Negative ratings for the KFC outlet. I discovered a worm in my classic zinger burger. Definitely won't be ordering from KFC anymore. Would strongly suggest the users to avoid KFC.

I ordered 3 items and the rider left 2 items at the reception and left. Understand from customer service that he has wrongly delivered excess item at another address. This is the second time it has happened to me and I am very disappointed with their service. Either my order needs to be delivered or money needs to be returned to me.

While i love service standards at all KFC, the food quality has taken a massive hit in last 2 years. Chicken size has practically reduced in half and crust layered has doubled itself. If the price was same, i would have understood the cost cutting but unfortunately the pricing has also shot up in last few years. A very disappointing end for a very promising franchise.

The restaurant accepts your order and makes you wait for 2 hrs and cancels your order just like that without any reason throwing your plans under the bus. Also they donβt provide proper updates abt the order in the app. They either leave their phones switched off or donβt pick up when we call. They donβt give a shit about the customer. Extremely disappointed with the Zomato & KFC way of delivery. Ordered for couple of items through Zomato & received only 1 even when paid for both. The store says whatever was ordered was packed & the delivery agent claims what packet was given to him was delivered. At the end you suffer ! I don't think this delivery model is working & trustworthiness of Zomato is declining every moment. Though Zomato has promised me that the issue would be investigated & amount will be credited for the missing item but honestly I would think twice before ordering.

Pathetic, Terrible. This a new outlet and this is what they do. They took 1 hour 10 mins to deliver just 2 veg rice bowls to my place which is just 500 m away. Add to that almost non existent veggies in the rice. Sub par taste. <br/>Never ordering again.#kfc

KFC is my all time favorite and this one is near my office located near Subhash Chowk. We tried their Chicken bucket and chicken popcorn this time and a fountain drink. As usual, the chicken was tender and crispy, we all loved it. I'll visit again. Recommended.
