Chicken Shawarma Roll
Hommous Ras Asfor
Lamb manakish
Trio hommous

Shawarma was good but I think can be more better.

Trio hommous - ordering this was a good call, all 3 types were good and we really enjoyed them with the fresh pita bread.

lamb manakish and hommous Ras asfor - these both items we tried for the first time. And found them very good. Somewhere i felt the Manakish was like Pizza but it’s superb.

Nice cozy place to have a meal. we came here for quick dinner and were treated with good food and courteous staff. kebbeh is nice, chicken wings with lemon sauce were tangy and delicious. best was the mezze platter. pita was outstanding..

Landed here as we were looking for decent middle eastern options. A cuisine which is notoriously poorly executed in Gurgaon. Surprisingly, olive roots delivered a decent dining experience. We started off with spinach Fatayer with some pine nuts (unsure) in them. Pretty food although could have been thicker with more spinach in them that would have helped it get more authentic.
The Iranian kebab with rice was again almost very good. While the flavours were on point we found the chicken to be a way drier and overcooked than necessary.
The mandi rice with chicken took over 40 mins to come. Now, this is definitely not typical mandi chicken. However, we loved the meat so much. Seeping in juicy flavours and the rice bed was incredible as well. They could improve with the tomato sauce which was too thick as typical mandi tomato condiment is more runny.

They are well priced, have a cozy ambience and service staff are also attentive. They could improve on the kitchen order processing a bit. Although the food is not absolutely authentic to the region, it is by far the best regional cuisine I've had in Gurgaon. Well done.

This used to be my fav place for labanese n I’ve recommended zizo to I don’t remember how many people . But today was t worst experience of all . Ordered food at 8:45 n received at 10:20 . Despite t delay t salad was sweet instead of tangy n the chicken in shawarma was so dry that out of 3 chicken shawarmas we had only one . I think I ll have to look out for another good labanese outlet . Really really disappointed .

This was my second visit to Zizo. And this time I had there power lunch. For rs 400/- its a steal deal.

Taste 4/5
Ambience. 4/5
Serving size. 5/5
Value for money. 👏👏👏👏(power lunch)
Even ala carte menu is not expensive at all.

Coming to dishes

Had fattoush as starter salad which was a good salad for sure. Crunchy, saucy and filing. Pomegranate sauce mixed with vinegar was tangy enough.

Main course was Lamb khaskhas: super soft minced lamb seekh kababs served over Mediterranean tomato
Sauce with roasted onions served with freshly made Pita breads. This was really the main dish I loved. Every bite was full of flavour. And best part is even after having it completely you don’t feel overloaded. You are still wanting for desert.

Cheese kunafa: the dessert choice somewhere was not that great for me. It was really nice but heavy. But if u like a lil heavy desert and wanna try a true Mediterranean desert u must try this. Really nice taste.

Trippin' Ullu
Nothing out of the ordinary. Ullu went here for a late lunch and found a few houseflies for company :( Ordered a Chicken Shawarma, Lamb Manakish and a mocktail called Byblos Old Souk. Ullu has had better shawarma but the lamb Manakish and the drink made Ullu very happy

Wanted to visit the place since a long time. And finally did a week back with few people. They have a lot of vegetarian things I hadn't tried before.
So tried their Spinach Fatayer, which was amazing and so different. Even the cheese and Zaatar Manakkesh was like this spicy thin crust pizza.
We had a zomato gold offer, so got couple of cocktails too, and they were average.
But I'll highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to try a new cuisine and not be disappointed.

The prime focus of “Olive Roots by Zizo” is Mediterranean cuisine. A combination of great service and quite authentic food make it one of the most decent option for a casual lunch or dinner. The heart of Mediterranean cuisine is dips and they master this art.

Olive roots specialises in Lebanese cuisine..though you have other options too..

We tried the pull up prawn salad that was fresh and packed with a zing!!

For the main course we had mutton korma and Malabar Parantha..
Mutton korma had a nice and rich gravy with 4-5 chunky pieces of mutton.
Malabar Parantha is not the usual was kind of doughy...best to go for naan or tandoori roti...
Also will be safe to stick to Lebanese food.

One of the very few restaurants in Gurgaon, serving authentic labanese cuisine and thats too with fine dine.

Being a labanese food lover, recently visited the place with friends and han an amazing experience.

Be it food, ambience or hospitality everything was just too good. Trio hommous and hommous ras asfar were the best one's.

Everything was freshly prepared and still service was quick, staff was courteous as well.

Highly recommended to people who like labanese food.

We love this restaurant!!
Friendly, cheap, tasty, consistent, delicious and authentic.
No point trying any other Lebanese- this is the best!

The food is average which nowhere matches the authentic Lebanese cuisine. There chicken wings tastes ok but Shawarma is a big disappointment as its flavourless more so bland. But the worst part in their menu are their beverages especially pinaculada.
The place lacks sense of hospitality as the service is bad too.
Overall it's not worth the price.

I didn't like the food at all..Portions were quite less.Quality and taste no where matches the authenticity of Lebanese cuisine. And they neither know how to make the beverages.Very Sad experience.

Perfect place for Lebanese food. Love the ambience.
Staff is courteous .
Taste of the food is remarkable.
To know it you will have to give it a try, they won't disappoint.
Must try is their :-Cheese zatar bread. Absolute yum!❤️
-----------------------------------------—------------
As for the staff,a feedback, please make sure the table and chairs are well dusted after every customer since or chairs har crumbs on them.
Also the glasses you used to serve fresh lime Soda wasn't clean and was sticky on the outside.

This one is the better of the two branches , as compared to cyber hub. Though the seating and ambience if better at cyber hub, the food here is better.
Loved the zaatar manakish and their pickled veggies.
The Indian main course was great too.
I didn't like their pasta , but I guess that doesn't take away any points.

This is a small restaurant located on golf course road. Although it has a variety of cuisines, we tried out Mediterranean. Ordered the mezze platter and it was sumptuous. The platter is grand and is sufficient for two. It isn’t the best mezze platter I’ve had so far but I won’t mind eating here more. The quantity they serve is good. We even had lentil and cheese balls, which were yum!
Cheesecake in deserts wasn’t brilliant but okayish.
The staff is polite and very courteous.
Good job guys!

Good food and nice atmosphere for date nights.
Service was kind of slow and that's why only four stars from me. The Mixed Grill Platter is definitely a must-try.

Excellent Lebanese Food 👌

Very few places in Delhi have such a beautiful grip over Lebanese food as Zizo does. Our visit to Zizo for lunch is one of my absolute favorite meals I've ever had.

The ambiance of the place is simple yet extremely pleasant. We found ourselves in love with the place and thought it would be the perfect place for a lunch or dinner with both office colleagues or your loved ones. Starting the meal off with a Choco Banana Smoothie, we went on to order some lovely lebanese dishes from their menu.

• Silver Mezze Platter
This was a huge platter consisting of a lot of items like hummus, pita breads, mouttabel, tabbouleh, fattoush, baba ganoush and salads. Loved the authentic taste and the delicious items in the platter.

• ‎Mixed Grill Platter
An excellently cooked and beautifully served platter consisting of Lamb Kebab, Kafta, Shish tawok, Riyash, grilled onions, tomatoes and chili. Perfect dish to order when in the mood to indulge in something lavish and non vegetarian.

• ‎Cheese Manqkish
Open flat bread with cheese and sauce on the top. Simple yet super cheesy and delicious.

• ‎Mixed Sliders
Slider breads with chicken, Lamb and paneer inside. Loved this mixed slider plate.

DESSERTS

• Frozen Ashtha
Traditional egyptian dessert with homemade icecream, grand marnier, compote and honey.

• ‎Cheese Kunafa
This was absolutely amazing and definitely my favorite dessert of the lot.

• ‎Lazy Brownie
The brownie was simple and quite like the ones served at all the places.

Ten of us trooped over to olive roots for a Sunday lunch on a brilliant winter day. Pretty empty place, standard ambience...the tables are pretty cramped though.
Coming to the food, it's pretty confusing to figure out from the menu, but our server was smart and made some pretty decent recommendations. We had the mix platter, Irani kabab, shish touk, seafood pizza, and arrayes. The kids enjoyed the Alfredo pasta , while we liked the arrayes and the shish touk.

Special mention for the superb LIIT. Decent amount of alcohol and well made..

The only bummer was the surprising presence of flies...

Such a great experience.
There are some interesting dishes that are not found in many other restaurants. The lentil soup and Mandi Rice was amazing. Food was cooked to perfection and served with a smile. Clean decor.
Will be back soon.
